Abstract
本发明涉及一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,包括(1)采摘;(2)清洗;(3)萎凋:(4)杀青;(5)揉捻;(6)冷却;(7)焙炒;(8)烘干;(9)粉碎;(10)配制;(11)造粒。充分利用黄连木野生资源,将黄连木的药用价值与凉茶功能有机结合。该保健养生凉茶具备清热解毒,镇痛镇咳,消炎抗菌,降血压血糖血脂,增强免疫力,预防和改善动脉硬化,降低血压,减少心脏病发生,防治糖尿病等诸多功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健茶加工领域,特别涉及一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法。
背景技术
黄连木为漆树科落叶木本植物,是集多种用途于一身木本生物能源的主要树种之一。黄连木别名药树、药木,是传统的药用植物,性苦寒涩,具有清热祛暑、生津利湿、祛痰、止咳、平喘、降压降糖、驱风、健胃、解热、镇痛、抗菌消炎等作用,用于治疗口腔溃疡、咽喉肿痛、痢疾腹泻、淋证疹疮等 ;黄连木嫩芽气味芳香,可用于制茶。黄连木芽中的成分还可以平衡体内雌激素水平,预防骨质疏松和癌症尤其是乳腺癌、前列腺癌等发生,缓解更年期综合症,降低体内胆固醇的含量,减少心血管疾病如高胆固醇血症、动脉硬化病变等的发生。因此,黄连木芽是开发天然无污染保健茶的优良原料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法。
本发明的黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法主要包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘:采摘初春至清明节前的黄连木芽。
(2)清洗:将步骤(1)中采摘的黄连木芽洗净后静置沥干水分。
(3)萎凋:将步骤(2)中洗净后的黄连木芽均匀置于空气流通,阴凉干燥处萎凋。
(4)杀青:对步骤(3)中摊晾过后的黄连木芽置于杀青机中进行炒青。
(5)揉捻:对步骤(4)中杀青过后的黄连木芽进行揉捻,制得黄连木芽毛茶。
(6)冷却:将步骤(5)中制得的黄连木芽毛茶平铺在竹篾上冷却,并适时翻动以散发处茶叶内的水汽。
(7)焙炒:将步骤(6)中摊凉后的黄连木芽毛茶放入锅中焙炒。
(8)烘干:对步骤(7)中焙炒后的黄连木芽毛茶进行烘干,制得黄连木芽茶。
(9)粉碎:将步骤(8)中制得的黄连木芽茶放入粉碎机中粉碎成黄连木芽茶粉。
(10)配制:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉混合,制得黄连木芽凉茶茶粉。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(1)中所采摘的黄连木芽的芽长为2~8厘米,并在采摘时对芽尖进行掐尖处理。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(3)中萎凋时间为16~22小时,以叶质微软,含水量降至60%~65%之间为宜。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(4)中所述炒青的温度为200℃,并根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶嫩杀,嫩叶老杀”的原则设定炒青时间为3至5分钟。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(5)中所述揉捻的方式为热揉捻,根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶多揉,嫩叶少揉”的原则设定揉捻时间为3至5分钟。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(7)中焙炒的条件为在85~105℃的条件下翻炒35~80分钟,盛出冷却至室温后再放入锅中以110~135℃的温度再次翻炒3~5分钟。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(8)中烘干为放入烘干机中烘干,烘干温度为65~80℃,烘干时间为18~32小时。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(10)中凉茶粉由包括以下重量份的原料制成:鸡蛋花2~3份、菊花2~3份、金银花2~3份、甘草2~3份、仙草1.5~2.5份、夏枯草1.5~2.5份、冬桑叶1.5~2.5份。
