Abstract
本发明涉及作为键盘乐器的键盘使用的抗菌键盘。该抗菌键盘具有键盘主体和,在该键盘主体上面,通过粘着的键盘表面。该粘着层是用含有挥发性的抗菌剂的粘着剂构成的,通过从粘着层挥发的抗菌剂的抗菌效果,不管键盘表皮的材质和制法,都可在键盘上容易地,且低成本地附加抗菌功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及为抑制细菌繁殖,在键盘乐器的键盘上进行防菌处理的抗菌键盘。
背景技术
本申请人已经在特愿平7-107374号公开了该种抗菌键盘。对于键盘之所以附加抗菌功能,是由于键盘乐器,特别是在学校等多数人共用乐器时,防止附着在某些人手指的细菌,通过键盘,转移到其他演奏人的手指上的缘故。该抗菌键盘具有键盘主体和,粘着在该键盘主体上面的键盘表皮。键盘表面是由含有抗菌剂的合成树脂构成的,具体地,是通过将含有金属银的磷酸钙作为抗菌剂,将该抗菌剂定量地添加在丙烯酸树脂的颗粒中,均匀地分散后,注射成形而构成的。根据该构成,通过含在键盘表皮的抗菌剂的抗菌效果,可抑制由于键盘的细菌繁殖,由此,保持键盘清洁的同时,防止键盘变色。
可是,对于以往的抗菌键盘,由于通过将添加了抗菌剂的丙烯酸树脂进行注射成形,成形成键盘表皮,所以在该注射成形时,抗菌剂,作为杂质而起作用,在成形的键盘表皮的表面产生条纹状图案,有难以得到均质的键盘表皮的缺点。为此,成形品的收率低,而成为成本上升的原因。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供,不管键盘表皮的材质和制法,都可以容易且低成本地附加抗菌功能的抗菌键盘。
发明内容
按照本发明,可提供具有键盘主体和,用粘着剂,粘着在该键盘主体上面的键盘表皮,用含有挥发性抗菌剂的粘着剂构成粘着层的抗菌键盘。
按照该抗菌键盘,粘着层在键盘主体和键盘表皮之间,露出在键盘的侧面,含在粘着层的抗菌剂,从该侧面经常向外面挥发,环绕在键盘的周围。因此,通过抗菌剂的作用,抑制了键盘上的细菌繁殖,保持键盘清洁的同时,也阻止了因细菌繁殖引起的变色。
这样,对于本发明的抗菌键盘,由于粘着层的抗菌剂的挥发,而发挥了抗菌效果,所以不管键盘表面的材质的制法,都可附加抗菌功能。特别是以丙烯酸树脂的注射成形而成形键盘表皮时,由于不需要向丙烯酸树脂添加抗菌剂,所以不会对其引起成形不良,而提高了产率,使成本降低。另外,在通常使用于键盘制造上的粘着剂上只添加抗菌剂,就可在键盘上简单地附加抗菌功能。
最好用多孔质材料构成键盘表皮。在键盘表皮上经常使用的人造象牙就属于这类多孔质材料。按照该构成,含在粘着层的抗菌剂不仅从键盘的侧面挥发,而且通过细孔渗透到键盘表皮内,从其上面挥发,所以可更有效地挥发抗菌功能。
另外,优选的是抗菌剂由含有选自银、铜及锌的1种以上的金属的磷酸钙而构成的。按照该构成,由于这些金属具有的抗菌活性可有效地发挥抗菌效果。此时,由于金属银可作为齿冠和食具来使用,对于人体的安全性高,所以特别好。作为载持金属的载体,使用磷酸钙,可确保安全性。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,详细地说明本发明优选的实施方案。图1是表示适用本发明的声学钢琴的键盘(白键)。该键盘1具有键盘主体2及键盘表皮3。键盘主体2,由云杉等木质无垢材料构成,具有大致相同的矩形断面。键盘表皮3,与通常的键盘表皮相同,由丙烯酸甲酯树脂等的丙烯酸树脂构成,用未图示的注射成形机注射成形如图2所示的形状。键盘表皮3,如图1所示,通过粘着层4,与键盘主体2的前侧上面及前面粘着,构成演奏者直接触指演奏的演奏部。
