Abstract
本发明提供一种清扫用片材(100),在具备片材沿厚度方向被压缩而成的压花部的清扫用片材(100)中,具备形成片材的表面的外层(11)、(11)和夹于外层(11)、(11)的内层(12),外层(11)、(11)和内层(12)的边界区域缠结有彼此的纤维。由此,能够形成容易保持片材的凹凸的形状且捕集性优良的清扫用片材。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清扫用片材。
背景技术
以往,例如在用于地板面的清扫等的清扫用片材中,为了体积、厚度的提高、摩擦阻力的减少、垃圾的捕集性的提高等,通过各种图案而在片材形成凹凸。
例如,在专利文献1中,记载了在片材纤维设置V字状的低密度区域从而形成凹凸的技术。
专利文献1:日本专利第3559533号公报
然而,在上述专利文献1中,因设置低密度区域而使得片材的强度降低,因此存在凹凸的形状容易崩坏,从而损害捕集性的情况。
发明内容
本发明的课题目的在于,提供容易保持片材的凹凸的形状且捕集性优良的清扫用片材。
为了解决上述课题,技术方案1所记载的发明提供一种清扫用片材,具备片材沿厚度方向被压缩而成的压花部,上述清扫用片材的特征在于,
具备形成片材的表面的外侧纤维层、以及夹持于上述外侧纤维层的内侧纤维层,
在上述外侧纤维层和上述内侧纤维层的边界区域中,彼此的纤维缠结。
根据本发明,能够提供容易保持片材的凹凸的形状且捕集性优良的清扫用片材。
另外,在技术方案1所记载的清扫用片材的基础上,技术方案2所记载的发明的特征在于,
上述压花部具备从片材的一面观察时向该一面侧突出的凸压花以及向片材的另一面侧突出的凹压花。
根据本发明,能够更加提高捕集性。
另外,在技术方案2所记载的清扫用片材的基础上,技术方案3所记载的发明的特征在于,
上述凸压花具备从上述一面突出的第1凸部、以及从上述第1凸部的顶部进一步突出的第2凸部,
上述凹压花具备从上述另一面突出的第1凹部、以及从上述第1凹部的顶部进一步突出的第2凹部。
根据本发明,能够更加提高捕集性。
另外,在技术方案2或3所记载的清扫用片材的基础上,技术方案4所记载的发明的特征在于,
上述清扫用片材形成为矩形状,
上述凸压花和上述凹压花配置为在上述清扫用片材的长边方向以及短边方向中的任一方向上都交替排列。
根据本发明,能够更加提高捕集性。
另外,在技术方案1~4中任一项所记载的清扫用片材的基础上,技术方案5所记载的发明的特征在于,
具备未配置上述压花部的非压花部。
根据本发明,能够更加提高捕集性。
根据本发明,能够提供容易保持片材的凹凸的形状且捕集性优良的清扫用片材。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1~图7对作为本发明的实施方式的清扫用片材100的具体的方式进行说明。但是,本发明的技术范围不限定于图示例。
此外,方便起见,如图1~图7所示,确定X方向、Y方向以及Z方向、和前后、左右以及上下来进行说明。
(实施方式的结构)
图1是表示本实施方式的清扫用片材100的使用时的状态的图。
如图1所示,清扫用片材100例如是以能够更换的方式安装于清扫工具200的干片材,上述清扫工具200具备矩形的平板状的头部201、以及安装于头部201的上表面的柄部202。
清扫用片材100覆盖清扫工具200的头部201的底面而形成清扫面,并且沿着清扫工具的头部201的长边边缘部201a折曲而成为卡止并安装于头部201的上表面的状态。
此外,长边边缘部201a是指沿着头部201的长边方向的边缘部。即,是指矩形的头部201的4个边缘部中的较长的两个边缘部。
图2是表示本实施方式的清扫用片材100的一个例子的俯视图。
如图2所示,清扫用片材100是在X方向上较长的矩形状,例如在X方向(长边方向)上形成为250mm~300mm,优选形成为260mm~290mm,并且在Y方向(短边方向)上形成为180mm~230mm,优选形成为200mm~210mm。
图3是沿着图2的III-III线剖切的剖视图。
清扫用片材100是层加工(层叠)多张原纸而成的,例如,如图2所示,具有如下三层构造:具备形成清扫用片材100的表面层的外层11、11、以及夹持于外层11、11的内层12。
(外层:外侧纤维层)
外层11是形成清扫用片材100的表面的外侧纤维层。
