Background
Acne, also known as whelk, is a chronic inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands, and mainly occurs in the areas of face, chest and back and other fatty areas. The sebaceous glands of acne patients are large, the secretion products of the sebaceous glands are more than normal people, the secretion of the sebaceous glands is increased, the linoleic acid level in sebum is relatively reduced, the synthesis of fat is influenced, and the follicular epithelium lacks fatty acid, so that the follicular hyperkeratosis is induced, epithelial cells cannot normally fall off, the follicular orifice is excessively reduced, the sebum cannot be smoothly discharged, and the sebum is deposited at the follicular orifice to form acne. The research on acne-removing products is not lacked in the market. The composition of the three-pepper (zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim extract, capsicum frutescens maxim extract and kava root extract) has good effect of removing mites and acnes, and is approved by many consumers. The application is based on further research on the three-pepper composition and is an improved invention based on the three-pepper composition. As can be seen from the records in Table 5, the mite removing rate of the examples is better than that of the comparative examples, and the mite removing effect of the examples is the best. The components of the examples are synergistically effective to inhibit the growth of mites.
4. Acne removal efficacy test
The 450 acne volunteers were divided into 9 groups of 50 individuals, and the acne removing rate was measured after two weeks and eight weeks, respectively, by applying the acne removing gel of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, respectively, after cleansing the face and directly applying it in the morning and evening. The removal rate is calculated by the disappearance rate of the number of the whelks, namely the number of the reduced whelks/the total number of the whelks before use. The test results are shown in table 6 below, and the results of each example and comparative example are the average of the group of 50 volunteers.
Table 6 recording table of acne removing effect of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4
As can be seen from the records in table 6, the acne removing effects of the examples are all better than those of the comparative examples, and particularly, the best effect was obtained in example 1. The skin conditioner of comparative example 1, which includes only the triple-pepper composition, is much less effective than example 1, and illustrates that the skin conditioners, melaleuca alternifolia water, potassium azeloyl diglycolate, gentian root extract, quaternary ammonium salt-73, purslane extract composition, melaleuca alternifolia oil, and citrus junos fruit oil, can greatly improve the anti-acne effect on the basis of the triple-pepper composition. Compared with the example 1, the comparative example 3 has less melaleuca alternifolia water and melaleuca alternifolia oil, and the effect is improved compared with the comparative example 1, but the comparative example 1 has a great difference, which shows that the melaleuca alternifolia water and the melaleuca alternifolia oil also play a key role in the whole formula; similarly, the formula of comparative example 4 has less humectant, and the acne removing effect is much worse than that of the examples, which shows that the components in the examples are properly combined, and the components take effect synergistically, but are absent, so that the acne removing effect is very good.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby, and any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art based on the present invention are within the protection scope of the present invention.
