本发明属于饮品领域,具体涉及一种护眼饮料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着智能手机、平板电脑等电子产品的普及,人们的日常生活越来越多地与电子显示屏联系在了一起。无论是工作还是休闲,长时间盯着电子显示屏已成为习惯。相应的,人们眼睛的负担也日益加重。工作繁忙、学习紧张以及城市的室外空气污浊,室内空调空气干燥等原因,亦极易导致视疲劳。其表现包括眼球和眼眶周围的不适或疼痛感,畏光、流泪、视物双像,眼部干燥异物感,眼睑痉挛或沉重感,视物模糊不能持久,视细小物体的瞬间跳跃、消失或复像等。视疲劳是一种常见的眼部疾病,具体表现症状为眼部干涩、酸胀,视觉重影以及间歇性视觉模糊,严重时会产生恶心、呕吐、眩晕、头痛、颈部肌肉紧张、肩部酸痛等全身症状,降低成年人的工作效率,导致青少年及儿童学习障碍,直接影响人们的工作和生活。
如何缓解视疲劳成为近几年的研究热点,针对视疲劳产生的不同机制,国内外市场急需缓解视疲劳功能食品。目前的市场的改善视力的食品,多为使用叶黄素、蓝莓中的花青素、胡萝卜素、维生素A中的一种或两种的组合,功能效果比较单一,没有一个营养全面的改善视力的饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种护眼饮料及其制备工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种护眼饮料,包括下述质量份组分:蓝莓浓缩物或提取物50-55份,黑加仑浓缩物或提取物18-23份;枸杞浓缩物或提取物8-12份;桑葚浓缩物或提取物8-10份;叶黄素酯5份;雨生红球藻1份;玉米黄素1份,黄精浓缩物或提取物1份。
优选的,包括蓝莓浓缩物或提取物52份,黑加仑浓缩物或提取物21份;枸杞浓缩物或提取物10份;桑葚浓缩物或提取物9份;叶黄素酯5份;雨生红球藻1份;玉米黄素1份,黄精浓缩物或提取物1份。
其中,本申请中的浓缩物或者提取物均采用市售或者常规技术手段进行提取。
本申请还包括一种所述的护眼饮料的制备工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)将除雨生红球藻以外的所有液体原料加入到预热至80℃的纯水中,搅拌均匀后加入研磨的雨生红球藻,升温至90℃,保持搅拌胶体磨循环5-10分钟得到物料;
2)将步骤1)得到的物料进行灌装:将物料打入灌装机料斗,按产品需要设定好需要的灌装量。前10包每包进行净含量和坏袋抽查,净含量不得超过规定误差范围(+5%),坏袋抽查不得出现坏袋(密封测试需以50公斤砝码重压5分钟,确认密封性)。才可以进行正常生产。巡检人员须每小时至少巡检一次,并需记录巡检人员名称、时间及密封性测试是否合格与否。
高温水浴灭菌:提前将水浴杀菌机开机,机器预运行至需要杀菌的温度,通过调整主机速度设置好杀菌时间,将物料通过提升机,送料机送入水浴杀菌机进行杀菌。水浴间温度较高,人员不要长时间逗留,物料杀菌状态下每小时需要检查一次杀菌温度(杀菌温度90+2)、(杀菌时间20min)。
包装:内包装膜在使用前必须在卷膜消毒间经过臭氧消毒30分钟以上,包装间也应设置紫外线消毒设施,并在包装前开启紫外线灯消毒30分钟。操作人员要带好帽子,头发不得露在帽沿外,不得使用化妆品,工人进入车间前按照卫生管理制度的要求进行更衣、洗手、消毒,包装时做好防护措施,包装后随机对产品进行重量、数量或包装封口的抽查。将完成内包装的产品装入外包装箱,封箱入库。
检验:车间巡检随机对包装完成的产品整箱重量和数量进行抽查合格后才能入库并及时送样品入实验室检验。
