Abstract
本发明提供了一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片及其制备方法,以绞股蓝浸膏粉、葡萄糖、乳糖、微晶纤维素、脱脂奶粉和益生菌菌粉按比例混合后。采用粉末直接压片法进行压片,最终得到益生菌片剂的生产配方和方法,以及使用该方法生产的一种含绞股蓝的活菌存活率极高的决咀嚼片。本发明优点在于:粉末直接压片法原料使用率高、工艺稳定、加工速度快、益生菌存活率高,且益生菌调节肠道菌群平衡、解酒护肝和增强免疫功效的功效与绞股蓝降血脂、降血糖、抗溃疡、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等作用相互叠加促进,是一种功效良好的咀嚼片保健品,适合规模化生产和市场销售。

技术领域
本发明属于保健营养品技术领域,尤其涉及一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片及其制备方法。
背景技术
绞股蓝为葫芦科多年生藤本植物,又名七叶胆、五叶参。绞股蓝人参皂苷的含量是人参的8倍之多,并且不会出现过量服用的副作用。现代药学研究证实绞股蓝具有降血脂、降血糖、抗溃疡、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗衰老、保肝及增强免疫功能等作用,是一种新的药食两用植物资源。肠道是人体最大的免疫器官,益生菌可以调节肠道菌群平衡、提高机体免疫力、调节血脂代谢、保护肝脏、预防糖尿病、降低肿瘤等功效。直接压片法制得的绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片,原料利用率高,益生菌存活率高,低聚半乳糖是具天然属性的功能性低聚糖,人体肠道中的益生乳酸菌菌群的繁衍和定植依赖于低聚糖的存在,低聚半乳糖作为益生元添加后,使益生菌在肠道定植和存活率增强。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片及其制备方法,本发明选用经过人体实验安全验证的具有较好益生功效的菌株,并联合添加中药成分绞股蓝和益生元低聚半乳糖。本发明采用的是粉末直接压片法,更加保证了原料的利用率,产品的稳定性及添加的益生菌的活性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将绞股蓝中药进行粉碎,加入6-7倍于其重量的水,70℃浸提,每次提取时间60min,浸提3次,过滤机精滤,真空浓缩成稠浸膏,干燥至水分含量5%以下,打碎制成粉末,过100目筛,得到绞股蓝浸膏粉;
(2)将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:微晶纤维素35%、脱脂奶粉35 %、绞股蓝浸膏粉12 %、木糖醇10 %、低聚半乳糖 3 %、柠檬酸3 %、益生菌菌粉2 %;
(3)将混匀的粉末直接单冲压片,调节压力为20-40KN,得到一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和技术效果是:本发明所述咀嚼片中添加了绞股蓝浸膏粉,绞股蓝具有降血脂、降血糖、抗溃疡、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、抗衰老、保肝及增强免疫功能等作用。低聚半乳糖作为益生元的添加,使益生菌群的繁衍和定植能力增强,更好地发挥益生菌调节肠道菌群、提高机体免疫力、调节血脂代谢、保护肝脏、预防糖尿病、降低肿瘤发生风险的功效。
本发明所述绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片具有优良的市场应用前景,本发明为绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片产品的开发提供了可能。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明所述咀嚼片的制备方法如下:
1、将绞股蓝中药进行粉碎,加入6-7倍于其重量的水,70℃浸提,每次提取时间60min,浸提3次,过滤机精滤,真空浓缩成稠浸膏,干燥至水分含量5%以下,打碎制成粉末,过100目筛,得到绞股蓝浸膏粉。
2、将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:微晶纤维素35%、脱脂奶粉35 %、绞股蓝浸膏粉12 %、木糖醇10 %、低聚半乳糖 3 %、柠檬酸3 %、益生菌菌粉2 %。
3、将混匀的粉末直接单冲压片,调节压力为20-40KN,得到一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片。

Claims (3)
1.一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)将绞股蓝中药进行粉碎,加入6-7倍于其重量的水,70℃浸提,每次提取时间60min,浸提3次,过滤机精滤,真空浓缩成稠浸膏,干燥至水分含量5%以下,打碎制成粉末,过100目筛,得到绞股蓝浸膏粉;
(2)将以下组分捣碎过100目筛,并按照质量百分比配制:微晶纤维素35%、脱脂奶粉35 %、绞股蓝浸膏粉12 %、木糖醇10 %、低聚半乳糖 3 %、柠檬酸3 %、益生菌菌粉2 %;
(3)将混匀的粉末直接单冲压片,调节压力为20-40KN,得到一种绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于添加了绞股蓝浸膏粉和益生菌菌粉所附加的保健功效。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法制得的绞股蓝益生菌咀嚼片。
