Abstract
本发明的夹层玻璃包括:矩形状的第一玻璃板,具有第一边和与上述第一边相对的第二边;与上述第一玻璃大致相同形状的第二玻璃板,与上述第一玻璃板相对配置;和中间膜,配置于上述第一玻璃板与第二玻璃板之间,其中上述中间膜具有沿上述第一边侧的端部延伸的第一母线、沿上述第二边侧的端部延伸的第二母线和以连结上述第一母线和第二母线的方式并列配置的多个加热线,调整上述多个加热线的长度、宽度、间隔中的至少1者,使得在上述第一母线与第二母线之间形成发热量不同的多个区域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹层玻璃。
背景技术
在低气温的日子里以及寒冷地区,有时汽车的风挡玻璃会起雾,对驾驶带来不便。因此,提出有除去风挡玻璃的雾的各种方法。例如,专利文献1中公开了在风挡玻璃的内部配置母线和加热线并通过其发热来除雾的方案。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
然而,专利文献1所记载的风挡玻璃中,遍及整体成为大致均匀的发热量,无法调整发热量的分布。例如,特别需要确保驾驶员的前方视野,因而需要提高该处的发热量,但无法进行这种调节。另外,如专利文献1的图1所示,在风挡玻璃的左右端部附近,上下的母线之间的距离比中央部短,因而加热线的电阻小,每单位面积的发热量也变大。因此,存在左右的端部比影响驾驶员视野的中央部更优先地被加热的问题。
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种能够自由地进行发热量的分布设计的夹层玻璃。
用于解决技术问题的技术方案
本发明涉及的夹层玻璃包括:矩形状的第一玻璃板,其具有第一边和与上述第一边相对的第二边;与上述第一玻璃大致相同形状的第二玻璃板,其与上述第一玻璃板相对配置;和中间膜,其配置于上述第一玻璃板与第二玻璃板之间,其中,上述中间膜具有沿上述第一边侧的端部延伸的第一母线、沿上述第二边侧的端部延伸的第二母线、和以连结上述第一母线和第二母线的方式并列配置的多个加热线,
调整上述多个加热线的长度、宽度、间隔中的至少1者,使得在上述第一母线与第二母线之间形成发热量不同的多个区域。
上述夹层玻璃能够构成车辆用风挡玻璃,配置为与驾驶者相对的区域相比于其它的区域发热量大。
在上述各夹层玻璃中,至少1个上述加热线是通过在长度方向上组合宽度不同的多个部位来形成的。
在上述各夹层玻璃中,至少1个上述加热线能够包括具有曲线的至少1个曲线部。
在上述夹层玻璃中,上述曲线部能够具有波状的曲线。
在上述夹层玻璃中,上述曲线部能够形成正弦波状,至少一部分的邻接的上述加热线的至少一部分能够由上述曲线部构成,在邻接的上述曲线部中,构成该各曲线部的波的中心线之间的距离能够设为该各曲线部的振幅的2倍以上。

具体实施方式
下面,对于将本发明所涉及的夹层玻璃用于风挡玻璃的一种实施方式,边参照附图边进行说明。图1是本实施方式涉及的风挡玻璃的俯视图,图2是图1的剖面图。如图1和图2所示,本实施方式涉及的风挡玻璃具有外侧玻璃板(第二玻璃板)1、内侧玻璃板(第一玻璃板)2和配置于这些玻璃板1、2之间的中间膜3。另外,在内侧玻璃板2的上端部和下端部分别形成有切口部21、22,在各切口部21、22分别露出从中间膜3延伸的连接材料41、42。以下,对各部件进行说明。
<1.夹层玻璃的概要>
<1-1.玻璃板>
各玻璃板1、2均形成下边12比上边11长的矩形状,如上所述,在内侧玻璃板2的上端部和下端部分别形成有圆弧状的切口部。以下,将形成在内侧玻璃板2的上端部的切口部称作第一切口部21,将形成在下端部的切口部称作第二切口部22。另外,作为各玻璃板11、12,可以使用公知的玻璃板,也可以由吸热玻璃、一般的透明玻璃以及绿色玻璃或UV绿色玻璃形成。其中,这些玻璃板11、12必须实现依据汽车使用国家的安全标准的可见光透光率。例如,能够调整为利用外侧玻璃板11确保必需的日光吸收率、并利用内侧玻璃板12使可见光透光率满足安全标准。下面,示出透明玻璃、吸热玻璃和钠钙玻璃的组成的一例。

吸热玻璃的组成例如可以设为以下的组成:以透明玻璃的组成为基准,将换算为Fe2O3的总氧化铁(T-Fe2O3)的比率设为0.4~1.3质量%,将CeO2的比率设为0~2质量%,将TiO2的比率设为0~0.5质量%,使玻璃的骨架成分(主要为SiO2、Al2O3)减少T-Fe2O3、CeO2和TiO2的增加量。
(钠钙玻璃)