外层11主要由疏水性纤维形成。作为疏水性纤维,应用以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯等为主要成分的化学纤维。
另外,对于外层11而言,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维的混合率优选为80%以上,其纤维径优选为3.3dtex以上。通过使纤维径为3.3dtex以上,能够提高纤维的刚性(缓冲性),即便以较轻的力也能够进行操作。
此外,外层11的外侧的面成为清扫用片材100的表面。
(内层:内侧纤维层)
内层12是夹持在外层11、11中的内侧纤维层。
内层12以亲水性纤维为主要成分。作为亲水性纤维,例如,应用纸浆、棉、麻等天然纤维或者人造丝、醋酸纤维等纤维素系化学纤维,但是从维持保水性的观点看,优选应用纸浆或者纸浆气流成网。
另外,内层12优选只由亲水性纤维构成,但是作为加强层也可以适当含有聚丙烯纺粘等疏水性纤维。
另外,内层12的克重是5gsm~50gsm,优选为10gsm~30gsm。通过将内层12的克重设定为5gsm~50gsm,从而利用热压花加工,能够不破坏手感地形成压花的形状。另外,在地板等的清扫时,能够容易维持压花的形状。
此外,在假设清扫瓷砖等硬质的被清扫部的情况下,内层12的克重不限于上述范围,能够使其值变大。
另外,在清扫用片材100中,在外层11、11和内层12的边界区域,彼此的纤维缠结,由此,容易通过热压花加工形成压花的形状,另外,在清扫时,能够容易维持压花的形状。
此外,上述的清扫用片材100的片材构造只是一个例子,层的数量、各层所能含有的纤维等可适当地进行变更。
例如,在本实施方式中,将清扫用片材100作为干片材进行说明,但是也可以作为施加了药液的湿片材。在该情况下,能够使药液浸透到内层12的亲水性纤维。此外,从保证保水性的观点出发也可以使用纸浆或者纸浆气流成网。
回到图2,在清扫用片材100中,将沿着清扫工具200的头部201的长边边缘部201a折曲的部分称为折曲部S。
对于该折曲部S而言,与规定的清扫工具200的头部201相配合地预先设定大致的位置。即,在清扫用片材100的Y方向的规定位置上,设定有沿X方向延伸的两列折曲部S。此外,对于折曲部S而言,例如,可以在清扫用片材100预先印刷与折曲部S对应的直线,也可以在清扫用片材100形成与折曲部S对应的折线,以便能够供使用者识别。
而且,沿着清扫用片材100的折曲部S,在X方向上每隔规定间隔配置有多个非压花部30,遍及清扫用片材100的除了配置有非压花部30的区域外的整体地配置有压花部20。
由此,在清扫用片材100中的与清扫工具200的头部201的长边边缘部201a对应的位置,交替地配置有压花部20和非压花部30。
(压花部)
压花部20是清扫用片材100中的将片材沿厚度方向压缩而成的部分。
上述压花部20例如能够通过温度80~130℃、压花压0.2~1.0MPa的条件下的热压花而形成。
图4是图2的A区域的放大图。另外,图5是沿图4的V-V线剖切的剖视图。
如图4以及图5所示,在压花部20形成有向上侧(清扫用片材100的一面侧)凸出的凸压花21、和向下侧(清扫用片材100的另一面侧)凸出(即,向上侧凹陷)的凹压花22。
凸压花21和凹压花22在X方向、Y方向中的任一方向上都以交替排列的方式交错地配置。这样,通过使凸压花21和凹压花22规则地交替配置,从而能够提高垃圾的捕集性。
在压花部20中,在交错配置的凸压花21和凹压花22之间形成有中间部23。中间部23是未形成凸压花21以及凹压花22的部分,因此,中间部23在Z方向上成为比凸压花21低且比凹压花22高的位置。
此外,不是必须形成上述那样的压花图案,也可以形成为虽然提高垃圾的捕集性的效果较弱、但凸压花21或者凹压花22排成一列的压花图案、不规则地排列的压花图案。另外,例如也可以仅具备凸压花21或者凹压花22中的任一方。
(凸压花)
如图4所示,凸压花21在俯视观察时形成为在X方向上宽度较窄、在Y方向中央部具有缩颈部的所谓葫芦形。此外,从垃圾的捕集性的观点出发,优选为上述的形状,但作为凸压花21的形状并不限定于此,例如,能够形成为圆形、椭圆形、多边形等各种形状。另外,也可以形成为将各形状组合而成的形状。
