Abstract

本发明所述一种薄膜,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000‑1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入40‑60份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、2‑4份的环氧大豆油、3‑5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯2‑4份,0.5‑2份1010抗氧剂,提高了薄膜的耐磨性和韧性,有效延长了薄膜的使用寿命。

一种薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜生产技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride polymer=PVC分子结构),是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~12万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2
PVC为微黄色半透明状,有光泽,透明度胜于聚乙烯、聚丙烯,差于聚苯乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,因此PVC膜被广泛应用于各个行业。
但是,现有的PVC薄膜耐磨性能差,而且韧性也较差。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种薄膜及其制备方法,其耐磨性能好,韧性好,而且环境友好,使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种薄膜,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入40-60份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、2-4份的环氧大豆油、3-5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯2-4份,0.5-2份1010抗氧剂。
进一步,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入50份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、3份的环氧大豆油、3.4份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯3.5份,1份1010抗氧剂。
进一步,还包括2-3份的防霉防藻剂。
进一步,所述防霉防藻剂为吡啶硫铜锌类化合物。
进一步,还包括3-5份的石蜡。
一种薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、2-4份的环氧大豆油、3-5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、0.5-2份1010抗氧剂和防霉防藻剂先经过-15℃冷冻处理60-90分钟;
(2)将处理步骤(1)处理好的材料与所述氧化石墨烯和石蜡使用高混机于T1110-115℃混合,保温3-5分钟;
(3)将高混机升温至T2125-135℃,并向其中加入所述增塑剂,保温10-12分钟;
(4)将高混机降温至T3108-112℃,保温2-4分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的物料使用密炼机进行进一步的混合塑化;
(6)过滤机过滤杂质;
(7)压延后,冷却定形,得成品。
进一步,步骤(3)中,所述增塑剂通过喷雾法加入混合机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种薄膜,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入40-60份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、2-4份的环氧大豆油、3-5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯2-4份,0.5-2份1010抗氧剂,提高了薄膜的耐磨性和韧性,有效延长了薄膜的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述一种薄膜,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入50份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、3份的环氧大豆油、3.4份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯3.5份,1份1010抗氧剂,同时还包括2.7份的防霉防藻剂和3.2份的石蜡,在本实施例中,防霉防藻剂为吡啶硫铜锌类化合物。
一种薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、3份的环氧大豆油、3.4份的钙锌复合稳定剂、1份1010抗氧剂和防霉防藻剂先经过-15℃冷冻处理60-90分钟;
(2)将处理步骤(1)处理好的材料与所述氧化石墨烯和石蜡使用高混机于T1110-115℃混合,保温3-5分钟;
(3)将高混机升温至T2125-135℃,并向其中加入所述增塑剂,保温10-12分钟,增塑剂通过喷雾法加入混合机;
(4)将高混机降温至T3108-112℃,保温2-4分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的物料使用密炼机进行进一步的混合塑化;
(6)过滤机过滤杂质;
(7)压延后,冷却定形,得成品。
石蜡能有效改善其熔融后对助剂的分散作用,提升助剂改性效果,氧化石墨烯有效提高薄膜的韧性和耐磨性。

1.一种薄膜,其特征在于,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入40-60份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、2-4份的环氧大豆油、3-5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯2-4份,0.5-2份1010抗氧剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种薄膜,其特征在于,包括质量份数的下列原料:聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份,加入50份的对苯二甲酸二辛酯环保增塑剂、3份的环氧大豆油、3.4份的钙锌复合稳定剂、氧化石墨烯3.5份,1份1010抗氧剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种薄膜,其特征在于,还包括2-3份的防霉防藻剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种薄膜,其特征在于,所述防霉防藻剂为吡啶硫铜锌类化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种薄膜,其特征在于,还包括3-5份的石蜡。
6.一种薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合度1000-1200的聚氯乙烯树脂粉100份、2-4份的环氧大豆油、3-5份的钙锌复合稳定剂、0.5-2份1010抗氧剂和防霉防藻剂先经过-15℃冷冻处理60-90分钟;
(2)将处理步骤(1)处理好的材料与所述氧化石墨烯和石蜡使用高混机于T1110-115℃混合,保温3-5分钟;
(3)将高混机升温至T2125-135℃,并向其中加入所述增塑剂,保温10-12分钟;
(4)将高混机降温至T3108-112℃,保温2-4分钟;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的物料使用密炼机进行进一步的混合塑化;
(6)过滤机过滤杂质;
(7)压延后,冷却定形,得成品。
7.根据权利要求6一种薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述增塑剂通过喷雾法加入混合机。
