The preparation method is simple, easy to operate and suitable for batch production. The organic skin care matrix with the moisturizing and brightening effects prepared by the method is uniformly mixed and has good stability.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing the organic skin care base comprises the following steps:
(a) adding the tremella extract with the formula amount into water with the formula amount, mixing, adding citron fruit water with the formula amount, mixing again, adding sodium hyaluronate with the formula amount, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution A;
(b) adding the hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, the undaria pinnatifida extract and the saccharide isomerous body into the mixed liquid A according to the formula ratio, mixing, and homogenizing to obtain the organic skin-care matrix with the moisturizing and brightening effects.
By mixing the raw materials of the organic skin-care matrix in different charging sequences, the compatibility among the raw materials is better, and the obtained organic skin-care matrix has stronger stability.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (a), the temperature of each mixing is 40 to 45 ℃, the stirring speed of each mixing is 600 to 1000rpm, and the stirring time of each mixing is 30 to 60 min.
In step (a), typical but non-limiting temperatures for each mixing are, for example, 40 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃, 43 ℃, 44 ℃ or 45 ℃; typical but non-limiting stirring speeds at each mixing are for example 600rpm, 650rpm, 700rpm, 750rpm, 800rpm, 850rpm, 900rpm, 950rpm or 1000 rpm; typical but non-limiting stirring times for each mixing are, for example, 30min, 35min, 40min, 45min, 50min, 55min or 60 min.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (b), the temperature during mixing is 40 to 45 ℃, the stirring speed during mixing is 600 to 1000rpm, and the stirring time during mixing is 15 to 30 min.
In step (b), the mixing is typically, but not limited to, at a temperature of, for example, 40 ℃, 41 ℃, 42 ℃, 43 ℃, 44 ℃ or 45 ℃; typical but non-limiting stirring speeds during mixing are for example 600rpm, 650rpm, 700rpm, 750rpm, 800rpm, 850rpm, 900rpm, 950rpm or 1000 rpm; typical but non-limiting stirring times during mixing are, for example, 15min, 20min, 25min or 30 min.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step (b), the homogenizing speed is 500 to 1000rpm, and the homogenizing time is 3 to 5 min.
In step (b), typical but not limiting homogenization speeds are 500rpm, 550rpm, 600rpm, 650rpm, 700rpm, 750rpm, 800rpm, 850rpm, 900rpm, 950rpm or 1000 rpm; typical but non-limiting homogenization times are 3min, 4min or 5 min.
Through specific limitation of technological parameters such as mixing temperature, stirring speed, homogenizing time and the like in the steps (a) and (b), the compatibility among the raw materials is better, and the stability of the prepared organic skin-care matrix is longer; meanwhile, the efficacy of the effective components in the raw materials can be realized to the maximum extent, and the effect of complementary advantages is fully achieved.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step (b) of homogenizing further comprises a cooling step, and further preferably, the cooling temperature in the step (b) is 20 to 25 ℃.
Typical but non-limiting cooling temperatures are 20 deg.C, 21 deg.C, 22 deg.C, 23 deg.C, 24 deg.C or 25 deg.C.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a cosmetic composition which comprises the organic skin-care substrate with the moisturizing and brightening effects or the organic skin-care substrate prepared by the preparation method of the organic skin-care substrate with the moisturizing and brightening effects.
The "cosmetic composition" of the present invention is a fine product which is applied by coating, spraying or the like to any part of the surface of the human body, such as skin, hair, lips, and teeth, to maintain, beautify, modify, and change the appearance of the product and maintain a good condition.
In view of the advantages of the organic skin care matrix provided by the invention, the cosmetic composition using the organic skin care matrix as one of the raw materials also has the same advantages.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the organic skin care base accounts for 10 to 20% by mass of the cosmetic composition.
