本发明是关于一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉及其制备方法,其特征在于是由下列重量份原料制成:辣木叶15-20、小麦胚芽粉20-25、葛根粉3-5、黄连粉3-5、燕麦粉20-25、蜂蜜25-30、山楂醋15-20。本发明的一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉具有营养多样,冲泡方便,色泽金黄,口感酸香适口,干燥保存不添加防腐剂等特点。将辣木叶、葛根和黄连混合搭配,具有去火、排毒、解酒、除口气等功用。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣木树是近年来风靡的一颗保健食品新星,它以高蛋白、低脂质、高纤维、高维生素的含量特性与降血糖、抗菌消炎、强心的保健效果而受到养生食品界的大力欢迎。辣木含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、钙、镁、磷、铜、维生素、脂肪酸等,并含有人体无法自行合成,合成速率赶不上身体需要的“必需氨基酸”。尤其是辣木嫩叶,可用于治疗或者辅助治疗发烧、支气管炎、皮肤感染、关节炎等,对降低血压,控制血糖、减轻精神焦虑、排除体内垃圾、补充身体营养、消除疲劳、改善睡眠都非常有益。根据学者统计只要三汤匙的辣木树叶粉,就含有幼儿每日所需的27% 维他命A、42% 蛋白质、125% 的钙、70% 的铁和22%的维他命C。辣木树的根、皮、叶、花、果、种子、树胶等均可药食两用,不但可以作为营养补充品,而且还能治疗一些疾病。但是辣木叶口感辛辣,而且市场上辣木叶制作的食品营养功能单一,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了提供一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉,以此丰富人们的选择。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉,其特征在于它是由下述重量份原料制成:
辣木叶15-20、小麦胚芽粉20-25、葛根粉3-5、黄连粉3-5、燕麦粉20-25、蜂蜜25-30、山楂醋15-20。
一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、将经过精心挑选的辣木叶自然风干后于50℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过100-120目筛,将大渣继续研磨粉碎至100-120目;
2)、将步骤1所得物按1:20料液比加入65-70%的乙醇溶液,在55-60℃恒温水浴箱中加热回流提取2-3次, 趁热过滤, 合并提取滤液并进行提纯;
3)、将步骤2剩余滤渣通风干燥,再与葛根粉、黄连粉用山楂醋拌匀,于10-15℃浸泡30-50分钟,再加入蜂蜜和3-5倍水煮至沸腾,冷却至室温,榨汁机榨成匀浆,喷雾干燥;
4)、将步骤3所得物与小麦胚芽粉、燕麦粉混合后,用铁锅加热均匀炒至微黄,研磨至100-120目;
5)、将步骤4所得物冷却至室温,再混合步骤2所得提取物,分装入袋,干燥保存。
本发明的优点是:
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉具有营养多样,冲泡方便,色泽金黄,口感酸香适口,干燥保存不添加防腐剂等特点。辣木叶中含有黄酮类化合物,黄铜类化合物遇高温易变性分解,本发明将其充分提取后再与其它营养物混合,避免其被分解。将辣木叶、葛根和黄连混合搭配,具有去火、排毒、解酒、除口气等功用。燕麦粉降三高,适于三高人群食用。再将小麦胚芽粉、燕麦粉混合炒制微香,继续研磨,有利于进一步提香,使其充分被利用。粗细谷物搭配有利于肠道消化吸收。

下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明。
实施例一
一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉,其特征在于它是由下述重量份原料制成:
辣木叶15-20、小麦胚芽粉20-25、葛根粉3-5、黄连粉3-5、燕麦粉20-25、蜂蜜25-30、山楂醋15-20。
一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解酒清火降三高辣木叶谷物粉,其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、将经过精心挑选的辣木叶自然风干后于50℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎过100-120目筛,将大渣继续研磨粉碎至100-120目;
2)、将步骤1所得物按1:20料液比加入65-70%的乙醇溶液,在55-60℃恒温水浴箱中加热回流提取2-3次, 趁热过滤, 合并提取滤液并进行提纯;
