Description

Three-dimensional moisturizing factor
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemical products, in particular to a three-dimensional moisturizing factor.
Background
The development of the modern times and the innovation and progress of the technology lead the cosmetic industry to develop rapidly, meanwhile, the requirements of people on the cosmetic products are continuously improved, and the cosmetic products with various functions, dosage forms and unique appearances attract the eyes of consumption. The cosmetic is a product which is applied to any part of the human body surface (such as skin, nail, lip, oral cavity, etc.) by smearing, spraying or other similar methods, so as to achieve the purposes of cleaning, eliminating bad smell, caring skin, beautifying and decorating, etc. When the air temperature is reduced, the skin cuticle can not timely regulate enough moisturizing factors, the activity of the oil glands is reduced, the oil and water on the face are reduced, the skin can be tightened, and fine wrinkles are even formed below the eyes and around the nose. The skin contains 18-20% of water in the whole body, the water in the skin is mainly concentrated in the dermis, and under the normal condition, the water content of the stratum corneum of women accounts for more than about 20% of the water content of the skin, and the rest is in the dermis. The moisture content of the stratum corneum is determined by skin feel, luster and the like, but the moisture content of the dermis is a reliable source for providing the moisture content of the stratum corneum, and the stratum corneum is close to and inseparable. When the water content of the stratum corneum is low, the dry skin can be transformed. Dry skin has a series of problems such as rough skin, more dandruff, thin horny layer, weak skin allergy resistance, more fine lines and the like.
With the development of the beauty cosmetics industry, natural plant products are welcomed due to the advantages of safe use, mild action, obvious effect and the like. The plant extract containing effective components is obtained by corresponding processing, and is added into cosmetics. In addition, the moisture-retaining cosmetics also need to achieve the function of rapidly moisturizing the skin and unique fresh and moist skin feel. At present, in order to increase the moisturizing function of the cosmetics, a large amount of moisture absorbents such as hyaluronic acids and biological fermentation polysaccharides are added to the products on the market, however, if the usage amount is too large, the skin feel is greasy and not fresh, and if the usage amount is low, the moisturizing effect is not obvious, and the moisturizing effect is almost different from that of common purified water. Moreover, the current moisturizing cosmetics on the market are very easy to cause phenomena of allergy, easy mildew and deterioration, poor stability and the like. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to select which plant to safely apply to cosmetics to achieve better moisturizing effect.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification, including definitions, will control.
The term "prepared from …" as used herein is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes," "including," "has," "having," "contains," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, process, method, article, or apparatus.
The conjunction "consisting of …" excludes any unspecified elements, steps or components. If used in a claim, the phrase is intended to claim as closed, meaning that it does not contain materials other than those described, except for the conventional impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of …" appears in a clause of the subject matter of the claims rather than immediately after the subject matter, it defines only the elements described in the clause; other elements are not excluded from the claims as a whole.
When an amount, concentration, or other value or parameter is expressed as a range, preferred range, or as a range of upper preferable values and lower preferable values, this is to be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed from any pair of any upper range limit or preferred value and any lower range limit or preferred value, regardless of whether ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when a range of "1 to 5" is disclosed, the described range should be interpreted to include the ranges "1 to 4", "1 to 3", "1 to 2 and 4 to 5", "1 to 3 and 5", and the like. When a range of values is described herein, unless otherwise stated, the range is intended to include the endpoints thereof and all integers and fractions within the range.
The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. "optional" or "any" means that the subsequently described event or events may or may not occur, and that the description includes instances where the event occurs and instances where it does not.
Approximating language, as used herein throughout the specification and claims, is intended to modify a quantity, such that the invention is not limited to the specific quantity, but includes portions that are literally received for modification without substantial change in the basic function to which the invention is related. Accordingly, the use of "about" to modify a numerical value means that the invention is not limited to the precise value. In some instances, the approximating language may correspond to the precision of an instrument for measuring the value. In the present description and claims, range limitations may be combined and/or interchanged, including all sub-ranges contained therein if not otherwise stated.
In addition, the indefinite articles "a" and "an" preceding an element or component of the invention are not intended to limit the number requirement (i.e., the number of occurrences) of the element or component. Thus, "a" or "an" should be read to include one or at least one, and the singular form of an element or component also includes the plural unless the stated number clearly indicates that the singular form is intended.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the first aspect of the present invention provides a three-dimensional moisturizing factor, which comprises, by weight, 30 parts of saccharide isomer, 5 to 12 parts of ectoin, 1 to 5 parts of malt extract, 0.1 to 1.5 parts of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.1 to 0.4 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1 to 0.5 part of sodium polyglutamate, 0.01 to 0.2 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.01 to 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, and 68 to 80 parts of water.
