技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料发泡技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种发泡片材的生产方法。
背景技术
发泡片材具有质轻、隔热、缓冲、绝缘、防腐、价格低廉等优点,因此通常在包装、工业、建筑中作为隔热内衬,聚丙烯发泡片材相比于其他聚烯烃具有更大的刚度、比聚乙烯具有更高的强度,更优异的耐温性能,比聚苯乙烯具有更好的冲击韧性,已经被认为是作为工业应用中的其他热塑性发泡片材的替代物。
但传统聚丙烯发泡片材因降解率低而容易造成污染,且聚丙烯需要依靠石油提炼,但石油的储备在逐渐减小,特别是近年来,考虑到环境问题,如何减少聚丙烯的重量占比和降低环境负担变成了技术发展的重要问题;传统聚丙烯发泡片材成型后片厚较薄,使用时须将多片以成型发泡片材重新叠合粘结使用;此外如何提高发泡片材的发泡效果对发泡片材隔热性能影响尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解、高隔热性能、生产成本低的发泡片材的生产方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种发泡片材的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
一、配料:按重量份数计为,聚丙烯50-70份,石粉20-40份,聚乳酸10-20份,氟碳树脂20份,三乙酸甘油酯5份,甲基硅油5份,十二水合硫酸铝钾10份,加工助剂3份,发泡剂5-20份,发泡助剂5-10份,增韧剂2-5份,交联剂1-2份;
二、炼胶:将氟碳树脂20份和石粉10份经粉碎研磨机研磨成粉末,加入三乙酸甘油酯5份、甲基硅油5份、十二水合硫酸铝钾10份,加热搅拌5分钟后冷却,加热温度为50度,制得氟碳树脂混合物;将剩余石粉10-30份和聚乳酸10-20份,加热搅拌5min,加热温度150度,制得聚乳酸混合物;将聚丙烯50-70份放入至密炼机内,加热温度为220度,先加入聚乳酸混合物搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入氟碳树脂混合物和加工助剂3份搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入增韧剂2-5份和交联剂1-2份搅拌混炼5min,最后加入发泡剂5-20份和发泡助剂5-10份搅拌混炼8min;
三、压片:将混炼完成的胶体送入挤出机内挤压成基片;
四、整形叠片:将基片通过复合机对基片表面进行展平,再将多片基片叠合在一起;
五、发泡:将叠合后的基片放置于橡胶发泡成型机内硫化发泡成型;六、收卷:将成型发泡片材进行裁剪、熔接,再收卷成筒状。
本发明进一步设置为:所述石粉由矿石加工粉末、滑石粉和木材加工粉末按重量份数7:1:2混合制成。
本发明进一步设置为:所述加工助剂为碳酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙酰胺、山梨酸盐按重量份数份1:1:1:1混合制成。
本发明进一步设置为:加工助剂为碳酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙酰胺、山梨酸盐按重量份数份1:1:1:1混合制成。
本发明进一步设置为:所述发泡剂为碳酸氢钠和偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物,发泡助剂为氧化锌和硬脂酸的混合物,交联剂为过氧化二本甲酰和二枯基过氧化物中的一种或其混合物。
本发明进一步设置为:所述复合机包括成对热压辊和若干成对展平辊,各基片分别通过各成对展平辊对基片表面进行整形展平,各基片再通过成对热压辊复合粘结在一起。
本发明进一步设置为:所述步骤五中硫化温度为150度,硫化设定时间为3200秒,硫化设定压力为19MPa。
通过采用上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:1、配料中采用了较高含量的石粉,石粉为矿石加工后产生的粉末,原料充足,从而生产成本降低;2、配料中添加了聚乳酸,石粉中添加了木粉,提高了发泡片材的降解率;3、配料中添加了氟碳树脂混合物,提高片材的耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性;4、发泡前将多片基片的表面进行压光整形,再通过热压辊复合粘结,发泡成型后片材间不易剥离,泡孔成型效果更好,泡孔成型率高,片材的整体性能好;5、制得的发泡片材还具有断裂伸长率大、回弹性高、隔热性能好等优点。
具体实施方式
一种发泡片材的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
一、配料:按重量份数计为,聚丙烯50-70份,石粉20-40份,聚乳酸10-20份,氟碳树脂20份,三乙酸甘油酯5份,甲基硅油5份,十二水合硫酸铝钾10份,加工助剂3份,发泡剂5-20份,发泡助剂5-10份,增韧剂2-5份,交联剂1-2份。
