本发明涉及含有实木的成型品的制造方法,包括:模内装饰膜准备步骤,准备在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜;模内装饰膜供给步骤,以使实木层叠体位于注塑位置的方式供给模内装饰膜;模内装饰膜固定步骤,通过真空吸附来使模内装饰膜紧贴于下部模具的腔室,使得实木层叠体以与腔室的形状相对应的方式变形紧贴;注塑层形成步骤,使上部模具和下部模具形合,在通过上部模具向腔室注入熔融的注塑材料之后,通过固化来形成注塑层;以及成型品取出步骤,通过分离下部模具和上部模具来取出使离型膜从实木层叠体分离的成型品。通过这种方法,制造在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜,能够以没有破损的方式在注塑成型品的表面形成实木层。

Description

含有实木的成型品的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及含有实木的成型品的制造方法,更详细地涉及可利用具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜(In Mold Decoration Film)来在注塑成型品的表面形成实木层的含有实木的成型品的制造方法。
背景技术
现有的汽车内饰外饰材料表面处理方法有涂漆、金属镀金、水压转印、膜镶嵌成型、利用天然实木的冲压成型等。
在这些表面处理方法中,涂漆或金属镀金、水压转印等将在制造工序中引起环境污染,即使在成品状态下,也将因所使用的材料和工法的影响而持续产生有机化合物,因而难以符合近来实施的环境准则。
另一方面,在韩国公开专利第10-2016-0030614号(以下,称为“专利文献1”)中公开了可赋予审美感及高贵感的高价实木成型产品的制造方法。
在专利文献1中公开的实木成型产品的制造方法包括:材料准备步骤,准备实木薄片;冲压步骤,通过对实木进行冲压来以成型品的形状进行成型;后侧注塑步骤,在以成型品的形状形成的实木的下面通过注塑来形成基材层;涂色步骤,决定颜色后,在经后侧注塑的实木的上面进行涂色;涂敷步骤,通过对经涂色后的实木的表面进行涂敷来形成表面层;铣削步骤,以所需的形状切割经涂敷后的实木的端部;以及研磨步骤,对经铣削后的实木产品的表面层进行研磨。
在上述专利文献1中公开的制造方法的工序非常复杂、不合格率高,价格比其他表面处理方法高,仅用于部分高级车辆。
由于这种原因,如同在韩国公开专利第10-2015-0089237号(以下称为“专利文献2”)中公开的内容,持续研究了减少实木膜(real film)的结构层的方法和可用于比较简单的工序和制造成本低的镶嵌成形工序等的膜,但因作为天然材料的实木的固有特性的低拉伸强度和弯曲强度等原因,很难进行成型,因产生顽固性的粉碎现象而难以进行使用。
尤其,当以在上述专利文献2中公开的镶嵌成型工法进行制造时,在经过对实木膜进行预热后经初成型来定形的实木冲压步骤中,将对实木膜直接施加力量,此时,应力将集中在弯曲变形的实木膜的边缘,将连续产生无法承受应力并粉碎、破碎等现象,将导致表面品质大为下降。因这种问题,将很难作为产品进行量产。
发明内容
本发明用于解决如上所述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供制造在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜并可利用该模内装饰膜来以使实木层没有破损的方式在注塑成型品的表面形成实木层的含有实木的成型品的制造方法。
为了解决如上所述的目的,本发明优选实施例的含有实木的成型品的制造方法包括:模内装饰膜准备步骤,准备在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜;模内装饰膜供给步骤,以使上述实木层叠体位于注塑位置的方式供给模内装饰膜;模内装饰膜固定步骤,通过真空吸附来使模内装饰膜紧贴于下部模具的腔室,使得实木层叠体以与上述腔室的形状相对应的方式变形紧贴;注塑层形成步骤,使上部模具和上述下部模具形合,在通过上述上部模具向上述腔室注入熔融的注塑材料之后,通过固化来形成注塑层;以及成型品取出步骤,通过分离上述下部模具和上述上部模具来取出使离型膜从实木层叠体分离的成型品。
上述模内装饰膜准备步骤可包括:实木层形成步骤,切割天然木材,形成具有规定厚度的薄膜形态的实木层;纤维层形成步骤,使纤维层附着于上述实木层的下面;预处理步骤,对在上述实木层层叠有上述纤维层的实木层叠体进行预处理,来防止上述实木层变色;以及模内装饰膜制造步骤,使得经过预处理的多个实木层叠体以隔开规定间隔的方式附着于离型膜,通过使上述实木层附着于上述离型膜来制造模内装饰膜。
其中,在上述实木层形成步骤中,还能够以厚度达到0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下的薄膜形态切割上述实木层来进行制造。
