一种锁螺丝工作平台及其五轴锁螺丝装置，该五轴锁螺丝装置包括：四轴机器人(11)，包括第一轴臂(111)、第二轴臂(112)、第三轴臂(113)以及第四伸缩轴(114)，第二轴臂(112)与第一轴臂(111)转动连接且分别位于相互平行的平面中，第三轴臂(113)与第二轴臂(112)转动连接，第四伸缩轴(114)与第三轴臂(113)连接，且至少部分伸出于第三轴臂(113)；机械抓手(12)，机械抓手(12)与第四伸缩轴(114)伸出于第三轴臂(113)的末端连接；第五辅助轴(13)，为锁附装置，与第二轴臂(112)连接，用于进行锁附操作；摄像装置(14)，与第二轴臂(112)连接，用于对工件进行定位，以使四轴机器人(11)的机械抓手(12)准确抓取工件。该锁螺丝工作平台及其五轴锁螺丝装置自动抓取工件，锁附速度快，从而达到工作效率高、安全性好、柔性大的效果。
