高尿酸是人体内的嘌呤因代谢发生紊乱,致使血液中尿酸增多而引起的一种代谢性疾病。高尿酸血症的主要诱因就是饮食结构不合理,高尿酸不仅能引起痛风,还会损害肾功能、增加心梗风险等,近年来高尿酸的发病呈逐年上升的趋势,并逐步年轻化。
中医认为,形成原发性痛风的主要原因在于先天性脾肾功能失调。脾之运化功能减低,则痰浊内生;肾司大小便的功能失调,则湿浊排泄缓慢量少以致痰浊内聚,此时感受风寒湿热之邪、劳倦过度、七情所伤或酗酒食伤,或关节外伤等,则加重并促使痰浊流注关节、肌肉、骨骼气血运行不畅而形成痹痛,亦即痛风性关节炎。故此,痛风的病因,可分为内因、外因和诱因三个方面。
风湿病(原称痹症或弊病)是人体营卫失调,感受风寒湿热之邪,合而为病;或日久正虚,内生痰浊,淤血毒热,正邪相搏,使经络、皮肤、血脉、筋骨、甚至脏腑的气血痹阳,失于濡养,而出现的肢体关节、肌肉疼痛、肿胀、酸楚、麻木、重着、变形、僵直及活动受限等症状为特征,甚至累及脏腑的一类疾病的总称。
风湿病的内因主要是先天禀赋不足和正气亏虚。禀赋不足,肝肾亏损,精血不足则筋骨经脉失养或肾司大小便功能失调,湿浊内聚,流注关节、肌肉,闭阻经脉均可形成痹痛。禀赋不足阴阳失衡则累及其他脏腑,主要累及于脾,使之运化失调,尤其对厚味、酒食运化不及,致痰浊内生,凝滞于关节,或化源不足,气血无以充养关节经脉,亦可导致痹病。正气亏虚,可为素体虚弱,亦可由其他疾病内耗,产后气血不足,或劳倦、饮食情志所伤,或过服某些化学药品内伤元气所致。正气亏虚,一则筋骨经脉失养,二则无力抵御外邪。以上内因,再遇外因和诱因相加,则经脉闭阻,气血运行不畅而发为本病。风湿病的外因主要是感受风、寒、湿、热之邪。由于居处潮湿,劳作环境湿冷,或水中作业或冒雨涉水,或阴雨、暑湿天气缠绵或汗出当风、汗出后入水中等原因在正气不足,卫外不固之时,风寒湿邪,或风湿之邪,或寒湿之邪,或风湿热邪,或湿热之邪即可入侵人体经脉,留着于肢体、筋骨、关节之间,闭阻不通,发为本病。由于感邪不同,或邪气偏胜而形成不同的、相应的痹证。此外风寒湿邪所致的痹证久痹不愈,郁久化热,亦可转化为风湿热痹或湿热痹证。风湿病的诱因主要是在正虚邪侵或邪滞经脉之时,复加过度劳累,七情所伤,内耗正气,或饮食不节酗酒厚味,损伤脾胃,内生痰浊愈甚;或复感外伤,或手术,或关节损伤等,均可加重经脉痹阻,气血运行不畅而诱发本病。
风湿病的病机主要是先天不足,正气亏虚,经脉失养;或肾气不足,免疫力低下,或湿浊排泄缓少,留滞经脉,或脾运失司,痰浊凝滞关节,或感受外邪,邪痹经脉,气血运行不畅,均致关节、筋骨、肌肉疼痛、肿胀红热、麻木、重着屈伸不利而形成本病或痛风或风湿痛或肩周炎或椎间盘突出。久病不愈则血脉瘀阻津液凝聚,痰浊瘀血闭阻经络而关节肿大畸形、僵硬、关节周围瘀斑结节并且内损脏腑,可并发有关脏腑病证,则病情复杂而严重。其病位初期表现在肢体、关节及经脉,继则侵蚀筋骨内损脏腑。其实,本病在出现症状之前,即有先天肝肾不足和脾运失司,不可忽略。本病的性质是本虚标实,以肝肾亏虚,脾运失调为本,后及他脏;以风寒湿热痰浊、瘀血闭阻经脉为标。
目前治疗痛风、风湿性病的方法有:物理疗法,此治疗方法常见的是热敷、远红外射线辐照,它只适用轻微患者,重症患者无效;药物疗法,采用活血化瘀中药内服外洗、浸泡等,大多数只能缓解症状,延缓病程,效果很有限;手术疗法,该方法费用高风险大,手术后容易复发,并且容易造成患者终身残废。目前西药对风湿病的治疗,主要是镇痛、消炎,药品有消炎痛、甲氯灭痛、布洛芬、芬必得、耐普生等,因风湿性关节炎是无菌炎症,这种药只能暂时缓解疼痛,消除炎症,控制风湿活动,但内服药物存在对病灶的治疗效果不显著,不能彻底根除病灶,停药后复发率很高,患者病情呈疼痛、缓解交替状态,而且长期服用会出现恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、耳鸣等,对人体产生副作用,造成肝、肾、胃等功能损害的问题。