Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉80~100份,生物质纤维粉15~25份,钙质填充剂45~60份,聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.8份,改性增塑剂2~6份,环保稳定剂PA808?2.5~5.5份,润滑剂0.1~0.6份,颜料1~3份,ADC发泡剂5~9粉,PVC发泡调节剂2~7份。本发明采用了新型生物质纤维,并采用环保稳定剂,与助剂有协同增效作用,得到的木塑型材表面光滑,并具有良好的力学性能和热稳定性,节能环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木塑复合材料,具体涉及一种PVC木塑型材。
背景技术
我国木材资源十分短缺,但在木材的加工和使用过程中却有20~30%的余料被作为“废料”燃烧或作为固体垃圾处理,浪费原材料的同时,还造成了一定程度的环境污染。木塑复合材料是一种新型的材料,是将加工处理过的废物与热塑性材料混合经高温高压处理制成,PVC木塑不仅具有类似于天然木材的性能,更具有防火、防潮、防蛀、耐老化、勿需油漆等天然木材所不可比拟的优点,其广泛应用于家具、各类板材;其还具有极低的热传导性,具有良好的隔热、隔音效果;很低的吸水性;高抗化学腐蚀性等。由于植物纤维的可再生性、可被环境消纳性,所以木塑材料是一种极具发展前途的绿色环保材料。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种PVC木塑型材,充分利用新型生物质纤维,进一步提高木塑型材的综合性能。
技术方案:一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉80~100份,生物质纤维粉15~25份,钙质填充剂45~60份,聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.8份,改性增塑剂2~6份,环保稳定剂PA808 2.5~5.5份,润滑剂0.1~0.6份,颜料1~3份,ADC发泡剂5~9粉,PVC发泡调节剂2~7份。
所述PVC树脂粉的粒度为30~40目;所述改性增塑剂为氯化聚乙烯;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌中的一种。
本发明提供的PVC木塑型材的制备方法,其包括以下制备步骤:
(1)秤取原料,将各原料按照上述质量份数混合;(2)将原料投入高速混合机进行混合,混合温度为170~180℃,混合均匀以后,放入冷搅机中冷却至室温,出料备用,之后经造粒挤出机挤出成型,即得。
有益效果:本发明制备的PVC木塑型材,节能环保;同时,本发明采用了新型生物质纤维,并采用环保稳定剂,与助剂有协同增效作用,得到的木塑型材表面光滑,并具有良好的力学性能和热稳定性。

下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不因此局限于下述实施例,而是由本发明的说明书和权利要求书限定。
实施例1
一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉80份,生物质纤维粉15份,钙质填充剂45份,聚乙烯蜡0.2份,改性增塑剂2份,环保稳定剂PA808 2.5份,润滑剂0.1份,颜料1份,ADC发泡剂5粉,PVC发泡调节剂2份。
制备步骤:(1)秤取原料,将各原料按照上述质量份数混合;(2)将原料投入高速混合机进行混合,混合温度为170~180℃,混合均匀以后,放入冷搅机中冷却至室温,出料备用,之后经造粒挤出机挤出成型,即得。
实施例2
一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉85份,生物质纤维粉20份,钙质填充剂50份,聚乙烯蜡0.3份,改性增塑剂4份,环保稳定剂PA808 3.5份,润滑剂0.3份,颜料2份,ADC发泡剂7粉,PVC发泡调节剂6份。
制备步骤:(1)秤取原料,将各原料按照上述质量份数混合;(2)将原料投入高速混合机进行混合,混合温度为170~180℃,混合均匀以后,放入冷搅机中冷却至室温,出料备用,之后经造粒挤出机挤出成型,即得。
实施例3
一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉90份,生物质纤维粉23份,钙质填充剂55份,聚乙烯蜡0.6份,改性增塑剂5份,环保稳定剂PA808 4.5份,润滑剂0.5份,颜料2份,ADC发泡剂8粉,PVC发泡调节剂6份。
制备步骤:(1)秤取原料,将各原料按照上述质量份数混合;(2)将原料投入高速混合机进行混合,混合温度为170~180℃,混合均匀以后,放入冷搅机中冷却至室温,出料备用,之后经造粒挤出机挤出成型,即得。
实施例4
一种PVC木塑型材,由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉100份,生物质纤维粉25份,钙质填充剂60份,聚乙烯蜡0.8份,改性增塑剂6份,环保稳定剂PA808 5.5份,润滑剂0.6份,颜料3份,ADC发泡剂9粉,PVC发泡调节剂7份。
制备步骤:(1)秤取原料,将各原料按照上述质量份数混合;(2)将原料投入高速混合机进行混合,混合温度为170~180℃,混合均匀以后,放入冷搅机中冷却至室温,出料备用,之后经造粒挤出机挤出成型,即得。

1.一种PVC木塑型材,其特征在于由以下质量份数的原料组成:PVC树脂粉80~100份,生物质纤维粉15~25份,钙质填充剂45~60份,聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.8份,改性增塑剂2~6份,环保稳定剂PA808 2.5~5.5份,润滑剂0.1~0.6份,颜料1~3份,ADC发泡剂5~9粉,PVC发泡调节剂2~7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC木塑型材,其特征在于所述PVC树脂粉的粒度为30~40目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC木塑型材,其特征在于所述改性增塑剂为氯化聚乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PVC木塑型材,其特征在于所述润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌中的一种。
