Abstract
The invention discloses a composition capable of adjusting and maintaining skin microecological balance, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: bacteriostatic agent: 38% -53.45%; skin probiotic nutritional agents: 3.96-6.0%; and (3) lactobacillus: 0.02-0.05%; yeast fermentation lysate filtrate: 40.5 to 58.02 percent. According to the composition capable of adjusting and maintaining the skin microecological balance, a good growth and propagation environment is provided for skin probiotics through lactobacillus and yeast fermentation lysate filtrate, and sclerotium rolfsii and alpha-glucan oligosaccharide provide nutrition for the skin probiotics; 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol and p-anisic acid replace preservatives in the formula, have the functions of preservation and freshness preservation when not used, and after the preservative is applied to the skin when used, the bacteriostatic ability of the preservative is reduced to disappear under the dilution of skin moisture, so that the reproduction of probiotics is not inhibited, and the effects of regulating and keeping the skin microecological balance are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to a composition capable of adjusting and maintaining the microecological balance of skin.
Background
The development of modern industry, the acceleration of urbanization process, the reduction of air quality, the acceleration of life rhythm of people, poor living habits and unreasonable skin care lead to the serious damage of microecological balance on the skin surface; so that a series of skin problems of allergy, inflammation, acne growth, premature senility and the like appear on the skin.
With the development of science, people begin to recognize the importance of skin micro-ecology, and various products for helping the skin to recover or maintain the micro-ecological balance efficacy are produced; in the current products, although ingredients can help to restore or maintain the skin micro-ecological balance, the problem of how to prevent the growth of probiotics on the skin by using fresh-keeping (preservative effect) ingredients in the formula is not solved. As is known, cosmetics are commodities requiring a certain shelf life, so that fresh-keeping (preservative) components must be added to inhibit microbial reproduction, and after the cosmetics act on skin, the fresh-keeping (preservative) components are disabled, so that a technology of not inhibiting the reproduction of probiotics is realized, and the technology is a key technology for really helping the skin to recover or keep the microecological balance.

1, 3-propanediol from corn fermentation with INCI name: 1, 3-propanediol (CAS: 504-63-2); 1, 3-propanediol is commonly used as a humectant and solvent in cosmetics; in the invention, the preservative effect is realized when the product is not used, so that the shelf life of the product is prolonged; after the skin-care product is applied on the skin, the antiseptic capability is lost, and the reproduction of probiotics can not be inhibited.
1, 2-hexanediol: INCI name: 1, 2-hexanediol (CAS: 6920-22-5); when the product is not used, the product plays a role in synergism and antisepsis, and when the product is used on skin, the product loses antiseptic and bacteriostatic ability after being diluted by skin moisture, so that the propagation of probiotics is not influenced.
p-anisic acid: INCI names are respectively: p-anisic acid (CAS:100-09-4) is an antioxidant in cosmetics in the conventional use, and in the invention, the p-anisic acid plays a role in synergism and preservation when the product is not used, and is crystallized and separated out due to the change of a dissolving environment when the product acts on skin, so that the preservation effect is lost, thereby ensuring that the propagation of probiotics is not influenced.
Sclerotium rolfsii gum: INCI name: SCLEROTIUM rolfsii (SCLEOTIUM ROLFSSII) gum (CAS: 39464-87-4); is a natural capsule-shaped glucan component, and plays roles of moisturizing, repairing, thickening and the like in skin care products; the skin probiotic preparation is mainly a component for providing nutrition for skin probiotics and promoting the propagation of the skin probiotics.
α -glucan oligosaccharide: INCI name: the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide is prepared by fermenting sucrose, is a natural oligopeptide component, plays roles of removing wrinkles, whitening, moisturizing, repairing, resisting allergy and the like in skin care products, mainly provides a nutritional component for skin probiotics and promotes the propagation of the skin probiotics; meanwhile, the skin barrier function can be repaired, and the problem of microecological imbalance caused by excessive propagation of harmful bacteria due to skin inflammation is prevented.
And (3) lactobacillus: INCI name: the lactobacillus is prepared by freeze drying and inactivation of two strains of lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus acidophilus, and plays a role in providing an environment for skin probiotics to be easy to reproduce.
Yeast fermentation lysate filtrate: INCI name: the yeast fermentation lysate filtrate is obtained by filtering the yeast fermentation lysate, and the main skin-forming probiotics provide an environment easy to reproduce, and have multiple skin-care effects of repairing, resisting aging, whitening, removing wrinkles, moisturizing and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention utilizes the characteristics that 1, 3-propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol and p-anisic acid have the antibacterial and antiseptic effects only when being completely dissolved and reaching a certain concentration and lose the antibacterial and antiseptic effects when the concentration is reduced or separated out, thereby realizing that the composition can be applied to products, can replace preservatives when the products are not opened for use, and can prolong the quality guarantee period of the products; the antiseptic effect is lost when the skin care product is used by consumers, so that the propagation of skin probiotics on the skin surface is not influenced; solves the problem that the current product must be added with preservative to destroy the microecological balance of the skin.
2. According to the invention, lactobacillus and yeast fermentation lysate filtrate acts on skin to change the ecological environment of epidermal microorganisms and improve the reproductive capacity of epidermal probiotics; the invention has obvious functions of repairing cuticle, strengthening skin barrier function and avoiding the problem of microecological imbalance caused by excessive propagation of harmful bacteria due to skin inflammation.
3. The sclerotium rolfsii gum and the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide are nutritional agents of the epidermal probiotics, are culture mediums for the propagation of the epidermal probiotics, and ensure that the epidermal probiotics can be fully propagated, so that the microecological balance of the epidermis is realized.
4. The composition capable of adjusting and maintaining the skin microecological balance can further prolong the shelf life of the product when not used through the synergistic effect of the components according to a specific ratio; when the product is used, a plurality of preservatives can lose the preservative effect, so that the sclerotium rolfsii and the alpha-glucan oligosaccharide can ensure that the propagation of skin probiotics on the skin surface is not influenced; and the preservative without the preservative effect can cooperate with lactobacillus and yeast fermentation lysate filtrate to act on the skin, so that the barrier function of the skin is further enhanced, the horny layer of the skin is repaired, and the moisture of the skin is kept.
