背景技术
天然活性物质是来自植物、动物和微生物的初级或次级代谢产物,已有研究表明天然活性物质具有抗氧化、调节血糖血脂、调节免疫力、抑制癌症发生发展等营养价值。胡柚作为一种柑橘水果的果实,是丰富的天然活性物质来源,随着生活水平的提高,高天然活性物质和具有健康促进功能正在作为一个新的指标在果实育种、加工和消费指导中渐兴渐起。
胡柚果实富含多种维生素和人体所需的16种氨基酸以及磷、钾、铁、钙等元素,营养价值很高。其肉质饱满,脆嫩多汁,酸甜适度,甘中微苦,鲜爽可口。并具有清凉祛火,镇咳化痰,降低血糖,润喉醒酒,养颜益寿等诸多药理功效,是老少皆宜的集营养、美容、延年益寿于一体的纯天然保健食品;
胡柚除了果实可供食用外,其果皮含有丰富的果胶、膳食纤维、类柠檬苦素、胡柚精油,以及胡柚皮苷、新橙皮苷等多种黄酮类生物活性物质。现代医学研究表明,胡柚皮提取物具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗癌、抗微生物、降血糖、降血压、降血脂、预防动脉粥样硬化等生物活性。近年研究发现胡柚皮苷还具有抗过敏作用。一般人们食用胡柚,只取肉,把皮丢弃,胡柚的果皮得不到利用,这样造成了较大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种胡柚皮中活性物质的提取及废渣综合利用的加工工艺,以解决现有技术中无法综合利用胡柚皮并充分利用胡柚果皮中活性物质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种胡柚皮中活性物质的提取及废渣综合利用的加工工艺,其步骤为:
(1)对成熟胡柚进行原料选择;
(2)对原料进行处理;
(3)在处理好的原料中加入水和配料,进行蒸汽加热,并进行提取液加工提取和油水混合液的提取;
(4)对提取液进行过滤分离;
(5)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的油水混合液进行油水分离得到粗精油和纯露;
(6)粗精油进行精制得到胡柚皮精油,然后对胡柚皮精油灌装,纯露通过过滤脱气后进行灌装;
(7)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮黄酮粗提液进行浓缩得到浸膏;
(8)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮丝渣经过提取罐浸提后,进行冷水降温,再通过全自动低温离心机脱水;
(9)在脱水完成后通过隧道式低温冷冻房进行冷冻,然后在胡柚皮丝渣中加入配料,搅拌均匀后装罐。
优选的,根据步骤(1),选取的原料为外表皮鲜亮、无明显黑点病、无病虫害的果实大、皮厚的新鲜成熟胡柚。
优选的,根据步骤(2),原料的处理过程为将胡柚切成四瓣,剥下果皮,皮上去除果柄,放入全自动气浮清洗机中浸泡清洗,洗后马上放入切丝机中切丝,要求长度2-4cm,厚度1-2mm。
优选的,根据步骤(3),原料与加入的水和配料之间的料液比为1:8-10。

优选的,根据使用要求,如果要求得到粗黄酮干品,直接对浸膏进行干燥,采用喷雾低温干燥,适当加入辅料糊精,即可喷干,之后马上灌装;
如果要求黄酮纯度在50%以上的,需要进行醇降纯化处理,采用45%-75%的乙醇溶液,使得大部分粗纤维产生絮状物,从而产生沉析,再进行过滤分离,分别得到胡柚黄酮液和粗果胶膏,胡柚黄酮液再进行浓缩干燥,得到黄酮粉,粗果胶膏干燥后得到粗果胶粉。
优选的,根据步骤(8)和(9),胡柚皮丝渣经过提取罐浸提后,马上加入冷水冲淋,使之温度迅速降低到60℃以下,再通过全自动低温离心机脱水,使之水分在27%以下,再通过隧道式低温冷冻房,控制冷冻房温度为-10℃以下,经过冷冻房后,物料温度小于10℃,之后马上进行配料,皮丝渣和配料以3:7配比,物料边进搅拌机,边加配料,搅拌均匀后立即装罐,之后放入-18℃以下冷库冷藏保存。
优选的,所述的配料为白砂糖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:可充分利用胡柚来制备不同胡柚产品,并充分利用胡柚果皮中的生物活性物质,而且胡柚原料综合利用率高、工艺操作方便、生产效率高,大大提高了胡柚的经济效益;