凸压花21在X方向上形成为2mm~5mm,优选形成为3mm~4mm,并且在Y方向上形成为5mm~10mm,优选形成为6mm~8mm,并且在Z方向上形成为(距中间部23的高度)0.5mm~2mm,优选形成为0.7mm~1.5mm。
另外,如图5所示,凸压花21在剖视观察时形成为朝向上侧阶段性地凸出的形状。即,在剖视观察时,在从片材的表面(上表面)突出的第1凸部21a的顶部,形成有进一步向上侧突出的第2凸部21b。
更具体地,第1凸部21a的顶部在Y方向两端部,具有0.5mm~3mm/优选为1mm~2mm的平面状的台阶部H,在Y方向中央两端部具有第2凸部21b。
通过上述的结构,能够提高清扫用片材100的缓冲性,另外,在清扫时能够容易维持压花的形状。
(凹压花)
如图4所示,凹压花22在俯视观察时形成为作为与凸压花21大致相同的形状的所谓葫芦形。此外,作为凹压花22的形状,并不限定于此,能够形成为各种形状,也可以形成为与凸压花21不同的形状。
另外,如图5所示,凹压花22在剖视观察时形成为与凸压花21上下颠倒的朝向下侧阶段性地凹陷的形状。即,在剖视观察时,在从片材的表面(下表面)突出的第1凹部22a的顶部,形成有进一步向下侧突出的第2凹部22b。
更具体地,第1凹部22a的顶部在Y方向两端部,具有0.5mm~3mm,优选为1mm~2mm的平面状的台阶部H,在Y方向中央两端部具有第2凹部22b。
根据上述结构,能够提高清扫用片材100的缓冲性,另外,在清扫时能够容易维持压花的形状。
(非压花部)
非压花部30是清扫用片材100的片材在厚度方向上未被压缩而具有起毛的部分,沿着清扫用片材100的列状的折曲部S配置有多个。
通过以除去非压花部30的形状的方式对形成上述压花部20的压花辊进行设计,从而能够形成上述非压花部30。
此外,非压花部30不限定于完全不被压缩的情况,也可以在残留有起毛的程度下,与压花部20的被压缩的部分相比形成轻度的压缩。另外,在非压花部30也可以包含未起毛的部分。
作为非压花部30的大小,在X方向上形成为40mm~70mm,优选形成为50mm~60mm,在Y方向上形成为15mm~70mm,优选形成为20mm~50mm。
通过如此地设定,从而在制造中,在清扫用片材100形成与折曲部S对应的折线的情况下,即使产生了由装置引起的折线的蜿蜒时,也能够在适当的位置形成折线。
(凹部)
非压花部30分别优选为具有在清扫用片材100安装于清扫工具200的状态下相对于头部201的长边边缘部201a开口的凹部31的形状。
具体而言,例如,如图2所示,非压花部30能够形成为朝向右方向或者左方向、即从矩形状的清扫用片材100的中央部朝向长边开口的俯视观察呈V字状的形状。即,只要是俯视观察呈V字状的非压花部30,则具有V字状的凹部31。
由此,在将清扫用片材100沿Y方向、即沿与清扫用片材100的短边平行的方向移动而进行清扫的情况下,垃圾容易存积于凹部31,能够更加提高垃圾的捕集性。
另外,如图2所示,非压花部30配置为X方向的位置在每列偏移从而相互交错。即,沿着与头部201的长边边缘部201a的一方对应的折曲部S的非压花部30、和沿着与头部201的长边边缘部201a的另一方对应的折曲部S的非压花部30在折曲部S的延伸方向上配置于不同的位置。
由此,在将清扫用片材100沿Y方向、即与清扫用片材100的短边平行的方向移动而进行清扫的情况下,相互补充捕集性,使得非压花部30无缝隙地通过地板面,因此能够提高垃圾的捕集性。
(清扫用片材的制造方法)
接下来,对清扫用片材100的制造方法进行说明。
清扫用片材100具有将多个纤维层进行层叠的层叠工序、和利用一对压花辊对层叠片材进行加压而实施压花加工的压花工序。
在层叠工序中,通过水流缠结法,能够制成外层11、11和内层12在其边界区域彼此的纤维缠结而成的层叠片材。
在压花工序中,例如,通过温度80~130℃、压花压0.2~1.0MPa的条件下的热压花,能够在清扫用片材100形成压花部20。
根据该压花工序,内层12的纤维进入外层11、11的纤维内,直到出现在外层11、11(清扫用片材100)的表面或者表面附近。
具体而言,在第2凸部21b、第2凹部22b的边缘部等会出现内层12的纤维。
由此,在将清扫用片材100作为干片材的情况下,由于在外层11、11(清扫用片材100)的表面或者表面附近存在亲水性纤维,因此也容易擦拭液状的污垢。另外,在将清扫用片材100作为湿片材的情况下,药液从外层11、11(清扫用片材100)的表面或者表面附近的亲水性纤维渗出,能够有效地在最接触被清扫部的部分进行擦拭扫除。
