Abstract
一种椰香大米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米200-220、莲子心1-2、冬虫夏草2-3、三七花2-2.5、川贝母2.8-3.3、苍术2-2.4、香蕉根1.8-2、人参子1-1.4、斑竹根2-3、椰子果肉20-22、梨子果肉8-9、山药15-20、马铃薯9-10、葡萄汁4-5、啤酒40-45、营养添加剂2-3。本发明是椰子果肉与大米经粉碎、炒制而成,有效地将两者的味道与营养结合起来,同时本发明制作工艺简单,生产出的大米粉口感醇香、味香持久、食用方便,具有广阔的应用前景;此外,本发明还具有保健功能,经常食用可达到降血压、抗肿瘤、平肝明目、健脾补气、延缓衰老的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种大米,尤其涉及一种椰香大米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是人们的主食之一,其含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,可为人体补充能量。但目前市场上有关大米的产品品种口味少,且不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种椰香大米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种椰香大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、莲子心1-2、冬虫夏草2-3、三七花2-2.5、川贝母2.8-3.3、苍术2-2.4、香蕉根1.8-2、人参子1-1.4、斑竹根2-3、椰子果肉20-22、梨子果肉8-9、山药15-20、马铃薯9-10、葡萄汁4-5、啤酒40-45、营养添加剂2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:豆渣8-9、诃子1-1.2、木贼0.8-1、侧柏叶1.1-1.3、木槿叶1.3-1.5、生姜10-11、当归油0.1-0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。
所述的椰香大米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子心、冬虫夏草、三七花、川贝母、苍术、香蕉根、人参子、斑竹根装入纱布袋,与大米混合投入锅中,加4-5倍的水大火煮沸后将纱布袋捞出,所得米粥送入胶体磨研磨匀质,经喷雾干燥制成粉末;
(2)将山药、马铃薯去皮切块,加啤酒打浆,小火加热,熬成糊状,冷冻干燥后研成粉末;
(3)将椰子果肉、梨子果肉送入油锅炸制1-2分钟后捞出,加剩余物料拌匀,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明是椰子果肉与大米经粉碎、炒制而成,有效地将两者的味道与营养结合起来,同时本发明制作工艺简单,生产出的大米粉口感醇香、味香持久、食用方便,具有广阔的应用前景;此外,本发明还具有保健功能,经常食用可达到降血压、抗肿瘤、平肝明目、健脾补气、延缓衰老的功效。
具体实施方式
一种椰香大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米200、莲子心2、冬虫夏草3、三七花2.5、川贝母2.8、苍术2.4、香蕉根1.8、人参子1.4、斑竹根3、椰子果肉22、梨子果肉9、山药20、马铃薯10、葡萄汁4、啤酒45、营养添加剂3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:豆渣8、诃子1.2、木贼0.8、侧柏叶1.3、木槿叶1.5、生姜11、当归油0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。
所述的椰香大米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种椰香大米粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米200-220、莲子心1-2、冬虫夏草2-3、三七花2-2.5、川贝母2.8-3.3、苍术2-2.4、香蕉根1.8-2、人参子1-1.4、斑竹根2-3、椰子果肉20-22、梨子果肉8-9、山药15-20、马铃薯9-10、葡萄汁4-5、啤酒40-45、营养添加剂2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:豆渣8-9、诃子1-1.2、木贼0.8-1、侧柏叶1.1-1.3、木槿叶1.3-1.5、生姜10-11、当归油0.1-0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将生姜切片,加4-5倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入诃子、木贼、侧柏叶、木槿叶加热煎煮3-4小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将滤液与剩余物料混合,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椰香大米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲子心、冬虫夏草、三七花、川贝母、苍术、香蕉根、人参子、斑竹根装入纱布袋,与大米混合投入锅中,加4-5倍的水大火煮沸后将纱布袋捞出,所得米粥送入胶体磨研磨匀质,经喷雾干燥制成粉末;
(2)将山药、马铃薯去皮切块,加啤酒打浆,小火加热,熬成糊状,冷冻干燥后研成粉末;
(3)将椰子果肉、梨子果肉送入油锅炸制1-2分钟后捞出,加剩余物料拌匀,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至8-10%时出料,进行粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅,即得。