入库:包装完的产品要及时送到成品仓库,刚入库的产品要挂待检标识。仓库的温度必须保证在≤27℃。仓库内要清洁干燥,产品分类码放整齐,距离地面和墙壁20cm。实验室检验结果合格后及时替换待检标识,经检验合格的产品方能进入可发货区域。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种营养全面的护眼饮料,针对于视觉系统中的黄斑区、视网膜、血液循环等起到比较全面的营养保健作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:准备原料:蓝莓浓缩物或提取物52kg,黑加仑浓缩物或提取物21kg;枸杞浓缩物或提取物10kg;桑葚浓缩物或提取物9kg;叶黄素酯5kg;雨生红球藻1kg;玉米黄素1kg,黄精浓缩物或提取物1kg。
生成工艺包括下述步骤:
1)将除雨生红球藻以外的所有液体原料加入到预热至80℃的纯水(质量为雨生红球藻的30倍)中,搅拌均匀后加入研磨的雨生红球藻,升温至90℃,保持搅拌胶体磨循环5-10分钟得到物料;
2)将步骤1)得到的物料进行灌装:将物料打入灌装机料斗,按产品需要设定好需要的灌装量。前10包每包进行净含量和坏袋抽查,净含量不得超过规定误差范围(+5%),坏袋抽查不得出现坏袋(密封测试需以50公斤砝码重压5分钟,确认密封性)。才可以进行正常生产。巡检人员须每小时至少巡检一次,并需记录巡检人员名称、时间及密封性测试是否合格与否。

实施例2:实施例2与实施例1的制备手段一致,只是原料不同,原料包括:蓝莓浓缩物50kg,黑加仑浓缩物18kg;枸杞浓缩物8kg;桑葚浓缩物8kg;叶黄素酯5kg;雨生红球藻1kg;玉米黄素1kg,黄精浓缩物或提取物1kg。
实施例3:实施例3与实施例1的制备手段一致,只是原料不同,原料包括:蓝莓浓缩物55份,黑加仑浓缩物23份;枸杞浓缩物12份;桑葚浓缩物10份;叶黄素酯5份;雨生红球藻1份;玉米黄素1份,黄精浓缩物或提取物1份。
将实施例1-3得到的成品进行护眼效果验证,结果表明实施例1的效果最好,下面以实施例1为例进行论述:本实验采用26人眼睛易疲劳者参与测试。试验周期为1-2周,受试者每天喝1-2包(15ml/包)实施例1护眼组合物。开始前和结束后进行1次问卷调查。通过问卷调查结果,分析护眼效果。
问卷调查表如表1,并赋值疲劳程度:无此疲劳现象为0分,具有此疲劳现象为1分。

1、评价方法
本次实验采取两种分析角度,为整体平均疲劳度分析法与疲劳症状单项改善情况分析法。
1.1、整体平均疲劳度分析法
在受试前与受试过程中每周进行如上表的疲劳度问卷调查,通过问卷调查结果,先分别将每位受试者问卷调查表中关于疲劳症状的分值进行求和后除以疲劳症状个数的总和,即疲劳度分值得总和/14,得到每位受试者的平均疲劳度。
将每位受试者的平均疲劳度相加除以总的受试者人数即平均疲劳度的总和/26,得到总体平均疲劳度。用此方法可以计算得到受试前及受试过程中每周的总体平均疲劳度,将得到的分值进行比较即可得到受试人群的疲劳度变化,如果分值减小则说明此护眼饮有缓解视疲劳的疗效;
1.2、疲劳症状单项改善情况:通过统计问卷中每一项不适症状的改善情况,分析护眼效果。单项不适症状疲劳度的计算方式为改善情况计算分值总和/出现此项症状的人数。即初始值均为1。疲劳度赋值如下表2,单项改善赋值表示出:

如果使用后单项不适症状疲劳度分值下降(<1),则说明此护眼饮有缓解此项视疲劳症状的疗效。