The organic skin care base comprises 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14%, 15%, 16%, 17%, 18%, 19% or 20% by mass of the cosmetic composition, typically but not limited to.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic composition is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
the component A comprises: 1-2% of polyglycerol-3 methyl glucose distearate, 3-5% of jojoba seed oil, 0.3-0.5% of tocopherol, 3-5% of decyl cocoate, 0.3-0.5% of shea butter and 0.3-0.5% of behenyl alcohol;
and B component: 3-5% of glycerol, 5-10% of 1.3-propylene glycol, 0.1-0.3% of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.3% of aluminum magnesium silicate and 28.59-57.445% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.005-0.01% of rosa damascena flower oil, 0.5-1% of purslane extract and 10-20% of organic skin-care matrix;
and (D) component: 0.05 to 0.1% of citric acid, 0.40 to 0.6% of benzyl alcohol, 0.5 to 0.6% of sodium benzoate, and 15 to 20% of citron fruit water.

The cosmetic composition has good moisturizing and skin color brightening effects on the skin through the limitation of specific raw materials and dosage of the cosmetic composition.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is also provided the use of the above organic skin care base or cosmetic composition having moisturizing and lightening efficacy in skin care.
The organic skin-care matrix provided by the invention can be directly used for moisturizing and brightening the skin, and can also be used as a matrix to be added into cosmetics.
The organic skin care base or cosmetic composition is used for non-therapeutic purposes, is directly applied to the skin surface of a human body, does not need to be introduced into the human body, has industrial reproducibility, and is not a method for diagnosing and treating diseases. Therefore, the organic skin care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects or the cosmetic containing the organic skin care matrix have good application in the field of skin care.
The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples and comparative examples.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides an organic skin-care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15% of citron fruit water, 10% of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 10% of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2% of tremella extract, 1% of sodium hyaluronate, 5% of saccharide isomer and the balance of water.

The embodiment of the invention provides an organic skin-care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 17.5 percent of citron fruit water, 15 percent of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 15 percent of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2.5 percent of tremella extract, 1.5 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 7.5 percent of saccharide isomer and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the organic skin-care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects comprises the following steps:

wherein the temperature during mixing is 45 deg.C, the stirring speed during mixing is 600rpm, the stirring time during mixing is 20min, the homogenizing speed is 600rpm, and the homogenizing time is 4 min.
Example 3
The embodiment of the invention provides an organic skin-care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20% of citron fruit water, 20% of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 20% of undaria pinnatifida extract, 3% of tremella fuciformis extract, 2% of sodium hyaluronate, 10% of saccharide isomer and the balance of water.

This comparative example provides an organic skin care base having the same composition as in example 3, except that the raw materials were not supplemented with the undaria pinnatifida extract and the tremella fuciformis extract.
The comparative example was prepared in the same manner as in example 3.

Example 4
The embodiment of the invention provides an organic cream containing the organic skin-care matrix in the embodiment 1, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: cetearyl glucoside 1%, glyceryl stearate citrate 1%, jojoba oil 3%, decyl cocoate 3%, cocoa butter 1%, coco-caprylate/caprate 5%, tocopherol 0.1% and cetearyl alcohol 2%;
and B component: xanthan gum 0.15%, gum arabic 0.15%, glycerin 5%, 1.3-propylene glycol 5% and deionized water 47.69%;
and C, component C: benzyl alcohol 0.45%, sodium benzoate 0.4%, citron fruit water 15%, citric acid 0.05% and rosa damascena flower oil 0.01%;
and (D) component: 10% of organic skin-care matrix.
The preparation method of the organic cream comprises the following steps: (1) adding the component A raw materials into an oil phase pot one by one, starting stirring (rotating speed 1000rpm), heating to 85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution for later use;
(2) adding the component B into a water phase pot one by one, starting stirring (stirring speed 800rpm), heating to 88 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 15min to obtain a water phase mixed solution;
(3) sucking the water phase mixed solution into an emulsifying pot, starting stirring (stirring speed 100rpm), starting a vacuum valve to slowly suck the oil phase mixed solution into the emulsifying pot (1500g of the mixed solution is sucked up for about 15 min), keeping the vacuum degree at (-0.05Mpa) and the stirring speed of 100rpm, and simultaneously starting homogenizing, wherein the homogenizing speed is set to 3000rpm, and the homogenizing time is 5 min;
(4) after homogenizing, starting cooling water to cool, when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the component C raw materials one by one, and fully stirring for 15min (the rotating speed is 1000rpm) until the material body is uniform; and adding the component D, stirring for 15min (rotating speed of 500rpm), continuously cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the organic cream containing the organic skin-care matrix.
