Description

Cultivation method of radix bupleuri
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of radix bupleuri, in particular to a cultivation method of radix bupleuri.
Background
The radix bupleuri is a large amount of common traditional Chinese medicines, has the effects of dispelling and abating fever, lifting yang qi, soothing liver and relieving depression, has obvious effects of relieving fever, resisting inflammation, resisting virus, reducing fat, protecting liver, resisting convulsion and the like through research in recent years, and has wide development prospect in the aspects of developing new medicines, health-care products and the like. Dried root of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium or Bupleurum scorzonerifolium belonging to Umbelliferae, or perennial plant, the former is commonly called "North Bupleurum chinense" or "Jinchaihu"; the latter is commonly called "nan chai Hu" or "hong chai Hu". The bupleurum is wild in sloping fields, forest lands, grass clusters and ridges, is cool in climatic conditions, drought-tolerant and cold-resistant, favors continuous rainy days during seedling emergence, but is contraindicated for waterlogging during seedling stage. The plants in the current year rarely flower, and the seeds growing in 2 years can be harvested for propagation. The radix bupleuri can be sown in spring, summer and autumn, the proper germination temperature of seeds is 15-25 ℃, the growth of 3-5 months is slow, the growth and development of 6-7 months are rapid, the flowering period is 8-9 months, the fruit period is 9-10 months, only basal leaves grow in the first year of the radix bupleuri, few bolting and flowering are realized, the germination period and the seedling period are favored to be moderately shaded, the strong sunshine exposure is feared, the growth of adult plants needs sufficient sunshine, roots are harvested in autumn 2 years after planting, the planting is most proper for good drainage, the humus soil is planted, the pH is 6-7, the continuous cropping is avoided, and the root rot is easily obtained for more than 3 years.
The artificial cultivation of bupleurum root mainly uses seed propagation, but the seed volume of bupleurum root is small, the service life is short, the seed maturity is inconsistent, the average germination rate is less than 35%, and the service life of seeds stored at normal temperature is less than one year. Under proper conditions, the time from sowing to sprouting is 50-80 days, so that the whole seedling is difficult to be sown once, the improvement of the bupleurum planting benefit is seriously restricted, and the bupleurum planted in the farmland adopted at present is afraid of high temperature and hard light, and the bupleurum is easily dead by sunlight due to lack of sun-shading in the seedling stage of the bupleurum, so that the emergence rate of the bupleurum is low, and the yield is low.