如上所述,各玻璃板1、2形成矩形状,上边11与下边12的长度之比可以设为例如1﹕1.04~1﹕1.5。例如,上边为1200mm时,可以将下边设为1250~1800mm。具体而言,可以将上边设为1195mm,将下边设为1435mm。其中,以上所说明的比是将风挡玻璃从正面进行投影时的二维平面中的比。
换言之,虽然图1中举出了下边12长的例子,但是也可以用于上边11长的风挡玻璃。例如,一人用小型车的风挡玻璃中,上边为500mm时,可以将下边设为350~450mm。具体而言,可以将上边设为500mm,将下边设为425mm。
本实施方式涉及的夹层玻璃的厚度没有特别限定,从轻量化的观点考虑,优选将外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2的厚度的合计设为2.4~4.6mm,进一步优选设为2.6~3.4mm,特别优选设为2.7~3.2mm。如此,为了轻量化,需要减小外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2的合计厚度,因此,各玻璃板各自的厚度没有特别限定,例如可以如下述决定外侧玻璃板11和内侧玻璃板12的厚度。
外侧玻璃板1主要需要对于来自外部的问题的耐久性、耐冲击性,例如,在将该夹层玻璃用作汽车的风挡玻璃的情况下,需要对于小石头等飞来物的耐冲击性能。另一方面,由于厚度越大,重量越增大,因而不优选。从该观点考虑,外侧玻璃板1的厚度优选设为1.0~3.0mm,进一步优选设为1.6~2.3mm。关于采用哪一种厚度,可以根据玻璃的用途来决定。
内侧玻璃板2的厚度可以设为与外侧玻璃板1同等的厚度,但是例如为了夹层玻璃的轻量化,可以相比于外侧玻璃板11减小厚度。具体而言,考虑玻璃的强度时,优选为0.6~2.0mm,进一步优选为0.8~1.8mm,特别优选为0.8~1.6mm。进而优选为0.8~1.3mm。对于内侧玻璃板2而言,关于采用何种厚度也可以根据玻璃的用途来决定。
另外,本实施方式涉及的外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2的形状可以为弯曲形状。但是,在各玻璃板1、2为弯曲形状的情况下,认为弯曲量变大时,隔音性能下降。所谓弯曲量(ダブリ量)是表示玻璃板的弯曲的量,在设定连结玻璃板的上边的中央和下边的中央的直线L时,将该直线L与玻璃板的距离中的最大值定义为弯曲量D。
另外可知,弯曲形状的玻璃板中,弯曲量在30~38mm的范围时,音响透过损失(STL:Sound Transmission Loss)没有大的差异,但是与平面形状的玻璃板相比,在4000Hz以下的频带,音响透过损失下降。因此,在制作弯曲形状的玻璃板的情况下,优选弯曲量小。具体而言,优选将弯曲量设为小于30mm,进一步优选设为小于25mm,特别优选设为小于20mm。
在此,对玻璃板弯曲时的厚度测定方法的一例进行说明。首先,测定位置为玻璃板的左右方向的中央在上下方向上延伸的中央线上的上下两处。测定仪器没有特别限定,例如,可以使用如株式会社TECLOCK生产的SM-112那样的厚度计。测定时,以玻璃板的弯曲面载置于平坦的面的方式配置,用上述厚度计夹持玻璃板的端部进行测定。
<1-2.中间膜>
接着,对中间膜3进行说明。中间膜3由包括发热层31、和夹持该发热层31的一对粘接层32、33的3层构成。以下,将配置于外侧玻璃板1侧的粘接层称作第一粘接层32,将配置于内侧玻璃板2侧的粘接层称作第二粘接层33。
<1-2-1.发热层>
首先,对发热层31进行说明。发热层31包括片状的基材311、配置于该基材311上的第一母线312、第二母线313和多个加热线6。基材311可以与上述玻璃板1、2对应地形成为矩形状,但不必与两个玻璃板1、2为相同形状,可以为小于两个玻璃板1、2的形状。例如,如图1所示,在上下方向上,可以设为比两切口部21、22之间的长度更短,以使得不与内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22相干扰。另外,基材311的左右方向的长度也可以设为比两个玻璃板1、2的宽度短。