2、结果分析:2.1整体平均疲劳度分析法,26位测试者平均使用前后疲劳度分析情况见图1所示。受试人员使用护眼组合物前后的总体疲劳度平均值如图1所示,总体平均值使用前疲劳度得分为0.59,使用后疲劳度得分为0.40,总体下降0.19。在对比每位测试者疲劳度数据,经T-TEST分析,可得出结论:饮用护眼组合物后的疲劳度呈显著降低(P<0.01)。图2示出疲劳症状单项改善情况;
受试人员使用护眼组合物前后的疲劳症状单项改善情况如图2所示,经T-TEST分析,可得出结论:饮用护眼组合物后的疲劳度呈极显著降低(P<0.001);并经图2详细分析,护眼组合物对处理“眼睛干涩”、“眼睛容易酸”、“经常流眼泪”、“眼睛有异物感”、“眼睛总是痒痒的”的这五项常规视疲劳症状有明显效果。
分析:本发明提供一种营养全面的护眼饮料,针对于视觉系统中的黄斑区、视网膜、血液循环等起到比较全面的营养保健作用。
其中,1、叶黄素,补充黄斑区叶黄素,过滤蓝光;叶黄素主要分布在视网膜黄斑区,视锥细胞为主,对强光敏感,能分辨颜色,缺乏容易出现视物昏暗、模糊、色盲等情况。玉米黄质主要分布在黄斑区之外的区域,视杆细胞为主,对暗光敏感,缺乏容易出现夜盲症。叶黄素和玉米黄质是强大的抗氧化剂,是对蓝光的天然保护。叶黄素和玉米黄质是唯一存在于眼底的营养素,被人体吸收后特定地积聚于眼睛中来帮助过滤有害蓝光;另外,人体本身并不能自己生成叶黄素和玉米黄质,而需要从外界摄入。
2、蓝莓活化视网膜、预防近视;蓝莓富含花青素,具有活化视网膜功效,可以强化视力,防止眼球疲劳而备受注目。并且据美国、日本、欧洲科学家研究,经常食用蓝莓制品,还可明显地增强视力,消除眼睛疲劳。医学临床报告也显示,蓝莓中的花青素可以促进视网膜细胞中的视紫质再生,预防近视,增进视力。
3、雨生红球藻防止视觉系统损伤变性:雨生红球藻,其中含有的虾青素为另外一类胡萝卜素,结构与叶黄素、玉米质素相似,所以一样具有类胡萝卜素的生理功能。虾青素很容易通过血脑屏障和细胞膜,能有效地防止视网膜的氧化和感光细胞的损伤,尤其是视网膜黄斑变性效果较叶黄素更加显著。
4、雨生红球藻保证视觉系统血液循环;加入了黑加仑浓缩果汁粉:除了含有丰富的花青素外,黑加仑浓缩液因能巩固微血管壁,帮助红血球输送氧气与养分,促使血液循环畅通,所以能调节眼睛结缔组织,有效松弛睫状肌的紧张,以减轻眼疾症状。研究发现黑醋栗可以抑制水晶体曲折度的退化,舒缓睫状肌的紧张,对于改善假性近视、舒缓眼睛疲劳有不错的功效。
5、为视觉系统提供全面营养;加入含有锌、β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B营养物质的天然原料。为补充视力所需营养再提供更全面的营养素。

1.一种护眼饮料,其特征在于,包括下述质量份组分:蓝莓浓缩物或提取物50-55份,黑加仑浓缩物或提取物18-23份;枸杞浓缩物或提取物8-12份;桑葚浓缩物或提取物8-10份;叶黄素酯5份;雨生红球藻1份;玉米黄素1份,黄精浓缩物或提取物1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护眼饮料,其特征在于,包括下述质量份组分:蓝莓浓缩物或提取物52份,黑加仑浓缩物或提取物21份;枸杞浓缩物或提取物10份;桑葚浓缩物或提取物9份;叶黄素酯5份;雨生红球藻1份;玉米黄素1份,黄精浓缩物或提取物1份。
3.一种权利要求1或者2所述的护眼饮料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)将除雨生红球藻以外的所有液体原料加入到预热至80℃的纯水中,搅拌均匀后加入研磨的雨生红球藻,升温至90℃,保持搅拌胶体磨循环5-10分钟得到物料;
2)将步骤1)得到的物料进行灌装、高温水浴灭菌,包装,检验,入库后即可得成品。