此外,非压花部30能够通过以除去非压花部30的形状的方式设计形成上述压花部20的压花辊而形成。
(清扫用片材的使用方法)
接下来,对清扫用片材100的使用方法进行说明。
在使用时,清扫用片材100安装于清扫工具200的矩形的平板状的头部201。
具体而言,使头部201的长边边缘部201a与沿清扫用片材100的X方向延伸的两列折曲部S对齐,而在清扫用片材100上载置头部201。接着,清扫用片材100沿着头部201的长边边缘部201a折曲,折曲后的片材两侧部卡止于头部201的上表面。
由此,例如,如图1所示,清扫用片材100的Y方向的中央部覆盖清扫工具200的头部201的底面而形成清扫面,在清扫用片材100中的与头部201的长边边缘部201a对应的位置、即沿着折曲部S,压花部20和非压花部30成为交替配置的状态。
在该状态下,若主要在清扫用片材100的Y方向、即短边方向上使该清扫用片材100移动而进行清扫,则能够利用压花部20刮取沙尘、屋尘之类的细小尘埃,并能够利用非压花部30的起毛缠绕毛发、纤维粉尘之类的粗大尘埃。
更具体而言,能够使粗大尘埃存积于非压花部30的凹部31,并能够利用非压花部30之间的压花部20以及配置于清扫面的压花部20来刮取细小尘埃。
此时,在清扫用片材100中,在外层11、11和内层12的边界区域彼此的纤维缠结,因此能够容易保持压花部20的形状且实现优良的捕集性。
而且,与清扫作业的进行对应地,对压花部20而言,第2凸部21b、第1凸部21a(或者,第2凹部22b、第1凹部22a)被逐渐压扁,清扫面的面积逐渐扩大,因此能够进行长时间的使用。
(实施方式的效果)
如以上那样,根据本实施方式,在具备片材沿厚度方向被压缩而成的压花部20的清扫用片材100中,具备形成片材的表面的外层11、11、以及夹持于外层11、11的内层12,在外层11、11和内层12的边界区域中,彼此的纤维缠结。
因此,在制造时,通过热压花加工容易形成压花的形状,在清扫时,能够容易维持压花的形状。
因而,能够容易保持片材的凹凸的形状且实现捕集性优良的清扫用片材。
另外,根据本实施方式,压花部20具备从片材的一面(上表面)观察时向该面侧突出的凸压花21以及向片材的另一面(下表面)侧突出的凹压花22。
因此,在清扫时,压花部20从凸压花21到凹压花22逐渐被压扁,清扫面的面积逐渐扩大,因此能够长时间维持捕集性。
另外,根据本实施方式,凸压花21具备从一面(上表面)突出的第1凸部21a、以及从第1凸部21a的顶部进一步突出的第2凸部21b,凹压花22具备从另一面(下表面)突出的第1凹部22a、以及从第1凹部22a的顶部进一步突出的第2凹部22b。
因此,在清扫时,压花部20更加阶段性地被压扁,能够更加长时间地维持捕集性。
另外,根据本实施方式,清扫用片材100形成为矩形状,凸压花21和凹压花22配置为在清扫用片材100的长边方向以及短边方向中的任一方向上都交替排列。
因此,由于凸压花21和凹压花22规则性地交替配置,能够使垃圾的捕集性提高。
另外,根据本实施方式,具备未配置压花部20的非压花部30。
压花部20捕集细小尘埃,非压花部30捕集粗大尘埃,因此,能够使垃圾捕集性变成良好。
此外,本发明不限定于上述实施方式,当然能够对具体的构造适当地进行变更。
例如,在上述实施方式中,例示V字状的非压花部30进行了说明,但只要是具有在安装于头部201的状态下相对于头部201的边缘部201a开口的凹部31的形状,非压花部30的形状就不限定于此。
例如,如图6A以及图6B所示,也可以是具有U字状的凹部31的U字状的非压花部30。
另外,可以是如图6C所示那样在大致圆形的非压花部30的一部分形成V字状的凹部31的形状,也可以如图6D所示那样将芒星形的非压花部30的一部分作为凹部31来发挥功能。
另外,作为非压花部30的形状,从捕集性的观点出发,最优选为上述那样的具有相对于头部201的边缘部201a开口的凹部31的形状,但如图7所示那样只要是相对于头部201的边缘部201a朝倾斜的方向延伸的形状即可。
若是上述的形状,则非压花部30相对于头部201的边缘部201a倾斜地配置,因此能够捕集垃圾。
另外,在上述实施方式中,以在清扫用片材100中配置非压花部30的结构为例进行了说明,但也可以不配置非压花部30。即也可以在清扫用片材100的整个面配置压花部20。
