本发明涉及包装材料领域,特别涉及一种多层复合包装袋及其加工工艺。
背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种用品的袋子,使货物在生产流通过程中方便运输,容易存储,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中,随着时代的发展,包装袋本身的商业性也越来越显著,它已成为一种不再依附于商品生产的特殊产品,一种所有商品都离不开的、广泛应用的产品,在化学行业中,化学用品的搬运和运送均需要用到包装袋,包装袋在化学领域使用时,由于化学用品的特性,难免会对包装袋产生撕扯和灼烧,然而现有包装袋的抗撕裂和耐高温能力不足,经常出现被撕裂和灼烧毁坏的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多层复合包装袋及其加工工艺,解决了现有化学用包装袋抗撕裂和耐高温能力不足的问题。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种多层复合包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体分为相互紧贴复合的五层,最内层为抗撕裂层,所述抗撕裂层为尼龙纤维层,所述尼龙纤维层厚度为3mm,所述尼龙纤维层由经向尼龙纤维和纬向尼龙纤维组成,且所述经向尼龙纤维每三根之间相互绞合,所述纬向尼龙纤维每三根之间相互绞合,两个外层为阻燃层,两个中间层为隔热层。
采用上述技术方案,将袋体分为五层进行复合,最内层的抗撕裂层为尼龙纤维层,尼龙纤维具有极高的抗撕裂性,能有效地防止袋体被外力撕裂,且尼龙纤维强度高、弹性佳,因此尼龙材料在外力拉扯作用下还不易损坏,使用寿命长,通过将尼龙纤维设置为经向和纬向两个垂直方向,且经向和纬向的尼龙纤维均进行绞合,将尼龙纤维绞合后的进行绞合后由于绞合处的尼龙纤维之间的相互作用力使得尼龙纤维层的强度和抗撕裂性进一步提升;两个外层为阻燃层,两个中间层为隔热层,使袋体外层向内层逐渐由抗灼烧向隔热过度,从而实现防隔热一体化,提高袋体的耐高温强度。
作为优选,所述阻燃层为聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层,所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层厚度为2mm。
采用上述技术方案,聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料,简称PIR泡沫塑料,导热系数小,耐候性强,是一种理想的有机绝热材料,聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料PIR的阻燃性可以达到B1级别,因此用聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层作为阻燃层可以有效的防止袋体的燃烧,是多层复合包装袋耐高温特性的基础。
作为优选,所述隔热层为玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层厚度为2mm。
采用上述技术方案,玻璃纤维耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,以玻璃纤维层作为隔热层可以有效地减少热量从袋体外部向内部的传递,有效地提升了袋体的耐高温特性,且由于玻璃纤维层的抗腐蚀性好,因此可以有效地防止多层复合包装袋在化学领域使用时受到化学试剂等的腐蚀。
作为优选,所述袋体五层的相邻两层之间均通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
采用上述技术方案,聚氨酯胶即为聚氨酯密封胶,粘结性能好,能使得各层之间粘结紧密,不易松动,且聚氨酯密封胶耐候性好,能保持粘性较长时间,避免由于一段时间后各层之间开始出现粘性消失而开始分离的现象。
作为优选,一种多层复合包装袋的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:准备尼龙纤维层、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层和玻璃纤维层的原料;
(2)制膜:将原料加入混合机中进行混合制成三种薄膜,即尼龙纤维层、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层和玻璃纤维层;
(3)复合:通过复合装置将相离的各层复合在一起,通过刮板对涂胶辊上的聚氨酯胶进行刮动,由聚氨酯胶在各层表面进行涂胶,然后通过热压辊将对各层进行复合,得到复合层;
(4)制袋:将复合层先进行热合封边处理,然后再对封边进行冷压定型;
(5)分切:对封边的包装袋沿封边切割,得到单个的多层复合包装袋。
采用上述技术方案,将各个原料制成各个不同的效果层后进行复合,通过刮板对涂胶辊上的聚氨酯胶进行刮动,防止聚氨酯胶硬化而导致涂胶不均匀,也防止硬化的聚氨酯胶对各层造成磨损,上胶后通过热压辊将各层进行压合,利用加热在辊压时能够更好地使聚氨酯胶将各层进行粘合,从而使各层更好地贴合固定。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中,通过加热件对涂胶辊中的聚氨酯胶加热,使聚氨酯胶呈流动状。
采用上述技术方案,通过加热件对聚氨酯胶进行加热,使得聚氨酯胶保持流动状态,防止聚氨酯胶因硬化而影响涂胶的效果。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中,通过冷压辊对各层进行辊压,冷却定型。
采用上述技术方案,通过冷压辊的冷却使得复合后的各效果层能够快速定型,从而加固各层之间的粘合,提高复合的效果。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中,冷压温度为10-25℃。
采用上述技术方案,10-25℃为极佳的冷压温度,在该温度下能够进行快速、充分的冷却,提高复合的效率。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)之间,还包括步骤A,将各层加热至60-80℃进行熟化处理。
采用上述技术方案,通过熟化促进低沸点溶剂充分挥发,提高复合的质量,从而提升多层复合包装袋的质量。

