Results and discussion:
the acne-removing cream disclosed by the invention has an extremely obvious curing effect on acne.
In order to detect the bacteriostatic effect of the acne cream, a bacteriostatic test is carried out, and the method comprises the following steps:
the acne cream is prepared into a solution to be detected for later use, then a sterilized solid culture medium is heated to be molten, and when the temperature is cooled to 50 ℃, every 20ml of culture tool is poured into a sterile culture dish. After the plate is naturally dried, 0.1ml of solution to be tested and 0.1ml of test bacterium suspension (propionibacterium acnes, malassezia furfur, staphylococcus epidermidis, escherichia coli and lactobacillus) are respectively transferred and evenly smeared on a dosing plate; a control group was set up and smeared with an equal amount of sterile water instead of the test solution. And (3) culturing the prepared bacterial plate at the constant temperature of 37 ℃ for 24h, counting the number of colonies, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate according to the following formula.
The bacteriostasis rate is × 100 percent (the number of control colonies-the number of treated colonies)/the number of control colonies
The results of the experiment are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6 results of bacteriostatic experiments