另外,在上述实施方式中,以在清扫用片材100的Y方向上使该清扫用片材100移动来进行清扫的情况为例进行了说明,但也可以考虑在与清扫用片材100的长边平行的方向上移动来进行清扫,并使非压花部30形成为从矩形状的清扫用片材100的中央部朝向短边开口的形状。
在该情况下,清扫用片材100沿着头部201的短边方向的边缘部折曲,折曲后的片材两端部卡止于头部201的上表面。
另外,在上述实施方式中,以清扫用片材100安装于清扫工具200的情况为例进行了说明,但也可以不安装于清扫工具200地使用清扫用片材100。
实施例
接下来,对本发明的实施例以及比较例进行说明。以下,通过实施例对本发明具体地进行说明,但本发明并不限定于这些说明。
(实施例1)
准备作为外层含有80%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维且作为粘合纤维含有20%的聚丙烯与聚乙烯的芯鞘纤维的由100%疏水性纤维构成的无纺布。此外,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维使用纤度为3.3dtex的纤维,粘合纤维使用纤度为1.7dtex的纤维。外层的克重为25gsm。
另外,作为内层,准备100%聚丙烯的纺粘无纺布。内层的克重为15gsm。
通过水流缠结法使上述外层与内层缠结,从而制成作为三层构造的水刺无纺布的层叠片材。
对该层叠片材以温度105℃、压花压0.6MPa进行压花加工,制成图2所示那样的具备压花部以及非压花部的矩形状的干片材,形成实施例1的清扫用片材。
该清扫用片材的克重为100gsm,且为长边300mm、短边200mm的尺寸。
另外,压花部使用葫芦形的凸压花与凹压花在长边方向以及短边方向上交替配置的部件,凸压花以及凹压花的尺寸均构成为长边为8mm、短边为3mm、突出方向的高度为0.8mm。
另外,凸压花和凹压花都具备台阶部,其尺寸为1.5mm。
非压花部是从清扫用片材的中央部朝向长边开口的俯视观察呈V字状的形状,非压花部的长边方向的全长为45mm,短边方向的全长为35mm。另外,非压花部的凹部的长边方向的最长部分的长度为20mm。
另外,在长边方向邻接的非压花部之间的距离为10mm。
(比较例1)
不通过水流缠结法地将与实施例1相同的外层和内层粘合而制成层叠片材,除此以外,与实施例1相同地制成干片材,形成比较例1的清扫用片材。
(比较例2)
将压花部的形状以如下方式变更以外,与实施例1相同地制成干片材,形成比较例2的清扫用片材。
压花部使用葫芦形的凸压花和凹压花在长边方向和短边方向上交替配置的部件,凸压花和凹压花的尺寸都是长边为8mm、短边为3mm、突出方向的高度为0.8mm。另外,凸压花和凹压花都不具备台阶部。
(比较例3)
不通过水流缠结法地将与实施例1相同的外层以及内层粘合而制成层叠片材,并使压花部的形状与比较例2相同,除此以外与实施例1相同地制成干片材,形成比较例3的清扫用片材。
(比较例4)
制成对与实施例1相同地通过水流缠结法制造的层叠片材不实施压花加工的干片材,形成比较例4的清扫用片材。
(比较例5)
将与实施例1相同的外层和内层粘合而制成层叠片材,制成不实施压花加工的干片材,形成比较例5的清扫用片材。
对上述实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的片材的捕集性、压花状态以及吸收性,根据以下的基准进行了评价。其结果示于表I。
<捕集性的评价>
接下来,将上述实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的清扫用片材形成为图1所示的安装于夹具的状态,在清扫用片材的短边方向上使该清扫用片材移动来进行清扫,并对垃圾的捕集性进行了评价。
这里使用的扫除工具是图1所示的具备供清扫用片材安装的头部和柄部的工具。
头部通过粘贴顶面部与底面部而构成,顶面部是ABS树脂(丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯共重合合成树脂)制的长边240mm、短边95mm的长方形,底面部是硬度70°的TPE(热塑性弹性体)制的长边248mm、短边98mm的长方形。
另外,对柄部的长度而言,从与头部连结的连结部到手柄帽前端为止的长度为215mm。
