本发明涉及地板制备领域,具体涉及一种磁性吸附的石塑地板,其自上而下包括地板上层和地板下层,所述地板上层朝向空气,所述地板下层朝向地面;所述地板上层自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜和含铁基材层热压而成;所述地板下层自上而下由磁胶片和高填充PVC基材热压而成。本发明提供的磁性吸附的石塑地板的各个原料层进入层压机中热压成型后,所制出含有铁元素的地板上层可直接贴在具有磁性的地板下层上,施工中无需使用胶黏剂,降低胶黏剂可能产生的环境污染,提高室内空气质量,所得石塑地板质轻,耐磨,防燃,防潮,防霉。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板制备领域,具体涉及一种磁性吸附的石塑地板。
背景技术
现有的石塑地板一般采用粘胶剂将地板粘贴地面或者在地板与地板之间以不干胶连接,或者地板与地板之间以卡扣方式连接铺设。胶水铺设的方式需要在铺设安装地板前增加一道涂设胶水的工序,既耗费人力有耗费时间,而且增加胶水也容易导致甲醛等有害人体的物质含量超标。而且利用胶水铺设地板,随着使用时间的增长,胶水逐步老化以及本身地板所承受的张力不平衡,地板很容易发生脱胶起翘、开裂、拱起等现象。卡扣式塑料地板不仅生产工艺复杂,精度要求高,而且遇潮湿环境同样会出现开裂、起翘等问题。
市售的地板遇有拆换情形时,不易进行,甚至常会破坏原有地板的结构。因此,研究一种新型的地板以改变传统PVC地板的铺装模式,将会符合目前市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可多次重复利用,避免铺设过程中胶水和锁扣使用,提高铺设效率的磁性吸附的石塑地板。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种磁性吸附的石塑地板,自上而下包括地板上层和地板下层,所述地板上层朝向空气,所述地板下层朝向地面;
所述地板上层自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和含铁基材层热压而成;所述含铁基材层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂粉,增塑剂,硬脂酸钙,硬脂酸锌,石粉和铁质粉体;所述PVC透明层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述地板下层自上而下由磁胶片和高填充PVC基材热压而成;所述磁胶片包括以下原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂,增塑剂,ACR加工助剂,热稳定剂和磁粉。
本发明提供的磁性吸附的石塑地板,具有以下优点:1)各个原料层进入层压机中热压成型后,制出含有铁元素的地板上层可直接贴在具有磁性的地板下层上,施工中无需使用胶黏剂,降低胶黏剂可能产生的环境污染,提高室内空气质量;2)使用中起到消音降噪之效果;3)通过磁场调整人体代谢、改善血液循环等保健功效;4)降低地板铺设的人工成本,且产品损坏后维修更换简易,便捷;5)解决锁扣产品拼铺方式单一,实现产品拼铺多样化,所得石塑地板质轻,耐磨,防燃,防潮,防霉。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明提供一种磁性吸附的石塑地板,自上而下包括地板上层和地板下层,所述地板上层朝向空气,所述地板下层朝向地面;
所述地板上层自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和含铁基材层热压而成;所述含铁基材层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂粉,增塑剂,硬脂酸钙,硬脂酸锌,石粉和铁质粉体;
所述PVC耐磨层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO 1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
所述地板下层自上而下由磁胶片和高填充PVC基材热压而成;所述磁胶片包括以下原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂,增塑剂,ACR加工助剂,热稳定剂和磁粉。

