Abstract

本发明公开了一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构。该机构安装在空气滤清器箱体开门的一侧,气缸固定在箱体上,该机构包括单孔连杆、长连杆、固定杆、双孔连杆、气缸放气嘴、气缸、气缸充气嘴、逆时针转轴、销子、顺时针转轴,气缸活塞杆端部上的圆孔与双孔连杆下边的长圆孔用销子连接,双孔连杆内四角孔插入逆时针转轴,双孔连杆上边的孔与长连杆用销子连接,单孔连杆内四角孔插入顺时针转轴,固定杆一侧圆孔通过销子与顺时针转轴连接,另一侧圆孔通过销子与长连杆上的长圆孔连接。该机构通过对气缸的充气、放气实现两扇门的对关、对开状态,能满足空气滤清器水陆两种进气模式的切换。

技术领域
本发明涉及内燃机技术领域,尤其涉及一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构。
背景技术
随着两栖车辆的发展,以及海上高速度的需求,对空气滤清器流量的需求也越来越高。水陆两种工况对流量的需求差距较大,在动力舱有限空间的限制下,同时满足这两种工况的空气滤清器需要在传统的空气滤器上进行结构改进。急需研究一种水陆转换机构,可靠实现空气滤清器水陆双模式进气需求。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明提出了陆上进气和水上进气的双模式进气过滤方案,实现一种空气滤清器两种进气模式,通过一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构实现空气滤清器水陆进气模式的切换。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构,包括单孔连杆、长连杆、固定杆、双孔连杆、气缸放气嘴、气缸、气缸充气嘴、逆时针转轴、销子、顺时针转轴。该机构安装在空气滤清器箱体开门的一侧,气缸固定在空气滤清器箱体上;气缸活塞杆端部上的的圆孔与双孔连杆下边的长圆孔用销子连接,双孔连杆内四角孔插入逆时针转轴,双孔连杆上边的孔与长连杆用销子连接,单孔连杆内四角孔插入顺时针转轴,固定杆一侧圆孔通过销子与顺时针转轴连接,另一侧圆孔通过销子与长连杆上的长圆孔连接。
气缸上的气缸放气嘴工作时,气缸的直线收回运动驱动双孔连杆转动90度,双孔连杆驱动逆时针转轴旋转90度,实现该侧门打开;双孔连杆同时驱动长连杆移动,驱动单孔连杆转动90度,与之内四角连接的顺时针转轴旋转90度,实现该侧门打开。反之,气缸上的气缸充气嘴工作时,气缸的直线伸出运动最终驱动两扇门同时对关上。
优选地,气缸同时实现两扇门的开关。
(三)有益效果
本发明由单孔连杆、长连杆、固定杆、双孔连杆、气缸放气嘴、气缸、气缸充气嘴、逆时针转轴、销子、顺时针转轴等组成。该机构通过对气缸的充气、放气实现两扇门的对关、对开状态,能满足空气滤清器水陆两种进气模式的切换。

如图1~图3所示,本发明提供了一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构,包括单孔连杆1、长连杆2、固定杆3、双孔连杆4、气缸放气嘴5、气缸6、气缸充气嘴7、逆时针转轴8、销子9、顺时针转轴10。该机构安装在空气滤清器箱体开门的一侧,气缸固定在空气滤清器箱体上。逆时针转轴8、顺时针转轴10分别与空气滤清器箱体的两扇门固定。
所述气缸6活塞杆端部上的圆孔与双孔连杆4下边的长圆孔用销子9连接,双孔连杆4内四角孔插入逆时针转轴8,双孔连杆4上边的孔与长连杆2用销子9连接,单孔连杆1内四角孔插入顺时针转轴10,固定杆3一侧圆孔通过销子9与顺时针转轴10连接,另一侧圆孔通过销子9与长连杆2上的长圆孔连接。
气缸6上的所述气缸放气嘴5工作时,气缸6的直线收回运动驱动双孔连杆4转动90度,双孔连杆4驱动逆时针转轴8旋转90度,实现该侧门12打开;双孔连杆4同时驱动长连杆2移动,驱动单孔连杆1转动90度,与之内四角连接的顺时针转轴10旋转90度,实现该侧门11打开。反之,气缸6上的气缸充气嘴7工作时,气缸6的直线伸出运动最终驱动两扇门同时对关上。
本发明通过对气缸的充气、放气实现空气滤清器箱体两扇门的对关、对开状态,适合空气滤清器水陆两种进气模式的切换。

1.一种单气缸驱动的对开门机构,实现空气滤清器水陆进气模式的切换,其特征在于:包括:单孔连杆(1)、长连杆(2)、固定杆(3)、双孔连杆(4)、气缸放气嘴(5)、气缸(6)、气缸充气嘴(7)、逆时针转轴(8)、销子(9)、顺时针转轴(10);该机构安装在空气滤清器箱体开门的一侧,气缸固定在空气滤清器箱体上;逆时针转轴(8)、顺时针转轴(10)分别与空气滤清器箱体的两扇门固定;气缸(6)活塞杆端部上的圆孔与双孔连杆(4)下边的长圆孔用销子(9)连接,双孔连杆(4)内四角孔插入逆时针转轴(8),双孔连杆(4)上边的孔与长连杆(2)用销子(9)连接,单孔连杆(1)内四角孔插入顺时针转轴(10),固定杆(3)一侧圆孔通过销子(9)与顺时针转轴(10)连接,另一侧圆孔通过销子(9)与长连杆(2)上的长圆孔连接;
