Abstract
本发明涉及地板制备领域,具体涉及一种磁性石塑地板,所述磁性石塑地板用于地板铺设过程中铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,所述自流平找平层包括如下重量份组分:砂浆60~80份,铁质粉体20~40份;所述磁性石塑地板自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层热压而成。本发明提供的磁性石塑地板各个原料层进入层压机中热压成型后,制出含有磁性的磁性石塑地板,可直接铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,自流平找平层中包含铁质粉体,相对于现有技术的磁性吸附的下层设有磁性,本发明在自流平找平层中可较大量的设置较廉价的铁质粉体,进一步提高了磁性石塑地板与自流平找平层的吸附力,提高地板稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及地板制备技术领域,具体涉及一种磁性石塑地板。
背景技术
现有的石塑地板一般采用粘胶剂将地板粘贴地面或者在地板与地板之间以不干胶连接,或者地板与地板之间以卡扣方式连接铺设。胶水铺设的方式需要在铺设安装地板前增加一道涂设胶水的工序,既耗费人力有耗费时间,而且增加胶水也容易导致甲醛等有害人体的物质含量超标。而且利用胶水铺设地板,随着使用时间的增长,胶水逐步老化以及本身地板所承受的张力不平衡,地板很容易发生脱胶起翘、开裂、拱起等现象。卡扣式塑料地板不仅生产工艺复杂,精度要求高,而且遇潮湿环境同样会出现开裂、起翘等问题。
市售的地板遇有拆换情形时,不易进行,甚至常会破坏原有地板的结构。因此,研究一种新型的地板以改变传统PVC地板的铺装模式,将会符合目前市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可多次重复利用,避免铺设过程中胶水和锁扣使用,提高铺设效率的磁性石塑地板。
本发明提供的技术方案为:提供一种磁性石塑地板,所述磁性石塑地板用于地板铺设过程中铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,所述自流平找平层包括如下重量份组分:砂浆60~80份,铁质粉体20~40份;
所述磁性石塑地板自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层热压而成;
所述PVC耐磨层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO 1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
所述磁胶片层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。
本发明提供的磁性石塑地板,具有以下优点:1)各个原料层进入层压机中热压成型后,制出含有磁性的磁性石塑地板,可直接铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,自流平找平层中包含铁质粉体,相对于现有技术的磁性吸附的下层设有磁性,本发明在自流平找平层中可较大量的设置较廉价的铁质粉体,进一步提高了磁性石塑地板与自流平找平层的吸附力,提高地板稳定性。2)通过磁场调整人体代谢、改善血液循环等保健功效;3)降低地板铺设的人工成本,且产品损坏后维修更换简易,便捷;5)解决锁扣产品拼铺方式单一,实现产品拼铺多样化,所得石塑地板质轻,耐磨,防燃,防潮,防霉。6)在磁胶片层和PVC耐磨层之间加入PVC彩膜层,避免磁胶片层和PVC彩膜层直接粘连容易发生剥离的问题。
具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明提供一种磁性石塑地板,所述磁性石塑地板用于地板铺设过程中铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,所述自流平找平层包括如下重量份组分:砂浆60~80份,铁质粉体20~40份;
所述磁性石塑地板自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层热压而成;
所述PVC耐磨层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO 1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
所述磁胶片层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。
进一步的,上述磁性石塑地板中,所述铁质粉体包括如下重量份组分:还原铁粉90-95份,氧化铁2-3份,碳1-2份。
进一步的,上述磁性石塑地板中,所述自流平找平层的厚度为5-20mm。
进一步的,上述磁性石塑地板中,所述热压的温度为120-150℃,压力8-15kgf/cm2,时间为30-45min。
进一步的,上述磁性石塑地板中,所述增塑剂为氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯。
实施例一
一种磁性石塑地板,所述磁性石塑地板用于地板铺设过程中铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,所述自流平找平层包括如下重量份组分:砂浆60~80份,铁质粉体20~40份;
所述磁性石塑地板自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层热压而成;
所述热压的温度为100-160℃,压力3-15kgf/cm2,时间为20-60min。
所述PVC耐磨层和PVC彩膜层的制备如下:
1、PVC耐磨层原料:PVC树脂100份,氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,氯代甲氧基脂肪酸甲酯1-20份,大豆油ESO 1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
2、制备方法:
A)首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂及其它助剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到130-160℃后,转速为200~300rpm,混合搅拌均匀;
B)搅拌5-10min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到五辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应透明耐磨层。
所述磁胶片层的制备如下:
1、所述磁胶片层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。所述PVC-CPE共混树脂包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,CPE树脂20-50份;所述磁粉主要成分为:氧化铁60%,碳酸钡30%,其它成分10%。
2、制备方法:
A)首先对原材料进行检验合格后,按照配方规定眼球称取相应重量份的各种原料,将PVC-CPE共混树脂,增塑剂添加到高速搅拌机,升高温度到80-100℃后,转速为100~300r/min,混合搅拌均匀;
B)搅拌2-5min后,按所需量加入加工助剂ACR,稳定剂和磁粉,转速为100-300r/min,继续搅拌5-10min后,将步骤A)中高速混合机中的物料卸至储料罐备用;
C)将储料罐中物料送入密炼机进行初步塑化后,再将初步塑化的物料输送二辊开炼,最后到四辊压延机塑化压延成所需规格要求厚度的相应料片。
上述磁性石塑地板的施工:1)PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层经热压成型为半成品,经过UV回火、裁切、削边倒角制成,施工时按照客户需求的拼花,将磁性石塑地板通过磁力作用吸附在自流平找平层。
自流平找平层制备:将砂浆80-90份和铁质粉体10-20份混合均衡,所述铁质粉体包括如下重量份组分:还原铁粉90-95份,氧化铁2-3份,碳1-2份。
自流平找平层施工中,须先在所述混凝土结构基层上涂覆界面剂层,然后再摊铺一厚层自流平找平层,并通过所述界面剂层实现厚层自流平找平层与混凝土结构基层的有效、可靠的粘附。所述自流平材料倒在凹凸不平的混凝土结构基层上,快速大面积找平,8-12小时可上人行走,约3天后可铺装磁性石塑地板。

1.一种磁性石塑地板,其特征在于,所述磁性石塑地板用于地板铺设过程中铺设于地面上的自流平找平层上,所述自流平找平层包括如下重量份组分:砂浆60~80份,铁质粉体20~40份;
所述磁性石塑地板自上而下由PVC耐磨层、PVC彩膜层和磁胶片层热压而成;
所述PVC耐磨层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂20-50份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-10份和ACR加工助剂1-10份;
所述PVC彩膜层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂1-20份,大豆油ESO1-10份,钙锌复合稳定剂1-5份和ACR加工助剂1-5份;
所述磁胶片层包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:PVC-CPE共混树脂100份,增塑剂10-50份,ACR加工助剂1-10份,热稳定剂1-10份和磁粉300-1000份。
