Abstract
本发明公开了一种食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其采用动物骨头处理制成骨汤,与食药同源材料混合后制成汤液。动物皮肉置入用汤液制成卤汤中,制成皮卷咬胶。本发明把把药食同源与皮咬胶(肉)结合,同时采用的特殊的食药添加方式,保证药物浸入咬胶中,保留时间长,适口性好。本发明还公开了采用这种方法制成的食药动物咬胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食药动物咬胶及其制备方法,属于宠物食品。本发明还涉及这种动物皮卷咬胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
食药同源材料常用于人用食品。有发明人公开了一种老年猫用猫粮,申请号201810622824.0。其包括:基础日粮93-96%,功能性添加剂4-7%。功能性添加剂中,黄芪粉3-6%、三七粉1-5%、猫须草1-5%,载体36-70%。该案中,采用将药物碾碎的方式添加在基础粮中。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种食药动物咬胶及其制备方法,增强机体抗寄生虫侵害能力和驱除体内寄生虫的作用,同时改进制备工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计:
取700至800份动物骨切块,在开水中煮3-5分钟,捞出动物骨块冷却,加1500至2000份冷水,炖煮40至80分钟,制成骨汤备用;
取冷水浸泡10至60分钟后的药食同源料10至20份,煮沸后混合骨汤,文火熬煮10至60分钟,过滤得汤液备用;
制作糖色,添加汤液作卤汤,放入已处理的动物皮或肉制成咬胶。
在本发明的食药动物咬胶中,药食同源料由免疫力料、驱虫料、开味料以及红豆薏仁料组成。
在本发明的食药动物咬胶中,按重量分数计,提高免疫力料组成为:党参1份、白术0.5份、黄精0.5份、茯苓1份、当归1份。
在本发明的食药动物咬胶中,按重量分数计,驱虫料组成为:榧子1、南瓜子1、椰子肉0.5份、石榴0.5份、乌梅0.5份、鸡内金1份、麦芽1份。
在本发明的食药动物咬胶中,按重量分数计,开味料组成为:党参1份、白术1份、橘皮1份、茯苓1份、山楂1份、甘草1份。
在本发明的食药动物咬胶中,按重量分数计,红豆薏仁料组成为:赤小豆1份、薏仁1份、白扁豆1份、山药0.5份、茯苓0.5份、百合0.2份、莲子0.2份。
一种食药动物咬胶,其特征在于,采用上述方法制备而成。
本发明的这种食药动物咬胶,首次把药食同源与皮咬胶(肉)结合,同时采用的特殊的食药添加方式,保证药物浸入咬胶中,保留时间长,适口性好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,本发明将750克动物骨切块,在开水中戳水3-5分钟,捞出动物骨块冷水冷却;加1700g 冷水,炖煮60分钟,备用;取冷水浸泡30分钟药食同源料15g,煮沸,混合鸡骨高汤,文火熬煮30分钟;过滤得汤液备用。
自制糖色,添加汤液作卤汤,放入已处理后的动物皮(肉)卤制,待皮卷曲或2-4分钟捞起。本发明的糖色是指把糖熬红色粘稠状。本发明不限制糖色的制作方法。例如采用烹饪方法,混合植物油和白糖/冰糖,质量比为3~10:1。加热1至10分钟,至糖浆变成红棕色。
开味料组成:党参1 、白术1、橘皮1、茯苓1、山楂1、甘草1。开味辅料组成党参含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄等,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用;白术具调节胃肠功能,用于消化系统的疾病;陈皮内含类柠檬苦素易溶解于水,有助于食物的消化;陈皮含有挥发油、橙皮甙、维生素B、C等成分,它所含的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠管内积气,增加食欲;茯苓含茯苓酸可松弛消化道平滑肌、抑制胃酸分泌;山楂:含多种有机酸;口服后增强胃液酸度,提高胃蛋白酶活性,促进蛋白质的消化;山楂味酸,刺激胃黏膜促进胃液分泌;甘草是天然调味剂。本产品是以原味第二层牛皮(无脂肪)为原料,辅以开味料与鸡骨汤,通过特殊的工艺加工而成,该产品具有牛皮咬胶的磨牙与咀嚼的特性的;同时,牛皮卷在加工过程中,形成了小分子物质更具芳香性,使宠物犬更具食欲;最主要的是在加工过程中,开味料渗入牛皮卷,宠物犬在撕咬、咀嚼过程中不但可以磨牙、也可以促使胃液的分泌,有助于消化。对食欲差、毛色无光泽的犬更佳。
