Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to acne-removing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The acne is a common skin disease, and the incidence of the acne is concentrated on teenagers and young people.
Acne is a chronic inflammation of the pilosebaceous glands, which is caused by the blockage of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands and the inability of sebum to flow normally, often occurs at sites where the sebaceous glands are dense, and causes various lesions such as acne, pimples, cysts, nodules, etc. Among them, bacteria are one of the important causative factors of acne, and include propionibacterium acnes, propionibacterium greedy, propionibacterium granatum and coccus (staphylococcus albus, staphylococcus aureus), pityrosporum ovale, etc., among which propionibacterium acnes is the most dominant pathogenic bacteria.
Propionibacterium acnes can produce bioactive extracellular enzymes such as lipases, proteases, hyaluronidases, etc., which on the one hand stimulate hair follicles by breaking down the free fatty acids produced by sebum, causing excessive keratinization of the sebaceous ducts of hair follicles; on the other hand, the generated polypeptide and free fatty acid can induce cell inflammation, so that the severity of acne is increased.
Acne can last for many years, causing the patient to either disfigure or leave a permanent scar, and can even severely affect the patient's mental growth.
Acne-removing cosmetics are popular as the most common and safe means for preventing and treating acne, are widely popular with consumers, and have various types of acne-removing raw materials at present and uneven product quality, and the acne-removing products usually contain a large amount of bactericidal and exfoliating components, so that the acne-removing cosmetics have a certain effect on acne treatment, but can generate irritation on application positions; there is therefore a need to develop an anti-acne composition containing less irritating bactericidal components.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the acne-removing essence which can effectively inhibit the growth of skin bacteria, promote the metabolism of skin cuticle, has fewer chemical components and reduces skin irritation and a preparation method thereof.
The invention provides acne-removing essence for achieving the purpose, which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
0.6-1.1 parts of animal and plant extracts;
1.1-1.6 parts of plant essential oil;
0.6-1 part of salicylic acid;
3-5 parts of humectant;
0.01-0.08 part of stabilizer;
the animal and plant extract comprises stiff silkworm extract, pricklyash peel extract and camellia oleifera leaf extract;
The plant essential oil comprises patchouli oil and lavender oil.
Specifically, the mass ratio of the stiff silkworm extract to the pricklyash fruit extract to the camellia oleifera leaf extract is (2-3) 1 (20-30).
Specifically, the mass ratio of the patchouli oil to the lavender oil is 1 (10-15).
Specifically, the humectant is at least one of erythritol, 1, 2-butanediol, polyglycerol-10 and methyl propylene glycol.
Specifically, the composition also contains a thickener, wherein the content of the thickener is 0.1-0.6 part by mass;
more specifically, the thickener is at least one of carbomer, xanthan gum, cetyl alcohol, and magnesium aluminum silicate.
Specifically, the stabilizer is at least one of disodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA and octanoyl hydroxamic acid.
Specifically, the pH regulator is also contained, and the content of the pH regulator is less than or equal to 1.1 parts by mass.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the acne-removing essence, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Homogenizing and mixing humectant and part of solvent according to the formula amount to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) Mixing animal and plant extracts, salicylic acid and part of solvent to obtain mixed solution B;
(3) Homogenizing and mixing the plant essential oil and part of solvent in the formula amount, adding the mixed solution A, the stabilizer and the mixed solution B during mixing, and adjusting the pH value to obtain the acne-removing essence.
Specifically, the rotation speed of the homogeneous mixing in the step (1) is set at 6000-7000rpm, and the mixing temperature is heated to 60-70 ℃;
mixing the step (2) at 120-200rpm for 1-1.5h;
The homogenizing mixing rotating speed in the step (3) is set at 15000-20000rpm, mixing is carried out at normal temperature, and the pH value is adjusted to be between 5 and 6.5.
In the invention, the following components are added:
The stiff silkworm extract contains rich proteins, polypeptides and amino acids, which are important components for forming skin and tissues, can promote healing of wounds left after acne injury, can accelerate growth and regeneration of epidermal cells, reduce formation of 'acne pits', and can improve firmness and elasticity of skin; the Bombyx Batryticatus extract also contains various chemical components such as fatty acid, flavonoid, nucleoside, steroid, coumarin compound, polysaccharide, etc., and has antioxidant, antiinflammatory, antibacterial effects.
The pricklyash peel extract is rich in volatile oil and various active ingredients, has a strong antibacterial effect, and can effectively inhibit bacterial growth in deep hair follicles; the active ingredients in the pricklyash peel extract have a certain anti-inflammatory effect, and can reduce inflammatory reaction and relieve pain and swelling; it contains flavonoid compounds, vitamin C, etc. and can neutralize free radical and protect cells from oxidative damage.
Under the joint coordination of the stiff silkworm extract, the pricklyash peel extract, the camellia oleifera leaf extract, the patchouli oil and the lavender oil, the fast reaction with propionibacterium acnes can be realized, the cell structure can be destroyed, and thus the sterilization effect can be realized. The coordination of the five components effectively inhibits the activity of microorganisms such as bacteria, can reduce the number of inflammatory signals sent by inflammatory mediators to a certain extent, and reduces the damage to skin caused by excessive release of the signals, thereby realizing acne removal.
Salicylic acid has a strong keratolytic ability and is commonly used as a shallow exfoliant in the treatment of acne. Salicylic acid can differentiate and shed keratinocytes, and due to its lipid solubility, it can penetrate pores and acne, inhibit bacterial growth and prevent pore blockage.
According to the invention, the stiff silkworm extract, the pricklyash peel extract and the oil tea leaf extract are mixed in a specific proportion, so that the whole combined system has low stimulation to human skin, and a milder acne removing system is obtained.
According to the research of the invention, the patchouli oil and the lavender oil are matched with each other in a specific proportion, so that the effects of inhibiting the conduction of inflammatory signals and the generation of secondary inflammatory mediators can be effectively achieved; meanwhile, the lavender oil and the patchouli oil can also strengthen the inhibition effect of the animal and plant extract on propionibacterium acnes.
When the essence is uniformly applied to an affected part, because of the fat-soluble property of salicylic acid and the similar compatibility principle of plant essential oil, the animal and plant extract of the invention is carried into skin hair follicles, so that antibacterial components act on propionibacteria to inhibit propionibacteria, and meanwhile, the plant essential oil can effectively inhibit the effects of inflammatory signal transduction and inflammatory medium generation, thereby reducing inflammatory reaction in skin and finally reducing the duration and intensity of inflammation. In addition, when the essence acts on the skin, the synthesis of collagen and elastin of the dermis of the skin is effectively stimulated, the renewal of the skin is accelerated, and the skin is also beneficial to resisting the invasion of bacteria; the method realizes the mild acne removal and skin color brightening.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. The stiff silkworm extract, the pricklyash peel extract, the camellia oleifera leaf extract, the patchouli oil and the lavender oil are matched together to extend into hair follicles to effectively inhibit the growth of propionibacterium acnes, so that the occurrence probability of acnes is reduced.
2. The salicylic acid has stronger keratolytic effect, and the salicylic acid added in the invention has the effects of promoting the metabolism of the horny layer, accelerating the falling of the keratoses, avoiding the keratoses from being blocked in hair follicles and reducing the occurrence of acne inflammation.