此外,第一母线312以沿基材311的上边延伸的方式形成。另一方面,第二母线313以沿基材311的下边延伸的方式形成,但形成为比第一母线312更长。其中,各母线312、313以由两个玻璃板1、2夹持中间膜3时,均不从上述切口部21、22露出的方式配置于比切口部21、22更靠近内侧。其中,各母线312、313的上下的宽度优选例如为5~50mm,进一步优选为10~30mm。这是因为如下原因:母线312、313的宽度小于5mm时,存在发生热点现象从而以比加热线更高的温度发热的担忧,而在母线312、313的宽度大于50mm时,存在因母线312、313而妨碍视野的担忧。另外,各母线312、313不必精确地沿基材311形成。换言之,可以不与基材311的端缘完全平行,也可以形成曲线状等。
多个加热线6以连结两个母线312、313的方式并列配置。在本实施方式中,以在两个母线312、313之间具有发热量不同的多个区域的方式构成加热线6。例如,(1)在上下方向排列有发热量不同的区域、(2)在左右方向排列有发热量不同的区域、或者(3)混合存在有这些(1)(2)。在此,以下对用于形成这些(1)~(3)的加热线6的构成进行说明。
(1)在上下方向排列有发热量不同的区域
为了形成这样的区域,构成为各加热线6在上下方向具有发热量不同的部位。具体而言,(a)通过组合宽度(或者剖面积)不同的多个部位来形成各加热线、和/或(b)形成为在各加热线的至少一部分具有曲线。其中,影响发热量的实际上是加热线6的剖面积,但是为了使剖面积变化,相比于改变加热线6的厚度,改变宽度的方式更为容易,因此,有时几乎不改变厚度而改变宽度(特别是在蚀刻的情况)。因此,由于宽度和剖面积在技术上几乎是同样的意义,因而下面有时无区别地使用两者。
首先,对(a)进行说明。如图3所示,在该例子中,各加热线6通过组合在上下方向排列的3个部位、即从上向下排列的第一部位61、第二部位62和第三部位63而形成。其中,第一部位61与第三部位63的宽度相同,但第二部位62的宽度小。在一个加热线中,由于电流一定,因而通过以下的式(1),剖面积(宽度)小的部位的电阻大,发热量大。

因此,第二部位62的发热量大于第一和第三部位61、63的发热量。如图4所示,在两个母线312、313之间以左右方向平行排列这种加热线6时,能够仅仅使配置有第二部位62的区域、即夹层玻璃的上下方向的中间区域的发热量大。
具体而言,能够如下进行计算。例如,假设如图5所示具有纵0.9m、横1.5m的加热区域的玻璃板的模型。在该模型中,以3.27×10-3m的间隔在左右方向上平行地配置458根加热线。各加热线6的剖面积在第一部位和第三部位中为1.7×10-10m2,在第二部位中为1.1×10-10m2。例如,将加热线6的厚度设为12μm时,宽度在第一部位61中为14μm,在第二部位62中为9μm。另外,将各部位的上下方向的长度设为0.3m,将各加热线6的导电率设为1.8×10-8Ω·m。在这样的条件下,对两个母线之间施加13.5V的电压时,算出了如下的计算值。

由此,能够将夹层玻璃的上下方向上的中央区域的发热量相比于上侧区域和下侧区域设为1.5倍。
接着,对上述(b)进行说明。在该例中,由长度不同的多个部位形成一个加热线6。换言之,通过组合直线、曲线形成一个加热线6。例如,如图6所示,由直线形成第一部位61和第三部位63,由曲线形成第二部位62。或者如图7所示,也可以由曲线形成所有的部位61~63。在由曲线形成各部位61~63的情况下,例如能够形成为波形(正弦波状)。在该情况下,如以下表2和图8所示,通过改变正弦波的周期、振幅,能够改变曲线部分的长度。表2中的长度,是指将直线作为100%时的长度。其中,形成曲线的部位相当于本发明的曲线部。

根据表2和图8,通过改变正弦波的周期和振幅,例如曲线图案1中,能够相比于直线使长度变长20%。因此,通过组合这样的周期、振幅不同的正弦波而构成加热线6,能够如图4所示在夹层玻璃中使上下方向排列的区域的发热量不同。
具体而言,可以如下进行计算。例如,假设如图9所示具有纵0.9m、横1.5m的加热区域的玻璃板的模型。在该模型中,以2.62×10-3m的间隔在左右方向上平行地配置573根加热线6。各加热线6的剖面积为1.4×10-10m2。例如,将加热线6的厚度设为12μm时,宽度为12μm。另外,将各部位的上下方向的长度设为0.3m,将各加热线6的导电率设为1.8×10-8Ω·m。然后,在第一和第三部位使用上述曲线图案1和3,并且在第二部位使用上述曲线图案2。在这样的条件下,对两个母线312、313之间施加13.5V的电压时,算出了如下的计算值。

由此,能够使夹层玻璃的上下方向的中央区域的发热量成为上侧区域和下侧区域的1.5倍。
此外,还能够通过组合上述(a)(b)来形成加热线6。另外,在上述的例子中,在上下方向形成了3个区域,但也可以形成2个、或4个以上的区域。
