技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种发泡材料及其制备工艺,尤其是指一种低成本聚烯烃发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚烯烃类塑料应用范围广泛,具有良好的物理、化学和力学性能,其韧性、挠曲性和缓冲性能良好,并且具有电绝缘、隔热等性质,广泛应用于包装、化工、建筑等领域。但是由于其主要原材料是聚烯烃高分子树脂,其都来源于石油及化工合成,不仅造成资源的浪费,而且随着地球石油资源的日益减少,其成本价格会逐步提高,从而导致聚烯烃发泡材料的成本居高不下。
在日常的生活中,树木作为一种可循环资源,在人们使用加工过程中,会产生大量的木粉碎屑;我国作为重要的农产品生产大国,庄稼秸秆、稻壳大部分会进行焚烧,这样极易引起造成火灾。而如果将这些木粉碎屑、庄稼秸秆、稻壳进行超粉碎化加工,添加到聚烯烃发泡材料中,不仅降低了聚烯烃发泡材料的成本,同时避免了因焚烧造成的火灾隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于降低聚烯烃发泡材料的制作成本,将木粉引入到聚烯烃发泡材料中,提高对材料资料的利用率,而提供了一种低成本的聚烯烃泡沫及其制备方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种低成本聚烯烃发泡材料,其由以下重量份的组分制备而成:
其中,发泡剂母料由AC发泡剂与聚烯烃树脂按1:2混合经密炼、造粒制得;交联剂母料由DCP交联剂与聚烯烃树脂按3.75:75混合经密炼、造粒制得;木粉母料由木粉与聚烯烃树脂按1:4混合经密炼、造粒制得;偶联剂母料由偶联剂与聚烯烃树脂按1:9混合经密炼、造粒制得,所述的比例为重量比。
所述的聚烯烃树脂为低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种或几种混合物。
所述的AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
所述的DCP交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
所述的木粉为木材加工粉屑、庄稼秸秆及稻壳加工粉的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的偶联剂为铝酸酯类、钛酸酯、硅酸脂的一种或几种混合物。
所述的加工助剂为硬脂酸锌、抗老化剂、抗静电剂、氧化锌、颜料等中的一种或几种混合物。
一种低成本聚烯烃发泡材料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将AC发泡剂、DCP交联剂、木粉分别与聚烯烃树脂按照比例混合加入密炼机中,密炼温度为110—120℃,时间为10min—20min;
2)将密炼后的物料分别经过单螺杆挤出机进行塑化、挤出、造粒,机身温度为110℃—150℃,螺杆转速为10—20r/min,进而得到发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、木粉母料及偶联剂母料;
3)将聚烯烃树脂、发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、木粉母料、加工助剂、色母料、偶联剂母料,按比例混合后经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速20—30r/min,挤出温度120—125℃;
4)挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180—220℃,发泡后的物料经牵引、冷却、收卷制得低成本聚烯烃发泡材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明公开的聚烯烃发泡材料,在配方中加入了低成本的木粉作为主要组分之一,木粉的价格远远低于聚烯烃高分子树脂价格,在保证聚烯烃发泡材料特性的前提下降低了聚烯烃发泡材料的加工成本。其一方面缓解了石油资源日益紧张,成本逐渐升高的能源问题,另一方面又将木屑、秸秆等废弃生物质进行了合理利用,减少资源浪费,避免焚烧处理带来的环境污染。进而本发明具有显著的经济效益及绿色环保意义。
具体实施方式
原料配备
聚烯烃树脂,其可为低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯中的一种或几种的混合物。
发泡剂母料,其由AC发泡剂与聚烯烃树脂按照重量比1:2混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为110℃,时间为20min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为110℃,螺杆转速为10r/min,进而获得发泡剂母料;AC发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
交联剂母料,其由DCP交联剂与聚烯烃树脂按重量比3.75:75混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为120℃,时间为10min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为150℃,螺杆转速为20r/min,进而获得交联剂母料;DCP交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
木粉母料,其由木粉与聚烯烃树脂按重量比1:4混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为115℃,时间为15min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为125℃,螺杆转速为14r/min,进而获得木粉母料;所述的木粉为木材加工粉屑、庄稼秸秆及稻壳加工粉的一种或几种的混合物。
偶联剂母料,其由偶联剂与聚烯烃树脂按1:9混合,加入密炼机中,密炼温度为112℃,时间为17min,将密炼后的物料经单螺杆造粒机塑化造粒,机身温度设定为135℃,螺杆转速为18r/min,进而获得偶联剂母料;偶联剂为铝酸酯类、钛酸酯、硅酸脂的一种或几种混合物。
加工助剂,其为硬脂酸锌、抗老化剂、抗静电剂、氧化锌、颜料等中的一种或几种混合物。
实施例1
从配备的原料中计量,聚烯烃树脂20kg、发泡剂母料50kg、交联剂母料15kg、木粉母料25kg、加工助剂5kg、色母料2kg、偶联剂母料10kg,将上述物料混合后,经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速30r/min,挤出温度125℃;将挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为220℃,发泡后的物料经牵引、冷却、收卷制得低成本聚烯烃发泡材料。
实施例2
从配备的原料中计量,聚烯烃树脂10kg、发泡剂母料20kg、交联剂母料10kg、木粉母料10kg,将上述物料混合后加入单螺杆挤出机料斗,经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速20r/min,挤出温度120℃;将挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180℃,发泡后的物料经牵引、冷却、收卷制得低成本聚烯烃发泡材料。
实施例3
从配备的原料中计量,聚烯烃树脂15kg、发泡剂母料35kg、交联剂母料13kg、木粉母料17kg,将上述物料混合后加入单螺杆挤出机料斗,经单螺杆挤出机挤出片材,螺杆转速25r/min,挤出温度123℃;将挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为200℃,发泡后的物料经牵引、冷却、收卷制得低成本聚烯烃发泡材料。

1)将AC发泡剂、DCP交联剂、木粉分别与聚烯烃树脂按照比例混合加入密炼机中,密炼温度为110—120℃,时间为10min—20min;
2)将密炼后的物料分别经过单螺杆挤出机进行塑化、挤出、造粒,机身温度为110℃—150℃,螺杆转速为10—20r/min,进而得到发泡剂母料、交联剂母料、木粉母料及偶联剂母料;

4)挤出的片材经过压延、牵引、冷却进入发泡炉进行发泡,发泡炉温度设定为180—220℃,发泡后的物料经牵引、冷却、收卷制得低成本聚烯烃发泡材料。