现有中药对风湿病的治疗药物也较多,但能在短时期内彻底根除风湿病的药却不多见,多数药只能当时消炎、止痛,除去表面的病痛,却不能彻底清除关节内的病灶,因此药力一消失,病情就会慢慢复发,形成风湿去不净,冷风吹又生的局面,患者只得不间断地服药,或更换药物品种。中药虽然毒副作用比西药小,但长期服用同样也会给服用者胃部造成不适,严重时也会出现恶心、呕吐、食欲减退等副作用。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中,治疗痛风、风湿性病所存在的不足,本发明实施例的目的之一在于提供一种用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒。本发明实施例的目的之二在于提供上述中药酒的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例采用以下技术方案:
一种用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒,包括以下重量份计的原料:
核桃:2~5份,
人参:2~5份,
桑葚:1~3份,
枸杞:1~3份,
红枣:1~3份,
黄精:2~5份,
白酒:80~120份。
该用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒由天然药食同源材料精制而成,酒中含有大量的生物活性成分如生物碱、黄酮、多糖、人参皂苷、微量元素如硒、锶等,对高尿酸/痛风、风湿痛、肩周炎、椎间盘突出有很好的食疗功效。因为是药食同源的,所以没有毒副作用。打破了以往高尿酸/痛风者忌酒的理念,降尿酸,祛风湿,还能强心,提高性功能。从根本上疗理身体,达到标本兼治的目的。
该中药酒的配方中:
核桃、人参为君。核桃味甘、性温,入肾、肺、大肠经。可补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便。人参补气虚,活络经脉,增强心脏功能,人参多糖除能促进糖原分解或抑制乳酸合成肝糖原作用外,由于刺激了琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶的活性使糖的有氧氧化作用增强,亦可使丙酮酸含量增加,并抑制乳酸脱氢酶活性使乳酸减少,从而增加尿酸的排泄。
桑椹、枸杞、红枣为臣。桑椹中含钼量较多,钼是我们人体中黄嘌呤氧化酶/脱氢酶、醛氧化酶和亚硫酸氧化酶的辅基的必要成分,黄嘌呤氧化酶催化次黄嘌呤转化为尿酸,经肾脏和尿液排出体外,醛氧化酶催化各种嘧啶、嘌呤、碟啶及有关化合物的氧化和解毒,亚硫酸氧化酶催化亚硫酸盐转化为硫酸盐。枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、滋肾等作用。中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到,红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能,它的维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳的功效。
黄精为佐,黄精含甾体皂甙、黄精多糖、大量脂肪、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素和多种其他营养成分,对调理中老年人须发早白、视物昏花、风湿痹症、四肢麻木、腰膝酸软等病症有效。
优选地,包括重量份计的木瓜0.50~1.5份。
该中药酒的配方中,佐使还含有木瓜。木瓜含皂甙、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、丙种维生素和鞣质等,其功效为舒筋活络、和胃化湿、消食、生津止渴。主治风湿痹证、脚气水肿、吐泻转筋、消化不良、津伤口渴。
进一步优选地,包括以下重量份计的原料:
核桃:4份,
人参:4份,
桑葚:2份,
枸杞:2份,
红枣:2份,
黄精:4份,
木瓜:1份,
白酒:100份。