另外,如果使形成正弦波状的加热线6邻接,加热线6彼此有可能重合,存在容易视觉辨认加热线6的担忧。为了防止这种现象,优选如下形成。即,如图10所示,能够将邻接的加热线6的波的中心线D之间的距离L(本发明涉及的加热线的间隔的一例)设为各加热线6的振幅A的2倍以上。
(2)在左右方向排列有发热量不同的区域
为了形成这样的区域,按左右方向上排列的区域改变加热线6的构成。例如,如图11所示,在夹层玻璃形成从左向右排列的3个区域、即第一、第二和第三区域。并且,例如使第一和第二区域的发热量小,使第三区域的发热量大,能够如下构成加热线6。
即,使(a)加热线6的间隔、(b)加热线6的宽度和(c)加热线6的长度在每个区域变化。在(a)的方式中,减小加热线6的间隔时发热量增大,增大间隔时发热量减小。因此,在第一和第二区域中增大加热线6的间隔,并在第三区域中减小加热线6的间隔即可。
另外,在(b)(c)的方式中,可以认为如下。即,如以下式(2)所示,由于并联连接的各加热线6被施加的电压相同,因而在剖面积(宽度)增大时,发热量增大,长度加长时,发热量减小。

因此,在第一和第二区域中减小加热线6的宽度,在第三区域中增大加热线6的宽度即可。或者在第一和第二区域中加长加热线6的长度,在第三区域中缩短加热线6的长度即可。为了变更加热线6的长度,如上所述组合直线、曲线即可。另外,也可以适当组合(a)~(c)。另外,也可以组合曲线以外的具有拐角的线。如此,在左右方向上排列有发热量不同的区域时,例如在风挡玻璃中,能够构成为与驾驶者相对的区域相比于其它的区域发热量大。由此,相比于其它的防雾方法,能够更可靠地确保驾驶席的视野。
其中,与驾驶者相对的区域,例如可以设为JIS R3212所规定的区域。更详细地进行说明,JIS R3212中,规定了给定的光学特性、即用于进行双重像、透视畸变、颜色识别的测试的区域(测试区域A和测试区域B)。这些测试区域A、B大致如图12所示。其中,图12中的测试区域A是对应于右侧驾驶车辆的区域。并且,与驾驶者相对的区域可以至少设为测试区域B、特别优选设为测试区域A。或者,也可以设为从风挡玻璃的上边起0.2m~从下边起0.2m之间的区域。
其中,通过组合上述(1)(2),例如能够如图13所示形成在上下左右排列的9个区域,使这些区域的发热量不同。
上述各加热线6的线宽优选为3~500μm,进一步优选为5~20μm,特别优选为8~15μm。宽度越小,越难以视觉辨认,因而适合本实施方式涉及的风挡玻璃。另外,邻接的加热线6的间隔优选为1~4mm,进一步优选为1.25~3mm,特别优选为1.25~2.5mm。加热线6的宽度例如能够将VHX-200(KEYENCE公司生产)等的显微镜设为1000倍来测定。
接着,对发热层31的材料进行说明。基材311为支撑两个母线312、313、加热线6的透明的膜,其材料没有特别限定,例如,可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚酯、聚烯烃、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙等形成。另外,两个母线312、313和加热线6可以由相同材料形成,可以由铜(或镀有锡的铜)、钨、银等各种材料形成。
接下来,对两个母线312、313、加热线6的形成方法进行说明。这些两个母线312、313、加热线6能够通过将预先形成的细线(电线等)等配置于基材311上而形成,特别是为了使加热线6的线宽更细,能够通过在基材311上进行图案形成来形成加热线6。其方法没有特别限定,能够利用印刷、蚀刻、转印等各种方法形成。此时,既可以分别形成各母线312、313、加热线6,也可以一体地形成这些。其中“一体地”意指材料之间没有切痕(无缝的)、不存在界面。
另外,也可以将两个母线312、313形成在基材311上,留下加热线6用的基材311,将对应于母线312、313的部分的基材311剥离并取下来。然后,在两个母线之间的基材上配置加热线。
特别是在采用蚀刻的情况下,作为一例,可以如下进行。首先,在基材311上隔着底涂层将金属箔进行干式层压。作为金属箔,例如可以使用铜。然后,通过对金属箔利用光刻法进行化学蚀刻处理,能够在基材311上将两个母线312、313、多个加热线6一体地进行图案形成。金属箔的厚度可以设为1μm~100μm。金属箔越薄,能够使化学蚀刻所需的时间越短,优选为1μm~50μm,进一步优选为1μm~15μm。特别是在使加热线6的线宽变小的情况(例如,15μm以下)下,优选使用薄的金属箔,可以通过蒸镀、溅射等将薄的金属层(例如,5μm以下)形成在基材311上,然后通过光刻实施图案化。