Example 5
The embodiment of the invention provides an organic cream containing the organic skin-care matrix of the embodiment 2, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: cetearyl glucoside 1.5%, glyceryl stearate citrate 1.5%, jojoba seed oil 4%, decyl cocoate 4%, cocoa butter 1.5%, coco-caprylate/caprate 6%, tocopherol 0.15%, and cetearyl alcohol 3%;
and B component: xanthan gum 0.2%, gum arabic 0.2%, glycerin 6%, 1.3-propylene glycol 6% and deionized water 32.41%;
and C, component C: benzyl alcohol 0.5%, sodium benzoate 0.45%, citron fruit water 17.5%, citric acid 0.075% and rosa damascena flower oil 0.015%;
and (D) component: 15% of organic skin-care matrix.
The preparation method of the organic cream is the same as that of example 4.
Example 6
The embodiment of the invention provides an organic cream containing the organic skin-care matrix in the embodiment 3, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: cetearyl glucoside 2%, glyceryl stearate citrate 2%, jojoba seed oil 5%, decyl cocoate 5%, cocoa butter 2%, coco-caprylate/caprate 7%, tocopherol 0.2% and cetearyl alcohol 4%;
and B component: xanthan gum 0.3%, gum arabic 0.3%, glycerin 7%, 1.3-propylene glycol 7% and deionized water 16.93%;
and C, component C: 0.65% of benzyl alcohol, 0.5% of sodium benzoate, 20% of citron fruit water, 0.1% of citric acid and 0.02% of rosa damascena flower oil;
and (D) component: 20% of organic skin-care matrix.
The preparation method of the organic cream is the same as that of example 4.
Example 7
The embodiment of the invention provides organic skin-care lotion containing the organic skin-care matrix in the embodiment 1, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 1% of polyglycerol-3-methyl glucose distearate, 3% of jojoba seed oil, 0.3% of tocopherol, 3% of decyl cocoate, 0.3% of shea butter and 0.3% of behenyl alcohol;
and B component: 3% of glycerol, 5% of 1.3-propylene glycol, 0.1% of xanthan gum, 0.1% of magnesium aluminum silicate and 57.445% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.005% of rosa damascena flower oil, 0.5% of purslane extract and 10% of organic skin-care matrix;
and (D) component: 0.05% of citric acid, 0.40% of benzyl alcohol, 0.5% of sodium benzoate and 15% of citron fruit water.
The preparation method of the organic skin lotion comprises the following steps: (1) adding the component A raw materials into an oil phase pot one by one, starting stirring (the rotating speed is 1000rpm), heating to 83 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the component B into a water phase pot one by one, starting stirring (stirring speed 800rpm), heating to 88 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 15min to obtain a water phase mixed solution;
(3) sucking the water phase mixed solution into an emulsifying pot, starting stirring (stirring speed 100rpm), starting a vacuum valve to slowly suck the oil phase mixed solution into the emulsifying pot (1500g of the mixed solution is sucked up for about 15 min), keeping the vacuum degree at (-0.05Mpa) and the stirring speed of 100rpm, and simultaneously starting homogenizing, wherein the homogenizing speed is set to 3000rpm, and the homogenizing time is 5 min;
(4) after homogenizing, starting cooling water to cool, when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the component C raw materials one by one, and fully stirring for 15min (the rotating speed is 1000rpm) until the material body is uniform; and adding the component D, stirring for 15min (rotating speed 500rpm), continuously cooling to 38 ℃, and discharging to obtain the organic emulsion containing the organic skin-care matrix.
