Abstract
本发明公开了一种儿童食用泡芙条的制备方法,具体为:称取以下原材料:玉米粉、迷迭香提取液、猪肝粉、蔬菜或水果粉、蔬菜或水果干若、米粉、鸡蛋液、细砂糖、水、黄油;将称量好的玉米粉、米粉、猪肝粉以及蔬菜或水果粉混合并过筛备用,将蔬菜或水果干切成大小合适的条状备用;将黄油、水、细砂糖、迷迭香提取物放入锅中加热直至黄油和细砂糖全部融化再加热到沸腾,再将筛好的混合粉加入并搅拌均匀,得到混合糊;将鸡蛋液打散,加入到混合糊中并搅拌均匀,得到泡芙糊;将切好的蔬菜或水果干条放入制备的泡芙糊中,充分裹上泡芙糊后,依次摆放在烤盘中,放入烤箱烤熟,得到泡芙条。解决了现有技术中存在的营养成分单一问题。

技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,涉及一种儿童食用泡芙条的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的泡芙具有松软的口感、且保存性也较优异的泡芙受到关注,泡芙是水分含量为5%-30%左右的主要属于“中间水分系”的点心类,因此广受欢迎,也是婴幼儿零食的主要研究方向之一。
目前,儿童食用泡芙主要集中在入口即溶,仅能满足婴幼儿零食的需求,营养成分以及口感单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种儿童食用泡芙条的制备方法,解决了现有技术中存在的营养成分单一问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种儿童食用泡芙条的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1,按照配比依次称取以下原材料:玉米粉30-50g、迷迭香提取液3-5g、猪肝粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果干若干、米粉20-30g、鸡蛋液3-5个、细砂糖5-8g、水150-200g、黄油20-50g;
步骤2,将称量好的玉米粉、米粉、猪肝粉以及蔬菜或水果粉混合并过筛备用,将蔬菜或水果干切成大小合适的条状备用;
步骤3,将黄油、水、细砂糖、迷迭香提取物放入锅中加热直至黄油和细砂糖全部融化,然后继续加热到沸腾,再将经步骤3过筛好的混合粉加入,并快速搅拌均匀,得到混合糊;
步骤4,将鸡蛋液打散,分2-3次加入步骤3搅拌均匀的混合糊中,边加变搅拌,直到加完并搅拌均匀,得到泡芙糊;
步骤5,将步骤2切好的蔬菜或水果干条放入步骤4制备的泡芙糊中,充分裹上泡芙糊后,依次摆放在烤盘中,放入烤箱烤熟,得到泡芙条。
本发明的特征还在于,
蔬菜或水果粉为胡萝卜粉、萝卜粉、苹果粉、蓝莓粉、肉桂粉中的任意一种。
蔬菜或水果干为胡萝卜干、萝卜干、苹果干中的任意一种。
步骤4中加入鸡蛋液时,每次倒1/2-1/3,搅拌到与混合糊充分混合后再倒入下一次。
步骤4中鸡蛋液的加入量根据泡芙糊粘稠度决定。
步骤5放入烤箱的烤制条件为:烤箱调至200-220℃提前预热,然后将烤盘放入烤10-15分钟,使得泡芙外壳膨胀定型,在调制180-190℃,继续烤20-25分钟即可。
步骤3中的快速搅拌均匀指用搅拌器在3分钟内搅拌均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将蔬菜水果粉以及猪肝粉和玉米粉加入代替面粉,含有丰富的膳食纤维和铁以及维生素,同时,制备的泡芙条外壳口感松软,入口融化快,内部的水果干可供小孩咀嚼锻炼使用。

本发明一种儿童食用泡芙条的制备方法,具体按照以下步骤实施:
步骤1,按照配比依次称取以下原材料:玉米粉30-50g、迷迭香提取液3-5g、猪肝粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果干若干、米粉20-30g、鸡蛋液3-5个、细砂糖5-8g、水150-200g、黄油20-50g;

步骤1,按照配比依次称取以下原材料:玉米粉30-50g、迷迭香提取液3-5g、猪肝粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果粉5-8g、蔬菜或水果干若干、米粉20-30g、鸡蛋液3-5个、细砂糖5-8g、水150-200g、黄油20-50g;
步骤2,将称量好的玉米粉、米粉、猪肝粉以及蔬菜或水果粉混合并过筛备用,将蔬菜或水果干切成大小合适的条状备用;
步骤3,将黄油、水、细砂糖、迷迭香提取物放入锅中加热直至黄油和细砂糖全部融化,然后继续加热到沸腾,再将经步骤3过筛好的混合粉加入,并快速搅拌均匀,得到混合糊;
步骤4,将鸡蛋液打散,分2-3次加入步骤3搅拌均匀的混合糊中,边加变搅拌,直到加完并搅拌均匀,得到泡芙糊;