<1-2-2.粘接层>
两个粘接层32、33是用于夹持发热层31并且与玻璃板1、2进行粘接的片状的部件。两个粘接层32、33形成为与两个玻璃板1、2相同的大小,但是,在两个粘接层32、33分别在与内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22对应的位置形成有相同形状的切口部。另外,这些粘接层32、33可以由各种材料形成,例如可以由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)等形成。特别是由于聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂不仅与各玻璃板的粘接性优异,并且耐贯通性也优异,因而优选。其中,也可以在粘接层32、33与发热层31之间设置表面活性剂的层。利用这样的表面活性剂能够改性两层的表面,能够提高粘接力。
<1-2-3.中间膜的厚度>
另外,中间膜3的总厚度没有特别规定,优选为0.3~6.0mm,进一步优选为0.5~4.0mm,特别优选为0.6~2.0mm。另外,发热层31的基材311的厚度优选为0.01~2.0mm,进一步优选为0.03~0.6mm。另一方面,各粘接层32、33的厚度优选大于发热层31的厚度,具体而言,优选为0.1~2.0mm,进一步优选为0.1~1.0mm。其中,由于使第二粘接层33与基材311密合,夹在其中间的两个母线312、313、加热线6的厚度优选为3~20μm。
发热层31和粘接层32、33的厚度例如能够如下测定。首先,利用显微镜(例如,KEYENCE公司生产的VH-5500)将夹层玻璃的剖面扩大175倍显示。然后,通过目测特定发热层31和粘接层32、33的厚度,并测定该厚度。此时,为了排除因目测导致的偏差,将测定次数设为5次,将其平均值设为发热层31和粘接层32、33的厚度。
其中,中间膜3的发热层31和粘接层32、33的厚度无需在整个面恒定,例如,也可以设为楔形,以用于平视显示器所使用的夹层玻璃。在该情况下,关于中间膜3的发热层31和粘接层32、33的厚度,测定厚度最小处、即夹层玻璃的最下边部。在中间膜3为楔形的情况下,外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2并不平行配置,但是这样的配置也包括在本发明的玻璃板中。换言之,在本发明中包括例如,使用了厚度在每1m中变化3mm以下的变化率变大的发热层31和粘接层32、33的中间膜3时的外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2的配置。
<1-3.连接材料>
接着,对连接材料进行说明。连接材料41、42用于连接各母线312、313与连接端子(阳极端子或阴极端子:省略图示),由导电性的材料形成为片状。并且,对该连接端子施加大于12V的电压、例如48V的电源电压。以下,将与第一母线312连接的连接材料称作第一连接材料41,将与第二母线313连接的连接材料称作第二连接材料42。另外,由于两连接材料41、42的构成相同,以下主要对第一连接材料41进行说明。
第一连接材料41形成为矩形状,夹在第一母线312与第二粘接层33之间。并且,利用焊料等固定材料5固定在第一母线312。作为固定材料5,例如,优选使用150℃以下的低熔点的焊料,以在后述的组装风挡玻璃时能够用高压釜同时固定。另外,第一连接材料41形成为从第一母线312延伸至外侧玻璃板1的上端缘,并从形成在内侧玻璃板2的第一切口部21露出。并且,连接有延伸至电源的电缆的连接端子通过焊料等固定材料连接在该露出部分。如此,两连接材料41、42以不从两个玻璃板1、2的端部突出、且连接端子固定在从内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22露出的部分的方式形成。其中,两连接材料41、42由薄的材料形成,因此,如图2所示,可以弯折后用固定材料5将端部固定在母线312。
<1-4.遮挡层>
如图1所示,在该夹层玻璃的周缘,叠层有黑色等深色的陶瓷的遮挡层7。该遮挡层7为遮挡从车内或车外的视野的层,沿着夹层玻璃的4个边叠层。并且,两个母线312、313配置在被遮挡层7覆盖的位置。其中,图中的符号7表示遮挡层7的内缘。