在其中一种实施方式中,所述步骤(10)中黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉的重量配比为3:1。
药理作用:
1.清热解毒:
黄连木叶具有清暑、生津、解毒、利湿作用,主治暑热口渴、咽喉肿痛、口舌糜烂、吐泻、痢疾、淋证、无名肿毒、疮疹。以鲜叶嫩芽最佳,民间有很多地方用嫩芽制成茶叶,有“黄连茶”之称。
2.消炎抗菌、镇痛、镇咳:
黄连木挥发油中含有大量的萜类化合物。这些萜类具有杀菌消毒功效。如芳樟醇有抗菌、抑菌、抗病毒作用;藏茴香酮有明显的平喘作用和一定程度的镇咳作用。萸类化合物有抗菌、消肿、镇痛作用等。
3.降血压、血糖和促进免疫:
黄连木成分中含有的脂肪酸亚油酸和亚麻酸,具有防治心血管疾病和炎症发生、降低血压、预防和改善动脉硬化、减少心脏病发生、防治糖尿病和提高机体免疫力等作用。
4.抗氧化作用:
黄连木嫩叶提取物具有很强的自由基清除活性,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物活性最高。儿茶酚和槲皮素具较强的清除自由基活性。因此黄连木中的黄连木儿茶酚和槲皮素可能是具清除 自由基活性的主要物质之一。黄连木树胶的组合物能使皮脂分泌得到控制,改善油的控制和皮肤的感觉,防止光亮和油腻,同时也能抗老化,是天然美容护肤品。
4.雌激素激动剂:
黄连木新鲜嫩枝中的4-芳基二氢基香豆素的3,3"-二聚物[3,4-二氢-4-(4’羟基苯基)-7羟基香豆素]为强雌激素激动剂。树叶、树皮中含有的问双没食子酸、香豆素二聚体、槲皮素、槲皮苷和没食子酸等,具有雌激素受体激动剂等药效。
本发明的有益效果:充分利用黄连木野生资源,将黄连木的药用价值与凉茶功能有机结合。该保健养生凉茶具备清热解毒,镇痛镇咳,消炎抗菌,降血压血糖血脂,增强免疫力,预防和改善动脉硬化,降低血压,减少心脏病发生,防治糖尿病等诸多功效。

本发明实施例:
实施例1
一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘:采摘初春至清明节前的黄连木芽,所述步骤(1)中所采摘的黄连木芽的芽长为2~8厘米,并在采摘时对芽尖进行掐尖处理。
(2)清洗:将步骤(1)中采摘的黄连木芽洗净后静置沥干水分。
(3)萎凋:将步骤(2)中洗净后的黄连木芽均匀置于空气流通,阴凉干燥处萎凋,萎凋时间为16小时,以叶质微软,含水量降至60%之间为宜。
(4)杀青:对步骤(3)中摊晾过后的黄连木芽置于杀青机中进行炒青,炒青的温度为200℃,并根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶嫩杀,嫩叶老杀”的原则设定炒青时间为3至5分钟。
(5)揉捻:对步骤(4)中杀青过后的黄连木芽进行揉捻,揉捻的方式为热揉捻,根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶多揉,嫩叶少揉”的原则设定揉捻时间为3至5分钟,制得黄连木芽毛茶。
(6)冷却:将步骤(5)中制得的黄连木芽毛茶平铺在竹篾上冷却,并适时翻动以散发处茶叶内的水汽。
(7)焙炒:将步骤(6)中摊凉后的黄连木芽毛茶放入锅中焙炒,焙炒的条件为在85℃的条件下翻炒80分钟,盛出冷却至室温后再放入锅中以110℃的温度再次翻炒5分钟。
(8)烘干:对步骤(7)中焙炒后的黄连木芽毛茶进行烘干,烘干温度为65℃,烘干时间为32小时,制得黄连木芽茶。
(9)粉碎:将步骤(8)中制得的黄连木芽茶放入粉碎机中粉碎成黄连木芽茶粉。
(10)配制:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉按照重量比3:1混合,制得黄连木芽凉茶茶粉,凉茶粉由包括以下重量份的原料制成:鸡蛋花2份、菊花2份、金银花2份、甘草2份、仙草1.5份、夏枯草1.5份、冬桑叶1.5份。
实施例2
一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘:采摘初春至清明节前的黄连木芽,所述步骤(1)中所采摘的黄连木芽的芽长为2~8厘米,并在采摘时对芽尖进行掐尖处理。
(2)清洗:将步骤(1)中采摘的黄连木芽洗净后静置沥干水分。
(3)萎凋:将步骤(2)中洗净后的黄连木芽均匀置于空气流通,阴凉干燥处萎凋,萎凋时间为22小时,以叶质微软,含水量降至65%之间为宜。
(4)杀青:对步骤(3)中摊晾过后的黄连木芽置于杀青机中进行炒青,炒青的温度为200℃,并根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶嫩杀,嫩叶老杀”的原则设定炒青时间为3至5分钟。
(5)揉捻:对步骤(4)中杀青过后的黄连木芽进行揉捻,揉捻的方式为热揉捻,根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶多揉,嫩叶少揉”的原则设定揉捻时间为3至5分钟,制得黄连木芽毛茶。
