The three-pepper acne-removing composition disclosed by the invention can reduce grease secretion, ensure that the cuticle is normally peeled off, has a good mite-removing effect and can effectively solve the problem of repeated attack of whelks.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a product for removing acnes and mites, and in particular relates to a three-pepper acne-removing mite-removing agent.
Background
In 1841, human Demodex mites were first discovered by Berger in the human external auditory canal and were then presented to Paris' academy of sciences as confidential reports; in 1842, G Simon published a paper in Berlin detailing that this parasite, which was found in human facial hair follicles, was an acarid and is called demodex folliculorum. After that, there are related studies and findings. In 1919, Stanley Hirst published a monograph on Demodex, introducing 24 Demodex mites known at that time. In 1972, C Desch and NB Nutting classified human Demodex mites as follicular Demodex mites and sebaceous Demodex mites. Human Demodex mites have been found to be normal non-pathogenic parasites in humans for 177 years, although studies on biology, immunology, epidemiology, pathogenicity, treatment methods and the like have not been interrupted, since the medical community has no unified understanding of Demodex mites, and Demodex mites generally do not develop into fatal diseases in clinical diseases, even though many medical workers consider human Demodex mites to be normal non-pathogenic parasites in humans. So that our medical textbook is not clearly discussed, leading to a vague understanding of the generation of medical students who go to clinical work. In the face of the clinical manifestations of acarodermatitis such as whelk (acne), rosacea, large pores, blackheads, skin orange-like changes, skin flushing and the like, if the traditional vague etiology is still followed for treatment, the acarodermatitis cannot be clinically cured, and the repeated root causes appear (see: great cattail blossom, Liu just, Lu Kai. human Dermatophagoides and the clinical research progress of skin health [ J ]. China J. M. T. 2018,29(08):510 +516 + 517.)
Therefore, a product with acne removing effect and mite removing effect is urgently needed in the market, so that the problem that acne is repeatedly attacked and is difficult to eradicate is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an acne removing product with an acarid removing effect, and the problem that acne is repeatedly attacked can be effectively solved.
The specific technical scheme for solving the problems is as follows:
a three-pepper acne-removing and mite-killing agent contains fructus Zanthoxyli (Zanthoxylum BUNGEANUM) fruit extract, Capsici fructus (Capsicum FRUTESCENS) fruit extract, and radix Piper METHYSTICUM (Piper METHYSTICUM) root extract.
The three-pepper acne-removing and mite-removing agent can be prepared by a conventional production process, and in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the three-pepper acne-removing and mite-removing agent comprises the following steps:
(1) drying fructus Zanthoxyli, fructus Capsici, and radix Piper methysticum, and pulverizing to 10-50 mesh to obtain plant powder;
(2) adding water, butanediol, and hexanediol as extraction solvent into the plant powder, extracting, and filtering.
In some embodiments, in the step (2), the extraction is preferably low-temperature high-pressure difference extraction, and comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the plant powder and the solvent, putting the mixture into an extraction kettle, adjusting the temperature to be 30-50 ℃, pressurizing to 50-100 MPa, soaking and extracting for 10-30 minutes under stirring, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, and filtering and separating.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit to the capsicum frutescens fruit to the kava root is (1-10): (1-10): (1-10).
In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit to the capsicum frutescens fruit to the kava root is 1:2: 1.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the plant powder to the water, the butanediol and the hexanediol is 1:15:5: 0.5.
The invention adopts the low-temperature high-pressure difference method, which is characterized in that the loss of heat-sensitive components can be avoided under the low-temperature condition, the solvent can be more easily permeated into the plant powder under the high-pressure condition, so that the effective components can be quickly dissolved in the solvent, and the experiment proves that the extract obtained by the low-temperature high-pressure difference method has higher active components and better skin care effect.
The three-pepper acne-removing composition disclosed by the invention can reduce grease secretion, ensure that the cuticle is normally peeled off, has a good mite-removing effect, can effectively solve the problem of repeated attack of acne, can be used as an active raw material to be added into a common matrix or carrier of a skin care product, and can be prepared into cosmetics such as acne-removing cream, acne-removing essence, acne-removing water aqua, acne-removing gel, acne-removing facial mask, acne-removing spray, mite-removing spray and the like.
In some embodiments, the three-pepper acne-removing composition is used in the cosmetic in an amount of 1-10 wt%.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an oil-control acne-removing cream which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
in some of the embodiments, the cream for controlling oil and removing acne further comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Sophora ANGUSTIFOLIA) root extract.
The radix sophorae flavescentis (SOPHORA ANGTIFOLIA) root extract can be a commercially available raw material, and can also be prepared by a conventional method, such as: extracting with water or ethanol for 1-3 times, mixing extractive solutions, and filtering.

(2) Grouping tests: the extracts obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were diluted to 1% dilution with water as a solvent, respectively, and a blank was set. 200 microliters of 1% diluent is dripped into each glass slide, so that the diluent is uniformly spread and the diluent is ensured to be fully contacted with the worm body. Placing in an environment with relative humidity of 70-80% and temperature of 26-28 deg.C, taking out after 1 hr, and observing demodex survival condition under microscope. After continuously observing under a 400X microscope for 3min, the dead insect is judged to be dead by the dead insect. Several specific tests are shown in table 1 below.

Testing an instrument: german CK company skin oil tester Sebumeter SM 815. The working principle of the skin cuticle oil absorption rubber belt is that a special rubber belt is adopted, oil on the surface of the skin cuticle can be absorbed quickly, the transmittance of the rubber belt can be changed by the oil, and the oil content of the skin cuticle can be obtained by measuring the transmittance of the rubber belt before and after use through a photometer arranged in an instrument.
The test method comprises the following steps: the oil-control acne-removing cream is applied to the face at a dosage of 0.1 g/time and is gently massaged until the cream is absorbed, wherein 40 volunteers with oily skin and whelk are recruited and divided into 4 groups of 10 people in each group, and the oil-control acne-removing cream is respectively used once in the morning and at night. The acne removing condition is recorded by taking a picture every 1 week (the acne number is reduced by more than 1/3 and is judged to be effective by comparing with the picture before using the product), the oil content of the forehead of the volunteer is measured by a skin oil tester, each part is tested for 3 times, and the average value is taken.
The specific test records are shown in the following tables 2 and 3.
