本发明涉及化工技术领域，具体涉及一种利用改性塑料制备的人造地板革。
背景技术
聚氨酯（PU）材料因其具有高弹性，高耐磨性，良好的耐低温耐溶剂性能，并且性能可调范围广，而广泛应用于汽车、建筑、家电、纺织、鞋材、皮革等领域。聚氨酯工业迅猛发展，制品种类繁多，产量与日俱增，同时也产生了大量的废弃物，这些废弃物包括生产中的边角料和老化报废的各种聚氨酯制品。聚氨酯废弃物不仅严重污染环境，也是对资源的极大浪费，对这些废料的回收利用成为亟待解决的问题。
聚氨酯废料的回收方法分为物理回收法和化学回收法。目前聚氨酯回收利用的主要方法是化学回收法，即在化学试剂、催化剂、热量等存在的条件下，将聚氨酯降解成为可重新利用的低聚物或者小分子化合物，从而实现废弃物的循环利用。
目前市场上的地板革基本上都是采用新料制成的，且传统技术生产的地板革寒冷条件下易变脆、变硬。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种生产成本低，节能环保的利用改性塑料制备的人造地板革。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种利用改性塑料制备的人造地板革，由以下重量百分比的组分组成，
所述的改性塑料颗粒由以下重量百分比的组分组成，
所述降解剂选用乙二醇、丙二醇、乙醇胺、一缩二乙二醇、季戊四醇中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种制备所述改性塑料颗粒的方法，包括如下方法步骤，
1）首先收集聚氨酯废料和PVC废料，并将二者分别晾晒，然后粉碎成颗粒待用；
2）按重量配比称取粉碎后的聚氨酯废料、PVC废料、钙粉、硬脂酸钙及降解剂，将各组分混合均匀；
3）将混合均匀的物料加热炒制，温度控制在75-85℃，时间控制在25-35分钟；
4）然后经造粒机继续加热至170℃时熔化，经磨头挤出块状物，然后破碎，得改性塑料颗粒。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种制备所述人造地板革的方法：首先将组分中的各原料混合均匀，经挤出机的挤出模头挤出，然后经切割、冷却、牵引、收卷、成品包装。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明利用pvc+pu改性塑料颗粒生产的地板革，因其原料具有的耐寒、耐热等特性，其化学稳定性随之增强，实践证明，用此改性颗粒生产出的地板革具有较好的柔韧度、耐磨性、耐油性、平整度和光泽度等品质，有力地提升了产品的科技含量，在生产实践中，实现了经济效益、社会效益和环保效益的高度统一。

实施例1

3)将混合均匀的物料加热炒制，温度控制在75-85℃，时间控制在25-35分钟；
4)然后经造粒机继续加热至170℃时熔化，经磨头挤出块状物，然后破碎，得改性塑料颗粒。
