Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型静音硬质PVC地板的制备方法,此款硬质PVC地板不使用增塑剂,且最下层采用新型发泡PE垫层,将PE发泡交联成型后,背面背压敏胶,贴上离型膜,在实际生产使用时,只需撕去离型膜,将其贴于常规硬质PVC地板后面即可,不使用热熔胶,节省涂胶工序,避免胶在融化状态下所产生的有害物质,环保无污染,改善员工的工作环境,提高产品的环保性;此外,有效加快生产过程,提高效率;且放料机、辊涂机、压料辊以及收料机等设备都无需使用,每条生产线可节省5‑6名员工,从而降低人工、物料、设备成本。简化了生产工序,缩短了生产周期,整个地板生产周期可缩短3‑5天,大大节省时间成本。制备的地板平整度好,剥离强度和翘曲都符合国家或行业相关标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板的制备领域,尤其是涉及一种环保型静音地板的制备方法。
背景技术
静音PVC地板柔软、安静、舒适、耐磨,其独有的隔音效果和保温性能非常适合应用于卧室、会议室、图书馆、录音棚等场所。但目前市场上的静音PVC地板产品生产工艺主要为传统工艺,采用热溶胶将IXPE或者软木贴于PVC地板背面,存在不少缺点。
一方面热熔胶在固体热熔胶在使用过程中,在融化状态下,会产生一定有害物质,影响操作人员的身体健康;另一方面涂胶工序在实际生产使用时也无形增加了操作难度,若能省去,将会提高生产效率。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提出了一种环保型静音地板的制备方法,环保无有害物质产生,节省工序,提高生产效率。
技术方案:为达以上目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种环保型静音地板的制备方法,具体的将新型发泡PE垫层贴于硬质PVC地板背面,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)硬质PVC地板半成品的生产:将所需量的PVC树脂,石粉,内润滑剂,硬脂酸,抗冲改性剂、着色剂充分混合后,喂料进双螺杆挤出机,彩膜和透明片直接贴合于硬质基材表面,得到硬质PVC大张地板半成品;
(2)将大张地板再进行UV、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成所需尺寸;
(3)将相应尺寸的背胶新型发泡PE垫层的底层撕去离型膜,贴于地板背面得成品。
更进一步的,步骤(1)中具体生产工艺如下:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂,石粉、硬脂酸、内润滑剂、抗冲改性剂,着色剂添加到高速混合机,设定温度为100~120℃后,一边升高温度一边在转速为200~320r/min的速度下混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌10~15min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内,喂料进双螺杆挤出机,螺杆区域温度190-210℃,出口模具的温度185-195℃;压延温度190-225℃,得到硬质PVC基材,为直贴型地板,在基材出压延辊时,彩膜和透明片直接贴合于基材表面,贴合辊的温度为165-190℃,得到硬质PVC大张地板。不需要经过模压机进行压制,减少加工工序。
更进一步的,地板背面采用深压纹,增加表面粗糙度,有利于后续胶黏力的提升。
更进一步的,所述硬质PVC地板半成品的配方以重量计算包括如下物质:PVC树脂90~120份、石粉250~400份、硬脂酸0~10份,内润滑剂0~6份、抗冲加工改性剂2-10份、着色剂1~4份。
更进一步的,所述背胶新型发泡PE垫层的制备方法如下:将PE发泡交联成型后,PE垫经电晕机电晕;电晕后,表面张力较大,有利于增大压敏胶的粘结力,PE垫背面背压敏胶,贴上离型膜既得。
更进一步的,所述压敏胶为改性丙烯酸酯压敏胶。
更进一步的,所述压敏胶的涂胶厚度控制在0.01-0.05mm。
由于底层PE和上层PVC为不同材料,因此回收时需将两种材料分开,控制胶黏力,不能太小粘不牢,也不能太大,撕不开,不利于回收;采用自定义胶黏力测试方法,需符合一定要求,所贴PE垫在负重100g的情况下可移动10cm的所需时间大于30s以上。
有益效果:
(1)新型PE垫层的发泡倍数,隔音效果都能达到现有隔音地板的效果;
(2)新型PE垫层与地板的粘结力强,不亚于热熔胶处理的地板。
(3)在实际生产使用时,只需撕去离型膜,粘贴使用即可,避免使用热熔胶,节省涂胶工序,避免了固体热熔胶在使用过程中,在融化状态下所产生的有害物质,环保无污染,改善员工的工作环境,提高产品的环保性;
(4)此外,有效加快生产过程,提高效率;且放料机、辊涂机、压料辊以及收料机等设备都无需使用,每条生产线可节省5-6名员工,从而降低人工、物料、设备成本。
(5)不受温湿度影响,产品的良率得以提高。
