本发明提供了一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片及其制备方法,通过将富含黄酮、多酚、花青素的黑果腺肋花楸提取物、富含茶氨酸的绿茶提取物、膳食纤维、维生素D科学搭配制成具有降血压和预防高血压的方便食用的压片。相较于临床的降血压西药无副作用,相较于市面上普通的用中药原材料简单的混合制成的保健茶和压片补充了膳食纤维和维生素D的摄入,且黑果腺肋花楸提取物和绿茶提取物中的有效成分较普通的中药材高,因此降血压效果更好。

本发明属于功能性食品技术领域,具体涉及一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片及其制备方法。
背景技术
高血脂、高血压、高血糖,俗称“三高”,是目前我国影响到人类健康的大问题,全国已有这类问题的人群达数亿之多,而且还在逐年增长。国际上许多发达国家也普遍存在着这一大问题,也是医学界的一个难题。“三高”是人类许多疾病和亚健康的源头,随着“三高”的发展和恶化,会引发一系列的病症和并发症,严重地影响到人类的健康乃至寿命。
高血压是持续血压过高的疾病,会引起中风、心脏病、血管瘤、肾衰竭等疾病,高血压是一种以血压升高为特征,可伴有心脏、血管、脑和肾脏等器官功能性或器质性改变的全身性疾病。造成高血压的原因:一是血管失去弹性,使血液输送困难,不得不加大血压使血液流得比较顺畅;二是血脂肪、胆固醇高,造成血液的粘稠度高,当血液的粘稠度增加以后,血管上沉积的附着物越来越多,血流的速度越来越慢而造成高血压。
高血压是一种慢性病,目前没有根治的方法和药物。临床上以西药治疗为主,但西药治疗容易出现停药即刻反复的现象,且有些药物会出现副作用。因此患者需要一些可以辅助药物治疗高血压可以长期食用又没有副作用的食品或保健食品。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,通过黑果腺肋花楸提取物、绿茶提取物、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维等,清除血液内壁的污垢、垃圾与毒素,使血液在血管内畅通无阻,使心,脑、肾、肝及各脏器的血管得到软化,使衰老的细胞从人体内清除出去,使人体的自我调节恢复正常。
黑果腺肋花楸是近年来我国从国外引进的一种新兴浆果,其鲜果中富含花青素、黄酮、多酚类物质,其含量是葡萄的80至180倍,蔓越莓的20至40倍,是蓝莓的5倍;研究表明富含花青素、黄酮、多酚类物质的黑果腺肋花楸具有很强的抗氧化活性,其抗氧化活性是蓝莓2.5蔓越莓的9倍以上。由于其较强的抗氧化能力所以可以很好的清除除人体自由基进而保护心脏降低人体脂质过度氧化,防止心血管疾病。目前国内黑果腺肋花楸相关研究较国外少很多,相关加工的产品也很少。丰富黑果腺肋花楸产品品类可以促进黑果腺肋花楸相关产业的发展,而使用榨汁或发酵后剩余的黑果腺肋花楸果渣生产黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维和而黑果腺肋花楸提取物可以提高黑果腺肋花楸的利用率,降低生产成本。黑果腺肋花楸片即方便食用又营养丰富可以降低血压,是黑果腺肋花楸产品开发一个不错的方向。
绿茶提取物中富含茶氨酸,动物试验中给高血压自发症大鼠注射茶氨酸,其舒张压、收缩压以及平均血压都下降,降低程度与剂量有关,但心率没有大的变化;茶氨酸对血压正常的老鼠没有降低血压的作用,表明茶氨酸只对患高血压病的大鼠有降压效果。茶氨酸可能是通过调节脑中神经传达物质的浓度来起到降低血压的作用。
配方中黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖都属于膳食纤维,且低聚异麦芽糖和聚葡萄糖还兼具有益生元的作用。研究表明:膳食纤维与阳离子有较强的结合和交换能力。它能与Na+、K+、Ca2+、Zn2+、Cu2+、Pb2+等离子进行交换,特别是与肠道中Na+、K+进行交换,并促使Na+、K+离子随尿液和粪便大量排出,从而降低血液中的Na+、K+离子比值,直接产生降低血压的作用。 膳食纤维还能促进体内血脂和脂蛋白代谢的正常进行,抑制或降低胆固醇与甘油三脂在淋巴中的吸收,增加胆固醇的排出量,从而降低血清胆固醇的浓度,有效避免了过高的血糖和胆固醇在动脉血管壁上的沉积,起到防止动脉血管壁增厚及变窄、避免动脉粥样硬化的作用。因此,膳食纤维片还可以预防高血压、高血脂、心脏病和动脉硬化,减少心脑血管疾病的发病几率
研究表明缺钙可以引起血压的升高,而补充钙后人体的血压后降低。钙广泛存在于自然界中很容易摄取,人体缺钙往往是因为钙的吸收不足,因此补钙的关键是如何促进钙的吸收,维生素D可以促进钙的吸收,从而降低人体缺钙的风险,进而降低人体患高血压的风险。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于:所述黑果腺肋花楸片中的有效成分包括黑果腺肋花楸提取物、绿茶提取物、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、维生素D。
进一步地,所述具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,由以下原料按质量份数配制而成:黑果腺肋花楸提取物30--40份、绿茶提取物20—25份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维15—18份、低聚异麦芽糖4—6份、聚葡萄糖5—9份、维生素D0.00005—0.00006份。
进一步地,所述具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其中各原料按质量份数计为:黑果腺肋花楸提取物35--40份、绿茶提取物20—25份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维15—18份、低聚异麦芽糖4—6份、聚葡萄糖5—7份、维生素D0.00005—0.00006份。
进一步地,所述黑果腺肋花楸提取物中黄酮类物质、多酚类物质、花青素含量总和大于40%,绿茶提取物中茶氨酸含量大于90%。
进一步地,所述黑果腺肋花楸提取物和黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维是从黑果腺肋花楸鲜果榨汁或发酵酒后的果渣和籽中提取。
进一步地,所述黑果腺肋花楸片可制成片剂、丸剂、冲剂、颗粒剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)黑果腺肋花楸果渣经冷冻干燥得到果渣粉,避免高温烘干或者阳光下暴晒晾干。
2)冷冻干燥得到的黑果腺肋花楸果渣粉置于萃取罐中后以超临界二氧化碳为溶剂、乙醇为携带剂进行超临界萃取;果渣粉经二氧化碳超临界萃取后得到富含黄酮、多酚和花青素的黑果腺肋花楸提取物;
3)按比例取黑果腺肋花楸提取物、绿茶提取物、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、维生素D混合均匀,混合均匀后经干法制粒、整粒、压片即得。
冷冻干燥得到的黑果腺肋花楸果渣粉置于萃取罐中后以超临界二氧化碳为溶剂、乙醇为携带剂进行超临界萃取。超临界萃取较传统提取工艺提取温度接近常温35至40℃,减少了黄酮、多酚和花青素的损失,且不使用有机溶剂无残留。
本发明通过将富含黄酮、多酚、花青素的黑果腺肋花楸提取物、富含茶氨酸的绿茶提取物、膳食纤维、维生素D科学搭配制成具有降血压和预防高血压的方便食用的压片。相较于临床的降血压西药无副作用,相较于市面上普通的用中药原材料简单的混合制成的保健茶和压片补充了膳食纤维和维生素D的摄入,且黑果腺肋花楸提取物和绿茶提取物中的有效成分较普通的中药材高,因此降血压效果更好。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量百分比,但本发明并不局限于此。
实施例1
黑果腺肋花楸提取物40份、绿茶提取物20份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维16份、低聚异麦芽糖5份、聚葡萄糖6份、维生素D0.00005份
实施例2
黑果腺肋花楸提取物35份、绿茶提取物25份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维18份、低聚异麦芽糖5份、聚葡萄糖9份、维生素D0.00005份

