技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体涉及一种TPU合金地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
石塑地板因具有防水、耐磨、使用寿命长等特点而深受广大消费者喜爱,一般由PVC(聚氯乙烯)底材层、PVC中间层、装饰层、耐磨PVC层、UV油漆涂装层依次接合而成,由此得到的石塑地板强度不高,产品性能不稳定,表面耐磨性表现一般。
热可塑性TPU弹性体,由于弹性好、物性佳、各种机械强度都很好,因此,广泛用于射出、押出、压延及溶解成溶液型树脂等加工方式,是塑胶加工业者经常使用的塑胶材料,但纯TPU薄膜生产成本较高,耐黄变性能相对较差。
如何利用TPU薄膜的特性,将其应用到石塑地板中去,以最合适的配比寻求最适宜的其他共同复合的材料,以解决现有石塑地板存在的问题值得研究。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨耐刮性能好,成本低廉的TPU合金地板及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种TPU合金地板制备方法,其特征在于,所述TPU合金地板从上到下包括:UV涂层、TPU合金耐磨层、彩膜、PVC透明层、PVC中层和PVC底层;
所述TPU合金耐磨层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、TPU颗粒20~100份、增塑剂20~32份、大豆油ESO2~5份、钙锌复合稳定剂1.5~3.5份;
所述TPU合金耐磨层由上述原料进行压延工艺生产得到;
所述PVC透明层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂26~38份、大豆油ESO2~5份、钙锌复合稳定剂1.5~3.5份、ACR加工助剂0.5~2份;
所述PVC中层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂28~45份、钙锌复合稳定剂1~3份、重质碳酸钙300~500份、松香0.3~1份、ACR加工助剂0.5~2份;
所述PVC底层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂25~35份、钙锌复合稳定剂1~3份、重质碳酸钙100~190份;
所述TPU合金地板的制备方法包括:
(1)将TPU合金耐磨层、彩膜、PVC透明层、PVC中层和PVC底层由上到下依次铺好;
(2)将步骤(1)铺好的各层放置于层压机上,设定好压力、时间和温度进行层压。

本发明的有益效果在于:利用TPU合金耐磨层代替传统PVC耐磨层,耐磨防刮能力大幅度提高,产品性能稳定,质量较佳;TPU合金耐磨层相比纯TPU耐磨层价格更低廉,生产过程更简便;TPU合金耐磨由PVC树脂和TPU颗粒按一定重量比例混合并加入其它添加剂改性制成,在保证足够的耐磨性能的同时能够降低原料成本;TPU合金地板同时具备PVC石塑地板和纯TPU石塑地板优点,不仅具有较好的耐磨防刮性能,同时制备方法较为简单。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明提供一种TPU合金地板,所述TPU合金地板从上到下包括:UV涂层、TPU合金耐磨层、彩膜、PVC透明层、PVC中层和PVC底层;
所述TPU合金耐磨层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、TPU颗粒20~100份、增塑剂20~32份、大豆油ESO2~5份、钙锌复合稳定剂1.5~3.5份;
所述TPU合金耐磨层由上述原料进行压延工艺生产得到;
所述PVC透明层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂26~38份、大豆油ESO2~5份、钙锌复合稳定剂1.5~3.5份、ACR加工助剂0.5~2份;

本发明的原理:UV涂层对环境不造成污染,覆盖于TPU合金耐磨层之上能够进一步提高TPU合金地板的表面硬度和耐磨抗刮性;PVC透明层和PVC中、底层的区别在于PVC透明层中不含重质碳酸钙成分,PVC中、底层中添加重质碳酸钙能够提高PVC材料硬度和比重,然而会降低PVC材料与其他材料的剥离强度,因此在PVC中层和彩膜之间加入不含重质碳酸钙成分的PVC透明层,避免PVC中层和彩膜直接粘连容易发生剥离的问题;TPU颗粒成本较高,TPU合金耐磨层的原料中TPU颗粒与PVC树脂的重量比例为1:1.0~5,这样的配比能够很好的保证生产出的TPU合金耐磨层具有足够的耐磨抗刮性,同时也能够最大程度的降低TPU合金耐磨层的原料成本。

进一步的,所述步骤(2)中层压的温度为120-150℃,压力6-15kgf/cm2,时间为30-45min。
由上描述可知,上述的层压参数效果有利于本发明的TPU合金地板有足够的贴合牢度、不会分层。
进一步的,所述TPU合金耐磨层制备流程为:
(1)将TPU合金耐磨层的制备原料中除TPU颗粒的其他原料加入搅拌机进行高速搅拌混合;
(2)将混合后的原料投入密炼机混炼,并在混炼过程中加入TPU颗粒;
(3)将混炼后的原料投入开炼机塑化;
(4)将塑化后的原料放入挤出机进行过滤;
(5)最后将经过过滤后的原料经过压延机进行压延、引离、压花、冷却定型和卷曲。
由上描述可知,TPU颗粒需要在高温融化后才能很好的与其他材料均匀混合。
进一步的,所述TPU颗粒的硬度范围为75-95A。
由上描述可知,硬度范围为75-95A的TPU颗粒能够满足TPU合金耐磨层的硬度要求。

一种TPU合金地板的制备方法,所述TPU合金地板从上到下包括:UV涂层、TPU合金耐磨层、彩膜、PVC透明层、PVC中层和PVC底层;TPU合金耐磨层包括如下重量份数的原料:PVC树脂100份、TPU颗粒20份、增塑剂20份、大豆油ESO2份、钙锌复合稳定剂1.5份;TPU合金耐磨层由上述原料进行压延工艺生产得到;优选的,TPU颗粒的硬度范围为75A;优选的,TPU合金耐磨层的原料还包括工业颜料,工业颜料重量份数为0.5份;优选的,PVC树脂的聚合度范围为1000。
上述TPU合金地板的制备方法包括:将TPU合金耐磨层、彩膜、PVC透明层、PVC中层和PVC底层由上到下依次铺好;将步骤铺好的各层放置于层压机上,设定好压力、时间和温度进行层压。层压的温度为120-150℃,压力6-15kgf/cm2,时间为30-45min。层压后的大块地板经过UV淋膜→回火→冲切→削边、倒角→最终得到地板成品。
TPU合金耐磨层制备流程为:

(2)将混合后的原料投入密炼机混炼,并在混炼过程中加入TPU颗粒;
(3)将混炼后的原料投入开炼机塑化;
(4)将塑化后的原料放入挤出机进行过滤;
(5)最后将经过过滤后的原料经过压延机进行压延、引离、压花、冷却定型和卷曲。

6.根据权利要求1所述TPU合金地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVC树脂的聚合度范围为1000-1300。