(6)冷却:将步骤(5)中制得的黄连木芽毛茶平铺在竹篾上冷却,并适时翻动以散发处茶叶内的水汽。
(7)焙炒:将步骤(6)中摊凉后的黄连木芽毛茶放入锅中焙炒,焙炒的条件为在105℃的条件下翻炒35分钟,盛出冷却至室温后再放入锅中以135℃的温度再次翻炒3分钟。
(8)烘干:对步骤(7)中焙炒后的黄连木芽毛茶进行烘干,烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为18小时,制得黄连木芽茶。
(9)粉碎:将步骤(8)中制得的黄连木芽茶放入粉碎机中粉碎成黄连木芽茶粉。
(10)配制:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉按照重量比3:1混合,制得黄连木芽凉茶茶粉,凉茶粉由包括以下重量份的原料制成:鸡蛋花3份、菊花3份、金银花3份、甘草3份、仙草2.5份、夏枯草2.5、冬桑叶2.5份。
实施例3
一种黄连芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘:采摘初春至清明节前的黄连木芽,所述步骤(1)中所采摘的黄连木芽的芽长为2~8厘米,并在采摘时对芽尖进行掐尖处理。
(2)清洗:将步骤(1)中采摘的黄连木芽洗净后静置沥干水分。
(3)萎凋:将步骤(2)中洗净后的黄连木芽均匀置于空气流通,阴凉干燥处萎凋,萎凋时间为19小时,以叶质微软,含水量降至62%之间为宜。
(4)杀青:对步骤(3)中摊晾过后的黄连木芽置于杀青机中进行炒青,炒青的温度为200℃,并根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶嫩杀,嫩叶老杀”的原则设定炒青时间为3至5分钟。
(5)揉捻:对步骤(4)中杀青过后的黄连木芽进行揉捻,揉捻的方式为热揉捻,根据黄连木芽的粗嫩程度,采用“老叶多揉,嫩叶少揉”的原则设定揉捻时间为3至5分钟,制得黄连木芽毛茶。
(6)冷却:将步骤(5)中制得的黄连木芽毛茶平铺在竹篾上冷却,并适时翻动以散发处茶叶内的水汽。
(7)焙炒:将步骤(6)中摊凉后的黄连木芽毛茶放入锅中焙炒,焙炒的条件为在98℃的条件下翻炒55分钟,盛出冷却至室温后再放入锅中以120℃的温度再次翻炒4分钟。
(8)烘干:对步骤(7)中焙炒后的黄连木芽毛茶进行烘干,烘干温度为75℃,烘干时间为24小时,制得黄连木芽茶。
(9)粉碎:将步骤(8)中制得的黄连木芽茶放入粉碎机中粉碎成黄连木芽茶粉。
(10)配制:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉按照重量比3:1混合,制得黄连木芽凉茶茶粉,凉茶粉由包括以下重量份的原料制成:鸡蛋花2份、菊花3份、金银花3份、甘草2份、仙草2份、夏枯草2份、冬桑叶1.5份。
Claims (9)
1.一种黄连木芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘:采摘初春至清明节前的黄连木芽;
(2)清洗:将步骤(1)中采摘的黄连木芽洗净后静置沥干水分;
(3)萎凋:将步骤(2)中洗净后的黄连木芽均匀置于空气流通,阴凉干燥处萎凋;
(4)杀青:对步骤(3)中摊晾过后的黄连木芽置于杀青机中进行炒青;
(5)揉捻:对步骤(4)中杀青过后的黄连木芽进行揉捻,制得黄连木芽毛茶;
(6)冷却:将步骤(5)中制得的黄连木芽毛茶平铺在竹篾上冷却,并适时翻动以散发处茶叶内的水汽;
(7)焙炒:将步骤(6)中摊凉后的黄连木芽毛茶放入锅中焙炒;
(8)烘干:对步骤(7)中焙炒后的黄连木芽毛茶进行烘干,制得黄连木芽茶;
(9)粉碎:将步骤(8)中制得的黄连木芽茶放入粉碎机中粉碎成黄连木芽茶粉;
(10)配制:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽茶粉与凉茶粉混合,制得黄连木芽凉茶茶粉;
(11)造粒:将步骤(9)中制得的黄连木芽凉茶茶粉制成黄连木芽凉茶颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黄连木芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中所采摘的黄连木芽的芽长为2~8厘米,并在采摘时对芽尖进行掐尖处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黄连木芽保健养生凉茶的配制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中萎凋时间为16~22小时,以叶质微软,含水量降至60%~65%之间为宜。