七味药食同源的材料经过乙醇提取,生物活性成分充分被释放出来,形成多靶点多效应的协同增强作用,达到调理高尿酸、痛风及风湿病的目的。
核桃优选山核桃,其营养价值丰富,核桃仁含粗蛋白,粗脂类。总脂和中性脂类中脂肪酸组成主要为亚酸64.48~69.95%和油酸13.89~15.36%;三酰甘油所含脂肪酸主要为亚麻酸69.98%;甾醇酯非皂化部分主要为β-谷甾醇;多种游离的必需氨基酸,钾、钙、铁、锰、锌、铜、锶等多种微量元素。核桃味甘、性温,入肾、肺、大肠经。可补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便。主治肾虚喘嗽、腰痛。
人参优选野生道地药材人参。人参的主要成分人参皂甙A、B、C、D、E和F等。此外尚含有单糖类:葡萄糖、果糖、蔗醣,三种三糖:葡萄糖-果糖-果糖、三聚葡萄糖,葡萄糖-葡萄糖-果糖,人参酸(为软脂酸、硬脂酸及亚油酸的混和物),多种维生素(B1、B2、菸酸、菸酰胺、泛酸),多种氨基酸、胆碱、酶(麦芽糖酶、转化酶、酯酶),精胺及胆胺。人参多糖降血糖作用除了其促进糖原分解或抑制乳酸合成肝糖原作用外,主要由于刺激了琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶的活性使糖的有氧氧化作用增强的缘故。人参多糖亦可使丙酮酸含量增加,并抑制乳酸脱氢酶活性使乳酸减少。
桑椹鲜果中含有大量游离酸和16种氨基酸,此外还含有人体缺少的锌、铁、钙、锰等矿物质和微量元素,以及胡萝卜素、果糖、葡萄糖、丁二酸果胶、纤维素等,因而和沙棘、悬钩子等一起被誉为“第三代水果”,被国家卫生部列为“既是食品又是药品”的“药食同源”农产品之一。桑葚还含有芦丁、杨梅酮、桑色素、芸香苷、鞣质、花青素(主要为矢车菊素)、挥发油、磷脂、白藜芦醇等成分。其中微量元素钼的含量4.6μg/kg,为百果之首,钼为人体及动植物必须的微量元素。钼是黄嘌呤氧化酶/脱氢酶、醛氧化酶和亚硫酸氧化酶的辅基的必要成分,这三种酶在体内有着重要的的生理功能,成人体内的钼总量约为9mg,分布于全身各个组织和体液中,肝、肾中钼的含量最高!黄嘌呤氧化酶催化次黄嘌呤转化为尿酸,经肾脏和尿液排出体外,醛氧化酶催化各种嘧啶、嘌呤、碟啶及有关化合物的氧化和解毒,亚硫酸氧化酶催化亚硫酸盐转化为硫酸盐。桑葚中所含的桑葚多糖其对羟基自由基和超氧负离子自由基具有清除作用,阻断自由基反应链,具有一定的抗氧化及防衰老作用。
枸杞果实中的枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。枸杞对脂质代谢或抗脂肪肝的作用主要是由于所含的甜菜碱引起的,它在体内起甲基供应体的作用。枸杞色素是存在于枸杞浆果中的各类呈色物质,是枸杞籽的重要生理活性成分。主要包括-胡萝卜素、叶黄素和其他有色物质。枸杞所含有的类胡萝卜素则具有非常重要的药用价值。很多研究已经证明枸杞籽色素具有提高人体免疫功能、预防和抑制肿瘤及预防动脉粥样硬化等作用。胡萝卜素是枸杞色素的主要活性成分,具有抗氧化和作为维生素A的合成前体等重要的生理功能。枸杞子养肝,滋肾,润肺。
红枣,又名大枣,它的维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳的功效。中国的草药书籍「本经」中记载到,红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量元素以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成分,能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏。红枣所含的芦丁,能使血管软化,从而降低血压,对高血压病有防治功效。红枣中所含黄酮--双-葡萄糖甙A有镇静、催眠和降压作用。红枣富含的环磷酸腺苷,是人体能量代谢的必需物质,能增强肌力、消除疲劳、扩张血管、增加心肌收缩力、改善心肌营养,对防治心血管疾病有良好的作用。红枣具有补血益气、养血安神、健脾和胃等功效,是脾胃虚弱、气血不足、倦怠无力、失眠等患者良好的保健营养品。
