Background

With the aging, fibroblasts in human skin gradually decrease, and collagen secreted by fibroblasts gradually decreases, thereby showing the phenomena of decreased skin elasticity, wrinkles, and the like. The living autologous fibroblasts have the ability to produce collagen, and particularly when the collagen is abundantly present in the skin, the effect is more obvious, and the collagen can effectively improve the elasticity of the skin and physiologically fill wrinkles and depressed scars. Pathological results indicate that the dermis is significantly thickened and can last for more than 3 years. Clinical practice proves that the stem cells are the essential cells for reproducing and restoring beautiful appearance. Therefore, the stem cell health care has obvious beautifying and skin beautifying effects: can make the relaxed and sagging skin smooth and tight, restore the skin elasticity, reduce skin wrinkles and pigmentation.
Most of whitening components of the whitening skin care products sold on the market at present are synthetic compounds, so that some side effects cannot be avoided, and the skin of a person is easily allergic.
Chinese patent application CN107823090A discloses a whitening skin care lotion containing ambergris and a preparation method thereof. The skin care liquid contains peony stem cell extract and semen Alpiniae extract. The whitening skin care lotion has good beautifying effect and can not cause damage to skin, but the whitening skin care lotion can achieve the excellent whitening effect only in a short time and can not be maintained for a long time.
Chinese patent application CN108721203 discloses a whitening and repairing skin care product and application thereof. The whitening and repairing skin care product comprises a peony stem cell extract, a peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract and a peony seed oil extract, and although the skin care product can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activity and make skin fair, the skin care product is added with a preservative, so that a certain stimulation effect is caused to human bodies.
In conclusion, the prior art generally has the problems that the whitening effect is not lasting and certain stimulation is easily caused to the human body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a skin care product for brightening skin and repairing skin and application thereof aiming at the defects in the prior art. The skin care product for brightening the skin and repairing the skin does not contain a preservative, is prepared from pure natural substances, has no stimulation to the skin, has a lasting whitening effect and is wide in application range.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a skin care product for brightening skin and repairing skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.2% of peony stem cell extract, 0.1-0.3% of sophora flower bud extract, 0.05-0.1% of tartaric acid, 0.2-0.5% of purple pistil extract, 3-8% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 8-12% of peony seed oil extract, 4-6% of glycerol, 0.3-0.8% of phenoxyethanol, 1-3% of emulsifier, 0.8-1.0% of thickener and 68.1-82.45% of water.
Preferably, the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.15% of peony stem cell extract, 0.2% of sophora flower bud extract, 0.08% of tartaric acid, 0.35% of thesium Chinese, 6% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 10% of peony seed oil extract, 5% of glycerol, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 2% of emulsifier, 0.9% of thickener and 74.82% of water.
Preferably, the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 5-8: 1-3: 4-6.
Preferably, the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 7: 2: 5.
Preferably, the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 7-10: 2-5.
Preferably, the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 9: 4.
The preparation method of the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following operation steps:
s1, heating water to 60-70 ℃, adding the peony stem cell extract, the sophora flower bud extract, tartaric acid, the lithospermum extract, the tyrosinase inhibitor extract, glycerol and phenoxyethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture I;
s2, cooling the mixture I obtained in the step S1 to 50-55 ℃, adding an emulsifier and a thickening agent, and mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture II;
s3, sieving the mixture II obtained in the step S2 with a 200-mesh and 300-mesh sieve, adjusting the pH value to 6-8, cooling to 25-35 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the compound II.
Preferably, the stirring condition in the step S1 is 300-500rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.
Preferably, the mixing and stirring conditions in the step S2 are 200-300rpm, and stirring is carried out for 1-2 h.
In the invention, the peony stem cell extract, the peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract and the peony seed oil extract which can inhibit melanin are added, so that the functions of brightening the skin and repairing the skin are good; meanwhile, tartaric acid, a sophora flower bud extract and a lithospermum extract are added, and the three substances are mixed with the peony stem cell extract capable of inhibiting melanin, the peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract and the peony seed oil extract according to a certain proportion for use, so that the whitening effect can be improved, the skin brightness can be enhanced, and the stability of the whitening effect can be effectively improved.
Meanwhile, the invention has the unexpected discovery that the sophora flower bud extract and the phenoxyethanol are mixed and added, so that the antiseptic effect can be obviously improved, the deterioration of the skin care product for brightening the skin and repairing the skin can be effectively prevented, the antiseptic effect is better than that of the phenoxyethanol which is used independently, in addition, the phenoxyethanol belongs to an alcohol substance, the phenoxyethanol is mixed with the sophora flower bud extract, the harm to the human body can not be caused, and the irritation effect of certain chemical components in other preservatives to the human body can be further prevented.
Compared with the prior art, the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin, provided by the invention, does not add any chemical substance which has an irritation effect on a human body, and does not cause irritation to the skin;
(2) the sophora flower bud extract, the tartaric acid and the lithospermum extract are added into the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin, so that the whitening effect and the effect stability of the skin care product are effectively improved;
(3) the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin, provided by the invention, has the advantages of simple preparation method, low cost and no substances causing environmental pollution.

