The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 100 volunteers with age of 18-35 years old and having face with acne marks, wherein the face skin states are greasy, itching and acne marks, the face skin states are averagely divided into 10 groups, each group of men and women is half, each group of testees uses the products 1-3 (namely the skin-soothing conditioning lotion, the marine yeast essence and the beautifying and well-balanced skin lotion) in the market and the acne-removing products 1-24 in the morning and evening, counting the number of days for healing the acne marks of each group of volunteers, averaging, continuously using for 15 days, and observing the acne marks. The results are shown in table 9, and it can be seen that the product of the invention has better acne-removing repairing effect compared with the market competitive products.

Sixth, the anti-drop effect
Examples 25 to 30 are alopecia preventing and hair growing essences containing the composition, and the ingredients are shown in table 10.

The hair loss prevention effect test and the hair density test were performed on the samples 25 to 30 and the market hair loss prevention competitive products (hair loss prevention and nourishing of the red sage root, hair growth liquid of Bawang, hair growth liquid of Yunan herb, hair growth and hair loss prevention hair growth dew, hair growth liquid of Yasi).
The test method comprises the following steps: 100 volunteers with average hair loss number larger than 100 per day are selected and averagely divided into 10 groups, men and women in each group are divided into half, each group of test subjects take a proper amount of products to be smeared on hairs every night before sleeping, the hairs are combed after every 15 days, the fallen hairs are collected and counted, a miniature camera is used for shooting the growth condition of the hairs every month, namely, the hair density is evaluated, and finally, the average integral value of each group is taken. The experimental results are shown in tables 11 and 12, and it can be seen that the product of the present invention has a better anti-drop effect than the market competition products.

Seventh, product foot odor removal effect test examples 31 to 36 are foot odor removal essences containing the composition, and the ingredients thereof are shown in table 13.

100 patients suffering from foot odor are collected, and are randomly divided into 10 groups, and the patients are respectively treated with the antibacterial spray of Wufu people, the combined suit of Hongcao plant herbal feet cooling, the antibacterial liquid of Zusabuncao and the skin care product of snow region according to the examples 31-36 and the market deodorizing products 1-4. The using method comprises the following steps: before sleeping at night, the product is uniformly applied to the whole foot and continuously used for 1 week. After 1 week, the feedback of the use effect of each group of patients is counted, and the result is shown in table 14, and the product of the invention has better foot odor removal effect compared with market competitive products.

Claims (9)
1. The prebiotic and probiotic composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-50% of tectorial membrane yeast fermentation product filtrate, 1-10% of tremella extract, 1-20% of yeast/rice bran fermentation product, 1-30% of leuconostoc/radish root fermentation product filtrate, 1-70% of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 1-70% of lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
2. The prebiotic and probiotic composition of claim 1 comprising the following components in weight percent: 30% tectorial membrane yeast fermentation product filtrate, 5% tremella extract, 5% yeast/rice bran fermentation product, 5% leuconostoc/radish root fermentation product filtrate, 30% two split yeast fermentation product lysate, 25% lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
3. A method of preparing the composition of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) sequentially adding the membrane-covered yeast fermentation product filtrate, the tremella extract, the yeast/rice bran fermentation product, the leuconostoc/radish root fermentation product filtrate, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and the lactobacillus fermentation lysate into a stirring pot, and stirring for at least 20 minutes to fully and uniformly mix all the components;
2) after sampling and detection are qualified, vacuum filtering and discharging are carried out at 35-38 ℃ by using a 200-400 mesh filter screen, and the prebiotics and probiotic composition is obtained.
4. A skin care product comprising 0.1 to 10% by weight of the composition of claim 1.
5. The skin care product of claim 4, further comprising an adjuvant.
6. The skin care product of claim 4, wherein the skin care product comprises a toner, a lotion, a cream, a mask or a cleanser.
7. A product for treating alopecia, comprising 1 to 10% by weight of the composition according to claim 1.
8. A product for treating foot odor comprising from 1 to 10% by weight of the composition of claim 1.
9. Use of a composition according to claim 1 for the preparation of a skin care product, a product for treating alopecia or a product for treating foot odor.