红豆薏仁料组成:赤小豆1、薏仁1、白扁豆1、山药0.5、茯苓0.5、百合0.2、莲子0.2。辅料组成红豆内有石碱成分可增加肠胃蠕动,减少便秘促进排尿,消除心脏或肾病所引起的浮肿;薏仁米营养丰富,含有意苡仁油、薏苡仁脂、固醇、氨基酸、精氨酸等多种氨基酸成分和维生素B1、碳水化合物等营养成分、具有利水渗湿、健脾止泻、清热解毒的功效;山药中含有的淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品;茯苓含有β-茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、蛋白质、脂肪、卵磷脂、胆碱等多种成分。现代药理学证实,其具有利小便的作用、调节神经功能、抗肿瘤、保护肝细胞、调节血糖、延缓机体衰老的作用。本产品以原味的第二层牛皮为原料,用上述的辅料与鸡骨汤为卤料,对牛皮进行卤制,形成的产品最终既具牛皮咬胶的磨牙与咀嚼特性;牛皮卷在加工过程中,形成了小分子物质更具芳香性,使宠物犬更具食欲;最主要的是在加工过程中,辅料渗入牛皮卷,宠物犬在撕咬、咀嚼过程中不但起着磨牙的作用,同时促使脾胃功能的加强。对老龄犬、大便糖稀犬更佳。
提高免疫力料组成:党参1、白术0.5、黄精0.5、茯苓1、当归1。辅料组成党参含有一定量的植物多糖以及少量的蛋白质,党参和肉类荤食一起做成药膳食疗作用的,可以提高免疫力,增强机体体质;当归含有也叶酸,烟酸,维生素Dl2,E等成分,有抗贫血,改善血循环,增加冠状动脉血流量等作用,对冠心病有防治作用,对肝脏有保护作用。本产品以原味的牛皮为原料,用上述的辅料与鸡骨汤为卤料,对牛皮进行卤制,形成的产品最终既具牛皮咬胶的磨牙与咀嚼特性;同时在加工的过程中,辅料渗入牛皮卷,宠物犬在撕咬、咀嚼过程中起着磨牙的作用,同时起着提高犬的免疫力,增强机体体质的功效。
驱虫料组成:榧子1、南瓜子1、椰子肉0.5、石榴0.5、乌梅0.5、鸡内金1、麦芽1。辅料组成榧子具有杀虫消积,润肠通便,润肺止咳的功效。主治虫积腹痛,肠燥便秘,肺燥咳嗽,丝虫病;南瓜子含有南瓜子氨酸,为驱虫的有效成分;椰肉能补益脾胃,驱绦虫;石榴皮以及石榴树根皮均含有石榴皮碱,对人体的寄生虫有麻醉作用,是驱虫杀虫的要药,尤其对绦虫的杀灭作用更强,可用于治疗虫积腹痛、疥癣等,乌梅水煎剂在体外对多种致病性细菌及皮肤真菌有抑制作用,在体外对蛔虫的活动有抑制作用。以原味的牛皮为原料,用上述的辅料与鸡骨汤为卤料,对牛皮进行卤制,形成的产品最终既具牛皮咬胶的磨牙与咀嚼特性;同时在加工的过程中,辅料渗入牛皮卷,宠物犬在撕咬、咀嚼过程中起着磨牙的作用,同时起着增强机体抗寄生虫侵害能力和驱除体内寄生虫的作用,长期食用可以避免西药引起的抗药性。

Claims (7)
1.一种食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计:
取700至800份动物骨切块,在开水中煮3-5分钟,捞出动物骨块冷却,加1500至2000份冷水,炖煮40至80分钟,制成骨汤备用;
取冷水浸泡10至60分钟后的药食同源料10至20份,煮沸后混合骨汤,文火熬煮10至60分钟,过滤得汤液备用;
制作糖色,添加汤液作卤汤,放入已处理的动物皮或肉制成咬胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,药食同源料由免疫力料、驱虫料、开味料以及红豆薏仁料组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计,提高免疫力料组成为:党参1份、白术0.5份、黄精0.5份、茯苓1份、当归1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计,驱虫料组成为:榧子1、南瓜子1、椰子肉0.5份、石榴0.5份、乌梅0.5份、鸡内金1份、麦芽1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计,开味料组成为:党参1份、白术1份、橘皮1份、茯苓1份、山楂1份、甘草1份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的食药动物咬胶的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量分数计,红豆薏仁料组成为:赤小豆1份、薏仁1份、白扁豆1份、山药0.5份、茯苓0.5份、百合0.2份、莲子0.2份。
7.一种食药动物咬胶,其特征在于,采用权利要求1所述的方法制备而成。
