本发明涉及中药饮片炮制技术领域，尤其涉及山药饮片的加工方法。
背景技术
由于山药粘性强、不易干燥、易褐变等原 因，在干燥加工过程中，一般用硫磺熏蒸处理。但硫熏后有效成分和药理作用改变，易造成二氧化硫超标，长期食用危害身体健康。山药性收涩，服用后，易引起腹胀，不易消化，需要对其药性进行纠正。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种山药饮片的加工方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
S1，将收获的新鲜山药，去除表层杂质沙土，去皮，水洗干净，切片；
S2，将山药放入烘箱中，在 60 ~ 75℃条件下干燥，至含水率20%以下；
S3，将黑豆煮汁，将山药放入黑豆汁中闷润至吸收，黑豆与山药重量比例为：1：50-80；
S4，将山药烘干，温度60-80℃，时间5-8小时，至含水量7%以下；
S5，包装入库。