In a preferred embodiment, the three-dimensional moisturizing factor comprises, by weight, saccharide isomer 30, ectoin 8, malt extract 2, caprylyl hydroximic acid 0.64, 1,2 hexanediol 0.16, sodium polyglutamate 0.2, hyaluronic acid 0.05, sodium hyaluronate 0.02, and water 75.
The saccharide isomerate (saccharide isomerate) in the present invention is a colorless or yellowish transparent liquid, a carbohydrate extracted from a sucrose-based complex, and contains chemical components similar to skin components, such as glucose, fructose, lactose products, mannose, galactose, psicose, etc.
The saccharide isomerate has a composition structure similar to human horny layer, assists water to combine with keratin in the horny layer to achieve the moisturizing effect, is a good water-retaining agent and emollient, and has the functions of repairing epidermal cells and improving the water-replenishing capacity of skin. For example, when the isomerized D-glucan is used on the skin, the isomerized D-glucan can be combined with epsilon-amino acid functional groups, so that the isomerized D-glucan is firmly combined like a magnet, and the water magnetic field capability of the skin can be maintained for a long time. The saccharide isomer in the present invention can be purchased from the market, and preferably selected from the netherlands DSM chemical saccharide isomer having a remarkable moisturizing effect, under the trade name of PENTAVITIN.
The ectoin is named 2-methyl-1, 4,5, 6-tetrahydropyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid in chemical name, and has excellent water molecule complexing capacity due to the unique three-dimensional molecular structure, one molecule of ectoin can complex four or five water molecules, and free water in skin cells can be structured under the interaction with other components provided by the application, so that the moisture retention capacity of the skin is continuously improved. In addition, ectoin is beneficial to balancing osmotic pressure, and dehydration and death of high halophilic bacteria and the like in the skin under a high-salt environment are avoided. Secondly, the ectoin can effectively improve the immune protection capability of skin cells and increase the cell repair capability under the synergistic action of the ectoin, saccharide isomer, hyaluronic acid and other components, so that the skin can effectively resist the invasion of microorganisms and allergens and relieve various damages to the skin, such as skin aging caused by ultraviolet damage and dry environment, skin deterioration caused by surfactant and the like. Ectoin in the present invention was purchased from merck chemical technology limited, germany.
The caprylyl hydroximic acid and the 1,2 hexanediol in the invention have good compatibilization, solubilization and whitening effects, and are purchased from Germany Merck chemical technology Limited company. The sodium polyglutamate is the sodium salt of polyglutamic acid, which is also called natto gum and polyglutamic acid, and is a water-soluble, biodegradable and nontoxic biopolymer. Due to functional groups such as imino, carboxyl and the like and special molecular structures on the structure, the water-absorbing and moisturizing skin care lotion has the synergistic effect with components such as hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, ectoin and the like, so that the skin becomes tender, smooth and elastic, and the health of the skin is promoted. Hyaluronic acid is an acidic mucopolysaccharide, also known as hyaluronic acid, a higher polysaccharide composed of units of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine are connected by beta-1, 3-glycosidic bond, and disaccharide units are connected by beta-1, 4-glycosidic bond. Hyaluronic acid is one of main matrix components of human skin epidermis and dermis, can enable water to enter intercellular spaces and combine with protein to form protein gel, adhere cells together, play a role in normal cell metabolism, keep cell water, protect cells from being invaded by pathogenic bacteria, accelerate recovery of skin tissues, restore original smoothness and elasticity of skin, improve wound healing regeneration capacity, reduce scars, enhance immunity and the like.
The applicant finds that hyaluronic acid has strong water absorption and moisture retention capacity, but when added into skin care products, the hyaluronic acid is easy to mildew and deteriorate under the action of harmful bacteria in the environment, and the stability and the shelf life of the skin care products are seriously influenced. Further, the applicant has found that although components such as sodium polyglutamate, saccharide isomerate and hyaluronic acid have a strong water absorbing capacity and can make skin tender and elastic, the water absorbed by these components is lost, and particularly, the skin becomes water-deficient and loses luster as the components are metabolized.