(6)简化了生产工序,缩短了生产周期,整个地板生产周期可缩短3-5天,大大节省时间成本。
(7)制备的地板平整度好,剥离强度和翘曲都符合国家或行业相关标准。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种环保型静音地板的制备方法,具体的将新型发泡PE垫层贴于硬质PVC地板背面,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)硬质PVC地板半成品的生产:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂100份、石粉280份、硬脂酸3份,内润滑剂5份、抗冲加工改性剂5份、着色剂3份添加到高速混合机,设定温度为110℃后,一边升高温度一边在转速为250r/min的速度下混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌12min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内,喂料进双螺杆挤出机,螺杆区域温度195℃,出口模具的温度185℃;压延温度195℃,得到硬质PVC基材,为直贴型地板,在基材出压延辊时,彩膜和透明片直接贴合于基材表面,贴合辊的温度为170℃,得到硬质PVC大张地板。不需要经过模压机进行压制,减少加工工序;地板背面采用深压纹,增加表面粗糙度,有利于后续胶黏力的提升。
(2)将大张地板再进行UV、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成所需尺寸;
(3)将相应尺寸的背胶新型发泡PE垫层的底层撕去离型膜,贴于地板背面得成品;所述背胶新型发泡PE垫层的制备方法如下:将PE发泡交联成型后,PE垫经电晕机电晕;电晕后,表面张力较大,有利于增大压敏胶的粘结力,PE垫背面背压敏胶,贴上离型膜既得;所述压敏胶为改性丙烯酸酯压敏胶;涂胶厚度控制在0.02mm。
实施例2:
一种环保型静音地板的制备方法,具体的将新型发泡PE垫层贴于硬质PVC地板背面,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)硬质PVC地板半成品的生产:称取相应重量份的各原料,将PVC树脂110份、石粉350份、硬脂酸8份,内润滑剂4份、抗冲加工改性剂8份、着色剂1~4份添加到高速混合机,设定温度为110℃后,一边升高温度一边在转速为300r/min的速度下混合搅拌均匀,达到温度后同时启动冷混,将高速混合机里的物料卸至冷混机搅拌13min;冷混好的物料卸至储料罐内,喂料进双螺杆挤出机,螺杆区域温度200℃,出口模具的温度190℃;压延温度215℃,得到硬质PVC基材,为直贴型地板,在基材出压延辊时,彩膜和透明片直接贴合于基材表面,贴合辊的温度为185℃,得到硬质PVC大张地板。不需要经过模压机进行压制,减少加工工序;地板背面采用深压纹,增加表面粗糙度,有利于后续胶黏力的提升;
(2)将大张地板再进行UV、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成所需尺寸;

制备方法基本与实施例1相同,不同之处在于使用的为普通的PE垫层,背敏胶也为普通背敏胶。
对实施例1-2制备而成的地板成品以及对比例1制备的地板性能进行测试,具体性能指标为平整度,剥离强度,翘曲、隔音效果,分别利用塞尺、拉力机测试翘曲,根据ASTME492测试隔音效果,通过撞击隔音等级(IIC)来评判隔音效果,并测试使用的IXPE性能。
测试结果如表1所示:

表1的数据可以看出,本发明实施例1-2制备的环保型静音地板在翘曲,平整度以及隔音效果上等方面指标与对比例1接近,都满足行业标准,但是在剥离强度上对比例1较差,对比例1相对于实施例1-2来说,在实际生产使用时,只需撕去离型膜,粘贴使用即可,避免使用热熔胶,节省涂胶工序,避免了固体热熔胶在使用过程中,在融化状态下所产生的有害物质,环保无污染,改善员工的工作环境,提高产品的环保性;且放料机、辊涂机、压料辊以及收料机等设备都无需使用,每条生产线可节省5-6名员工,从而降低人工、物料、设备成本。简化了生产工序,缩短了生产周期,整个地板生产周期可缩短3-5天,大大节省时间成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保型静音地板的制备方法,其特征在于将新型发泡PE垫层贴于硬质PVC地板背面,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)硬质PVC地板半成品的生产:将所需量的PVC树脂,石粉,内润滑剂,硬脂酸,抗冲改性剂、着色剂充分混合后,喂料进双螺杆挤出机,彩膜和透明片直接贴合于硬质基材表面,得到硬质PVC大张地板半成品;
(2)将大张地板再进行UV、回火等处理,再恒温房静置72h后,开槽、冲切制成所需尺寸;
(3)将相应尺寸的背胶新型发泡PE垫层的底层撕去离型膜,贴于地板背面得成品。