Example 8
The embodiment of the invention provides organic skin-care lotion containing the organic skin-care matrix of the embodiment 2, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 1.5% of polyglycerol-3-methylglucose distearate, 4% of jojoba seed oil, 0.4% of tocopherol, 4% of decyl cocoate, 0.4% of shea butter and 0.4% of behenyl alcohol;
and B component: 4% of glycerol, 7.5% of 1.3-propylene glycol, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 0.2% of magnesium aluminum silicate and 42.95% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.075% of rosa damascena flower oil, 0.75% of purslane extract and 15% of organic skin-care matrix;
and (D) component: 0.075% of citric acid, 0.50% of benzyl alcohol, 0.55% of sodium benzoate and 17.5% of citron fruit water.
The preparation method of the organic skin lotion is the same as that of example 7.
Example 9
The embodiment of the invention provides organic skin-care lotion containing the organic skin-care matrix in the embodiment 3, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 2% of polyglycerol-3-methyl glucose distearate, 5% of jojoba seed oil, 0.5% of tocopherol, 5% of decyl cocoate, 0.5% of shea butter and 0.5% of behenyl alcohol;
and B component: 5% of glycerol, 10% of 1.3-propylene glycol, 0.3% of xanthan gum, 0.3% of magnesium aluminum silicate and 28.59% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.01% of rosa damascena flower oil, 1% of purslane extract and 20% of organic skin-care matrix;

The comparative example of the invention provides organic skin lotion containing the organic skin care matrix of the comparative example 1, the raw materials of the organic skin lotion are the same as those in the example 7, and the preparation method of the organic skin lotion is the same as that in the example 7.
Comparative example 12
The comparative example of the invention provides an organic skin lotion containing the organic skin care matrix of the comparative example 2, the raw materials of the organic skin lotion are the same as those in the example 7, and the preparation method of the organic skin lotion is the same as that in the example 7.
Comparative example 13
The comparative example of the invention provides organic skin lotion containing the organic skin care matrix of the comparative example 3, the raw materials of the organic skin lotion are the same as those in the example 7, and the preparation method of the organic skin lotion is the same as that in the example 7.
To verify the effects of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 13, the following experimental examples were specified.
Experimental example 1
The tested population: 220 adult female volunteers between 30-40 years of age;
the test method comprises the following steps: 190 tested persons are divided into 22 groups, the organic skin-care matrixes, the organic face creams or the organic skin-care milks of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 13 are respectively used correspondingly, the usage amount is about 1/4 soybeans each time, the organic skin-care matrixes or the organic face creams or the organic skin-care milks are continuously used for 4 weeks, a moisture tester is used for testing the change of the moisture content of the skin, and the moisture-retaining degree of the product on the skin is evaluated; in addition, changes in skin brightness (L value) (L value indicates brightness of skin, and the skin is brighter as the measured value is larger) were measured by a spectrocolorimeter, and this test method was used to evaluate changes in facial skin brightness, and the test results are shown in tables 1 and 2.

As can be seen from the test results in tables 1 and 2, the epidermal moisture content and skin brightness of the skin after the application of examples 1 to 9 according to the present invention are significantly superior to those of the skin after the application of comparative examples 1 to 13.
Among them, as can be seen from the data of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 4 and 5 in tables 1 and 2, the organic skin care base prepared in example 3, the organic cream comprising the organic skin care base of example 3 (example 6), and the organic emulsion comprising the organic skin care base of example 3 (example 9) showed the most increase in the epidermal moisture content and the most increase in the skin brightness (L value) of the skin tested. Therefore, the dosage of each raw material of the organic skin-care matrix is limited within a certain numerical range, so that the organic skin-care matrix can ensure good moisturizing and brightening effects on the skin. When the amount of each raw material of the organic skin care base is out of the numerical range defined in the present invention (comparative example 4 and comparative example 5), the organic skin care base has no obvious moisturizing and brightening effects on the skin.