而且,在上述纤维层形成步骤中,可利用粘结剂使上述纤维层附着于上述实木层或可通过热压接来使上述纤维层附着于上述实木层。
并且,上述预处理步骤可包括:脱色步骤,利用脱色剂来使上述实木层叠体脱色;清洗步骤,对脱色完的上述实木层叠体进行清洗;以及干燥步骤,对清洗完的上述实木层叠体进行干燥。
其中,在上述脱色步骤中,还可利用以过氧化氢稀释液或添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液制备的脱色剂进行脱色。
而且,能够以8:2至5:5的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备上述过氧化氢稀释液。
并且,可向以8:2至5:5的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备的过氧化氢稀释液以达到过氧化氢重量的5%至20%的方式混合氨来制备上述添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液。
本发明的成型品的制造方法的特征在于,上述离型膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)膜、聚乙烯(PE)膜、聚丙烯(PP)膜、氯化聚丙烯(CPP)膜中的一种来制备,厚度为0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下。
其中,在上述模内装饰膜制造步骤中,还能够以辊形态制造上述模内装饰膜,以能够向上述下部模具连续供给上述实木层叠体。
本发明实施例的成型品的制造方法还可包括涂敷层形成步骤,为了保护上述实木层而形成用于覆盖上述实木层的涂敷层。
其中,在上述涂敷层形成步骤中,在上述预处理步骤之后,通过使膜形态的树脂附着于上述实木层来形成涂敷层或通过向上述实木层涂敷液体状态的树脂来形成涂敷层。
或者,在上述涂敷层形成步骤中,在上述成型品取出步骤之后,通过在将上述成型品配置于模具内部后经镶嵌注塑成型来在上述实木层形成涂敷层或通过向上述成型品的实木层涂敷液体状态的树脂来形成涂敷层。
上述模内装饰膜固定步骤可包括:模内装饰膜位置固定步骤,通过使上述下部模具中的设置于上述腔室外侧的紧贴部启动,来使得配置于上述下部模具的上侧的模内装饰膜的离型膜部分紧贴于上述下部模具的上侧面;以及真空吸附步骤,通过形成于上述下部模具的吸入孔执行真空排气,来使得模内装饰膜中的具有上述实木层叠体的部分紧贴于上述腔室的内侧面。
而且,在上述成型品取出步骤中,由于上述上部模具与上述注塑层之间的粘结力大于上述实木层叠体与上述离型膜之间的粘结力,因而当使上述上部模具从上述下部模具分离时,使得上述离型膜从上述实木层叠体分离,可在使附着于上述上部模具来一同移动的上述成型品脱离之后取出。
根据本发明的含有实木的成型品的制造方法,本发明具有如下效果,即,制造在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜并可利用该模内装饰膜来以使实木层没有破损的方式在注塑成型品的表面形成实木层。
而且,根据本发明,具有如下效果,即,能够以辊形态制备以隔开规定间隔的方式使多个实木层叠体附着于离型膜的模内装饰膜来可向下部模具连续供给实木层叠体,从而可连续生产成型品。

为了有助于理解以下说明的实施例,在对各个附图中的多个结构要素赋予附图标记的过程中,即使在不同附图中出现,也对相同的结构要素赋予相同的附图标记。并且,在对本发明进行说明的过程中,在判断为对相关公知结构或功能的具体说明有可能使本发明的主旨变得模糊的情况下,将省略其详细说明。
以下,参照附图说明本发明的具体实施例。

参照图1至图7,含有实木的成型品制造方法包括:模内装饰膜准备步骤S100,准备在离型膜20具有实木层叠体10的模内装饰膜30;模内装饰膜供给步骤S200,以使上述实木层叠体10位于注塑位置的方式供给模内装饰膜30;模内装饰膜固定步骤S300,通过真空吸附来使模内装饰膜30紧贴于下部模具210的腔室211,使得实木层叠体10以与上述腔室211的形状相对应的方式变形紧贴;注塑层形成步骤S500,使上部模具220和上述下部模具210形合S400,在通过上述上部模具220向上述腔室211注入熔融的注塑材料之后,通过固化来形成注塑层;以及成型品取出步骤S600,通过分离上述下部模具210和上述上部模具220来取出使离型膜20从实木层叠体10分离的成型品40。
即,根据本发明的成型品制造方法通过采用模内(in-mold)成型方法来制造成型品,即,制造使实木层叠体10附着于离型膜20的模内装饰膜30,在将模内装饰膜30配置于模具之后进行注塑,从而可防止实木层11破损。
