Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to acne-removing face-refreshing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pox is a common skin problem, medically known collectively as acne. Pox is a disease of the pilosebaceous gland caused by the combined action of multiple factors, and the causes are four in most: 1) Increased sebum secretion; 2) Follicular sebaceous gland duct hyperkeratosis; 3) The propagation quantity of the corynebacterium acnes in the pilosebaceous gland is increased; 4) Inflammation is caused by inflammation mediators and the like.
Acne is usually seen on the face, and usually occurs in non-inflammatory lesions, including blackheads, whiteheads, etc., and then develops into inflammatory lesions, such as superficial papules and pustules, or further develops into deep cysts and nodules, etc.
Acne not only brings strong discomfort to patients, but also has influence on the appearance of patients in the society with higher and higher appearance, and brings unnecessary anxiety and depression. Therefore, the requirement for removing acne is higher and higher.
Acne-removing products on the market generally contain a large amount of bactericidal, exfoliating ingredients, which, although effective in treating acne, can cause irritation to the application site. Therefore, improvement is yet to be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the acne removing effect, the application provides an acne removing and beautifying essence and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides an acne-removing face-refreshing essence, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the acne-removing rejuvenating essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.01-0.08% of chelating agent, 0.2-0.8% of thickening agent and 2-7% of humectant A;
0-1.8% of a pH adjusting agent; 1-2.5% skin conditioner a;
1-3% of humectant B,0.1-0.5% of antioxidant A;
0.002-0.01% of quaternary ammonium salt-73, 6-9% of solvent, 5-8% of humectant C,0-0.5% of solubilizer, 0.8-1.8% of skin conditioner B,0.8-2% of plant extract, 0.0001-0.0005% of myristoyl hexapeptide-5, 0.01-0.05% of emulsifier, 0.02-0.08% of kava leaf/root/stem extract;
the water is supplemented to 100%.
By adopting the technical scheme, under the common coordination of quaternary ammonium salt-73, myristoyl hexapeptide-5 and the kava leaf/root/stem extract, large and small molecules firstly permeate downwards into different layers of the skin, especially can permeate into deep layers. In the permeation process, the antibacterial agent rapidly reacts with propionibacterium acnes to destroy the cell structure, thereby playing a role in sterilization. And secondly, the combination of the three effectively inhibits the activity of microorganisms and bacteria, can reduce the number of inflammatory signals emitted by inflammatory media to a certain extent, inhibits the transmission of the inflammatory signals, and reduces the damage to the skin caused by excessive signal release, thereby removing acne.
After the face cleaning and basic moisturizing of a patient are finished, the essence is uniformly smeared on the face, quickly permeates to different layers of the skin and acts on the propionibacterium to inhibit the propionibacterium. Because the essence has an inhibiting effect on the propionibacterium, the quantity of bacteria which need to attack the propionibacterium in vivo is reduced to a certain extent, so that the duration and the intensity of inflammation are reduced. Moreover, when the essence is acted on the face, the essence effectively stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the dermis of the skin, accelerates the metabolism of the skin and is also beneficial to the skin to resist the invasion of bacteria. The mild acne removal and the skin color brightening are realized by the means.
Preferably, the skin conditioner A is betaine salicylate, and the mass ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt-73 to the betaine salicylate is 1: (150-200).
The betaine salicylate has effects of salicylic acid in removing acne, promoting cuticle dissolution and exfoliation, reducing irritation, keeping moisture, and promoting skin metabolism.
By adopting the technical scheme, the quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the betaine salicylate are matched with each other at a specific ratio, so that the stability of the betaine salicylate in a system can be effectively improved, and the inhibition effect of the quaternary ammonium salt-73 on propionibacterium acnes can be improved.
Preferably, the plant extract is one or more of a cactus stem extract, a houttuynia cordata extract, a chamomile extract, a purslane extract, a scutellaria baicalensis root extract and a peony root bark extract.
The plant extract belongs to mild and natural raw materials, and can play a good role in replenishing water and brightening skin when being added into the essence.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the cactus stem extract, the houttuynia cordata extract, the golden yellow chamomile extract, the purslane extract, the scutellaria baicalensis root extract and the peony root bark extract is 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the plant extracts of specific types are selected and matched in a specific proportion, so that the speed of the essence penetrating into different layers of the skin can be further improved.