Comparative examples 1 to 3 are comparative experiments to example 3. Compared with example 3, the raw materials of comparative example 1 have no undaria pinnatifida extract and tremella fuciformis extract, the raw materials of comparative example 2 have no hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, and the raw materials of comparative example 3 have no tremella fuciformis extract. As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the organic skin care matrix has a certain synergistic interaction between the raw materials, and the prepared organic skin care matrix cannot achieve good moisturizing and skin color brightening effects in the absence of any one of the raw materials.
Experimental example 2 skin melanin test
The tested population: 220 adult female volunteers between 30-40 years of age;
the test method comprises the following steps: 220 tested persons were divided into 22 groups, and the organic skin care bases, organic creams or organic lotions of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 13 were used to test the melanin (which reflects the melanin content of the skin, the higher the value, the higher the melanin content of the skin) on the facial skin, and the skin tester was used to test the tested persons and periodically perform feedback.
Each group was tested according to normal skin care protocol (one facial mask at a time, 15-20 minutes) twice a week.
Skin melanin test: the skin melanin tester was used to test the melanin on the facial skin of volunteers, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the change in melanin in the skin after examples 1-9 of the present invention is significantly better than the change in melanin in the skin after comparative examples 1-13.
Among them, as can be seen from the data of example 3, example 6 and example 9 and comparative examples 4 and 5 in table 3, the production of melanin in the skin was significantly reduced using the organic skin care base prepared in example 3, the organic cream comprising the organic skin care base of example 3 (example 6) and the organic emulsion comprising the organic skin care base of example 3 (example 9). Therefore, the dosage of each raw material of the organic skin-care matrix is limited within a certain numerical range, so that the organic skin-care matrix can ensure that the organic skin-care matrix has the effect of inhibiting the generation of melanin on the skin. When the amounts of the raw materials of the organic skin care base are outside the numerical range defined in the present invention (comparative example 4 and comparative example 5), the above effects of the organic skin care base are not significant.
Comparative examples 1 to 3 are comparative experiments to example 3. Compared with example 3, the raw materials of comparative example 1 have no undaria pinnatifida extract and tremella fuciformis extract, the raw materials of comparative example 2 have no hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, and the raw materials of comparative example 3 have no tremella fuciformis extract. As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the organic skin-care matrix has a certain synergistic interaction among the raw materials, and the prepared organic skin-care matrix has no obvious effect of inhibiting melanin of the skin in the absence of any one of the raw materials.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. An organic skin care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-20% of citron fruit water, 10-20% of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 10-20% of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2-3% of tremella extract, 1-2% of sodium hyaluronate, 5-10% of saccharide isomer and the balance of water;
the preparation method of the organic skin-care matrix with moisturizing and brightening effects comprises the following steps:
(a) adding the tremella extract with the formula amount into water with the formula amount, mixing, adding citron fruit water with the formula amount, mixing again, adding sodium hyaluronate with the formula amount, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution A;
in the step (a), the temperature of each mixing is 40-45 ℃ independently, the stirring speed of each mixing is 600-1000 rpm independently, and the time of each mixing is 30-60 min independently;
(b) adding the hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, the undaria pinnatifida extract and the saccharide isomerous body into the mixed liquid A according to the formula ratio, mixing, and homogenizing to obtain the organic skin-care matrix with the moisturizing and brightening effects;
in the step (b), the temperature during mixing is 40-45 ℃, the stirring speed during mixing is 600-1000 rpm, and the stirring time during mixing is 15-30 min.
2. The organic skin care matrix according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 16-20% of citron fruit water, 14-20% of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 14-20% of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2.2-3.0% of tremella extract, 1.2-2% of sodium hyaluronate, 6-10% of saccharide isomer and the balance of water.
3. The organic skin care matrix according to claim 1, wherein the organic skin care matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 18-20% of citron fruit water, 16-20% of hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, 16-20% of undaria pinnatifida extract, 2.6-3.0% of tremella extract, 1.6-2.0% of sodium hyaluronate, 7.6-10% of saccharide isomer and the balance of water.
