Abstract
一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶,是由茶叶、青钱柳叶、金花茶、茶树花、玉米须、桑叶、黄精、人参、余甘子、荷叶、枳具子、葛根、玉竹、百合、枸杞子、桃仁、茯苓挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,加入70℃的热水内浸泡三小时,然后煎煮二小时取药液,与上述发酵液充分混合后经喷雾干燥制得干燥药粉,再与上述混合茶粉充分混匀,即成为一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶制品。本品具有控糖、降脂、降粘、减肥、调节糖脂代谢、解除胰岛素抵抗减轻胰岛负担及恢复胰岛功能、减肥等防治糖尿病及其并发症的明显效果,故适宜糖尿病及糖尿病及其并发症和胰岛素抵抗或胰岛功能低下、糖尿病高危人群长期使用。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种黄精人参药膳茶,尤其适宜糖尿病及其慢性并发症、高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝、胰岛素抵抗、代谢综合征人群饮用。
背景技术:2012年3月26日《参考消息》引外电报道:2011年中国的糖尿病开支已经达到170亿美元,中国《医疗系统将承受“富贵病”重负》,并称“糖尿病使中国医改更加利害攸关”;据新华社上海2013年9月4日电,一项近10万人大型调查表明,我国18岁及以上成人样本中,根据国际最新临床诊断标准进行诊断的糖尿病估测患病率急剧上升为11.6%,约1.139亿人;国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)发布的第8版全球糖尿病地图,最新报告显示,2017年全球约4.25亿成人患糖尿病,平均每11个人中就有1位患病;其中,中国患病人数达1.14亿人,糖尿病负担最重; 2019年6月24日,国务院印发《国务院关于实施健康中国行动的意见》,糖尿病是其列举的四大慢病之一,并实施糖尿病防治行动,提示居民关注血糖水平,引导糖尿病前期人群科学降低发病风险,指导糖尿病患者加强健康管理,延迟或预防糖尿病的发生发展;显然,糖尿病已经严重影响到国民的身体健康和幸福指数,糖尿病已是我国重大的公共卫生问题之一。
饮食问题是引发糖尿病的主要原因,而饮食疗法又是医界公认的治疗糖尿病综合疗法的基础手段,被形象地比喻为治疗糖尿病“五驾马车疗法”的“驾辕之马”,国家中医药管理局已将药膳食疗方法写入中医消渴病(糖尿病,下同)临床诊疗方案和相应临床路径中作为临床规范进行推行应用,指出运用“药膳”法应对消渴病是一个重要手段和基础措施。
世界最早的营养医学起源于中国,早在我国《周礼•天官》中就有“食医”的记载,那时的中国业已形成“食医、疾医、疡医、兽医”四大医学体系,而“食医”位居四医之首;大唐名医孙思邈有“夫为医者,当须先洞晓病源,知其所犯,以食治之,食疗不愈,然后命药”食疗为先的著名策略,并最早提出消渴病饮食禁忌原则(《千金要方•卷第二十六食治》);因此,中医学消渴病的药膳食疗研究与运用源远流长,成果丰硕,甚值借鉴。
我中医专家组汲取中国医学有关防治糖尿病、高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝、代谢综合征药膳食疗成就,结合长期在相关临床和基础研究领域的研究成果和经验,研发了这一具有中国“药膳”特色的特殊膳食饮品配方技术,以期进一步改善糖尿病、高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝及代谢综合征人群和糖尿病高危人群的健康状况,提升我国糖尿病及其并发症的防治水平。
Banting奖获得者Denis McGarry教授研究指出“糖尿病”病名应改为“糖脂病”,揭示糖尿病发生发展与血脂紊乱引发的脂毒性密切相关,Joslin《糖尿病手册》告诫“糖尿病因肥胖而产生,也因肥胖而死亡”,糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖、脂肪肝显然是一组互为因果密切关联的代谢病,而糖尿病、高血脂、肥胖、脂肪肝及代谢综合征的发生与人们不健康的饮食结构直接相关,饮食致病的重要问题则与食物的低营养素、高血糖指数和高热量等密切相关。
