纸塑复合袋是由塑胶与牛皮纸复合而成,广泛运用于水泥、饲料、化工、肥料等行业,是目前流行的包装材料之一。化工、肥料行业的产品多数都为危险化学品,具有易燃的性能,但现有的纸塑复合袋防火性能差,用于包装易燃的危化品时,质量安全得不到保障,同时,现有的纸塑复合袋不能有效防潮,长时间贮存危险化学品,易导致险化学品变质。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种纸塑复合袋及其制备方法,所述制备方法的纸塑复合袋防静电效果好,阻燃、防火、防潮性能佳结构强度高、结实耐用,安全性高,适用于包装危险化学品。

实施例2
按如下方法制备纸塑复合袋:
(1)聚丙烯熔化经流延成型得到聚丙烯薄膜;所述薄膜切割、拉伸得到聚丙烯扁丝,所述聚丙烯扁丝编织得到聚丙烯编织布;
(2)重量比为5:95的聚乙烯和抗静电剂混合,挤出成型得到薄膜;所述薄膜经切割、拉伸得到防静电扁丝,所述防静电扁丝是编织得到防静电编织布;
(3)牛皮纸表面喷涂防火剂和防潮剂,得到基层;
(4)所述防静电编织布、所述阻燃层、所述聚丙烯编织布与所述基层310℃挤出复合得到复合布;所述阻燃层由阻燃粘胶纤维和芳纶纤维编织而成;
(5)所述复合布经切割,折叠,180~220℃热封封边、封底得到纸塑复合袋。
测定得到的所述纸塑复合袋经密度40根/100mm,经纬度39根/100mm;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋表面电阻率为1026Ω;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋燃烧速度为3.9cm/min;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐热性85℃条件下无粘着、熔痕;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋剥离力≥3.0N/30mm无法剥离所述纸塑复合袋;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐跌落性,跌落高度1.0m,所述纸塑复合袋不破裂,包装物不漏失;
所述纸塑复合袋外观满足表1技术要求。
实施例3
按如下方法制备纸塑复合袋:
(1)聚丙烯熔化经流延成型得到聚丙烯薄膜;所述薄膜切割、拉伸得到聚丙烯扁丝,所述聚丙烯扁丝编织得到聚丙烯编织布;
(2)重量比为5.5:94.5的聚乙烯和抗静电剂混合,挤出成型得到薄膜;所述薄膜经切割、拉伸得到防静电扁丝,所述防静电扁丝是编织得到防静电编织布;
(3)牛皮纸表面喷涂防火剂和防潮剂,得到基层;
(4)所述防静电编织布、所述阻燃层、所述聚丙烯编织布与所述基层340℃挤出复合得到复合布;所述阻燃层由阻燃粘胶纤维编织而成;
(5)所述复合布经切割,折叠,180~220℃热封封边、封底得到纸塑复合袋。
测定得到的所述纸塑复合袋拉伸负荷:经向750N/50mm,纬向675N/50mm,缝底向344N/50mm,粘合向441N/50mm;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋表面电阻率为1030Ω;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋燃烧速度为4.1cm/min;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐热性85℃条件下无粘着、熔痕;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋剥离力≥3.0N/30mm无法剥离所述纸塑复合袋;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐跌落性,跌落高度1.0m,所述纸塑复合袋不破裂,包装物不漏失;
所述纸塑复合袋外观满足表1技术要求。
实施例4
按如下方法制备纸塑复合袋:
(1)聚丙烯熔化经流延成型得到聚丙烯薄膜;所述薄膜切割、拉伸得到聚丙烯扁丝,所述聚丙烯扁丝编织得到聚丙烯编织布;
(2)重量比为6:94的聚乙烯和抗静电剂混合,挤出成型得到薄膜;所述薄膜经切割、拉伸得到防静电扁丝,所述防静电扁丝是编织得到防静电编织布;
(3)牛皮纸表面喷涂防火剂和防潮剂,得到基层;
(4)所述防静电编织布、所述阻燃层、所述聚丙烯编织布与所述基层340℃挤出复合得到复合布;所述阻燃层由阻燃腈纶纤维和阻燃粘胶纤维编织而成;
(5)所述复合布经切割,折叠,180~220℃热封封边、封底得到纸塑复合袋。
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋表面电阻率为1025Ω;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋燃烧速度为3.8cm/min;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐热性85℃条件下无粘着、熔痕;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋剥离力≥3.0N/30mm无法剥离所述纸塑复合袋;
测定得到所述纸塑复合袋耐跌落性,跌落高度1.0m,所述纸塑复合袋不破裂,包装物不漏失;
所述纸塑复合袋外观满足表1技术要求。
实施例5
将实施例1~4得到的纸塑复合袋编号A~D,并在各纸塑复合袋中放置无水硫酸铜并放置于温度为30℃,空气湿度为29g水/m3的环境中,2天、4天后打开所述纸塑复合袋观察颜色,记过结果见表2.

由表2可知,本发明制备方法得到的纸塑复合袋具有较好的防潮性。

Claims (10)

1.一种纸塑复合袋的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
纸层表面喷涂防火剂和防潮剂,得到基层;
防静电编织布、阻燃层、聚丙烯编织布与所述基层挤出复合得到复合布;
所述复合布经切割,折叠,封边、封底得到纸塑复合袋。
2.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出复合温度为300~350℃。
3.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纸层为牛皮纸。
4.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯编织布的制备方法包括:聚丙烯熔化经流延成型得到聚丙烯薄膜;所述薄膜切割、拉伸得到聚丙烯扁丝,所述聚丙烯扁丝编织得到所述聚丙烯编织布。
5.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述封边、封底过程为采用热封方法。
6.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃层由阻燃纤维编织而成。
7.根据权利要求1的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防静电编织布的制备方法包括:聚烯烃和抗静电剂混合,挤出成型得到薄膜;所述薄膜经切割、拉伸得到防静电扁丝,所述防静电扁丝是编织得到所述防静电编织布。
8.根据权利要求7的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃和所述抗静电剂重量比为(4~6):(94~96)。
9.根据权利要求7的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚烯烃为聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
10.一种纸塑复合袋,其特征在于,所述纸塑复合袋由权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的制备方法制得。