粘着层4是由水溶性乙烯基聚氨酯组成的粘着剂和均匀分散在该粘着剂中的规定量抗菌剂构成的。作为抗菌剂,例如可使用「Apacider-A」(sangi(株)制)。该Apacider-A是将磷酸钙(羟基磷灰石或磷酸三钙)作为载体,在其上载持金属银的,将磷酸钙与银化合物的混合物,在1000℃以上的高温下烧结,在该烧结过程中,银化合物中的银离子全部转化成金属银的陶瓷体。银离子全部转化成金属银,是通过用原子吸收光谱法进行分析(分析限度为0.05ppm),银离子完全不洗脱到水中,来确认的。
对于以上构成的键盘1,如图3所示,在键盘主体2和键盘表皮3之间,粘着层4露出在侧面上,含在粘着层4的抗菌剂,从该侧面,向外面,慢慢地挥发,环绕在键盘1的周围。其结果,通过抗菌剂的作用,抑制了在键盘1上的细菌繁殖,保持了键盘1的清洁的同时,也可防止由于细菌繁殖引起的变色。另外,作为抗菌剂,由于使用Apacida-A,即将金属银和磷酸钙烧结混合的陶瓷体,所以由其成分,对人体的环境的安全性很高同时,由于是陶瓷体,稳定性也优良,可长时期地发挥抗菌效果。
这样,对于本实施方案的键盘1,在通常用于其制造的粘着剂中,只添加抗菌剂,就可简单地附加抗菌功能。为此,键盘表皮3本身,不需要具有抗菌性,可用与通常相同的方法注射成形进行制造,所以其产率高,成本可降低。
图4是表示本发明第2实施方案的键盘11。该键盘11,只是用多孔质的人工象牙构成键盘表面13的这点上,与上述第1实施方案不同。该键盘表皮13,例如用以下方法制造。
对于醋酸纤维素片,加入邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂27重量%、作为热稳定剂的环氧化合物0.2重量%及磷酸烷基酯0.3重量%、作为氧化硅、硅烷醇基数每100平方埃为2.1、BET比表面积为136m2/g、平均粒径0.9μm,30重量%、白色颜料2.5重量%,使用万能搅拌机,在80℃下,搅拌混合4小时的同时,干燥到含水量为0.2重量%以下。
接着,使用直径40mm的挤压机,将该混合物,在220℃下,熔融·混炼、挤出,颗粒化。
最后,使用该颗粒,在注射挤出机中,成形键盘表皮13。
在以上成形的键盘表皮13的内部,如图4所示,含在粘着层4的抗菌剂,不仅从键盘11的侧面挥发,而且通过多个细孔14,渗透到键盘表皮13内,在其上面挥发,所以可更有效地发挥抗菌功能。另外,该键盘11,由于键盘表皮是由含有特定的氧化硅的纤维素衍生物树脂构成,所以具有吸湿性优良、与手指的触感优良、而且坚韧、加工性良好等优点。
本发明不受所说的实施方案限制,可以各种方案实施。例如,所说的实施方案,是本发明适用于声学钢琴的白键的例子,但本发明对于黑键,不必待言,对于风琴和电子琴等其他键盘乐器也是适用的。另外,对于抗菌剂的种类,不限于作为例子的Apacida-A,即将金属银和磷酸钙烧结混合的陶瓷体,也可以是含有具有抗菌活性的铜和锌类的其他金属的,作为载体一可使用磷酸钙以外的,进而,也可不必作成陶瓷体形态的。此外,在不超出本发明范围下,可适宜变更细节的构成。
如上所述,本发明的抗菌键盘,作为键盘乐器的键盘是有用的,特别是,不管键盘表皮的材质和制法,均可容易地且低成本地附加抗菌功能。
Claims (4)
1.抗菌键盘,具有键盘主体和,通过粘着层,与该键盘主体上面粘着的键盘表皮,其特征是上述粘着层是用含有挥发性的抗菌剂的粘着剂构成的。
2.权利要求1所述的抗菌键盘,其特征是用多孔质材料构成上述键盘表皮。
3.权利要求2所述的抗菌键盘,其特征是上述抗菌剂,由含有选自银、铜及锌的1种以上的金属的磷酸钙构成的。
4.权利要求1所述的抗菌键盘,其特征是上述抗菌剂,由含有选自银、铜及锌的1种以上的金属的磷酸钙构成的。