隔热层3为玻璃纤维层,玻璃纤维层厚度为2mm;玻璃纤维耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,以玻璃纤维层作为隔热层3可以有效地减少热量从袋体1外部向内部的传递,有效地提升了袋体1的耐高温特性,且由于玻璃纤维层的抗腐蚀性好,因此可以有效地防止多层复合包装袋在化学领域使用时受到化学试剂等的腐蚀。
袋体1五层的相邻两层之间均通过聚氨酯胶粘结,聚氨酯胶即为聚氨酯密封胶,粘结性能好,能使得各层之间粘结紧密,不易松动,且聚氨酯密封胶耐候性好,能保持粘性较长时间,避免由于一段时间后各层之间开始出现粘性消失而开始分离的现象。

将各个原料制成各个不同的效果层后进行复合,通过刮板对涂胶辊上的聚氨酯胶进行刮动,防止聚氨酯胶硬化而导致涂胶不均匀,也防止硬化的聚氨酯胶对各层造成磨损,上胶后通过热压辊将各层进行压合,利用加热在辊压时能够更好地使聚氨酯胶将各层进行粘合,从而使各层更好地贴合固定。
步骤(3)中,通过加热件对涂胶辊中的聚氨酯胶加热,使聚氨酯胶呈流动状,通过加热件对聚氨酯胶进行加热,使得聚氨酯胶保持流动状态,防止聚氨酯胶因硬化而影响涂胶的效果。
步骤(3)中,通过冷压辊对各层进行辊压,冷却定型,通过冷压辊的冷却使得复合后的各效果层能够快速定型,从而加固各层之间的粘合,提高复合的效果。
步骤(3)中,冷压温度为10-25℃,10-25℃为极佳的冷压温度,在该温度下能够进行快速、充分的冷却,提高复合的效率。
步骤(3)和步骤(4)之间,还包括步骤A,将各层加热至60-80℃进行熟化处理,通过熟化促进低沸点溶剂充分挥发,提高复合的质量,从而提升多层复合包装袋的质量。

Claims (9)

1.一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,包括袋体(1),所述袋体(1)分为相互紧贴复合的五层,最内层为抗撕裂层(2),所述抗撕裂层(2)为尼龙纤维层,所述尼龙纤维层厚度为3mm,所述尼龙纤维层由经向尼龙纤维和纬向尼龙纤维组成,且所述经向尼龙纤维每三根之间相互绞合,所述纬向尼龙纤维每三根之间相互绞合,两个外层为阻燃层(4),两个中间层为隔热层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述阻燃层(4)为聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层,所述聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层厚度为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述隔热层(3)为玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层厚度为2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述袋体(1)五层的相邻两层之间均通过聚氨酯胶粘结。
5.一种多层复合包装袋的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:准备尼龙纤维层、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层和玻璃纤维层的原料;
(2)制膜:将原料加入混合机中进行混合制成三种薄膜,即尼龙纤维层、聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料层和玻璃纤维层;
(3)复合:通过复合装置将相离的各层复合在一起,通过刮板对涂胶辊上的聚氨酯胶进行刮动,由聚氨酯胶在各层表面进行涂胶,然后通过热压辊将对各层进行复合,得到复合层;
(4)制袋:将复合层先进行热合封边处理,然后再对封边进行冷压定型;
(5)分切:对封边的包装袋沿封边切割,得到单个的多层复合包装袋。
6.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合包装袋的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,通过加热件对涂胶辊中的聚氨酯胶加热,使聚氨酯胶呈流动状。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合包装袋的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,通过冷压辊对各层进行辊压,冷却定型。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,冷压温度为10-25℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种多层复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)之间,还包括步骤A,将各层加热至60-80℃进行熟化处理。