评价的基准如下。其结果示于表I。
◎:得到了满足感
○:残留少些尘埃等,但几乎得到了满足感
△:残留垃圾,不满意
×:不能良好地捕集垃圾,完全没有得到满足感
<压花状态的评价>
接下来,将上述实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的清扫用片材形成为图1所示的安装于夹具的状态,在清扫用片材的短边方向上使该清扫用片材移动来进行清扫,并根据以下的基准对清扫后的压花的状态进行了评价。其结果示于表I。
◎:压花的形状残留
○:压花的形状几乎残留
△:压花的形状被压扁了一半左右
×:压花的形状被压扁了一半以上
<吸收性的评价>
接下来,将上述实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的清扫用片材形成为图1所示的安装于夹具的状态,在清扫用片材的短边方向上使该清扫用片材移动来进行清扫,根据以下的基准对液状污垢的吸收性进行了评价。其结果示于表I。
◎:能够很好的吸收
○:能够吸收
△:没怎么能吸收
×:完全不能吸收
<综合评价>
基于上述3点的评价,通过以下的基准进行了综合评价。其结果示于表I。
○:只是◎、或者是◎和○
△:至少有一个△
×:至少有一个×

从表I的结果来看,在实施例1的片材中,清扫后的压花的状态良好,垃圾的捕集性、液体的吸收性也良好。
另外,从比较例1的片材来看,若通过粘合层叠片材类似制造,则与实施例1相比,发现清扫后的压花的状态些许崩坏,垃圾的捕集性差。
另外,从比较例2来看,若为在压花部未具备台阶部的形状,则与实施例1相比,发现清扫后的压花的状态崩坏,垃圾的捕集性差。
另外,从比较例2、3来看,若层叠片材的制造方法是水流缠结法,则发现比粘合的情况更容易维持压花的形状。
另外,从比较例4、5来看,在没有压花部的清扫用片材中,与层叠片材的制造方法无关,压花都容易崩坏,无法在垃圾的捕集性上得到满足感。
另外,以使浸渍率为270%的方式将药液施加于上述实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的清扫用片材而形成为湿片材,对捕集性、压花状态以及缓释性进行了评价。其结果示于表II。
这里,捕集性、压花状态的结果与表I的干片材是相同的。
<缓释性的评价>
对于缓释性的评价而言,将实施例1、比较例1~比较例5的清扫用片材形成为图1所示的安装于夹具的状态,在清扫用片材的短边方向上使该清扫用片材移动来进行清扫,根据以下的基准对此时的药液的缓释性进行了评价。
◎:药液持续释放,得到了满足感
○:药液释放到没问题的程度
△:对药液的释放量感到不足
×:药液的释放不持续,没有得到满足感
<综合评价>
基于上述3点的评价,根据以下的基准进行了综合评价。其结果如表II所示。
○:只是◎、或者是◎和○
△:至少有一个△
×:至少有一个×

从表II的结果来看,在实施例1的片材中,发现垃圾的捕集性和药液的缓释性都良好,能得到满足感。
工业上的利用可能性
本发明适于提供用于地板面的清扫等的清扫用片材。

Claims (5)
1.一种清扫用片材,具备片材沿厚度方向被压缩而成的压花部,
其特征在于,
具备形成片材的表面的外侧纤维层、以及夹持于所述外侧纤维层的内侧纤维层,
在所述外侧纤维层和所述内侧纤维层的边界区域中,彼此的纤维缠结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清扫用片材,其特征在于,
所述压花部具备从片材的一面观察时向该一面侧突出的凸压花以及向片材的另一面侧突出的凹压花。
3.根据权利要求2所述的清扫用片材,其特征在于,
所述凸压花具备从所述一面突出的第1凸部、以及从所述第1凸部的顶部进一步突出的第2凸部,
所述凹压花具备从所述另一面突出的第1凹部、以及从所述第1凹部的顶部进一步突出的第2凹部。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的清扫用片材,其特征在于,
所述清扫用片材形成为矩形状,
所述凸压花和所述凹压花配置为在所述清扫用片材的长边方向以及短边方向中的任一方向上都交替排列。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清扫用片材,其特征在于,
具备未配置所述压花部的非压花部。
