本优选实施例中,所述二组面粉在制作食品时需要与全麦粉混合,在混合时,所述二组面粉与全麦粉的混合比例为1:5或1:10,混合后主要用于制作馒头、面包、点心、小吃和饼干。
本发明原理如下:该养生面粉在生产时,一组面粉与全麦粉按照1:5或者1:10的比例混合后可加工成面条类食品,二组面粉与全麦粉按照1:5或者1:10的比例混合后可加工成馒头、面包、点心、小吃和饼干。

Claims (5)
1.一种养生面粉,其特征在于,所述养生面粉有两种配方,分为一组面粉和二组面粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生面粉,其特征在于,所述一组面粉按重量份数计算包括以下组分混合均匀而成:苦荞粉40份、绿豆粉48份、白子菜粉12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生面粉,其特征在于,所述二组面粉按重量份数计算包括以下组分混合均匀而成:麦麸粉20份、黍子粉20份、燕麦粉48份、白子菜12份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种养生面粉,其特征在于,所述一组面粉在制作食品时需要与全麦粉混合,在混合时,所述一组面粉与全麦粉的混合比例为1:5或1:10,混合后主要用于制作面条。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种养生面粉,其特征在于,所述二组面粉在制作食品时需要与全麦粉混合,在混合时,所述二组面粉与全麦粉的混合比例为1:5或1:10,混合后主要用于制作馒头、面包、点心、小吃和饼干。
