Abstract

本发明提供了一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料及其制备方法,所述固体饮料以脱脂奶粉、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、低聚半乳糖、菊粉、羧甲基纤维素钠和益生菌菌粉按比例混合,总混分包后制成固体饮料。本发明优点在于:益生菌具有调节肠道菌群平衡、解酒护肝和增强免疫的功效,加之功能性低聚糖菊粉和低聚半乳糖的存在,增强了益生菌在肠道定植和存活率。

技术领域
 本发明属于保健营养品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
固体饮料是乳蛋制品、果汁、植物提取物混以其他食品添加剂制成的水分含量不高于5%的固体制品。它种类多样、风味独特、易于存放而备受消费者青睐。益生菌具有调节肠道菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力、调节血脂代谢、保护肝脏、预防糖尿病、降低肿瘤等功效,菊粉和低聚半乳糖是具天然属性的功能性低聚糖,人体肠道中的益生乳酸菌菌群的繁衍和定植依赖于低聚糖的存在,低聚半乳糖作为益生元添加后,使益生菌在肠道定植和存活率增强。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料及其制备方法,本发明选用经过人体实验安全验证的具有较好益生功效的菌株,并联合添加益生元菊粉和低聚半乳糖。本发明采用的是粉末总混分装,更加保证了原料的利用率,产品的稳定性及添加的益生菌的活性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:脱脂奶粉40%、麦芽糊精30%、微晶纤维素20%、菊粉4%、低聚半乳糖3%、益生菌菌粉2%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%。
(2)将粉末进行总混,分包。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和技术效果是:本发明所述固体饮料中添加了益生菌菌粉,益生菌具有调节肠道菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力、调节血脂代谢、保护肝脏、预防糖尿病、降低肿瘤等功效。菊粉和低聚半乳糖作为益生元的添加,使肠道益生菌的繁衍和定植能力增强。
本发明所述含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料具有优良的市场应用前景,本发明为此种固体饮料的开发提供了可能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
本品制备方法如下:
1、将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:脱脂奶粉40%、麦芽糊精30%、微晶纤维素20%、菊粉4%、低聚半乳糖3%、益生菌菌粉2%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%。
2、将粉末进行总混,分包。

1.一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:脱脂奶粉40%、麦芽糊精30%、微晶纤维素20%、菊粉4%、低聚半乳糖3%、益生菌菌粉2%、羧甲基纤维素钠1%;
 (2)将粉末进行总混,分包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于添加了益生菌和低聚糖所附加的保健功效。
3.利用权利要求1或2所述的制备方法制得的含益生菌和低聚糖的固体饮料。