遮挡层7可以是例如仅为外侧玻璃板11的内面、仅为内侧玻璃板12的内面、或者外侧玻璃板11的内面和内侧玻璃板12的内面、等各种方式。另外,可以由陶瓷、各种材料形成,例如,可以设为以下的组成。

陶瓷可以利用网板印刷法形成,除此以外,也可以通过将烧制用转印膜转印至玻璃板并进行烧制而制作。在采用网板印刷的情况下,可以设为例如,聚酯网版:355目,涂敷厚度:20μm,张力:20Nm,刮刀硬度:80度,安装角度:75°,印刷速度:300mm/s,能够在干燥炉中通过150℃、10分的干燥来形成陶瓷。
另外,除了叠层陶瓷以外,还能够通过粘贴深色的树脂制的遮挡膜来形成遮挡层7。
<2.风挡玻璃的制造方法>
接着,对风挡玻璃的制造方法进行说明。首先,对玻璃板的制造流程进行说明。
在此,一边参照图14和图15进一步详细地对成型模具进行说明。图14是成型模具所通过的炉的侧面图、图15是成型模具的俯视图。如图15所示,该成型模具800具有与两个玻璃板1、2的外形大致一致的框状的模具主体810。该模具主体810由于形成为框状,因而在内侧具有在上下方向上贯通的内部空间820。并且,平板状的两个玻璃板1、2的周缘部载置于该模具主体810的上表面。因此,从配置于下侧的加热器(省略图示)经由内部空间820对该玻璃板1、2加热。由此,两个玻璃板1、2通过加热而软化,由于自重而向下方弯曲。其中,有时在模具主体810的内周缘配置用于遮挡热的遮挡板840,能够由此调整玻璃板1、2的受热。另外,加热器不仅能够设于成型模具800的下方,还能够设于上方。
然后,在平板状的外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2叠层上述遮挡层7之后,将这些外侧玻璃板1和内侧玻璃板2重合,在由上述成型模具800支撑的状态下,如图14所示,通过加热炉802。在加热炉802内加热至软化点温度附近时,两个玻璃板1、2因自重而内侧比周缘部向下方弯曲,成型为曲面状。接下来,两个玻璃板1、2从加热炉802搬入缓冷炉803,进行缓冷处理。然后,两个玻璃板1、2从缓冷炉803向外部搬出,放置冷却。
这样成型外侧玻璃板11和内侧玻璃板12后,接下来,将中间膜3夹在外侧玻璃板11和内侧玻璃板12之间。具体而言,首先,依次叠层外侧玻璃板1、第一粘接层32、发热层31、第二粘接层33和内侧玻璃板2。此时,使发热层31的形成有第一母线312等的一面朝向第二粘接层33侧。另外,发热层31的上下的端部相比于内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22配置于内侧。进而使第一和第二粘接层32、33的切口部与内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22一致。由此,从内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22露出外侧玻璃板1。接下来,从各切口部21、22向发热层31与第二粘接层33之间插入各连接材料41、42。此时,在各连接材料41、42涂布作为固定材料5的低熔点的焊料,使该焊料配置于各母线312、313上。
将如此叠层了两个玻璃板1、2、中间膜3和连接材料41、42的叠层体装入橡胶袋,一边进行减压抽吸一边在约70~110℃下进行预粘接。预粘接的方法可以是除此以外的方法,可以采用以下的方法。例如,利用炉以45~65℃加热上述叠层体。接着,利用辊以0.45~0.55MPa挤压该叠层体。接下来,对于该叠层体,再次利用炉以80~105℃进行加热之后,利用辊以0.45~0.55MPa再次进行挤压。这样,完成预粘接。
接着,进行正式粘接。将经预粘接后的叠层体利用高压釜以例如8~15气压、100~150℃进行正式粘接。具体而言,例如,能够在14气压、135℃的条件下进行正式粘接。通过以上的预粘接和正式粘接,两个粘接层32、33以夹有发热层31的状态粘接于各玻璃板1、2。另外,连接材料41、42的焊料熔融,各连接材料41、42固定于各母线312、313。这样,制得本实施方式涉及的夹层玻璃。其中,也可以通过除此以外的方法、例如压制加工制造弯曲的风挡玻璃。
<3.风挡玻璃的使用方法>
如上所述构成的风挡玻璃被安装于车体,进而在各连接材料41、42固定有连接端子。然后,对各连接端子进行通电,电流经由连接材料41、42、各母线312、313施加于加热线6,产生发热。通过该发热,能够除去风挡玻璃的雾。