本发明提供的磁性吸附的石塑地板,具有以下优点:1)施工中无需使用胶黏剂,降低胶黏剂可能产生的环境污染,提高室内空气质量;2)使用中起到消音降噪之效果;3)通过磁场调整人体代谢、改善血液循环等保健功效;4)降低地板铺设的人工成本,且产品损坏后维修更换简易,便捷;5)解决锁扣产品拼铺方式单一,实现产品拼铺多样化。6)本发明的石塑地板的含铁基材层中石粉等助剂的添加能增加石塑地板的弹性,并使脚感舒适,同时石粉的添加能使磁性吸附地板具有很强的抗冲击性,对于重物冲击破坏有很强的弹性恢复,不会造成损坏。含铁基材层添加重质碳酸钙能够提高PVC材料韧性和强度,然而会降低含铁基材层与其他材料的剥离强度,因此在含铁基材层和PVC耐磨层之间加入PVC彩膜层,避免含铁基材层和PVC彩膜层直接粘连容易发生剥离的问题。
实施例一
一种磁性吸附的石塑地板,自上而下包括地板上层和地板下层,所述地板上层朝向空气,所述地板下层朝向地面;
所述地板上层自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和含铁基材层热压而成;所述热压的温度为100-160℃,压力3-15kgf/cm2,时间为20-60min。
所述PVC耐磨层和PVC彩膜层的制备如下:
1、PVC耐磨层原料:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO 1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
2、制备方法:
A)首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂及其它助剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到130-160℃后,转速为200~300rpm,混合搅拌均匀;
B)搅拌5-10min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到五辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应透明耐磨层。
所述含铁基材层的制备如下:
1、原料及成分:PVC树脂粉80-120份,增塑剂20-50份,硬脂酸钙1-10份,硬脂酸锌1-10份,石粉50-300份和铁质粉体100-500份。
所述铁质粉体主要成分还原铁粉,大概占95%,氧化铁2%,碳1%,其它成分2%。
2、制备方法:
A)首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到60-120℃后,转速为100-300r/min,混合搅拌均匀;
B)搅拌2-5min后,按所需量加入石粉、铁质粉体及其它助剂,转速为100-300r/min,继续搅拌5-10min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应料片。
所述地板下层自上而下由磁胶片和高填充PVC基材热压而成;所述高填充PVC基材下表面设有防滑纹路。
所述磁胶片的制备如下:
1、所述磁胶片包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。所述PVC-CPE共混树脂包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,CPE树脂20-50份;所述磁粉主要成分为:氧化铁60%,碳酸钡30%,其它成分10%。
2、制备方法:
A)首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC-CPE共混树脂,增塑剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到80-100℃后,转速为100~300r/min,混合搅拌均匀;
B)搅拌2-5min后,按所需量加入加工助剂ACR,稳定剂和磁粉,转速为100-300r/min,继续搅拌5-10min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应料片。
所述高填充PVC基材的制备方法如下:
1、原料及成分:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,稳定剂1-10份,钙粉200-600份,ACR1-10份,CPE1-10份,PE蜡1-10份。
2、制备方法:
首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到100-150℃后,转速为100~300r/min,混合搅拌均匀;
搅拌2-5min后,按所需量加入石粉及其它助剂,转速为100-300r/min,继续搅拌5-100min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应料片。
上述磁性吸附的石塑地板的生产方法为:1)PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和含铁基材层经热压成型为半成品,经过UV回火、裁切、削边倒角制成地板上层;2)磁胶片、高填充PVC基材通过热压成型,再经过裁切成大尺寸制成地板下层;3)施工时先将地板下层铺在平整的基面上,再将地板上层按照客户需求的拼花当时通过磁力作用吸附在地板下层。
本发明提供的磁性吸附的石塑地板,具有以下优点:1)施工中无需使用胶黏剂,降低胶黏剂可能产生的环境污染,提高室内空气质量;2)使用中起到消音降噪之效果;3)通过磁场调整人体代谢、改善血液循环等保健功效;4)降低地板铺设的人工成本,且产品损坏后维修更换简易,便捷;5)解决锁扣产品拼铺方式单一,实现产品拼铺多样化。6)本发明的石塑地板的含铁基材层中石粉等助剂的添加能增加石塑地板的弹性,并使脚感舒适,同时石粉的添加能使磁性吸附地板具有很强的抗冲击性,对于重物冲击破坏有很强的弹性恢复,不会造成损坏。含含铁基材层添加重质碳酸钙能够提高PVC材料韧性和强度,然而会降低含铁基材层与其他材料的剥离强度,因此在含铁基材层和PVC耐磨层之间加入PVC彩膜层,避免含铁基材层和PVC彩膜层直接粘连容易发生剥离的问题。

Claims (7)

1.一种磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,自上而下包括地板上层和地板下层,所述地板上层朝向空气,所述地板下层朝向地面;
所述地板上层自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和含铁基材层热压而成;所述含铁基材层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂粉,增塑剂,硬脂酸钙,硬脂酸锌,石粉和铁质粉体;
所述PVC耐磨层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
所述地板下层自上而下由磁胶片和高填充PVC基材热压而成;所述磁胶片包括以下原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂,增塑剂,加工助剂,热稳定剂和磁粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述含铁基材层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂粉80-120份,增塑剂20-50份,硬脂酸钙1-10份,硬脂酸锌1-10份,石粉50-300份和铁质粉体100-500份。
3.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述磁胶片包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。
4.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述热压的温度为100-160℃,压力3-15kgf/cm2,时间为20-60min。
5.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述石粉为重质碳酸钙。
6.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述磁性吸附的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述高填充PVC基材下表面设有防滑纹路。
