本发明公开了一种防割破包装袋,该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层材质为PA,所述的里层材质为玻璃纤维,所述的里层材质为PE,所述的表层、中间层和里层的成型工艺为干式复合工艺。本发明揭示了一种防割破包装袋,该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,层间结合性能优良,功能独特,其表层良好的印刷和耐光性能,里层具有良好的耐油、耐热、耐寒性能,而中间层具有独特的防割破性能,有效的提升了包装袋的实用性。

Description

一种防割破包装袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装袋,尤其涉及一种综合性能优良,且具有防割破性能的包装袋,属于包装袋技术领域。
背景技术
包装袋是指用于包装各种物品的袋子,可使物品在生产流通过程中的运输和存储变得更方便。包装袋广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中,按照制作工艺来分,可分为为塑料包装袋、复合包装袋;按照生产原料来分,可分为:高压聚乙烯塑料袋、低压聚乙烯塑料袋、聚丙烯塑料袋等;按外形来分,可分为:背心袋、直筒袋、立体袋、方底袋、封口袋、异形袋等。
为了提高包装袋的使用性能,人们将各种不同特性的材料复合在一起,以改进包装袋的透气性、透湿性、耐油性、耐水性、耐药品性等,使其具有防虫、防尘、防微生物、对光、香、臭等气味的隔绝性,以及耐热、耐寒、耐冲击等性能。但是,在包装袋的防割破性能方面还存在不足,货物在运输和存储过程中还存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种防割破包装袋,该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,功能独特,其表层良好的印刷和耐光性能,里层具有良好的耐油、耐热、耐寒性能,而中间层具有独特的防割破性能,有效的提升了包装袋的实用性。
本发明是一种防割破包装袋,该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层材质为PA,所述的里层材质为玻璃纤维,所述的里层材质为PE,所述的表层、中间层和里层的成型工艺为干式复合工艺。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层为PA膜,其厚度约为0.05-0.06mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层为玻璃纤维方格布,其单纱直径约为20um。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的网孔孔径约为2mm,厚度约为0.14-0.15mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的里层为PE膜,其厚度约为0.04-0.05mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层、中间层和里层在复合处理时使用水性聚氨酯粘合剂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例防割破包装袋的结构示意图;该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层1、中间层2和里层3,所述的表层1材质为PA,所述的里层2材质为玻璃纤维,所述的里层3材质为PE,所述的表层1、中间层2和里层3的成型工艺为干式复合工艺。
本发明提及的防割破包装袋中,袋壁中的表层1为PA膜,其厚度约为0.05-0.06mm;该层具有良好的耐水、防尘和耐光性能,且印刷性能优良。
中间层2为玻璃纤维方格布,其单纱直径约为20um;中间层2的网孔孔径约为2mm,厚度约为0.14-0.15mm;该层具有良好的强度和韧性,可避免包装袋被利器划破。
里层3为PE膜,其厚度约为0.04-0.05mm;该层具有良好的耐油、耐热和耐寒性能,维护物品良好的使用性能。
上述表层1、中间层2和里层3在复合处理时使用水性聚氨酯粘合剂。
本发明提及的防割破包装袋的具体制备步骤如下:
a)选材备料,原料由表层、中间层、里层以及粘结剂组成;表层为PA膜,厚度约为0.05mm;中间层为玻璃纤维方格布,布料的网孔孔径约为2mm,厚度约为0.14mm;里层为PE膜,厚度约为0.04mm;粘结剂选用水性聚氨酯粘合剂,聚氨酯颗粒的平均粒径约为0.001um,含量约为20%;
b)一次复合,该工序是对表层和中间层进行复合处理,操作在干式复合机上进行;流程如下:首先,将表层安装在上胶辊上并涂覆粘合剂,涂胶量控制在2.8g/㎡;然后,在65℃的温度中烘干;接着,进行复合处理,辊压控制在0.35MPa,辊间温度控制在55℃,上胶辊的表面张力控制在45mM/m;最后,进行干燥处理,三段干燥温度分别为55℃,65℃和75℃,风速控制在35m/s;
c)二次复合,该工序是对一次复合层和里层进行复合处理;流程如下:首先,将里层安装在上胶辊上并涂覆粘合剂,涂胶量控制在2.6g /㎡;然后,在60℃的温度中烘干;接着,进行复合处理,辊压控制在0.3MPa,辊间温度控制在50℃,上胶辊的表面张力控制在42mM/m;最后,进行干燥处理,三段干燥温度分别为50℃,60℃和70℃,风速控制在30m/s;
d)复合后处理,处理工艺为熟化处理,熟化室温度控制在40℃,时间为35小时,成品的总厚度不超过0.25mm;
e)加工制袋,该工序包括:印刷、裁剪、固化或缝合连接、存储等工艺。
本发明揭示了一种防割破包装袋,其特点是:该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,层间结合性能优良,功能独特,其表层良好的印刷和耐光性能,里层具有良好的耐油、耐热、耐寒性能,而中间层具有独特的防割破性能,有效的提升了包装袋的实用性。

1.一种防割破包装袋,其特征在于,该包装袋的袋壁采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层材质为PA,所述的里层材质为玻璃纤维,所述的里层材质为PE,所述的表层、中间层和里层的成型工艺为干式复合工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防割破包装袋,其特征在于,所述的表层为PA膜,其厚度约为0.05-0.06mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防割破包装袋,其特征在于,所述的中间层为玻璃纤维方格布,其单纱直径约为20um。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防割破包装袋,其特征在于,所述的中间层的网孔孔径约为2mm,厚度约为0.14-0.15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防割破包装袋,其特征在于,所述的里层为PE膜,其厚度约为0.04-0.05mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防割破包装袋,其特征在于,所述的表层、中间层和里层在复合处理时使用水性聚氨酯粘合剂。