参照图2,上述模内装饰膜准备步骤S100包括:实木层形成步骤S110,切割天然木材,形成具有规定厚度的薄膜形态的实木层11;纤维层形成步骤S120,使纤维层13附着于上述实木层11的下面;预处理步骤S130,对在上述实木层11层叠有上述纤维层13的实木层叠体10进行预处理,来防止上述实木层11变色;以及模内装饰膜制造步骤S140,使得经过预处理的多个实木层叠体10以隔开规定间隔的方式附着于离型膜20,通过使上述实木层11附着于上述离型膜20来制造模内装饰膜30。
更具体地,优选地,在上述实木层形成步骤S110中,以厚度达到0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下的薄膜形态切割上述实木层11来进行制造。这是因为如下的原因,即,若实木层11的厚度小于0.1mm,则因实木层11的物性大为下降而导致用于经历之后制造步骤的耐磨性不足,若实木层11的厚度大于1.0mm,则成型性下降且因在后述的预处理步骤S130中很难使脱色剂浸渍到实木层11而导致脱色效果下降。
优选地,在上述纤维层形成步骤S120中,利用粘结剂使上述纤维层13附着于上述实木层11,或通过热压接来使上述纤维层13附着于上述实木层11。即,如图4所示,上述上述纤维层13通过粘结层12粘结于上述实木层11。这种上述纤维层形成步骤S120为形成用于加强上述实木层11的强度的一种加强层的步骤。
首先,从价格与效率方面上看,上述粘结层12优选使用聚氨基甲酸乙脂(TPU,Thermoplastic Poly Urethane)膜,但并不限定于此,可使用被称为热熔膜的聚乙烯(polyethylene)、聚丙烯(polypropylene)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU,thermoplastic polyurethane)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA,ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)、聚醚砜(PES,polyether sulfone)、聚缩醛(PA,polyacetal)等的通用树脂膜,还可使用在常温下呈现出粘结力的普通粘结膜。并且,在需要很大的热稳定性和附着性的情况下,可使用环氧树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、聚氨酯树脂等热固化树脂。
优选地,考虑到之后步骤中的实木层叠体10的成型性,上述粘结层12的厚度为0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下。
而且,上述纤维层13用于向实木层11赋予规定程度的强度,其材质及形状不受限制,优选地,由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephtalate)、尼龙、丙烯酸、棉或聚氨酯等的纤维构成织布或无纺布的形态来使用。
以织布或无纺布的形态构成的上述纤维层13可通过上述粘结层12以热压接方式附着于实木层11。例如,可通过已公知的热压接方式中的一种的利用辊冲压装置的辊冲压工法进行附着。
优选地,考虑到之后步骤中的实木层叠体10的成型性,上述纤维层13的厚度为0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下。
上述预处理步骤S130为为了防止实木层11的变色而对在上述纤维层形成步骤S120中对在上述实木层11层叠有上述纤维层13的实木层叠体10进行预处理的步骤。
更具体地,参照图3,上述预处理步骤S130包括:脱色步骤S131,利用脱色剂来使层叠粘结层12和纤维层13而成的实木层叠体10脱色;清洗步骤S132,对脱色完的上述实木层叠体10进行清洗;以及干燥步骤S133,对清洗完的上述实木层叠体10进行干燥。
上述脱色步骤S131可通过在脱色容器放入实木层叠体并倒入脱色剂后进行搅拌来执行。
其中,只要可使实木层脱色为所需的颜色,则上述脱色剂不受限制,优选地,考虑到生产率及制造成本,使用过氧化氢稀释液或添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液。
在将过氧化氢稀释液用作上述脱色剂的情况下,优选地,以8:2至5:5的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备上述过氧化氢稀释液。这是因为如下的原因,即,若过氧化氢小于20重量百分比,则无法实现所希望的脱色效果,若过氧化氢大于50重量百分比,则有可能引起脱色过度及实木层的破损。
或者,在将添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液用作上述脱色剂的情况下,向以8:2至5:5的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备的过氧化氢稀释液以达到过氧化氢重量的5%至20%的方式混合氨来制备上述添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液。