4. The machine skin care substrate according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the hydrolyzed wheat flour is isolated and purified from wheat to obtain an extract having arabinoxylan as a main structure.
5. The machine skin substrate of any of claims 1-3, wherein the water is deionized water.
6. The method for preparing an organic skin care base with moisturizing and brightening effects according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
mixing citron fruit water, hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, undaria pinnatifida extract, tremella fuciformis extract, sodium hyaluronate, saccharide isomerous body and water according to the formula amount, and homogenizing to obtain the organic skin-care matrix with the effects of moisturizing and brightening.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the homogenizing speed is 500 to 1000rpm and the homogenizing time is 3 to 5 min.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of cooling after homogenizing.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the cooling temperature is 20 to 25 ℃.
10. The method for preparing according to any one of claims 6 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(a) adding the tremella extract with the formula amount into water with the formula amount, mixing, adding citron fruit water with the formula amount, mixing again, adding sodium hyaluronate with the formula amount, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution A;
(b) adding the hydrolyzed wheat fine powder, the undaria pinnatifida extract and the saccharide isomerous body into the mixed liquid A according to the formula ratio, mixing, and homogenizing to obtain the organic skin-care matrix with the moisturizing and brightening effects.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein in the step (a), the temperature of each mixing is 40 to 45 ℃ independently, the stirring speed of each mixing is 600 to 1000rpm independently, and the time of each mixing is 30 to 60min independently.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein in the step (b), the temperature during mixing is 40 to 45 ℃, the stirring speed during mixing is 600 to 1000rpm, and the stirring time during mixing is 15 to 30 min.
13. A cosmetic composition comprising the organic skin care base with moisturizing and brightening effects of any one of claims 1 to 5 or the organic skin care base prepared by the preparation method of the organic skin care base with moisturizing and brightening effects of any one of claims 6 to 12.
14. The cosmetic composition according to claim 13, wherein the organic skin care base accounts for 10-20% of the cosmetic composition by mass.
15. The cosmetic composition according to claim 13, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
the component A comprises: 1-2% of polyglycerol-3 methyl glucose distearate, 3-5% of jojoba seed oil, 0.3-0.5% of tocopherol, 3-5% of decyl cocoate, 0.3-0.5% of shea butter and 0.3-0.5% of behenyl alcohol;
and B component: 3-5% of glycerol, 5-10% of 1.3-propylene glycol, 0.1-0.3% of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.3% of aluminum magnesium silicate and 28.59-57.445% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.005-0.01% of rosa damascena flower oil, 0.5-1% of purslane extract and 10-20% of organic skin-care matrix;
and (D) component: 0.05 to 0.1 percent of citric acid, 0.40 to 0.6 percent of benzyl alcohol, 0.5 to 0.6 percent of sodium benzoate and
15-20% of citron fruit water.
16. The cosmetic composition according to claim 13, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
the component A comprises: 1-2% of cetearyl glucoside, 1-2% of glyceryl stearate citrate, 3-5% of jojoba seed oil, 3-5% of decyl cocoate, 1-2% of cocoa butter, 5-7% of coco-caprylate/caprate, 0.1-0.2% of tocopherol and 2-4% of cetearyl alcohol;
and B component: 0.15-0.3% of xanthan gum, 0.15-0.3% of Arabic gum, 5-7% of glycerol, 5-7% of 1.3-propylene glycol and 16.93-47.69% of deionized water;
and C, component C: 0.45-0.65% of benzyl alcohol, 0.4-0.5% of sodium benzoate, 15-20% of citron fruit water, 0.05-0.1% of citric acid and 0.01-0.02% of rosa damascena flower oil;
and (D) component: 10-20% of organic skin-care matrix.
17. Use of the organic skin care base with moisturizing and lightening efficacy according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 13 to 16 for the treatment of non-therapeutic uses of the skin.
