Abstract

本发明涉及一种高性能的PVC填充料,其包含以下组分:废弃热塑性PVC材料、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡。其以废弃PVC材料为原料,可以满足与PVC护套料共混的工艺性,降低PVC电缆护套生产成本,保证PVC电缆护套的机械要求。同时提供上述PVC填充料的制作方法、制品和用途。

一种PVC填充料及其制备方法、制品和用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC填充料及其制备方法、制品和用途。
背景技术
目前,现有的电缆中的塑料中填料为碳酸钙,但是其在一定程度上会影响到PVC混合料的机械性能。例如加入过多,会使得其抗涨强度偏低,断裂伸长率偏低,容易脆化。如果加入过少,会增加电缆的制作成本,不利于节能降耗。
有鉴于此,需要发明一种新型的PVC填充料,其即可满足性能优良的要求,又可以降低生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高性能的PVC填充料,可以满足与PVC护套料共混的工艺性,降低PVC电缆护套生产成本,保证PVC电缆护套的机械要求。同时提供上述PVC填充料的制作方法、制品和用途。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种PVC填充料,其包含以下组分:
母料:废弃热塑性PVC材料;
改性剂:邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡
作为本发明进一步的改进,上述PVC填充料通过以下方法制备
(1)称取母料和改性剂;
(2)将母料加入到高速混料机中,开机混料,温度升至80-90℃时加入三盐基硫酸铅 、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛脂和双酚A,温度升至100-110℃时加入硬脂酸钡,搅拌均匀后出料冷却至55-65℃;
(3)造粒。
作为本发明进一步的改进,各组分的质量份数如下:
废弃热塑性PVC材料        70~100份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂            10~14份;
癸二酸二辛酯                 6~9份;
双酚A                      0.3~0.6份;
三盐基硫酸铅                 3~5份;
硬脂酸钡                    0.5~1份。
作为本发明进一步的改进,各组分的质量份数如下:
废弃热塑性PVC材料        100份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂            12份;
癸二酸二辛酯                8份;
双酚A                      0.5份;
三盐基硫酸铅                 4份;
硬脂酸钡                    0.8份。
本发明另一方面提供上述PVC填充料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)称取母料和改性剂,所述母料为废弃热塑性PVC材料,所述改性剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡;
(2)将母料加入到高速混料机中,开机混料,温度升至80-90℃时加入三盐基硫酸铅 、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛脂和双酚A,温度升至100-110℃时加入硬脂酸钡,搅拌均匀后出料冷却至55-65℃;
(3)造粒。
本发明再一方面提供了上述PVC填充料在PVC电缆护套的制作中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种由上述PVC填充料制备的PVC电缆护套材料。
上述PVC电缆护套材料包含如下重量份的组分:
PVC树脂粉           100份;
增塑剂              40-65份;
稳定剂              8-14份
阻燃剂              6-9份;
润滑剂              0.4-1.4份;
PVC填充料         50-80份。
所述PVC树脂粉选用聚合度1300、SG1型PVC树脂;所述增塑剂选用偏苯三酸三辛酯;所述稳定剂选自环保钙锌复合稳定剂或复合稀土稳定剂;所述阻燃剂选自二氧化硅或硼酸锌中的一种或两种的组合;所述润滑剂选自聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸的一种或两种的组合。
本发明最后一方面提供了一种上述PVC电缆护套材料的制备方法具体如下:
在混料机中先加入PVC树脂粉,再加入增塑剂、稳定剂和阻燃剂,混至105-110℃时加入润滑剂,最后加入PVC填充料混均后出料,冷却至60℃左右进入混炼造粒机热切造粒,既得。
在本发明中,制粒工艺可以为现有的本领域中常规使用的工艺,并不影响本发明的技术效果,应当理解,任何制粒工艺均可以应用到本发明中,均被本发明的保护范围所涵盖,此处不再赘述。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的PVC填充料的母料选自生活废弃塑料,实现了废旧塑料的循环利用,节约了资源。并使PVC填充料的工艺性能和物理性能接近PVC树脂基本性能,实现混炼塑化工艺的可操作性。
(2)本发明的PVC填充料与PVC树脂为同类材料,它们的混合机理是两相材料的极性分子相互作用产生较大的机械强度,故可在PVC混合料中大量加入,大幅降低成本。
(3)本发明的PVC填充料中通过加入邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛酯、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡,避免了PVC氧化分解现象的出现,并降低了抗涨强度,提高了断裂伸长率。
(4)本发明的PVC填充料的制备方法工艺简单,具备节能降耗、适合大规模生产的优点。
(5)本发明提供的由PVC填充料制备的PVC电缆护套材料,其具备机械性能优良,成本低廉的优点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
实施例1  PVC填充料的制备
母料的选择:首先利用外观鉴别方法去除非热塑性PVC材料,经粉碎后再利用密度鉴别法分离出纯净的PVC材料,然后经清洗去除油污、泥沙、等杂质,脱水、烘干。
然后称取母料74.7g、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂(DOP)12 g、癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)8g、双酚A 0.5g、三盐基硫酸铅4g和硬脂酸钡0.8 g,
将母料加入到高速混料机中,开机混料,温度升至80-90℃时加入三盐基硫酸铅 、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛脂和双酚A,温度升至100-110℃时加入硬脂酸钡,搅拌均匀后出料冷却至55-65℃;
(3)造粒。
实施例2   PVC护套材料的制备
PVC护套材料采用以下组分:
PVC树脂粉           200份;
增塑剂                85份;
稳定剂                16份
阻燃剂                14份;
润滑剂                 1份;
PVC填充料           120份。
所述PVC树脂粉选用聚合度1300、SG1型PVC树脂;所述增塑剂选用偏苯三酸三辛酯;所述稳定剂选用复合稀土稳定剂;;所述润滑剂选用硬脂酸。
制备方法如下:
(1)基础材料的选用;选用聚合度1300、SG1型PVC树脂。
(2)工艺过程;在混料机中先加入树脂粉,再加入增塑剂、稳定剂、防护剂等,混至105-110℃时加入润滑剂、最后加入‘新型填充料’混均后出料,冷却至60℃左右进入混炼造粒机热切造粒,既得。
对比例1 非热塑性PVC材料压片的制备
母料的选择:首先利用外观鉴别方法去除非热塑性PVC材料,经粉碎后再利用密度鉴别法分离出纯净的PVC材料,然后经清洗去除油污、泥沙、等杂质,脱水、烘干。
对母料进行混炼,压片。
对比例2
与实施例2不同的是向PVC混合料中添加碳酸钙 20份,充分混合得到PVC护套材料。
对比例3
与实施例2不同的是向PVC混合料中添加碳酸钙 50份,充分混合得到PVC护套材料。
对比例4
与实施例2不同的是向PVC混合料中添加碳酸钙 80份,充分混合得到PVC护套材料。
效果例1
对实施例1得到的PVC填充料进行压片,与对比例1所得到的压片进行性能试验,具体见表1