The present invention is further explained with reference to the following specific examples, but it should be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and all technical solutions similar or equivalent to the present invention are within the scope of the present invention. Unless otherwise specified, the technical means used in the examples are conventional means well known to those skilled in the art, and the raw materials used are commercially available products.
The peony stem cell extract can be purchased from Nanjing bannoco Biotech limited; the peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract can be purchased from Guangxi Wei Biotech, Inc.; the peony seed oil extract can be purchased from Shanxi Hao Chen Biotech limited; the flos Sophorae Immaturus extract can be obtained from Guilin Huitong Biotech limited; the violaceous extract is available from sienna biotechnology limited.
Example 1 skin care preparation for skin color lightening and skin rejuvenation
The skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1% of peony stem cell extract, 0.1% of sophora flower bud extract, 0.05% of tartaric acid, 0.2% of purple pistil extract, 3% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 8% of peony seed oil extract, 4% of glycerol, 0.3% of phenoxyethanol, 1% of emulsifier, 0.8% of thickener and 82.45% of water; the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 5: 1: 4, the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 7: 2.
The preparation method of the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following steps:
s1, heating water to 60 ℃, adding a peony stem cell extract, a sophora flower bud extract, tartaric acid, a lithospermum extract, a tyrosinase inhibitor extract, glycerol and phenoxyethanol, and stirring at 300rpm for 20min to be uniformly stirred to obtain a mixture I;
s2, cooling the mixture I obtained in the step S1 to 50 ℃, adding an emulsifier and a thickener, and stirring at 200rpm for 1h to obtain a mixture II;
s3, sieving the mixture II obtained in the step S2 with a 200-mesh sieve, adjusting the pH value to 6, cooling to 25 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the compound preparation.
Example 2 skin care preparation for skin color lightening and skin rejuvenation
The skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of peony stem cell extract, 0.3% of sophora flower bud extract, 0.1% of tartaric acid, 0.5% of thesium Chinese, 8% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 12% of peony seed oil extract, 6% of glycerol, 0.8% of phenoxyethanol, 3% of emulsifier, 1.0% of thickener and 68.1% of water; the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 8: 3: 6, wherein the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 10: 5.
The preparation method of the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following steps:
s1, heating water to 70 ℃, adding a peony stem cell extract, a sophora flower bud extract, tartaric acid, a lithospermum extract, a tyrosinase inhibitor extract, glycerol and phenoxyethanol, and stirring at 500rpm for 30min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain a mixture I;
s2, cooling the mixture I obtained in the step S1 to 55 ℃, adding an emulsifier and a thickener, and stirring at 300rpm for 2 hours to obtain a mixture II;
s3, sieving the mixture II obtained in the step S2 with a 300-mesh sieve, adjusting the pH value to 8, cooling to 35 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the compound preparation.
Example 3 skin care preparation for skin lightening and skin rejuvenation
The skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.15% of peony stem cell extract, 0.2% of sophora flower bud extract, 0.08% of tartaric acid, 0.35% of thesium Chinese, 6% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 10% of peony seed oil extract, 5% of glycerol, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 2% of emulsifier, 0.9% of thickener and 74.82% of water; the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 7: 2: 5, preparing a composition; preferably, the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 9: 4.
The preparation method of the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following steps:
s1, heating water to 70 ℃, adding a peony stem cell extract, a sophora flower bud extract, tartaric acid, a lithospermum extract, a tyrosinase inhibitor extract, glycerol and phenoxyethanol, and stirring at 400rpm for 30min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain a mixture I;
s2, cooling the mixture I obtained in the step S1 to 55 ℃, adding an emulsifier and a thickener, and stirring at 250rpm for 2 hours to obtain a mixture II;
s3, sieving the mixture II obtained in the step S2 with a 300-mesh sieve, adjusting the pH value to 8, cooling to 35 ℃, and subpackaging to obtain the compound preparation.
Comparative example 1 skin care preparation for skin color lightening and skin rejuvenation

