本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种南股份,尤其涉及一种保健南瓜粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
南瓜粉是以南瓜为原料调制而成,是一种常见的食品,其营养丰富广受人们喜爱。但目前市场上销售的南股份口味单一,且不具功能性保健作用,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健南瓜粉及其制备方法,本发明具香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健南瓜粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
南瓜80-90、马铃薯20-30、橄榄油3-4、奶油芝士4-5、玉米渣15-20、螺旋藻粉1-2、粳米10-12、大米12-14、铁线蕨1-2、黄精3-4、红景天2-3、列当4-5、缬草2-3、葱子4-6、青葙子2-3、蔓荆子2-4、鸡肠草1-2、香草醋7-9。
所述香草醋由下列重量份原料制成:米醋20-25、莳萝1-2、柠檬香茅2-3、神香草2-4、百里香1-2、牛至3-3.5、薄荷2-4、鼠尾草2-4、白酒3-5;
制备方法为:(1)将莳萝、柠檬香茅、神香草、百里香、牛至、薄荷、鼠尾草粉碎后入锅,小火加热翻炒,同时喷洒白酒,炒至干燥时起锅;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料倒入米醋中,密封静置7-10天,即得。
所述的保健南瓜粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将南瓜、马铃薯洗净、切块,加15-20%的水打浆,经过滤分离得到蔬菜汁与蔬菜渣;
(2)将蔬菜渣、玉米渣混合入锅,加入香草醋,炒至锅底干燥时出料,送入烘箱烘干,然后进行超微粉碎,得到营养粉;
(3)将铁线蕨、黄精、红景天、列当、缬草、葱子、青葙子、蔓荆子、鸡肠草加4-5倍水煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣后所得提取液与南瓜汁合并;
(4)在锅中倒入橄榄油,预热后加入奶油芝士,小火加热至完全溶化后加入粳米、大米,炒熟后出料,与营养粉、剩余物料混合,加步骤(3)所得物料研磨匀质,再经喷雾干燥制成粉末,即得。

南瓜90、马铃薯30、橄榄油4、奶油芝士5、玉米渣20、螺旋藻粉2、粳米12、大米14、铁线蕨2、黄精4、红景天3、列当5、缬草3、葱子6、青葙子3、蔓荆子4、鸡肠草1、香草醋9。

南瓜80-90、马铃薯20-30、橄榄油3-4、奶油芝士4-5、玉米渣15-20、螺旋藻粉1-2、粳米10-12、大米12-14、铁线蕨1-2、黄精3-4、红景天2-3、列当4-5、缬草2-3、葱子4-6、青葙子2-3、蔓荆子2-4、鸡肠草1-2、香草醋7-9。
