背景技术
随着社会的进步发展,人们对高品质的日用瓷器的要求越来越高,高温高白日用瓷器以其品质细腻,光洁耐磨的性能受到消费者青睐,具有广阔的市场,在陶瓷的生产过程中,陶瓷胚体的原料和釉料选择是影响产品质量至关重要的环节,随着社会的发展进步,环保、资源节约型产品已成为当今新技术研发方向,釉面好坏直接影响品质档次,要提高产品品质必须提高釉面质量。
但传统白瓷原料和釉料的使用后烧制的瓷器色泽暗淡,不通透,光滑度不高且不耐磨,已经不能满足现代生产高品质白瓷的需求。

e、泥浆脱水:根据产品成型方法的不同,采用不同的脱水方法得到含水量为30%~35%的泥浆或8%~10%的泥饼;
f、将刚脱水的泥浆放入封闭的泥浆池中陈腐,保持一定的温度和湿度,放置3~5天,使泥料组分趋于均匀,提高可塑性;对泥饼进行真空练泥;
g、成型:泥浆采用注浆成型,泥饼采用滚压成型,脱模后干燥,然后在窑炉内烧制,得坯体;
h、素烧:将坯体置于窑炉中烧制,从室温用5-6小时时间缓慢升温至
750-850℃进行烧制;
i、施釉:在坯体表面施釉,厚度为0.3-0.8mm;
j、釉烧:在素烧后的坯体施加釉料风干后,在1310-1330℃的窑炉中保温 120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。
作为优选,所述步骤h中烧制的温度为750-850℃,烧制的时间为2-2.5小时,烧制后缓慢冷却5-7小时至室温。
作为优选,所述步骤h中烧制的温度为1260-1330℃,烧制的时间为 1.8-2.2h。
作为优选,所述步骤j中烧制的温度为1310-1330℃,釉烧的时间为 120-150min。其烧制方法为3-5小时将温度由室温缓慢升至320-350℃,4-6小时将温度由320-350℃缓慢升至1020-1080℃,3-4小时将温度由1020-1080℃缓慢升至1310-1330℃,保温120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。

j、釉烧:在素烧后的坯体施加釉料风干后,在1310-1330℃的窑炉中保温120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。
在一个实施例中,所述步骤h中烧制的温度为750-850℃,烧制的时间为 2-2.5小时,烧制后缓慢冷却5-7小时至室温。
在一个实施例中,所述步骤h中烧制的温度为1260-1330℃,烧制的时间为1.8-2.2h。
在一个实施例中,所述步骤j中烧制的温度为1310-1330℃,釉烧的时间为 120-150min。其烧制方法为3-5小时将温度由室温缓慢升至320-350℃,4-6小时将温度由320-350℃缓慢升至1020-1080℃,3-4小时将温度由1020-1080℃缓慢升至1310-1330℃,保温120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,所采用的高岭土为德化金竹坑山脉的高岭土,由于德化高岭土中含硒比较丰富,使得烧制的瓷器较白,比较通透,从而更加利于瓷器的美观,使得产品的质量较高。

Claims (8)

1.一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,包括胚体和釉料,所述胚体包括以下百分比的原料:
滑石1~6%、氧化镧0.3~0.5%、氧化铝为10~15%、三氧化二硼1~2%、锆英石1~3%、高岭土60~80%、钾长石2~8%、钠长石3~9%和矿物氧化铁0.3~0.8%;
所述釉料包括以下百分比的原料:
碳酸钠2~4%、硼砂1.3~2.6%、石英砂为65~70%、长石3~10%、氧化锌1~2.5%、氧化镁3~9%、氧化铝10~18%、硅酸锆1~3%、碳酸钡0.5~2%、硼酸2~4%、碳酸锂3~5%和氧化锶0.5~0.9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,所述胚体以下百分比的原料:滑石4%、氧化镧0.5%、氧化铝为13%、三氧化二硼2%、锆英石3%、高岭土60%、钾长石8%、钠长石9%和矿物氧化铁0.5%;
所述釉料包括以下百分比的原料:碳酸钠3%、硼砂1.5%、石英砂为65%、长石5%、氧化锌2%、氧化镁3%、氧化铝10%、硅酸锆2%、碳酸钡2%、硼酸3%、碳酸锂3%和氧化锶0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,所述胚体以下百分比的原料:滑石2%、氧化镧0.5%、氧化铝为12%、三氧化二硼2%、锆英石3%、高岭土70%、钾长石5%、钠长石5%和矿物氧化铁0.5%;
所述釉料包括以下百分比的原料:碳酸钠3%、硼砂1.5%、石英砂为68%、长石4%、氧化锌2%、氧化镁3%、氧化铝10%、硅酸锆2%、碳酸钡1%、硼酸3%、碳酸锂2%和氧化锶0.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,所述胚体以下百分比的原料:滑石1%、氧化镧0.5%、氧化铝为11%、三氧化二硼1%、锆英石1%、高岭土80%、钾长石2%、钠长石3%和矿物氧化铁0.5%;
所述釉料包括以下百分比的原料:碳酸钠2%、硼砂2%、石英砂为70%、长石3%、氧化锌1%、氧化镁3%、氧化铝12%、硅酸锆1%、碳酸钡0.5%、硼酸2%、碳酸锂3%和氧化锶0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,釉料层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm。
6.一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器的制备方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求1所述的原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器的制备,包括以下步骤:
a、将制备瓷器的原料经过淘洗、并晾干;
b、按照预先设置好的重量百分比称取各原料;
c、将粉碎后的原料除铁、过筛;
d、将原料加水经过球磨进行细碎,球磨后制得泥浆;
e、泥浆脱水:根据产品成型方法的不同,采用不同的脱水方法得到含水量为30%~35%的泥浆或8%~10%的泥饼;
f、将刚脱水的泥浆放入封闭的泥浆池中陈腐,保持一定的温度和湿度,放置3~5天,使泥料组分趋于均匀,提高可塑性;对泥饼进行真空练泥;
g、成型:泥浆采用注浆成型,泥饼采用滚压成型,脱模后干燥,然后在窑炉内烧制,得坯体;
h、素烧:将坯体置于窑炉中烧制,从室温用5-6小时时间缓慢升温至750-850℃进行烧制。
i、施釉:在坯体表面施釉,厚度为0.3-0.8mm;
j、釉烧:在素烧后的坯体施加釉料风干后,在1310-1330℃的窑炉中保温120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,所述步骤h中烧制的温度为750-850℃,烧制的时间为2-2.5小时,烧制后缓慢冷却5-7小时至室温。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种原矿瓷泥制成琦玉猪油白瓷器,其特征在于,所述步骤j中烧制的温度为1310-1330℃,釉烧的时间为120-150min。其烧制方法为3-5小时将温度由室温缓慢升至320-350℃,4-6小时将温度由320-350℃缓慢升至1020-1080℃,3-4小时将温度由1020-1080℃缓慢升至1310-1330℃,保温120-150min,即得琦玉猪油白瓷器。
