Description

Skin care composition, skin care essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care, and particularly relates to a skin care composition, skin care essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The epidermis layer of human body is divided into basal layer, spinous layer, granular layer, transparent layer and cuticle, and the healthy and dense cuticle can prevent the pollution and the invasion of substances such as live bacteria, dust, pollutants, pore secretion and the like to the epidermal cells at the outermost layer. Damage to the stratum corneum can cause the stratum lucidum, stratum granulosum, stratum spinosum, stratum basale cells to lose protection and sink layer by layer or even seriously damage the dermis layer. The skin is characterized in that a microbial layer is arranged outside the epidermis of the skin and consists of beneficial bacteria and harmful bacteria, when the beneficial bacteria are in a state that the dominant harmful bacteria are in a disadvantage, the microbial layer has no harm to the skin, when the harmful bacteria are in a state that the dominant beneficial bacteria are in a disadvantage, the microbial layer can cause skin problems such as skin itch, if the skin is damaged by mechanical movement such as scratching or the skin is in a damaged state, the harmful bacteria can invade and damage deeper cell and cell environments, because many microorganisms exist in the living environment, the beneficial bacteria and the harmful bacteria on the epidermis can not be cleaned and sterilized, and the beneficial bacteria and the harmful bacteria are maintained to inhibit the harmful bacteria so that bacterial colonies on the skin are in good balance. However, it is not enough to balance the micro-ecology alone, so skin care should increase the function of repair in addition to the necessary moisture retention, repair is needed to repair the cellular environment, promote the skin's ability to resist the invasion, promote cell proliferation so that the stratum corneum is dense to form a good complete epidermal skin barrier, and repair the balance of the microbial layer to form a good beneficial microbial layer barrier.

The beneficial bacteria are selected from beneficial bacteria such as saccharomyces cerevisiae (such as picked strains on the surfaces of plants such as blueberries, grapes and red rice) or coated saccharomycetes, lactobacillus plantarum and bifidobacteria, the beneficial bacteria are inactivated beneficial bacteria cells, and the substance can promote the skin to form a good beneficial bacteria layer, reduce and inhibit the propagation of harmful bacteria on the skin and protect the skin.
The fermented product of beneficial bacteria is prepared by culturing selected bacteria such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae (such as bacteria picked on the surface of plants such as blueberry, grape, red rice, etc.) or coated yeast, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium, etc. with Aloe barbadensis leaf of Yunan Yuanjiang, and obtaining fermented product such as mucopolysaccharide, aloin, flavone, vitamins, mineral elements and essence extracted from cells by biological extraction, such as peptide, amino acid, nucleic acid, etc., and performing nanofiltration, resin treatment, membrane sterilization, etc. to obtain fermented product of selected bacteria and intracellular essence substance of bacteria.
The hyaluronic acids refer to hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, acetylated hyaluronic acid and the like, namely a large amount of hyaluronic acid-hyaluronic acid bacteria mixture is obtained by fermenting and culturing hyaluronic acid production bacteria, then pure hyaluronic acid is obtained by the processes of sterilization, decoloration, sterilization filtration, alcohol extraction, drying, screening and the like, a part of hyaluronic acid is selected to be neutralized by sodium hydroxide to obtain sodium hyaluronate, a part of neutralized hyaluronic acid is selected to be inoculated to acetyl through a combination reaction to obtain acetylated sodium hyaluronate, and a part of hyaluronic acid is selected to be subjected to an enzymatic cleavage method to obtain hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid with a smaller molecular weight. The hyaluronic acid obtained by fermentation belongs to acidic components of larger molecules, can form a moisturizing film on the skin when used for skin care, helps the skin to moisturize, the sodium hyaluronate belongs to a neutral component of larger molecules, has excellent compatibility with other components in the formula, does not influence the stability of the formula, and forms a layer of moisturizing film in skin care. The sodium hyaluronate is a cationic component, has excellent skin conditioning effect, such as skin moisturizing effect, and can reduce the generation of static electricity on hair covered on skin. The hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid belongs to small molecular hyaluronic acid, has strong activity, and can easily enter into the epidermal layer of skin to exert effects, such as increasing the content of hyaluronic acid in the skin, promoting the production of hyaluronic acid by the skin, and improving the barrier function of the skin.
The biological carbohydrate gum is prepared by taking non-transgenic plants (soybeans and corns) as raw materials, adding polysaccharide production bacteria, culturing and fermenting to obtain polysaccharide, sterilizing, filtering, extracting with alcohol, and extracting pure biological carbohydrate gum.
In the embodiment of the invention, the aloe barbadensis leaf extract, the fermented product of the beneficial bacteria and the beneficial bacteria can improve the anti-invasion capability of the skin, for example, the proliferation and the thickening of horny layer of skin cells are promoted to form a good microbial layer environment, the combination of hyaluronic acid and bioglycan gum can play a moisturizing capability of 1+1>2, the synergy of all components in the skin care composition can balance the microbial layer outside, the combination of internal factors and large molecules can promote the moisturizing and repairing functions to be carried out, the high-efficiency moisturizing and balanced repairing can be realized, good beneficial microbial layer barrier and physiological barrier can be formed, and the skin care effect of all components can be greatly improved.