<4.特征>
如上所述,依据本实施方式能够得到以下的效果。
(1)如上所述,通过改变各加热线6的宽度、长度、间隔,能够在夹层玻璃中,在上下排列的区域和/或左右排列的区域中,使发热量变化。由此,例如,提高需要高防雾效果的驾驶者前方区域的发热量、或提高上下方向的中央区域的发热量等,能够自由地变更发热量的分布。
另外,关于提高发热量,单单增大加热线6的密度时,容易被驾驶者等乘员视觉辨认出,但不改变密度而通过改变宽度、长度来增大发热量时,能够使加热线6难以视觉辨认,能够防止妨碍驾驶者的视野的现象。特别是,将加热线6形成为正弦波时,从光学上抑制光芒,能够进一步防止妨碍驾驶者的视野的现象。
(2)由于两个母线312、313和加热线6由相同材料形成,两个母线312、313和加热线6的线性膨胀系数相同。由此,具有如下的优点。在两个母线312、313和加热线6由不同材料形成的情况下,线性膨胀系数不同,因此例如在分别制作这些部件而固定时,由于热循环测试等苛刻的环境变化,有可能出现加热线从母线剥离、由此引起构成夹层玻璃的2枚玻璃板彼此鼓起之类的不良,但是,如本实施方式这样,由相同材料形成两个母线312、313和加热线6时,能够防止这种不良。
(3)由于一体地形成两个母线312、313和加热线6,能够防止两者之间的接触不良,进而能够防止发热不良。关于发热不良进行详细说明则如下。一般而言,为了防雾而加热玻璃板时,为了防止玻璃裂纹的产生,要求控制电流值,以使加热温度的上限值成为例如70~80℃。相对于此,如果如上所述因接触电阻产生局部发热,则需要将该部分作为加热温度的上限值来进行电流值的控制。其结果,存在无法以加热线在整体上充分发热的方式进行控制的问题。然而,依据上述构成,能够防止局部发热,因此,能够使加热线也能够在整体上充分地发热。
(4)利用粘接层32、33夹持配置有两个母线312、313和加热线6的发热层31,将其配置于两个玻璃板1、2之间。因此,能够对于两个玻璃板1、2确可靠地固定发热层31。另外,通过利用第二粘接层33覆盖两个母线312、313和加热线6,能够防止它们与玻璃板接触。其结果,能够预先防止玻璃板的破裂等。
(5)上述实施方式中,利用2个连接材料41、42将各母线312、313和外部的端子连接,但是也可以考虑例如,准备宽度宽的母线,将该母线的不必要的部分剪切后,使一部分从切口部21、22露出,由此作为连接材料的代替。然而,这样设定时,还可以想到在剪切的母线的拐角部局部地产生发热。对此,本实施方式中,在各母线312、313固定了单独的连接材料41、42,因此能够防止这种局部发热。
(6)本实施方式中,将两个母线312、313以分别沿着玻璃板1、2的上边11和下边12的方式配置。因此,能够用遮挡层7遮蔽两个母线312、313,能够改善外观。
<5.变形例>
以上,对本发明的一种实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限定于上述实施方式,在不脱离其宗旨的范围内,能够进行各种变更。另外,以下的变形例可以适当进行组合。
<5.1>
上述各实施方式中,以各母线312、313被遮挡层7遮蔽的方式形成,但不限定于此,可以不被遮挡层7遮蔽。另外,也可以不设置遮挡层7。
<5.2>
上述实施方式中,由发热层31、和一对粘接层32、33的合计3层形成中间膜3,但不限定于此。换言之,中间膜3中至少包含两个母线312、313和加热线6即可。因此,例如,可以将粘接层设为仅1层,或者用粘接剂等将发热层31夹在两个玻璃板1、2之间。另外,也可以在发热层31不设置基材311。
具体而言,能够如下形成。换言之,如图16所示,将厚度为数十~数百μm的PVB作为基材311,在该基材311上通过蚀刻形成母线312、313和加热线6。接着,在基材311的配置有加热线6的一侧的表面叠层厚度为数百μm~数mm的PVB作为粘接层32。这样形成中间膜3。如此仅由PVB形成中间膜3时,由于不含PET,能够提高视觉辨认性。这是因为PET的雾度高的缘故。另外,PVB比PET柔软,因此跟随性高,能够防止产生褶皱。
<5.3>
发热层31能够形成各种的形状。例如,可以预先准备在基材311上形成有两个母线312、313和加热线6的片状的发热层31,将其适当切断,制成适当的形状后,配置于两个玻璃板1、2之间。因此,例如,如果玻璃板1、2的端缘是弯曲的,则与此对应地可以使基材311的端缘弯曲。另外,不必使发热层31与玻璃板1、2的形状完全一致,能够仅配置于想要获得防雾效果的部分,因此,能够形成比玻璃板1、2小的形状等各种的形状。其中,玻璃板1、2也可以形成为完整的矩形以外的各种形状。