二、炼胶:将氟碳树脂20份和石粉10份经粉碎研磨机研磨成粉末,加入三乙酸甘油酯5份、甲基硅油5份、十二水合硫酸铝钾10份,加热搅拌5分钟后冷却,加热温度为50度,制得氟碳树脂混合物;将剩余石粉10-30份和聚乳酸10-20份,加热搅拌5min,加热温度150度,制得聚乳酸混合物;将聚丙烯50-70份放入至密炼机内,加热温度为220度,先加入聚乳酸混合物搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入氟碳树脂混合物和加工助剂3份搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入增韧剂2-5份和交联剂1-2份搅拌混炼5min,最后加入发泡剂5-20份和发泡助剂5-10份搅拌混炼8min。
先行加入聚乳酸混合物,使聚乳酸混合物和聚丙烯充分混炼,可以提高发泡片材的降解率,且配料中采用了较高含量的石粉,石粉为矿石加工后遗留的粉末,从而生产成本降低,石粉优选采用由矿石加工粉末、滑石粉和木材加工粉末按重量份数7:1:2混合制成,滑石粉作为塑料强化改质填充剂,木粉可以增加发泡片材的降解率。
再加入氟碳树脂混合物和加工助剂,氟碳树脂混合物可以提高发泡片材的耐热性、耐化学品性、耐寒性、低温柔韧性、耐候性等性能,其中十二水合硫酸铝钾由于在遇热过程中会失去结晶水,潮湿空气中又会溶化淌水,可以进一步提高发泡片材的耐热性及隔热性能,加工助剂为碳酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙酰胺、山梨酸盐按重量份数份1:1:1:1混合制成,加工助剂可以提高氟碳树脂和聚丙烯的混熔,增加发泡片材的性能。
发泡剂选用碳酸氢钠和偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物,通过无机类发泡剂和有机类发泡剂的结合得到开孔和闭孔的混合泡孔结构,提高隔热性能;发泡助剂优选氧化锌和硬脂酸的混合物,改善发泡效果,提高发泡质量。
交联剂优选过氧化二本甲酰和二枯基过氧化物中的一种或其混合物,提高发泡片材的耐热性能和强度。
三、压片:将混炼完成的胶体送入挤出机内挤压成基片。
四、整形叠片:将各基片分别通过各成对展平辊对基片表面进行整形展平,各基片再通过成对热压辊复合粘结在一起。
在发泡成型之前采用复合机将多片基片叠合在一起,且在叠合之前对基片表面采用压光处理,增加两相邻基片叠合时的连接稳定性,发泡后两相邻基片之间的结构强度更好,片材的整体性能好,不易剥离,且泡孔成型效果更好,泡孔成型率高,则隔热性能好。
五、发泡:将叠合后的基片放置于橡胶发泡成型机内硫化发泡成型,硫化设定时间为3200秒,硫化设定压力为19MPa,进行高压连续硫化发泡,泡孔密度高,发泡后片材厚度达2-5cm。
六、收卷:将成型发泡片材的边沿进行裁剪、再将多块片材熔接在一起,最后收卷成筒状。

二、炼胶:将氟碳树脂20份和石粉10份经粉碎研磨机研磨成粉末,加入三乙酸甘油酯5份、甲基硅油5份、十二水合硫酸铝钾10份,加热搅拌5分钟后冷却,加热温度为50度,制得氟碳树脂混合物;将剩余石粉10-30份和聚乳酸10-20份,加热搅拌5min,加热温度150度,制得聚乳酸混合物;将聚丙烯50-70份放入至密炼机内,加热温度为220度,先加入聚乳酸混合物搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入氟碳树脂混合物和加工助剂3份搅拌混炼8分钟,再加入增韧剂2-5份和交联剂1-2份搅拌混炼5min,最后加入发泡剂5-20份和发泡助剂5-10份搅拌混炼8min;
三、压片:将混炼完成的胶体送入挤出机内挤压成基片;
四、整形叠片:将基片通过复合机对基片表面进行展平,再将多片基片叠合在一起;
五、发泡:将叠合后的基片放置于橡胶发泡成型机内硫化发泡成型;
六、收卷:将成型发泡片材进行裁剪、熔接,再收卷成筒状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡片材的生产方法,其特征是:所述石粉由矿石加工粉末、滑石粉和木材加工粉末按重量份数7:1:2混合制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡片材的生产方法,其特征是:所述加工助剂为碳酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、乙酰胺、山梨酸盐按重量份数份1:1:1:1混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡片材的生产方法,其特征是:所述发泡剂为碳酸氢钠和偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物,发泡助剂为氧化锌和硬脂酸的混合物,交联剂为过氧化二本甲酰和二枯基过氧化物中的一种或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡片材的生产方法,其特征是:所述复合机包括成对热压辊和若干成对展平辊,各基片分别通过各成对展平辊对基片表面进行整形展平,各基片再通过成对热压辊复合粘结在一起。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡片材的生产方法,其特征是:所述步骤五中硫化温度为150度,硫化设定时间为3200秒,硫化设定压力为19MPa。