When inflammatory acne is grown on the face, the face is easy to itch due to the action of inflammatory factors. The composition has effects of relieving itching and relieving, and improving skin feeling and comfort.
Preferably, the plant extract comprises houttuynia cordata extract, and the mass ratio of the kava pepper leaf/root/stem extract to the houttuynia cordata extract is 1: (3-6).
By adopting the technical scheme, under the common cooperation of the houttuynia cordata extract and the kava leaf/root/stem extract, the stimulation effect on the expression level of macrophage inflammatory protein is further improved, and meanwhile, the approach for regulating signal transduction is strengthened, so that the inflammatory reaction is relieved.
Preferably, the moisturizer C comprises butylene glycol, ethylhexyl glycerin and caprylyl hydroximic acid.
Patients with acne are at a relatively sensitive stage in the face due to inflammation. By adopting the technical scheme, the specific humectant is selected, so that the moisturizing effect can be achieved, the effects of corrosion prevention and bacteriostasis can be achieved, and the preservation time of the essence can be prolonged under the condition that the temperature is kept as mild as possible.
Preferably, the chelating agent is one or more of EDTA, EDTA-2Na and EDTA-4 Na.
Preferably, the humectant A, the humectant B and the humectant C are one or more of glyceryl polyether-26, 1, 3-propylene glycol, butanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol and caprylyl hydroximic acid.
Preferably, the thickening agent is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, carbomer and xanthan gum.
Preferably, the pH regulator is one or more of arginine, citric acid and lactic acid.
Preferably, skin conditioner A and skin conditioner B are one or more of betaine salicylate, salicylic acid, and menthoxypropanediol.
Preferably, the antioxidant is one or more of p-hydroxyacetophenone, tocopherol and butylated hydroxyanisole.
Preferably, the solvent is one or more of propylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, 1, 2-hexanediol, glycerol, butylene glycol, and ethylhexylglycerol.
Preferably, the solubilizer is one or more of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether.
Preferably, the emulsifier is one or more of polysorbate-80, lecithin and lanolin.
In a second aspect, the application provides a preparation method of the acne-removing face-refreshing essence, which adopts the following technical scheme: the preparation method of the acne-removing face-refreshing essence comprises the following steps:
uniformly stirring water, a chelating agent, a thickening agent and a humectant A which are 55-65% of the total mass of the essence liquid until the water, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the humectant A are dispersed, continuously adding a pH regulator which is 15-25% of the total mass of the essence liquid and water which is 0.5-2% of the total mass of the essence liquid, mixing and stirring until the mixture is dissolved, then adding a humectant B and an antioxidant, stirring until the mixture is uniform,
adding the skin conditioner A, the rest pH regulator and water accounting for 3-6% of the total mass of the essence, mixing and stirring uniformly, adding all the rest raw materials, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the finished product.
By adopting the technical scheme, various raw materials are added according to a certain adding sequence, so that the raw materials are more fully mixed, and the uniform and fine essence is obtained, and the skin-sticking feeling is better.
Preferably, water, a chelating agent, a thickening agent and a humectant A which account for 55-65% of the total mass of the essence are taken, stirred and adjusted to 80-90 ℃; after uniform dispersion, the temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃ and then the other raw materials are continuously added.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, mix under specific temperature, can give full play to the nature of various raw materials more to be favorable to improving the acne removal effect of essence.
In summary, the present application has the following beneficial effects:
1. after the face cleaning and basic moisturizing of a patient are finished, the essence is uniformly smeared on the face, quickly permeates to different layers of the skin and acts on the propionibacterium to inhibit the propionibacterium.
2. The quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the betaine salicylate are matched with each other at a specific ratio, so that the stability of the betaine salicylate in a system can be effectively improved, and the inhibition effect of the quaternary ammonium salt-73 on propionibacterium acnes can be improved.
3. Under the common cooperation of the houttuynia cordata extract and the kava leaf/root/stem extract, the stimulation effect on the expression level of macrophage inflammatory protein is further improved, and meanwhile, the approach for regulating signal transduction is strengthened, so that the inflammatory reaction is relieved.