the difference from example 3 is that comparative example 1 does not contain tartaric acid.
Comparative example 2 skin care preparation for skin color lightening and skin rejuvenation
The skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.15% of peony stem cell extract, 0.08% of tartaric acid, 0.35% of thesium Chinese extract, 6% of peony tyrosinase inhibitor extract, 10% of peony seed oil extract, 5% of glycerol, 0.5% of phenoxyethanol, 2% of emulsifier, 0.9% of thickener and 75.02% of water; the emulsifier is prepared from polyglycerol-2-dipolyhydroxystearate, cetearyl glucoside and behenyl ether-25 in a mass ratio of 7: 2: 5, preparing a composition; preferably, the thickening agent is prepared from gum arabic and sodium alginate according to a mass ratio of 9: 4.
The preparation method of the skin care product for brightening the skin color and repairing the skin is similar to that of the example 3;
the difference from example 3 is that the extract of sophora flower bud was not included in comparative example 2.
Comparative example 3 skin care preparation for skin color lightening and skin rejuvenation

Test example 1 irritation test
1. Test samples: skin care products for skin color lightening and skin repair prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4;
2. test subjects: 70 volunteers aged 18-40 years were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 individuals each, and the test samples of the present invention were applied to each group. The subject claims: the skin is healthy, has no history of skin diseases, and has no obvious color difference;
3. the test method comprises the following steps: the testee washes hands with clear water in the morning and evening, the test sample is smeared on the hands every day, other skin care products and cosmetics are not smeared, the activity range, food and the like of the testee are treated in the same way, and the specific condition of the testee is observed after 1 week.
4. And (3) test results: the hands of the testees coated with the test samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 have no red swelling or the like, and have no obvious change from the hands of the testees before using the test product, which shows that all the test samples in the test can not cause allergic reaction.
Test example 2 test of corrosion resistance
1. Test samples: skin color-lightening skin-care products prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 2;
2. the test method comprises the following steps: 2g of each test sample is inoculated with 10000cfu/g of mould and pseudomonas respectively, and the strain concentration is detected on 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days respectively.
Evaluation criteria:
the corrosion resistance is extremely poor: the strain concentration is more than 1000cfu/g at 28 days;
the corrosion resistance is general: when the strain is used for 28 days, the concentration of the strain is 100-1000 cfu/g;
the corrosion resistance is excellent: when the strain is used for 28 days, the concentration of the strain is 10-100 cfu/g;
3. and (3) test results: the results of the mold-related tests are shown in Table 1, and the results of the Pseudomonas tests are shown in Table 2.

As is clear from tables 1 and 2, the skin care products for skin color-lightening and skin-repairing prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have excellent preservative effects, and in particular, in example 3, the concentration of mold was maintained at 56cfu/g and the concentration of Pseudomonas was maintained at 44cfu/g after 28 days, and thus example 3 is the most preferable example of the present invention. However, in comparative example 2, since the sophora flower bud extract which synergistically acts as a preservative with phenoxyethanol was removed, the concentration of mold was significantly increased to 1158cfu/g, and since phenoxyethanol itself had an excellent bactericidal effect against pseudomonas, the concentration of pseudomonas was 518cfu/g, but, as a whole, the preservative performance of comparative example 2 was significantly reduced as compared with the examples.
Test example 3 whitening effect test
1 test sample: skin care products for skin color lightening and skin repair prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4;
2. test subjects: 140 volunteers aged 18-35 years were selected, randomly divided into 7 groups of 20 persons each, and applied with the test samples of the present invention, respectively. The volunteer requires: the skin is healthy, has no history of skin diseases, and the skin color is not obvious.
3. The test method comprises the following steps: the volunteers clean the skin of the left forearm with clear water in the morning and evening every day, then smear the tested sample on one forearm, do not smear the skin care product on the right forearm for comparison treatment, and then place the forearm in the dark to avoid the influence of illumination on the skin chromaticity. Changes in skin color of the left and right forearm were measured 1 day before application, 30, 60 and 90 days after application using a Lab colorimetric system spectrophotometer, respectively.
4. And (3) test results: the specific test results are shown in Table 3.

Remarking: compared to the results 1 day before use.
As can be seen from table 3, the color difference of the volunteers who applied the skin care products for skin lightening and skin repairing prepared in the groups of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention changed significantly after applying for 90 days, while the color difference of the control group was not significant all the time because the test samples were not applied, and particularly the color difference of the group of example 3 was very significant, and thus example 3 is the best example of the present invention. In comparative examples 1 to 4, the whitening effect was significantly reduced due to the change of some components, and particularly in comparative examples 1 to 2, the color difference was not particularly significantly changed due to the removal of the substances having the whitening effect. This also reflects laterally the synergistic interaction between the substances of the invention.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents can be made in the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or some technical features can be replaced. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