The malt extract in the invention is a product obtained by extracting barley malt obtained by germinating barley seeds according to the preparation method provided by the application. Barley malt mainly contains protein, fat, starch, amino acids, reducing sugar, beta-glucan, soluble (insoluble) dietary fiber, vitamins, iron, phosphorus, calcium and other acid components. Barley seeds contain a large amount of macromolecular organic substances containing nitrogen, carbon and the like, such as proteins and starch, and during the germination of barley seeds, the organic substances are decomposed or degraded by various enzymes and the like to generate low-molecular-weight peptides, amino acids, sugars and other components, and the components are used for providing nutrient substances for the germination of seeds. Thus, the barley seeds are decomposed, new chemical components are generated and consumed, and the like, at the moment during the germination process, and thus the malt material selected for extraction in the present invention has a high requirement for the germination time.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for preparing the malt extract comprises the steps of:
(1) selecting malt which germinates for 2 days and 6 days as a raw material, and crushing;
(2) weighing 10g of crushed malt, adding 120ml of 25 wt% ethanol, stirring and mixing, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10 minutes, stirring and extracting at 75 ℃ for 3 hours, filtering and collecting filtrate; adding 0.03g of titanium dioxide powder into the obtained filtrate, irradiating for 15 seconds under a low-pressure mercury lamp, filtering, collecting the filtrate, concentrating, and drying to obtain powder A;
(3) adding 60ml of 70 wt% ethanol and 2g of auxiliary agent into the filter residue obtained by filtering in the step (2), performing microwave extraction for 45min under 480W power, filtering, collecting filtrate, concentrating, and drying to obtain powder B;
(4) mixing powder B and powder A in a ratio of 1: 1.5-3.5 by weight ratio to obtain the malt extract.
The applicant finds that when the malt with too short germination time is selected, the large molecular components such as protein and fat are more in the malt, the effective components obtained by decomposition and degradation are less, while when the malt with too long germination time is selected, the large molecular components are less, and the components such as hordenine and trichosanthene in the extract obtained by extraction are correspondingly increased, so that the moisture absorption and retention capacity is improved, and the skin can be stimulated and toxic and side effects are generated on the skin. Because the barley seed structure is different from wheat, oat and the like, and the embryo, endosperm and other structures are also different, chemical components contained in the barley seed, and new amino acids, saccharides and other components generated in the germination process are also different from other cereals, so that the components and the effects of the extract extracted from the seeds germinated by different cereals are different from the components provided by the application. The effect of the malt extract extracted from the barley malt with different germination time in the moisture factor is also greatly different. The extract obtained by extracting mixed malt with germination time of 2 days and germination time of 6 days as raw material has the best effects of absorbing water and locking water.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight of the malt malting for 2 days in the malt represents 30% to 40% of the total malt weight.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the B powder to the a powder in the malt extract is 1: 2.8.
the applicant also finds that the malt extract extracted by the method provided by the application is compounded with other components of the three-dimensional moisturizing factor provided by the application, so that the moisturizing capability and the stability of the three-dimensional moisturizing factor can be improved, and the shelf life of the three-dimensional moisturizing factor is not influenced even if a proper amount of components such as hyaluronic acid which is easy to deteriorate and mildew are added into the malt extract. In actual production, some components with strong water absorption are required to be added in order to improve the water absorption capacity of the moisturizing product, but the addition of the components causes other adverse effects, such as that the product is easy to become unstable and easy to go moldy and deteriorate while the water absorption capacity of the product is improved. The three-dimensional moisturizing factor provided by the application has good bacteriostatic performance and solves the problem. The possible reason why the three-dimensional moisturizing factor provided by the application has antibacterial activity is that the malt extract prepared by the method provided by the application contains some antibacterial components to inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of harmful bacteria, or the malt extract contains compounds with partial hydrophilic macromolecular structures, the film forming capability is strong, and the three-dimensional moisturizing factor can form a water absorbing film in a three-dimensional network state while absorbing water and replenishing water in the use process, so that the moisture is kept, the loss of the moisture is avoided, components such as hyaluronic acid and the like which are easy to breed harmful bacteria are coated, the mildew and deterioration of the components are avoided, the stability is improved, and the shelf life is prolonged.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjuvant is glycerol and/or tetrahydropiperine. The auxiliary agent in the invention interacts with the microwave to promote the penetration of the solvent into the cells in the malt and improve the dissolution of the effective components in the malt. When the auxiliary agent is glycerol and tetrahydrozanthoxylum alkaloid, no special requirement is required on the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent, wherein the tetrahydrozanthoxylum alkaloid can be purchased from Nanjing Dow Biotech limited.

Evaluation of Performance
1. Test for moisture retention
Due to the difference between the dielectric constants of water and other substances on the skin of a human body, the skin capacitance values of different moisture contents are different, so that the relative content of moisture in the skin can be known through a capacitance method. The specific test method comprises the following steps: the same amount of the three-dimensional moisturizing factor provided in the examples and comparative examples of the present application was applied to the same position and the same area on the inner side of the arm cleaned by each of the test persons within 48 hours during which the test persons did not use any other cosmetics. The moisture content of the stratum corneum of the test persons was then measured 2 hours and 48 hours after application of the moisturizing factor using a skin tester, model CK, germany, respectively. 10 volunteers of 22-40 years old are randomly selected from each sample, and the average value of the test results is taken. The moisture content test value is 0-150, and the higher the value is, the more the moisture content in the skin is.