上述实施方式中,在基材311上配置了两个母线312、313和加热线6,至少配置有加热线6即可。因此,例如,可以在两个粘接层32、33之间配置两个母线312、313。
<5.4>
另外,也可以用至少1个旁通线将邻接的加热线6彼此连接。由此,例如,即使一个加热线6断线,也可以由邻接的加热线6通电。旁通线的位置、个数没有特别限定。另外,旁通线的形状也没有特别限定,可以配置为倾斜地延伸、或形成为波形等、各种形状。其中,旁通线由与加热线314相同的金属材料形成,可以与加热线314一体地形成。
<5.5>
连接材料41、42的方式、内侧玻璃板2的切口部21、22的构成也没有特别限定。例如,如图17所示,也可以在内侧玻璃板2形成连接材料41、42的厚度左右的小的切口部21、22,将从各母线312、313延伸的连接材料41、42在该切口部21、22折叠,粘贴在内侧玻璃板2的表面。通过这样设定,能够防止连接材料41、42从夹层玻璃的端部在面向突出。
<5.6>
玻璃板1、2的形状没有特别限定,只要是外形上能够确定上边11、下边12、左边13、右边14的形状即可,不必是矩形状。另外,各边11~14可以为直线以外的曲线。
<5.7>
上述各实施方式中,在中间膜设置发热层,但也可以代替于此,将各母线312、313、加热线6通过网板印刷等形成在外侧玻璃板1的内面、或者内侧玻璃板2的内面。在该情况下,发热层31可以仅由基材311形成、或者可以仅为至少1枚粘接层。并且,各母线312、313、加热线6的配置可以如上述各实施方式那样。
<5.8>
上述实施方式中,示出了将本发明的夹层玻璃用于汽车的风挡玻璃的例子,但不限定于此,还可以用于电车等其它交通工具、建筑物的窗玻璃等。

Claims (10)
1.一种夹层玻璃,其特征在于,包括:
矩形状的第一玻璃板,具有第一边和与所述第一边相对的第二边;
与所述第一玻璃大致相同形状的第二玻璃板,与所述第一玻璃板相对配置;和
中间膜,配置于所述第一玻璃板与第二玻璃板之间,
其中,所述中间膜具有:
沿所述第一边侧的端部延伸的第一母线、
沿所述第二边侧的端部延伸的第二母线、和
以连结所述第一母线和第二母线的方式并列配置的多个加热线,
调整所述多个加热线的长度、宽度、间隔中的至少1者,使得在所述第一母线与第二母线之间形成发热量不同的多个区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
其构成车辆用风挡玻璃,
配置为与驾驶者相对的区域的发热量大于其它的区域的发热量的方式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
至少1个所述加热线是通过在长度方向上组合宽度不同的多个部位来形成的。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
至少1个所述加热线包括具有曲线的至少1个曲线部。
5.如权利要求4所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
所述曲线部具有波状的曲线。
6.如权利要求4所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
所述曲线部形成正弦波状,
至少一组邻接的所述加热线的至少一部分由所述曲线部构成,
在邻接的所述曲线部中,构成该各曲线部的波的中心线之间的距离为该各曲线部的振幅的2倍以上。
7.如权利要求4~6中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
至少1个所述加热线具有多个所述曲线部,该各曲线部的长度彼此不同。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
所述多个加热线的至少一部分以间隔彼此不同的方式形成。
9.如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
所述多个加热线的至少一部分以宽度彼此不同的方式形成。
10.如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:
所述多个加热线的至少一部分以长度彼此不同的方式形成。