粗精油通过分子蒸馏精制,可增加精油的香味,得到浓缩精油,粗纯露经过过滤和脱气得到完整的纯露;
浸膏经过处理后得到的果胶粉主要作为降血糖固体饮料和果酱的原料;
胡柚皮丝渣经过处理后放入-18℃以下冷库冷藏保存,保存时间可达到2年以上;
皮渣主要作为胡柚茶(柚子茶)、果酱、果糕、馅料等生产用原料。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种胡柚皮中活性物质的提取及废渣综合利用的加工工艺,其步骤为:
(1)对成熟胡柚进行原料选择;
(2)对原料进行处理;
(3)在处理好的原料中加入水和配料,进行蒸汽加热,并进行提取液加工提取和油水混合液的提取;
(4)对提取液进行过滤分离;
(5)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的油水混合液进行油水分离得到粗精油和纯露;
(6)粗精油进行精制得到胡柚皮精油,然后对胡柚皮精油灌装,纯露通过过滤脱气后进行灌装;
(7)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮黄酮粗提液进行浓缩得到浸膏;
(8)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮丝渣经过提取罐浸提后,进行冷水降温,再通过全自动低温离心机脱水;
(9)在脱水完成后通过隧道式低温冷冻房进行冷冻,然后在胡柚皮丝渣中加入配料,搅拌均匀后装罐。
根据步骤(1),选取的原料为外表皮鲜亮、无明显黑点病、无病虫害的果实大、皮厚的新鲜成熟胡柚。
根据步骤(2),原料的处理过程为将胡柚切成四瓣,剥下果皮,皮上去除果柄,放入全自动气浮清洗机中浸泡清洗,洗后马上放入切丝机中切丝,要求长度2-4cm,厚度1-2mm。
根据步骤(3),原料与加入的水和配料之间的料液比为1:8-10。
提取液加工提取过程为将料液加装到提取罐内后,密封好罐口,启动超声装置和冷却循环机组装置,通过蒸汽加热,控制蒸汽压力不超过0.3MPa,加热时间为20-40min,温度为110-120℃,沸腾时间为15-25min。
根据步骤(4),其具体的分离步骤为将步骤(3)进行原料提取后,对提取好的料液,经过四联过滤器和提取罐抽口的不锈钢滤网进行分离,得到胡柚皮黄酮粗提取液和胡柚皮丝渣。
根据步骤(7),胡柚皮黄酮粗提取液经过双效浓缩器的浓缩,浓缩温度控制在65-80℃,蒸汽压力小于0.3MPa,最后得到浸膏比重为1.2-1.45之间。

所述的配料为白砂糖。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种胡柚皮中活性物质的提取及废渣综合利用的加工工艺,其特征在于:其步骤为:
(1)对成熟胡柚进行原料选择;
(2)对原料进行处理;
(3)在处理好的原料中加入水和配料,进行蒸汽加热,并进行提取液加工提取和油水混合液的提取;
(4)对提取液进行过滤分离;
(5)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的油水混合液进行油水分离得到粗精油和纯露;
(6)粗精油进行精制得到胡柚皮精油,然后对胡柚皮精油灌装,纯露通过过滤脱气后进行灌装;
(7)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮黄酮粗提液进行浓缩得到浸膏;
(8)根据步骤(4),将分离出来的胡柚皮丝渣经过提取罐浸提后,进行冷水降温,再通过全自动低温离心机脱水;
(9)在脱水完成后通过隧道式低温冷冻房进行冷冻,然后在胡柚皮丝渣中加入配料,搅拌均匀后装罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胡柚皮中活性物质的提取及废渣综合利用的加工工艺,其特征在于:根据步骤(1),选取的原料为外表皮鲜亮、无明显黑点病、无病虫害的果实大、皮厚的新鲜成熟胡柚。