黑果腺肋花楸提取物35份、绿茶提取物20份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维15份、低聚异麦芽糖6份、聚葡萄糖5份、维生素D0.00006份

实施例6
1、临床资料
轻、中度高血压, 均符合全国高血压病会议制定的诊断标准。共80例,男46例, 女34例。年龄40-68岁,平均49±15.6岁。本发明黑果腺肋花楸片代药饮,每次10-30克,每日三次,每记录血压变化,2周为1疗程,同时进行肝功、肾功检查。患者间年龄、性别及治疗前血压水平均无显著性差异。均未应用其它影响血压的药物。
2、疗效评定标准:
参照中华人民共和国卫生部《新药临床研究指导原则》中疗效判断标准。黑果腺肋花楸片治疗高血压疗效标准显效:舒张压下降≥1.3kPa(10mmHg)至正常或下降2.7kPa(20mmHg)以上;有效:舒张压下降未达到1.3kPa(10mmHg)但降至正常或下降1.3-2.5kPa,如为收缩期高血压,收缩压下降>4.OkPa(30 n mmHg)亦为有效;无效:血压下降未达到上述范围。
3、治疗结果
高血压病患者治疗前、后血压水平的比较见表1,

虽然本发明已参照如上所述的具体实施例来描述,但本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上实施例仅是用以说明本发明而不是限制本发明,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内对上述实施例的变化、变型都应落入本申请的权利要求书请求保护的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于:所述黑果腺肋花楸片中的有效成分包括黑果腺肋花楸提取物、绿茶提取物、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、维生素D。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于,由以下原料按质量份数配制而成:黑果腺肋花楸提取物30--40份、绿茶提取物20—25份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维15—18份、低聚异麦芽糖4—6份、聚葡萄糖5—9份、维生素D0.00005—0.00006份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于,其中各原料按质量份数计为:黑果腺肋花楸提取物35--40份、绿茶提取物20—25份、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维15—18份、低聚异麦芽糖4—6份、聚葡萄糖5—7份、维生素D0.00005—0.00006份。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于,所述黑果腺肋花楸提取物中黄酮类物质、多酚类物质、花青素含量总和大于40%,绿茶提取物中茶氨酸含量大于90%。
5.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于,所述黑果腺肋花楸提取物和黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维是从黑果腺肋花楸鲜果榨汁或发酵酒后的果渣和籽中提取。
6.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片,其特征在于,所述黑果腺肋花楸片可制成片剂、丸剂、冲剂、颗粒剂。
7.一种具有降血压功效的黑果腺肋花楸片的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)黑果腺肋花楸果渣经冷冻干燥得到果渣粉,避免高温烘干或者阳光下暴晒晾干;
2)冷冻干燥得到的黑果腺肋花楸果渣粉置于萃取罐中后以超临界二氧化碳为溶剂、乙醇为携带剂进行超临界萃取;果渣粉经二氧化碳超临界萃取后得到富含黄酮、多酚和花青素的黑果腺肋花楸提取物;
3)按比例取黑果腺肋花楸提取物、绿茶提取物、黑果腺肋花楸膳食纤维、低聚异麦芽糖、聚葡萄糖、维生素D混合均匀,混合均匀后经干法制粒、整粒、压片即得。
