<실험예 8> 피부자극 시험<Experimental Example 8> Skin irritation test

위의 실시예15~16 및 비교예 29~32의 염모제에 대한 피부 자극시험을 조사하기 위해 피부 첩포시험을 실시했다. In order to investigate the skin irritation test for the hair dyes of Examples 15 to 16 and Comparative Examples 29 to 32 above, a skin patch test was performed.

더불어, 준비된 TSA(Trytic Soy Agar)평판배지 위에 상기 대장균과 녹농균의 배양액을 멸균된 면봉으로 접종하였다. 접종은 E.c, P.a (1.0ㅧ108 CFU/ml) 각각 PCA agar plate에 실시후 5분 건조후 멸균된 disc(8.0mm)에 실시예 및 비교예들을 35mg을 올려 놓고 배지 중앙에 놓은 후 35℃에서 24시간동안 배양한 후 하기 식에따라 저지대(Inhibition Zone)의 폭을 측정하여 하기 표32 및 도면 1,2에 나타내었다.In addition, the culture solution of E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was inoculated with a sterile cotton swab on the prepared TSA (Trytic Soy Agar) plate medium. 실험 결과 실시예9, 10의 시료에 대한 저지대(Inhibition Zone)의 크기를 측정한 결과 E.Coli에 대해 2.8mm의 저지대를 형성했고, P.aeruginosa 에 대해 1.9mm의 저지대를 형성하여 표31의 실시예9,10의 조성물은 가각 대장균(Escherichia coli)과 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)에 대한 항균효과가 뛰어나 항균에 의한 소취효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.(도면1,2 참조)Experimental Results As a result of measuring the size of the inhibition zone for the samples of Examples 9 and 10, a low-lying zone of 2.8 mm was formed for E.Coli, and a low-lying zone of 1.9 mm was formed for P.aeruginosa as shown in Table 31. 더불어, 준비된 TSA(Trytic Soy Agar)평판배지 위에 상기 대장균과 녹농균의 배양액을 멸균된 면봉으로 접종하였다. 접종은 E.c, P.a (1.0ㅧ108 CFU/ml) 각각 PCA agar plate에 실시후 5분 건조후 멸균된 disc(8.0mm)에 실시예 및 비교예들을 35mg을 올려 놓고 배지 중앙에 놓은 후 35℃에서 24시간동안 배양한 후 하기 식에따라 저지대(Inhibition Zone)의 폭을 측정하여 하기 표34에 나타내었다.In addition, the culture solution of E. coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was inoculated with a sterile cotton swab on the prepared TSA (Trytic Soy Agar) plate medium. 실험 결과 실시예15, 16의 시료에 대한 저지대(Inhibition Zone)의 크기를 측정한 결과 E.Coli에 대해 2.4mm의 저지대를 형성했고, P.aeruginosa 에 대해 2.7mm의 저지대를 형성하여 표34의 실시예15,16의 조성물은 각각 대장균(Escherichia coli)과 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)에 대한 항균효과가 뛰어나 항균에 의한 소취효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.Experimental Results As a result of measuring the size of the inhibition zone for the samples of Examples 15 and 16, a low-lying zone of 2.4 mm was formed for E.Coli, and a low-lying zone of 2.7 mm was formed for P.aeruginosa as shown in Table 34. 라벤더수 1 ~50 중량%, 레몬밤잎추출물 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량%, 레몬그라스추출물 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량%, 라벤더 오일은 0.1 ~ 8.0 중량%를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
항균, 피부 자극 완화, 소취 및 암모니아 악취제거에 효과를 갖는 염모제 조성물.