与仅使实木层单独脱色的现有的公知的方式不同,通过上述脱色步骤S131来使实木层叠体脱色,从而可明显减少实木层的破碎现象及褶皱产生现象。
上述清洗步骤S132为用于去除在经过上述脱色步骤S131的过程中浸渍于实木层叠体的脱色剂的步骤,可通过反复执行1次至5次的在盛装在规定容器中的纯水中装下通过脱色剂脱色的实木层叠体并进行搅拌的过程来实现。
在此情况下,为了追加性地中和脱色剂,也可在上述清洗步骤S132过程中或在执行清洗步骤S132之前向实木层叠体采用可中和脱色剂的规定的中和剂。
上述干燥步骤S133为去除包含在实木层叠体的水分的步骤,以便可对经过清洗的实木层叠体执行之后的步骤。
在此情况下,在干燥步骤S133中,为了防止实木层叠体破损并减少制造时间,优选地,干燥温度限制在10℃以上且50℃以下,干燥时间可限制在规定的时间,优选地,可限制在1个小时以上且100小时以下。
在将干燥温度的范围限制在10℃以上且50℃以下的原因如下,即,若干燥温度小于10℃,则因干燥时间变长而导致效率性下降,若干燥温度大于50℃,则因实木层叠体被急速干燥而在表面产生褶皱等,从而有可能产生表面品质下降的问题。
另一方面,虽然未图示,但可追加执行利用颜料及染料来以所需的颜色对经过脱色的实木层涂色的步骤。
在上述模内装饰膜制造步骤S140中,为了改善耐光性,使得结束上述预处理步骤S130的实木层叠体10以规定间隔隔开附着于以为了用于之后的模内工序的方式按辊形态制备的离型膜20。
其中,优选地,将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜用作上述离型膜20,但并不限定于此。即,作为上述离型膜20可使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、浇铸聚丙烯聚氨基甲酸乙脂(Castingpolypropylene TPU)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚醚砜、聚缩醛等的通用树脂膜。
而且,考虑到经济性和之后实木膜的模内模具内的成型性,优选地,上述离型膜20的厚度制备为0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下。
进而,在上述成型品取出步骤S600中,使上述离型膜20从上述实木层11分离并被去除。在此情况下,以便于从上述实木层11剥离的方式在上述离型膜20的与上述实木层11相向的一面涂敷离型剂。其中,上述离型剂可使用硅酮类树脂、丙烯类树脂、氟类树脂等。
优选地,通过上述模内装饰膜准备步骤S100制造的上述模内装饰膜30以辊形态制备,以便通过向下部模具210连续供给上述实木层叠体10来连续执行成型品40的制造。
如此制造的模内装饰膜30将通过模内成型装置来制造成型品。在这里使用的模内成型装置简单示出于图6及图7。
参照图6及图7,上述模内成型装置包括:底部框架100;移动框架110,配置于上述底部框架100的上部来以前后方向移动的方式设置,与下部模具210结合,并具有模内装饰膜供给辊310和模内装饰膜回收辊320;固定框架120,固定配置于上述底部框架100的上部,与上部模具220相结合;真空泵230,设置于上述固定框架120,以在上述下部模具210的腔室211真空吸附上述模内装饰膜的方式产生真空;注塑单元400,配置于上述固定框架120的后端,贯通上述固定框架120,来通过上述上部模具220向上述下部模具210的腔室211注入熔融的注塑材料;以及取出部500,结束成型后取出成型品。
在上述下部模具210的上侧面设置紧贴部212来使配置于上述下部模具210的上侧的模内装饰膜30的离型膜20部分紧贴于上述下部模具210的上侧面。
而且,在上述下部模具210形成有用于连接腔室211与真空泵230之间的多个吸入孔213,可通过吸入上述腔室211的空气来使上述模内装饰膜吸附于上述腔室211。即,在上述紧贴部212使得上述模内装饰膜30中的离型膜20部分紧贴于上述下部模具210的上侧面之后,若上述真空泵230启动,则可通过吸入及排出上述腔室211和上述模内装饰膜30所形成的空间部的空气来使上述模内装饰膜30紧贴于上述腔室211。
以可插入上述注塑单元400的方式贯通形成有插入孔221,以便在上述上部模具220和上述下部模具210形合后可向上述下部模具210的腔室211注入熔融的注塑材料。
而且,在上述上部模具220设置有在结束成型工序后使得附着于上述上部模具220的成型品40脱离的加压部222。
即,由于上述上部模具220与注塑材料固化而成的注塑层41之间的粘结力大于上述实木层叠体10与上述离型膜20之间的粘结力,当上述上部模具220从上述下部模具210分离时,上述离型膜20从上述实木层叠体10分离,上述成型品40附着于上述上部模具220来一同移动。