木瓜为蔷薇科植物皱皮木瓜的果实,含苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、抗坏血酸、反丁烯二酸和皂苷,还含苹果酸钾盐及齐墩果酸、绿原受乙酯、咖啡酸、绿原酸、乌头酸、黄酮和鞣质等果实含苹果酸酒石酸枸橼酸和皂甙,还含齐墩果酸。主要作用包括:保肝作用,可防止肝细胞肿胀,气球样变,并促进肝细胞修复,显着降低血清丙氨酸转氨酶水平;抗菌作用,木瓜有较强抗菌作用对肠道菌和葡萄球菌有较明显抑菌作用,较敏感细菌有志贺痢疾杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌及其变种、致病性大肠杆菌、普通大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、肠炎杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、甲型溶血性链球菌等。
黄精的根状茎含甾体皂甙、黄精多糖,还含有大量脂肪、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素和多种其他营养成分。黄精性味甘甜,食用爽口,其肉质根状茎肥厚,生食、炖服既能充饥,又有健身之用,可令人气力倍增、肌肉充盈、骨髓坚强,对身体十分有益。黄精泡酒调理中老年人须发早白、视物昏花、风湿痹症、四肢麻木、腰膝酸软等病症有效。
优选地,所述白酒的度数大于40°。
进一步优选地,所述白酒的度数大于55°。
进一步优选地,所述白酒为小红缨子高粱生产的清香型高度原酒。
小红缨子高粱总淀粉含量83.4%,支链淀粉含量占总淀粉含量的80.29%,糯性好,种皮厚,耐蒸煮。
上述用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒的制备方法,步骤包括:
S1:按配比称取各制备原料,在发酵罐中混匀后,加入复合生物酶进行升温酶解;
S2:将步骤S1的产物降温发酵,得到预制料;
S3:用白酒浸泡步骤S2的预制料,即得所述用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒。
步骤S1中使用的复合生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶按质量比为(1~3):2:1的混合。
加入复合生物酶进行升温酶解时,缓慢升温。
优选地,所述复合生物酶的添加量为制备原料总质量的1~2%。
优选地,所述升温酶解的温度为50~60℃,时间为40~60h。
优选地,所述降温发酵的温度为35℃,时间为30~40h。
优选地,所述浸泡的时间为180~300天。
步骤S3中,白酒与预制料的比例优选6:1。
步骤S3用白酒浸泡步骤S2的预制料后,还可以进行过滤分离处理,过滤分离得到中药酒原液。
优选地,所述方法包括步骤S3后用水对所述中药酒进行调配处理。
进一步优选地,步骤S3后用水对所述中药酒进行调配处理时,水的添加量为中药酒原液的10~15%。
本发明的有益效果
该用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒由天然药食同源材料精制而成,酒中含有大量的生物活性成分如生物碱、黄酮、多糖、人参皂苷、微量元素如硒、锶等,对高尿酸/痛风、风湿痛、肩周炎、椎间盘突出有很好的食疗功效。

S1:按配比称取各制备原料,在发酵罐中混匀后,加入复合生物酶进行升温酶解;

S3:用白酒浸泡步骤S2的预制料,即得用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒。

试验例1
实验组:根据实施例5的制备方法,采用实施例3和实施例4的配方分别制备了对应编号的中药酒。用量筒制备成30mL的样品,盛放器皿为容量100mL的玻璃杯,在盛放养生酒前,玻璃杯用开水烫过晾干,静置至室温,经紫外线消毒处理。