由表2可以看出,加入碳酸钙和本发明所提供PVC填充料得到PVC护套用混合料同等机械性能时,加入PVC填充料相比加入碳酸钙成本大幅降低。

Claims (10)

1. 一种PVC填充料,其特征在于,其包含以下组分:
母料:废弃热塑性PVC材料;
改性剂:邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛酯、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC填充料,其特征在于,其通过以下方法制备:
(1)称取母料和改性剂;
(2)将母料加入到高速混料机中,开机混料,温度升至80-90℃时加入三盐基硫酸铅 、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛脂和双酚A,温度升至100-110℃时加入硬脂酸钡,搅拌均匀后出料冷却至55-65℃;
(3)造粒。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC填充料,其特征在于,所述各组分的质量份数如下:
废弃热塑性PVC材料       70~100份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂            10~14份;
癸二酸二辛酯                 6~9份;
双酚A                      0.3~0.6份;
三盐基硫酸铅                 3~5份;
硬脂酸钡                    0.5~1份。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种PVC填充料,其特征在于,所述各组分的质量份数如下:
废弃热塑性PVC材料       100份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂            12份;
癸二酸二辛酯                8份;
双酚A                      0.5份;
三盐基硫酸铅                 4份;
硬脂酸钡                    0.8份。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的PVC填充料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)称取母料和改性剂,所述母料为废弃热塑性PVC材料,所述改性剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛酯、双酚A、三盐基硫酸铅和硬脂酸钡;
(2)将母料加入到高速混料机中,开机混料,温度升至80-90℃时加入三盐基硫酸铅 、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、癸二酸二辛脂和双酚A,温度升至100-110℃时加入硬脂酸钡,搅拌均匀后出料冷却至55-65℃;
(3)造粒。
6.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的PVC填充料在PVC电缆护套的制作中的应用。
7.一种PVC电缆护套材料,其特征在于,包含如权利要求1-4任一项所述的PVC填充料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种PVC电缆护套材料,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组分:
PVC树脂粉           100份;
增塑剂              40-65份;
稳定剂              8-14份
阻燃剂              6-9份;
润滑剂              0.4-1.4份;
PVC填充料         50-80份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种PVC电缆护套材料,其特征在于,所述PVC树脂粉选用聚合度1300、SG1型PVC树脂粉;所述增塑剂选用偏苯三酸三辛酯;所述稳定剂选自环保钙锌复合稳定剂或复合稀土稳定剂;所述阻燃剂选自二氧化硅或硼酸锌中的一种或两种的组合;所述润滑剂选自聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸的一种或两种的组合。
10.一种如权利要求7所述的PVC电缆护套材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
在混料机中先加入PVC树脂粉,再加入增塑剂、稳定剂和阻燃剂,混至105-110℃时加入润滑剂,最后加入PVC填充料混均后出料,冷却至60℃左右进入混炼造粒机热切造粒,既得。