之后,通过使上述取出部500位于上述上部模具220的下侧,来接收从上述上部模具220脱离的成型品40并使成型品40向外部移动。其中,通过在上述取出部500设置真空吸入部(未图示),来在上述成型品40从上述上部模具220脱离之前通过真空吸附上述成型品40并进行固定之后,在使上述成型品40从上述上部模具220脱离的情况下,使成型品40向外部移动。在此情况下,可防止上述成型品下降。
将参照图7察看利用如上所述的模内成型装置制造成型品的步骤。
如图7的(a)部分所示,在使模内装饰膜30位于下部模具210的上侧之后,使实木层叠体10位于注塑位置,即以位于下部模具210的腔室211上侧的方式进行供给,如图7的(b)部分所示,通过启动设置于上述下部模具210的紧贴部212来使配置于上述下部模具210的上侧的模内装饰膜30的离型膜20部分紧贴于上述下部模具210的上侧面,如图7的(c)部分所示,通过启动上述真空泵230来通过形成于上述下部模具210的吸入孔21执行真空排气,来使模内装饰膜30中的具有上述实木层叠体10的部分紧贴于上述腔室211的内侧面,如图7的(d)部分所示,在使上述下部模具210和上述上部模具220形合之后,启动注塑单元400来在向上述下部模具210的腔室注入熔融的注塑材料之后经固化来形成注塑层,如图7的(e)部分所示,若上述上部模具220和上述下部模具210分离,则成型品4将附着于上述上部模具220,此时,取出部500配置于上述成型品40的一侧,如图7的(f)所示,通过启动上述上部模具220的加压部222来使上述成型品40从上述上部模具220脱离,来使上述成型品40脱离,并使得上述成型品40放置于上述取出部500之后,可通过使上述成型品40向外部移动并制造。
当然,模内制造装置的形态并不限定于此,可采用可通过利用模内装饰膜30及利用模内成型方法来制造成型品40的任何形态。
如上所述,若在使实木层附着于离型膜之后通过模内成型装置形成注塑层来制造成型品,则在模内装饰膜紧贴于下部模具的腔室并变形的情况下,由于实木层附着于离型膜,因而可防止因离型膜而导致实木层粉碎或破碎的现象,从而可制造出表面品质优秀的成型品。
进而,本发明的成型品制造方法还可包括为了保护上述实木层11而形成用于覆盖上述实木层11的涂敷层42的涂敷层形成步骤。即,如图5所示,涂敷层形成步骤为为了保护向外部露出的实木层11而形成作为覆盖实木层11的表面的保护层的涂敷层42的步骤。
其中,上述涂敷层42可由聚碳酸酯(PC,polycarbonate)树脂、聚氨酯(PU,polyurethane)树脂、环氧(epoxy)树脂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚丙烯(polypropylene)树脂、聚缩醛(PA,polyacetal)树脂等的热塑性树脂或热固化性树脂构成。
如上所述,可通过上述涂敷层形成步骤来在上述模内装饰膜准备步骤S100的预处理步骤S130之后使得膜形态的树脂附着于上述实木层11来形成涂敷层42或可通过将液体状态的树脂涂敷于上述实木层11来形成涂敷层42。
在此情况下,若为了形成上述涂敷层42而以膜形态制备树脂材料,则可通过粘结剂或热压接方式使得涂敷层42附着于上述实木层11,若以液体状态制备树脂材料,则可通过喷雾式向上述实木层11进行喷射来涂敷出涂敷层42。
并且,上述涂敷层形成步骤可在上述成型品取出步骤S600之后使上述成型品40配置于模具内部后通过镶嵌注塑成型来在上述实木层11形成涂敷层42或还可通过向上述成型品40的实木层11涂敷液态状态树脂来形成涂敷层42。
如上所述,可在制造上述模内装饰膜的步骤中在实木层11形成上述涂敷层42或可在制造成型品40之后形成于实木层11,在制造成型品40之后在实木层11形成涂敷层42将有利于涂敷层42的完整性。
进而,在上述涂敷层形成步骤中,在形成用于在上述实木层11的表面涂色的颜色层(未图示)之后,为了加强物性,在上述颜色层的表面形成透明清扫层(未图示)。
如上所述,通过有限的实施例和附图来说明了本发明,但本发明并不限定于此,本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员可在本发明的技术思想和发明要求保护范围的等同范围内进行多种修改及变形。

Claims (14)

1.一种成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
模内装饰膜准备步骤,准备在离型膜具有实木层叠体的模内装饰膜;
模内装饰膜供给步骤,以使上述实木层叠体位于注塑位置的方式供给模内装饰膜;
模内装饰膜固定步骤,通过真空吸附来使模内装饰膜紧贴于下部模具的腔室,使得实木层叠体以与上述腔室的形状相对应的方式变形紧贴;
注塑层形成步骤,使上部模具和上述下部模具形合,在通过上述上部模具向上述腔室注入熔融的注塑材料之后,通过固化来形成注塑层;以及