对照组:采用某市售风湿养生酒,主要成分为人参、冬虫夏草、肉苁蓉、益智仁、桂圆、蜂蜜、冰糖等,具体配比其原料表未载明。同样用量筒制备成30mL的样品,盛放器皿为容量100mL的玻璃杯,在盛放养生酒前,玻璃杯用开水烫过晾干,静置至室温,经紫外线消毒处理。
召集30~50岁的品鉴者180人,品鉴者味觉正常,平时有饮酒习惯,在品鉴前用清水漱口。
品尝实施例3、实施例4和市售风湿养生酒样品,每次品尝之间用清水漱口,间隔半小时以上确保味觉回复正常,品鉴是否在酒液入口后存在苦涩味,将统计结果记录在下表中。苦涩味的标准为:在酒液入口后2~10s内味蕾感受到明显的苦味、涩味和其它不适感。

从表1结果可知,绝大多数品鉴者认为,本申请的中药酒不存在苦涩味,入口容易,口感好。少数个别认为存在苦涩味的品鉴者可能是由于心理因素和口感偏好引起的。市售风湿养生酒配伍复杂,虽然其成分表中含有蜂蜜和冰糖,仍然苦涩味明显。
试验例2
根据实施例5的制备方法,采用实施例3和实施例4的配方分别制备了对应编号的中药酒。
为了说明本发明实施例的中药酒对治疗风湿病的疗效,本例对180例患者进行了临床观察。
180例风湿病患者均为门诊患者,男性120例,女性60例。发病年龄30~60岁122例,65岁以上58例,其中最大年龄78岁,最小年龄31岁。病程在1个月以内10例,1至6个月45例,6个月至2年50例,6个月以上95例。
180例患者分为两组,每组90人。一组饮用实施例3配方的中药酒,另一种饮用实施例4配方的中药酒。每位患者每天晚饭时饮用相应的中药酒20mL。连续饮用1个月。
疗效评定标准参照国家中医药管理局发布的《中医病诊断疗效标准》:
显效:关节疼痛消失,红肿消除,实验室检查正常;
有效:关节疼痛缓解,红肿消减,实验室检查有所改善;
未愈:症状及实验室检查无变化。临床评定结果如表2所示。

试验例3
根据实施例5的制备方法,采用实施例3和实施例4的配方分别制备了对应编号的中药酒。
为了说明本发明实施例的中药酒对治疗痛风的疗效,本例对90例患者进行了临床观察。
90例患者分为三组,每组30人。一组饮用实施例3配方的中药酒,另一种饮用实施例4配方的中药酒。连续饮用一个月。对照组未饮用。结果如表3所示。

张某,男,49岁,长沙人,长期尿酸高,痛风经常发作,服用本发明实施例4的中药酒,连续服用一个月后尿酸降低超过200μmol·L-1,半年后回访痛风未再发作。
刘某,男,51岁,长沙望城人,患者3年前出现关节疼痛,阴雨天尤重,医院诊断为风湿性关节炎进行治疗,口服消炎痛、布洛芬等药物,疼痛得以暂时缓解,但停药后又反复发作。2018年3月开始饮用本发明实施例4的中药酒,每日晚餐时饮用,每次50mL,饮用30天1个疗程后病情好转,继续饮用2个疗程以巩固疗效,2019年5月回访,告病未复发。

5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
S1:按配比称取各制备原料,在发酵罐中混匀后,加入复合生物酶进行升温酶解;
S2:将步骤S1的产物降温发酵,得到预制料;
S3:用白酒浸泡步骤S2的预制料,即得所述用于高尿酸、痛风和风湿病的中药酒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶按质量比为(1~3):2:1的混合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述复合生物酶的添加量为制备原料总质量的1~2%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述升温酶解的温度为50~60℃,时间为40~60h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述降温发酵的温度为35℃,时间为30~40h。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡的时间为180~300天。