众所周知,食用中药也是药,既然是中药,必须在中医学理论和辩证施治规律指导下使用,而不能使用西医理论进行指导,即便引用中药的某些现代药理研究资料,仅可作为参考因素,肯定不能作为药膳配料和中药使用的指导依据;然而现有相关类似药膳的配方技术中,具有中医学专业科学基础的膳食配方寥寥无几,尤其是组方符合中医理法方药系统理论及配伍法度的药膳膳食更是难觅,间或有一些自发的使用某些中药加入粮食中作为膳食配方的,其中药配料仅仅依据现代药理研究并不系统的零星数据,几乎没有任何中医辩证施治理论和中药配伍原则作为依据,少有糖尿病长期临床及相关药膳研发经验和成果作为依托,故难有专业水准和中医学科学基础,因此该类膳食配料与普通食品不会有本质差别,肯定不是糖尿病与肥胖等代谢综合征及糖尿病并发症人群食疗的最佳选择。
有鉴于此,为彻底改善糖尿病及高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝、代谢综合征人群的营养和疾病状况,从本质上提高其饮食的质量,本发明将实践数千年行之有效的传统中医治疗消渴病(糖尿病)的药膳食疗经验与现代西方营养学最新成果有机结合,再综合我中医专家数十年治疗糖尿病及其并发症的临床经验和相关药膳研究成果,使之升华到本发明药膳配方的高度,俾该配方具有降糖、降脂、降粘、减肥、恢复胰岛功能和胰岛素敏感性综合食疗作用,以期从饮食这个“源头”有效解决糖尿病、高血脂和高血粘、肥胖病、脂肪肝、代谢综合征的饮食难题,遏制其流行,预防和延缓糖尿病并发症,减少相关药物的使用,减轻国家医药支出和患者经济负担,提高相关人群的生活质量和寿命,为人类健康事业做出有益的贡献,故提交本发明。
发明内容:一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶
本发明是由下述方案实现的。

中药的制备方法:
将上述原料中的茶叶、青钱柳叶、金花茶、茶树花挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,粉粹至60目细度制得混合茶粉;将玉米须、桑叶挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,加入食用酵母1%和30度的适量温水进行发酵72小时,过滤并取出药液制得发酵液;将黄精、人参、余甘子、荷叶、枳具子、葛根、玉竹、百合、枸杞子、桃仁、茯苓挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,加入70℃的热水内浸泡三小时,然后煎煮二小时取药液,与上述发酵液充分混合后经喷雾干燥制得干燥药粉,再与上述混合茶粉充分混匀,即成为一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶制品。
中药组方意义是:
中医认为消渴病(糖尿病,下同)发病是“肥美之所发也,此人必数食甘美而多肥也,肥者令人内热,甘者令人中满,故其气上溢,转为消渴”(《黄帝内经素问·奇病论》);又指出此病为“肥贵人则高粱之疾也”(《素问·通评虚实论篇第二十八》),其所言“数食甘美而多肥”,指出病因是素食肥甘油腻之物(即现代所谓“高脂肪、高糖指数、高热量”一类食物)所发生;“肥者令人内热”中的“热”是油腻之物生痰郁久化热的结果;“甘者令人中满”的“甘”是指“甜腻”食物,“满”则是痰湿阻止中焦气机,使升降运化阻碍的结果;“其气上溢,转为消渴”,是指饮食水谷不能生成精微(营养物质)被身体利用,反而溢出(比如血糖、血脂升高和尿糖、尿蛋白等营养物质排泄于外)的代谢失控,此为“消渴”的最终结果;显然,中医学认为素食“肥甘油腻”食物是消渴病的主要致病因素,此观点现代医学与之相吻合。