成型品取出步骤,通过分离上述下部模具和上述上部模具来取出使离型膜从实木层叠体分离的成型品,
其中上述模内装饰膜准备步骤包括:
实木层形成步骤,切割天然木材,形成具有规定厚度的薄膜形态的实木层;
纤维层形成步骤,使纤维层附着于上述实木层的下面;
预处理步骤,对在上述实木层层叠有上述纤维层的实木层叠体进行预处理,来防止上述实木层变色;以及
模内装饰膜制造步骤,使得经过预处理的多个实木层叠体以隔开规定间隔的方式附着于离型膜,通过使上述实木层附着于上述离型膜来制造模内装饰膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述实木层形成步骤中,以厚度达到0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下的薄膜形态切割上述实木层来进行制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述纤维层形成步骤中,利用粘结剂使上述纤维层附着于上述实木层或通过热压接来使上述纤维层附着于上述实木层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,上述预处理步骤包括:
脱色步骤,利用脱色剂来使上述实木层叠体脱色;
清洗步骤,对脱色完的上述实木层叠体进行清洗;以及
干燥步骤,对清洗完的上述实木层叠体进行干燥。
5.根据权利要求4所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述脱色步骤中,利用以过氧化氢稀释液或添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液制备的脱色剂进行脱色。
6.根据权利要求5所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,以80:20至50:50的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备上述过氧化氢稀释液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,向以80:20至50:50的重量百分比混合纯水和过氧化氢来制备的过氧化氢稀释液以达到过氧化氢重量的5%至20%的方式混合氨来制备上述添加氨的过氧化氢稀释液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,上述离型膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜、聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜、氯化聚丙烯膜中的一种来制备,厚度为0.1mm以上且1.0mm以下。
9.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述模内装饰膜制造步骤中,以辊形态制造上述模内装饰膜,以能够向上述下部模具连续供给上述实木层叠体。
10.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括涂敷层形成步骤,为了保护上述实木层而形成用于覆盖上述实木层的涂敷层。
11.根据权利要求10所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述涂敷层形成步骤中,在上述预处理步骤之后,通过使膜形态的树脂附着于上述实木层来形成涂敷层或通过向上述实木层涂敷液体状态的树脂来形成涂敷层。
12.根据权利要求10所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述涂敷层形成步骤中,在上述成型品取出步骤之后,通过在将上述成型品配置于模具内部后经镶嵌注塑成型来在上述实木层形成涂敷层或通过向上述成型品的实木层涂敷液体状态的树脂来形成涂敷层。
13.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,
上述模内装饰膜固定步骤包括:
模内装饰膜位置固定步骤,通过使上述下部模具中的设置于上述腔室外侧的紧贴部启动,来使得配置于上述下部模具的上侧的模内装饰膜的离型膜部分紧贴于上述下部模具的上侧面;以及
真空吸附步骤,通过形成于上述下部模具的吸入孔执行真空排气,来使得模内装饰膜中的具有上述实木层叠体的部分紧贴于上述腔室的内侧面。
14.根据权利要求1所述的成型品的制造方法,其特征在于,在上述成型品取出步骤中,由于上述上部模具与上述注塑层之间的粘结力大于上述实木层叠体与上述离型膜之间的粘结力,因而当使上述上部模具从上述下部模具分离时,使得上述离型膜从上述实木层叠体分离,在使附着于上述上部模具来一同移动的上述成型品脱离之后取出。