detecting an object: 28 acne patients aged 20-35 years were enrolled randomly, and the acne patients in this batch were graded on a level II for acne. The subject excludes pregnant or scheduled pregnant subjects, as well as subjects using immunosuppressive or antihistamine drugs; patients who have used other products for treating facial acne within one month; those who suffer from severe systemic diseases and are currently systemically administered, or are allergic to drugs.
Detecting a sample: examples 1 to 9, comparative examples 1 to 5.
And (3) detection process: the product with similar function was stopped 7 days before the start of the test. After the detection is started, after the face is cleaned in the morning and evening every day, the face is sprayed with toner, and then 2ml of sample is uniformly smeared on the face for 28 days continuously.
1) Facial microbial activity:
images of the face of the test subject were acquired by VISIA, the porphyrin value of the face was analyzed using image analysis software, and the values on day 1 and day 28 were recorded.
2) Skin glossiness:
the face of the test subject was measured using a skin shine tester, and the values on day 1 and day 28 were recorded.
3) The user feels: on day 28, the user was recorded whether the face was tight, uncomfortable, itchy, reddish and shiny, and whether acne was evident after using the sample.
2. In vitro detection: the plates of isolated and passaged Propionibacterium acnes were diluted with thioglycollate liquid medium in an EP tube and adjusted to 0.5 turbidimetric units. Then 50. Mu.l of the bacterial solution was put into another EP tube, 450. Mu.l of thioglycollate liquid medium was added thereto, and they were mixed well. 200. Mu.l of the inoculum was aspirated and corrected to 1X 10 concentration on plates using 20ml thioglycollate broth 4 -10 5 CFU/ml, to obtain a dilution.
The dilutions were adjusted to concentrations of 100g/l, 50g/l, 25g/l, 12.5g/l by broth dilution with 100. Mu.l of assay solution per tube.
Mu.l of the test sample was taken by a pipette and diluted with 600. Mu.l of thioglycolate liquid medium in an EP tube to obtain a diluted sample solution.
Mixing 50 μ l of diluted sample solution and 100 μ l of detection solution, sealing with sealing film, placing in anaerobic bag, culturing at 37 deg.C in incubator for 48 hr, and observing the culture solution with naked eye. Clarification indicates a bacteriostatic effect, and the maximum amount of the test solution that can completely inhibit the growth of propionibacterium acnes is recorded.
The above test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 in Table 3, the facial porphyrin value of the test subjects is reduced to some extent and the skin glossiness is improved to some extent after the test subjects use the samples of comparative examples 1-3. However, comparative examples 1-3 varied much less than example 1. After the sample of the detection object in the embodiment 1 is used, the facial porphyrin value is greatly reduced, the skin glossiness is obviously improved, and no bad use experience exists in the process of using the sample of the embodiment 1. The activity of propionibacterium can be effectively inhibited under the common coordination of quaternary ammonium salt-73, myristoyl hexapeptide-5 and kava leaf/root/stem extract, so as to realize acne removal; moreover, the cooperation of the three components is beneficial to accelerating the metabolism of the skin and brightening the skin color.
And the comparison of the detection data of the comparative examples 4 to 5 shows that the three components can exert ideal effects under the specific proportional relationship and the specific mixing and adding sequence and method matching.
As can be seen from comparison of the test data of examples 1 and 4 and example 5 in table 3, the test subjects used the samples of examples 1 and 4, and the facial porphyrin values were lower than those of example 5, and the skin was also glossy. The adjustment of the use ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the betaine salicylate in a certain range is favorable for fully exerting the performance of the quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the betaine salicylate.
According to the comparison of the detection data of the example 1 and the detection data of the examples 6 to 7 in the table 3, the plant extracts are beneficial to promoting the essence to extend into the skin under the specific types and specific proportions, so that the antibacterial effect is better.
According to comparison of the detection data of the examples 1 and 8 and the detection data of the example 9 in the table 3, the usage ratio of the houttuynia cordata extract and the kava pepper leaf/root/stem extract is further limited, so that the signal transduction is enhanced and mediated, a stronger bacteriostatic effect is achieved, and the facial porphyrin value is reduced.