消渴病在《黄帝内经》中又称为“消瘅”,是消渴病三消的统称,《内经灵枢·五变第四十六》指出:“五藏皆柔弱者,善病消瘅”及《内经灵枢·本藏第四十七》:“五藏脆弱者善病消瘅”,均说明消渴病总以五脏“脆弱”为发病的基础;“五藏脆弱善病消瘅”揭示先天禀赋(元气)不足是消渴病易发的先天因素(相当于现代医学的“遗传”因素)。
显然“消渴病”发生是“数食甘美而多肥”的生活方式与“五藏脆弱”先天遗传因素长期相互作用的结果,现代医学糖尿病发病观点与此相一致。
以上病因病机揭示了消渴病“本虚标实”的基本病理特征,本虚在于“五脏脆弱”,标实在于“数食甘美而多肥”引起的“痰湿”郁滞,而“痰湿”邪气往往贯穿消渴病全过程,成为预后转归的重要因素;这种“痰湿”久稽定会阻止气机运转及血脉通畅,出现一系列气机郁结、血脉瘀滞的“消渴病”不良变证(相当于现代医学的糖尿病并发症,下同);而中医的“痰湿”邪气相当于现代医学所说的“脂类物质及其脂毒性”代谢产物,何威在《胰岛素抵抗与2型糖尿病中医证型的关系》研究中指出:“脂代谢紊乱、细胞因子在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及其血管并发症的发生发展中具有重要意义,并与痰湿、超重或肥胖密切相关;痰湿是2型糖尿病血管并发症、气阴两虚证和超重或肥胖的主要病理基础”;强调“在2型糖尿病(尤其是超重或肥胖者)的发展过程中,始终存在不同程度的痰湿,故临床上应用燥湿化痰法有重要意义”(《福建中医学院》2003年研究生科研论文)。
脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源,主水谷的受纳与运化和吸收代谢,正常情况下脾气运化有力则水谷化为精微通过其“升清”作用滋养五脏气,然其人“五脏脆弱”脾气势必亏虚,水谷水湿运化能力减弱则饮食水谷易生成“痰湿”邪气,即所谓“脾为生痰之源”;脾之性“喜燥恶湿”,脾气本虚又其人常食“肥甘之美”内生痰湿,必然导致脾胃运化更加障碍,饮食水谷更加难以运化反而聚而成“痰”,这其中存在两个方面的问题,一方面是脾气运化无力,容易导致水谷物质不能及时消化吸收而生成“痰湿”邪气;另一方面,“痰湿”邪气反过来又会阻碍脾胃之运化,使得脾气更加虚弱,如此形成恶性循环,久必影响脾气的“升清”功能而反令“其气上溢”,不能使水谷精微(营养物质)得以正常布化全身反而从尿液等途径溢出转为“消渴病”。
消渴病主要病理产物和并发症病机转变的关键是“痰湿”之邪,“痰湿”阻滞气机血脉则成“瘀”,而“痰、瘀”日久必生“热”(即《内经》所谓“肥者令人内热”),显然,“痰”为“瘀”之因,“痰、瘀”为“热”之源,三者互为因果、相互影响,而“痰”邪则为祸端,这种“痰、瘀、热”之邪(相当于现代医学所指的糖毒性及脂毒性的产物“自由基”,下同)是产生消渴病诸多变证的病理基础;因而,清除“痰、瘀、热”之邪毒,又是防治消渴病变证的关键环节和主要方法。
通过以上中医学论证,知晓消渴病及其并发症的产生与发展与“痰湿”及其衍生的“热、瘀”之邪实和“五脏脆弱”的本虚(尤其是脾虚)密切相关,那么“祛邪扶正”则为糖尿病药膳饮食治疗遵循之大法。
以上诸药针对糖尿病发生的体质基础及其并发症之病理产物,祛邪药能消除“痰、热、瘀” 以攻邪,补虚药以强化五脏之气,针对“五脏脆弱善病消瘅”之本虚机制以固本,寓补虚于攻邪之中,既可除“痰、瘀、热”三邪,又可防攻邪以伤正,使得攻补相反相成,俾总体方药性平气和、,故补泻有度,是为药膳茶饮之良方。
中医素有“五谷为养,五果为助,五畜为益,五菜为充”(《黄帝内经素问藏气法时论》)和“谷肉果菜,食养尽之”(《黄帝内经素问•五常政大论》)的食疗观;该方剂配方技巧在于“药”与“食”兼得,既遵循传统中医理论之中药配伍法度,又结合了现代中药药理分析和现代医学相关理论和临床之成果;配料中药性平气和、味甘适口、清补平衡、标本兼顾,所用均为药食同源类中药和新资源食品,安全无毒,符合中医学“药膳”的本质属性,因而广泛适合糖尿病高危群体、糖尿病及其并发症、高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝、代谢综合征人群及其高危群体各种体质者长期饮用。
配方中药的功效是:
茶叶:味苦、甘,性凉;清头目,除烦渴,化痰、消食、利尿、解毒;现代中药药理研究显示茶叶降压、抗血栓、降脂防治动脉硬化,抗肿瘤,抗氧化,抗突变防癌,抗放射,抗老化,抑制细菌等作用,用于治疗急性传染性肝炎、高血脂、高血压和冠心病等(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》691页,茶叶)。
黄精:味甘,性平;补中益气,润心肺,强筋骨作用;主治虚损寒热,肺痨咳血,病后体虚食少,筋骨软弱,风湿疼痛,风癞癣疾等;现代中药药理研究显示黄精具有降血糖,降脂抗动脉硬化,降低血压,增加心脏冠脉流量,提高耐缺氧能力,降低心肌脂褐素和提高肝脏SOD活性,抗氧化抗自由基显著,故能增强体质抗衰老,改善糖脂代谢紊乱,提高免疫力,抗病源微生物(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》1353页,黄精)。
人参:味甘、味苦,性温;大补元气,生津止渴,安神益智;主治劳伤虚损,食少倦怠,反胃吐食,眩晕头痛,阳痿,尿频,消渴,妇女崩漏,小儿惊悸,久虚不复等一切气血津液不足之证;现代药理研究显示,具有明显降低血糖,保护肝脏,促进肝细胞再生恢复肝功能,提高肝脏解毒功能,抗衰老,促进学习和记忆力,抗肿瘤,提高免疫力,抗氧化,抗应激,抗辐射,强心,扩张心血管,抗心肌缺血,抗缺氧、保护心肌,降低血粘度,保护和刺激骨髓造血功能,人参皂甙促进刺激垂体-肾上腺皮质功能,促进蛋白质合成,抗溃疡,促性激素样作用(雌性为主),(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》1147页,人参)。
青钱柳叶:性凉,有清热消肿,止痛作用,常用于治疗顽癣;《中国中药资源志要》记载,青钱柳叶具清热消渴解毒之效;《全国中草药名鉴》 记载青钱柳树皮、叶、根有杀虫止痒,消炎止痛祛风之功效;现代研究发现青钱柳芽叶化学成分主要由两大原生态营养成分无机营养成分跟有机营养成分组成,能够有效全面的调节人体糖代谢;有机营养物青钱柳茶富含丰富的皂苷、黄酮、多糖等有机营养成分,能够有效平衡人体糖代谢,从而达到降血糖,逆转并发症的养生效果;其含有大量的铁、锌、硒、铬、锗、镁、钙等无机营养成分,还含有锰、铁、铜、铬、锌、硒、钒、锗等微量元素,与糖代谢和胰岛素作用密切相关的元素Ni、Cr、V、Se的含量较高,能够协助胰岛素发挥降血糖作用,并能改善糖耐量;中医临床用于治疗糖尿病,因其有药理作用能明显降低血糖、减脂肪和尿糖,尚有降压、降血脂、抗氧化、抗衰老效果。
金花茶:现代药理研究显示金花茶具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇作用。

荷叶:味苦、辛、微涩,性凉;清香升散,具有消暑利湿,健脾升阳,散瘀止血的功效;主治暑热烦渴,头痛眩晕,水肿,食少腹胀,泻痢,白带,脱肛,吐血,衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏,产后恶露不净,损伤瘀血;中国自古以来就把荷叶奉为瘦身的良药;现代研究证实荷叶碱能促进脂肪的分解,同时具有利尿通便、通肠毒、降脂除油、清暑解热等作用,能明显降低血清中甘油三醇和胆固醇含量,具有调节血脂的保健作用。
玉米须:味甘,性平;有利尿消肿,平肝利胆,清热降压功能;主治水肿、小便不利、湿热、黄疸、眩晕等;现代中药药理研究显示玉米须具有利尿、降压、镇静等作用;临床研究玉米须配伍的复方制剂治疗糖尿病(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》560页,玉米须);《岭南采药录》记载和猪肉煎汤治糖尿病。
枳椇子:又称万寿果,味甘,性平;入胃经;解酒毒,止渴除烦,清湿热,止呕,利大小便;历代医家一直用为解酒止渴要药,适用于饮酒过量,酒醉不醒,口干烦渴,以及消渴等;《本草纲目》言其“甘平无毒,主治头风,小腹拘急”;《唐本草》言其“止渴除烦,润五脏,利大小便,去膈上热,功用如蜜”;现代中药药理研究有镇静、降压、抗脂质过氧化作用;其含有大量的葡萄糖、苹果酸钙,有较强的利尿作用,能促进乙醇的分解和排出,显著降低乙醇在血液中的浓度,并能消除乙醇在体内产生的自由基,阻止过氧化酯质的形成,从而减轻乙醇对肝组织的损伤,避免酒精中毒导致各种代谢异常等;万寿果含硒量高,是天然的富硒水果,而硒具有很强的抗氧化能力和防癌抗癌作用以及天然的排毒解毒功效,能调节和提高人体的免疫能力,维持心血管系统的正常结构和功能,对延年益寿有很好的功效。
