Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善营养代谢、肠道功能和肠道微生态的抗炎组合物,包括菊粉、低聚半乳糖、聚葡萄糖和水不溶膳食纤维,其中菊粉、低聚半乳糖、聚葡萄糖和水不溶膳食纤维的配比为:10~30:5~30:10~40:10~50。本发明还公开了一种含有该抗炎组合物的抗炎食品,包括谷物粉,谷物粉与抗炎组合物的配比为:65~95:35~5,较优配比为:75~90:25~10。本发明通过水不溶膳食纤维调整营养释放速率、吸附毒素、改善微生物生存环境,与功能性聚糖发生协同作用,组成抗炎组合物,降低肠通量、血液内毒素、重金属及炎性因子,增强免疫能力,改善肠道微生态和身体生化指标,预防慢性疾病。
