9.根据权利要求1或2所述的致动器(4),其特征在于所述屏蔽板(40)具有的厚度大于或等于0.25mm。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的致动器(4),其特征在于所述屏蔽板(40)通过布置在周边位置上即在所述屏蔽板(40)的周边或外边缘上的固定装置固定到封闭盖(24)。