葛根:味甘、辛、性凉;解肌、退热、生津、透疹、升阳、止泻等作用;现代中药药理研究显示葛根具有降血糖,降脂,调解心脏功能,抗心肌缺血,扩张冠状动脉及血管,抗心律失常,抗癌,解毒、解酒,抗缺氧,保肝(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》145页,葛根)。

百合:味甘、微苦,性微寒;养阴润肺止咳、清心安神、补中益气;主治肺热阴伤,或阴虚肺燥咳嗽、肺痨、吐血、咯血及虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦;现代药理研究显示百合催眠,抗疲劳,耐缺氧,升高白细胞有防治化疗药环磷酰胺所致的白细胞减少症的作用,止咳、祛痰、平喘,保护胃黏膜,抑制迟发过敏反应(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》1360页,百合)。
枸杞子:味甘,性平;滋补肝肾,滋阴补血,明目,润肺;主治肝肾阴虚;精血虚损诸症;现代中药药理研究显示枸杞子具有降糖提高糖耐量、防治脂肪肝、降脂、增强免疫力、保肝促进肝细胞再生、抗应激损伤、降压及滋补强壮作用,是中老年肝肾保健之要药(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》1343页,枸杞子)。
桃仁:味苦、甘,性平;活血化瘀,润肠通便;现代中药药理研究显示加速血液循环,抗凝、抑制血栓形成,改善血流阻滞、血行障碍等作用,能使各脏器各组织机能恢复,尤其扩张脑血管作用显著(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》903页,桃仁)。
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平;健脾补中,养心安神,利水渗湿;主治水湿停滞,小便不利,水肿胀满,食少便溏,心悸失眠;现代中药药理研究显示具有保肝、抑制肿瘤、提高免疫、催眠、促进造血;茯苓尚具有增强生理活性,刺激人体免疫系统的功能恢复,诱生和促诱生干扰素和白细胞调节素,间接抗病毒、抗肿瘤,延缓衰老、安神健胃、美容养颜的作用(王本祥《现代中药药理研究》529页,茯苓);本组方用之意在化痰湿以防治痰湿内阻而生糖尿病变证(慢性并发症),健脾益胃又能内绝生痰之源,又助人参等扶正之品针对脏腑脆弱善病消瘅之机制,收扶正祛邪双功。

将上述原料中的茶叶、青钱柳叶、金花茶、茶树花挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,粉粹至60目细度制得混合茶粉;将玉米须、桑叶挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,加入食用酵母1%和30度的适量温水进行发酵72小时,过滤并取出药液制得发酵液;将黄精、人参、余甘子、荷叶、枳具子、葛根、玉竹、百合、枸杞子、桃仁、茯苓挑拣去杂、剔除霉变,按重量份数称取,加入70℃的热水内浸泡三小时,然后煎煮二小时取药液,与上述发酵液充分混合后经喷雾干燥制得干燥药粉,再与上述混合茶粉充分混匀,即成为一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶制品。

1.一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶,其特征在于:它由下述重量份数原料制成的制品:

2.利用上述配方及制备方法生产的一种控糖调脂降粘防治糖尿病及其并发症的黄精人参茶制剂,既可以直接饮用,也可供添加在日常食用的食物原料中制作成适宜糖尿病及其慢性并发症、高血脂与高血粘、肥胖、脂肪肝、胰岛素抵抗、代谢综合征人群、糖尿病高危人群的面粉、即食面、挂面、米粉、营养代餐粉、速溶粥、饼干及糕点类、速冻食品等。
